CHAPTER SIX: The Elder Hatokamitchi
*The group is still walking forward while chatting with each other*
Moriritchi: …like, oh my gosh I still can't believe that I'm with the Kizuna Heroes on an adventure with them! THE KIZUNA HEROES! What a banana!
Pashalin: Pashalin agrees—think of all the amazing things and places we're about to see! And even better, since Pashalin is a camera, we'll be able to save images of whatever we come across! And maybe even get all of us in her pictures!
Mametchi: …u-um…w-we're not posting those on the internet…right?
Lovelitchi: It should be fine—as nervous as it makes me I've gotten used to worldwide broadcasting and I'm sure you will as well!
Mametchi: (Oh boy…)
Darktchi: I-I don't care what you do just please at least leave me out of any pictures…
Mimitchi: But…speaking of places…where exactly are we going?
Everyone: *As they are slowly stopping*…um…
Mimitchi: (Why do I get the feeling they don't?)
Melodytchi: Do you know where we are or where we're going?
Lovelitchi: I wish…*Sigh*…h…how did I forget…?!
Melodytchi: N-no it's not your fault!
Mametchi: *Sigh*…I…look I don't know where we're going but we need to start somewhere if we want to finish what we started with the Kizuna Hearts…so…any ideas?
Kuchipatchi: No-datchi…oh! Wait! I know where to go now-datchi!
Melodytchi: H-hontoni?!
Mimitchi: W…where?
Kuchipatchi: *Pointing at eggified civilians* Over there-datchi! Look! Giant eggs-datchi!
Mametchi: Giant…eggs…?…that is so—WAIT WHAT?!

Kizunatchi: T-tell Kizunatchi you didn't say eggs-nanoja…!

Mimitchi: D-DIE?! W-what do you mean we're all gonna die?!
Moriritchi: S-S-SUPER VERY BAD WHAT'S GOING ON?!
Darktchi: (W-why is everyone freaking out all of a sudden?!)
Mametchi: E-everyone please calm down we're gonna be fine! W-we'll find a way to stop the curse or at least save our friends, I promise!
Himespetchi: (Father you are so dead if Mametchi is effected by the curse…)
Lovelitchi: How are we going to do that when the curse has already started?!
Kizunatchi: E…exactly-nanoja…
Mametchi: I…I…
Darktchi: (I really hope whatever's going on doesn't continue because I might get made fun of for "being cute and supportive" if it does…)
Mysterious Voice: Kizuna Heroes…
Everyone: AH!
Himespetchi: W-who said that?!
Melodytchi: Apparently our Profys!
Himespetchi: Y-your what?!
Mysterious Voice: Don't worry. There is still time to stop the curse and save everyone—but you need to hurry.
Darktchi: ?
Mametchi: R-really?!
Lovelitchi: T-there's a way?!
Kizunatchi: But how-nanoja?!
Mysterious Voice: Just follow the arrows I'm about to display on your Profys and you should eventually find our shrine on a heart-shaped island. We'll talk more once you arrive.
*Large arrows suddenly appear on Lovelitchi and Melodytchi's Tama Profys as they are both briefly shocked*
Memetchi: So do we just…follow Lovelitchi and Melodytchi right now?
Kizunatchi: If that's the only way to save our planet now-nanoja!…so…which direction are the arrows pointing-nanoja?
Lovelitchi: Straight ahead!
Melodytchi: *Repeatedly shifting the direction she's facing* They also point a different direction depending on which angle we're holding our Profys from!
Mimitchi: T-they what?
Himespetchi: H-hang on—a-are you sure that whatever this voice from your Tama Profys, if it isn't the Profys themselves speaking can be trusted?!
Lovelitchi: …um…
Melodytchi: I-it's our only way right now! L-let's just do what the voice said and follow the arrows! I…I have a new song called "Smile For Tomorrow" that I came up with last night if that helps take our minds off the arrows!
Mametchi: Melodytchi's right…
Lovelitchi: …okay we'll do it then…w-wait weren't we out at the guy's corporate office last night?
Mimitchi: (Corporate office?)
Melodytchi: Yeah but while I was trying to go to sleep I heard creepy noises near me and I was kept awake for the rest of the night…however I did manage to come up with that new song I just told you about during the time and if it makes us less insecure about what we're about to do I think now's a good time to play it!
Rest of group: That's the spirit!
Himespetchi: O-okay then if you really want to…
Lovelitchi: H-Himespetchi…?
Himespetchi: W-what?
Lovelitchi: I-if you're worried about what's gonna happen then don't…w…we should be fine if we stick together! (Hopefully…)
Himespetchi: I-I-I know but…
Melodytchi: *As she is trying to play her violin but it doesn't work*…um…m-minna…
Everyone: Huh?
Melodytchi: The violin's not working…*Continues trying to play it in vain*
Memetchi: What?! But…how? It looks to be in perfect condition to me!
Kuchipatchi: Is there some sort of ghost inside the violin-datchi?
Telelin: A WHAT?!
Memetchi: G-guys—!
Moriritchi: W-W-WHAT DO YOU MEAN THERE'S A GHOST IN THE VIOLIN?!
Mimitchi: H-he was only asking a question!
Darktchi: Y-yeah but I didn't sign up for paranormal stuff…
Pashalin: N-neither did Pashalin!
Mametchi: *As part of the group continues panicking while the camera is panning to a nearby tree* E-everyone please! C-calm down there are no ghosts around here! L-let's just meet up with whoever this guy is and worry about the violin later!
Memetchi: Mametchi stole the words I was about to say from my mouth but he's not wrong—we need to focus and get back on track!
*A pinkish looking Tamagotchi is shown hiding behind the tree while watching the Kizuna Heroes continue in the background before it eventually leaves, though looking slightly guilty*
Telelin: B-but…but what about the ghost thing?! A…and what if the voices from the Chosen Ones' Tama Profys is also a ghost?!
Lovelitchi: C-could you please stop you're scaring everyone!
Mametchi: Y-yeah let's not talk about this anymore! We should be fine!
Telelin: H-how do you know?!
Memetchi: Seriously Mametchi said that we should change the subject—I promise there are no ghosts or anything possessing the Chosen Ones' Profys!
Telelin: …yeah that's what they want you to think…
Meanwhile at Tamagotchi Town…
Spacytchi: *As he and his brothers are in a dark corridor* Okay, let's ask a few questions before we get back to business—what exactly are we here for again?
Akaspetchi: Brother, I thought you said you remembered everything back from the previous chapter…
Spacytchi: Yes, but I want to see if you do—why are we here?
Pipospetchi: %+
Akaspetchi: …world domination.
Spacytchi: Yes, and why are we trying to take over the world?
Akaspetchi: …um…uh…power?
Spacytchi: No.

Akaspetchi: Boss you could've told me what exactly you remembered after our scuffle with Kingspetchi…

Spacytchi: *As a bright light begins appearing next to him and his brothers in the background* I tried to tell you but you didn't listen! Instead you were too busy cowering behind a bush claiming I was in cahoots with the aliens that I supposedly "lied" about not existing!
Akaspetchi: B-but you were the one who convinced us to go out and fight!
Spacytchi: Yes but that was to continue our mission! Also two things; 1: Aliens. Aren't. Real. And 2: Even if they were, you're getting Kingspetchi and his military confused with them even though you literally claimed that you remember what our mission was a few—*Notices the bright light*…the heck is that thing?

Akaspetchi: P-please tell me what Pipospetchi just said isn't true!
Spacytchi: It's not aliens can we change the subject alre—
*The Spacy Brothers scream as the bright light suddenly expands in a sort of explosion type of way before it fades out as Lemontchi is then shown standing where the orb of light was*
Lemontchi: (…I'm sorry I couldn't come back sooner Kizuna Heroes…I was unfortunately a bit too caught up with my other friends back home…but I'll be more than happy to join whatever adventure you're about to em—)…huh?
*Spacytchi and Akaspetchi are still cowering as Lemontchi looks confused and Pipospetchi is holding back laughter*
Akaspetchi: The aliens…the aliens got us we're dead…!
Spacytchi: N-not aliens but either way I always loved you…
Pipospetchi: %=? $
Spacytchi: Y-you better not be laughing at us you psychopath!
Akaspetchi: I swear this guy's gonna murder us in our sleep one day!
Lemontchi: (…what on Earth did I get teleported into…?)
At the Kizuna Shrine…
Kizuna Elder: …so, you've made it at last, Kizuna Heroes…and with Kizunatchi, too…
Kizunatchi: They weren't exactly the knights in shining armor Kizunatchi at first envisioned them as but she supposes it'll do anyway-nanoja. Oh! Kizunatchi needs to ask you a question, father!
Others: F…father?!
Kizuna Elder: Yes?
Kizunatchi: While we were out there we heard this voice through both the Chosen Ones' Tama Profys and in the…Ki…zuna Trials-nanoja?
Mametchi: Yes!
Kizunatchi: Yeah, and the Kizuna Trials-nanoja. Said voice also sounded suspiciously similar to yours…why is that-nanoja?
Telelin: W-what if it's a ghost pretending to be him?!
Lovelitchi: P-please…!
Kizuna Elder: *Chuckles a bit* Don't worry, young ones—that "ghost" you heard through your Profys and the Kizuna Trials was none other than me.
Kizuna Heroes: Huh…W-WAIT WHAT?!
Kizunatchi: (…how did Kizunatchi predict that-nanoja?!)
Kizuna Elder: Oh, and please call me Hatokamitchi. I've been using your Tama Profys and the Kizuna Trials to communicate with you throughout your journey. They're also how Kizunatchi managed to find you after I sent her on a mission to help you out with the Tama and Kizuna Hearts. And…I'll be honest…for folks so young you have grown so much ever since you arrived at the first Kizuna Trial…I think all of you are now ready…ready for me to tell you everything.
Kuchipatchi: E-everything?! Like what the best restaurant to eat at is-datchi?!
Memetchi: This has nothing to do with restaurants you idiot!
Mimitchi: M-Memetchi would it kill you to be less insulting?!
Moriritchi: Y-yeah what's your problem?!
Darktchi: (Oh no…)…um…uh…
Mametchi: G-guys please—s-shouldn't we be listening to Hatokamitchi right now?!
Kuchipatchi: Listening to who-datchi?
Mametchi: We'll get you caught up later—can we please just calm down for now…?!
Darktchi: …um…y…yeah can we…?…I…guess…? (What the heck am I even doing…?)
Hatokamitchi: *Stares for a bit before finally clearing his throat*…so…Chosen Ones…do you want to know why there's two of you?
Melodytchi: Well that did seem a little strange compared to how those types of Fantasy heroes are usually chosen solo…
Lovelitchi: Yeah but I was also wondering…I…I'm sorry if this comes off as rude but…i-if you're the Kizuna Leader…can't you just get replacements for the Tama and Kizuna Hearts on your own…?
Hatokamitchi: …to answer your question…I wish…but I need to stay here and protect this place from intruders…especially after the attack from nearly a year ago that caused us to lose our Kizuna Plates.
Moriritchi: Y-you were what?!
Himespetchi: W-who was it?! (I have a feeling I know who it is…)
Hatokamitchi: I'll answer Melodytchi's question first before I discuss that—that question being why there is more than one Chosen One. Youngsters…I had no idea that you would be coming here as a team, but that's not important—the reason there are two Chosen Heroes is because I was worried that one might get lonely or need help from a friend to survive.
Memetchi: …MIGHT? Are you kidding me?! Have you even seen the crazy amounts of peril we had to endure just to get to this point?
Lovelitchi: E-easy!
Hatokamitchi: …and by your reactions I can tell that my theory was right. However back to the other question…which is a bit of a long story…
*The Kizuna Heroes remain silent as the scene slowly shifts to a flashback of Hatokamitchi in a castle*
Hatokamitchi: We may be Tamagotchi Planet's guardians, but we live in a suburban town just like you, with those heart pillars you saw at the entrance originally holding the source of this planet's life—the original Kizuna Plates. And while we were usually able to defend them from hostilities, that fateful day nearly a year ago changed everything…
*A door knocking sound is heard as Hatokamitchi in the flashback notices*
Kizuna: Your majesty! We need assistance! Please!
Hatokamitchi: Hm? *Opens door* What is going on?
Kizuna: Someone's trying to steal the Kizuna Plates again!
Other Kizuna: Y-yeah! And all our elite forces are out of commission!
Hatokamitchi: O…out of commission?!
Kizuna: I-I don't know what's going on but the intruder kept going on about how the people of this planet must "pay" for what happened to his daughter when we tried talking instead!
Other Kizuna: H-he just wouldn't listen…!
Hatokamitchi: Alright then everyone, stand back—I'll take care of whoever's out there by myself, we lost too many of my people already if what you said about our forces being out of commission is true. *Leaves*
Other Kizuna: B-but your majesty—!
Kizuna: Don't worry he'll be fine—no one has even beaten our leader before and no one WILL so long as he continues to possess his god-like powers.
Other Kizuna: I…*Sigh*…really hope you're right…
Hatokamitchi: *Wandering around glancing at various dead bodies of Kizuna civilians and guards until he finally hears Kingspetchi's voice and starts following it*
Kizuna Guard: P-please…please you don't have to do this!
Other Kizuna Guard: W-we know what's troubling you but this won't solve anything!
Kingspetchi: SILENCE! *Slashes at and kills the two Kizuna guards as they briefly yell in pain* I don't care what any of you have to say—I'm getting my daughter back and saving my people even if I have to destroy this entire planet to do so!
Hatokamitchi: *Pointing a pink rod with a heart at the end at him* Hey, you.
Kingspetchi: W-wha—?!
Hatokamitchi: You know, it makes me upset and a bit angry when you show up uninvited, slaughter my people and try to steal the Kizuna Plates.
Kingspetchi: …w-well what about my daughter?! A-and my people?!
Hatokamitchi: Whatever's happened to your daughter, I express my condolences to you on and do indeed wish the best for your people—but that's no excuse to remove the very thing that's keeping our planet and its inhabitants alive…no, scratch that, you're only using them as a justification for your actions when in reality all you want is revenge for what happened to you yesterday…which I can't allow.
Kingspetchi: But—
Hatokamitchi: So I suggest you get your sorry butt out of here and return the Kizuna Plates before I'm forced to build a grave out of you.
Kingspetchi: Grrr…*Pulls out katana and charges at Hatokamitchi*
Hatokamitchi: *Uses his Kizuna Rod to create a shield that blocks the attack and sends them both flying slightly backwards*
Kingspetchi: *Charges at Hatokamitchi again, with Hatokamitchi dodging this time and countering with an oversized boxing glove generated from the rod*
*Kingspetchi then gets knocked into and smashes through a nearby building as a result of Hatokamitchi's attack*
Hatokamitchi: *After briefly looking concerned* (Oh thank goodness that particular house was empty for some reason…) *Starts walking away before being knocked down by an incoming brick as bystanding Kizuna briefly freak out* OW!…what the…?!
*The camera then pans to show Kingspetchi emerging from the debris and running to up to Hatokamitchi with a knife in his hand*
Hatokamitchi: *Dodges and gets back up as the Kizuna are on edge before countering with more magic attacks though Kingspetchi dodges them*
Kingspetchi: *Tosses his knife at Hatokamitchi which he barely dodges before rushing at and using a jump attack with his katana due to the knife distracting Hatokamitchi*
*Hatokamitchi just barely blocks in time but is sent flying through a building in the process before noticing dead Kizuna civilians trapped under the rubble*
Hatokamitchi: No! Not more casualties…! (…I may've underestimated this guy…no more holding back now!) *Thrusts Kizuna Rod into the ground as large lasers shoot out as the other Kizuna are noticeably frightened*
Kizuna A: H…he's never used that attack before!
Kizuna B: No no NO!
Kizuna C: You can do this! Come on!
Kizuna D: Guys let's think more positively! Even if our leader loses this fight at least no one will be left around to tell us we can't read Fifty Shades Of Gotchi!
*The other Kizuna pull out various tools and appliances such as baseball bats and rakes while giving him a death glare*
Kizuna D: …I…I didn't even use the book's real name guys please calm—*Starts getting beat up by the other Kizuna as a big dust cloud covers them*
Kingspetchi: *Still dodging the lasers until Hatokamitchi manages to knock him in the air with an oversized punch glove due to him being distracted*
Hatokamitchi: (Yes!) *Uses pillars from Kizuna Rod to elevate himself until he finally reaches and kicks Kingspetchi through another building*
*Hatokamitchi then drops down and briefly stares at the rubble along with other Kizuna until Kingspetchi reemerges and starts slashing at Hatokamitchi again but he keeps missing and being countered by Hatokamitchi until he finally falls off a cliff and doesn't come back as the Kizuna start cheering happily*
Hatokamitchi: Phew…that…*Pant*…that guy was a handful…I…*Pant*…know things might…look bad for our town right now but I'll get to fixing things in a moment!…what the—?!
Kizuna Civilians: Hm? What did you see?
Hatokamitchi: *Points straight ahead of himself*
Kizuna Civilians: What? What's directly in front of…AH!
*The camera reveals Kingspetchi somehow still there beginning to laugh maniacally*
Kizuna A: H-how did he—?!
Kizuna B: Great—the villain's imortal. Just great. I'm dead, you're dead, everyone's dead!
Other Kizuna: Y-you told me everything would be fine!
Kizuna: T-the battle's not over yet he might still…have…a…oh no…
Hatokamitchi: E-everyone stand back! N…no one's gonna die! I can still fight! (Oh jeez even I'm starting to get nervous…)…w…why don't you just give up?! Th…there's nothing of value here!
Kizuna Civilians: Hatokamitchi…!
Kingspetchi: *Still laughing in between words*…I…I refuse…to fall here…when I've come so close…TO THE FINISH LINE!
Kizuna: I-I'm freaking out why is he turning into the Joker?!
Hatokamitchi: This is your last chance to stand down! Leave!
Kingspetchi: *Still laughing*…I…I stand down…FOR NO ONE! *Pulls out and injects a sort of elixir in his arm vaccine-style*
Hatokamitchi: No! (Oh crud…)
Kizuna Civilians: AHHH!
Other Kizuna: W-what just happened?!
Kizuna: We're doomed…
Other Kizuna: WHAT?!
Kingspetchi: *Makes an evil grin before screaming in pain as the arm he injected the elixir into starts growing and shaking violently, eventually extending to his entire body*
*Nearby Kizuna Civilians start running away and screaming in terror as Kingspetchi continues to grow both increasingly larger and more gruesome in appearance, to the point of eventually becoming a huge, frightening-looking monster completely unrecognizable from the original Kingspetchi*
Hatokamitchi: (No…no this can't be happening…)…g-go! Everyone! Get out of here! NOW!
Random Kizuna Civilian: B-but what about you?! A-and this planet?!
Hatokamitchi: I-I'll be fine! I-I'll find a way to—AHHH!
*Hatokamitchi starts getting brutally beat up by Kingspetchi in his transformed state whist still struggling to fight back but to no avail as a few bystanders watch in horror until he is finally stepped on, now completely helpless to stop Kingspetchi from taking the Kizuna Plates*
Hatokamitchi: *Notices his Kizuna Rod and starts holding it upright with his last ounce of strength as Kingspetchi is grabbing the Kizuna Plates from their designated spots, eventually causing a bright light to shine from said rod as everyone begins staring at it*
Kizuna A: W…what's he doing?
Kizuna B: Hopefully something that gets us out of this mess…
Kizuna C: Wait…he's creating new Kizuna Plates!
Others: Huh?!
Kizuna C: Yeah! Haven't you read the previous chapters? Or…in our current time…later?
Kizuna D: For fifty shades! For fifty sha—*Screams as the other Kizuna immediately resume beating him up as the camera fades to white*
Hatokamitchi: At that point…I knew what I had to do…I would create and scatter new Kizuna Plates all over this world…I did it to prevent Kingspetchi from stealing them as well. But like I said, I rule and protect this place—so I unfortunately can't leave to get those plates back.
*Brief clips of Hatokamitchi reading a story to and dressing Kizunatchi up in stereotypical scout clothes are displayed with her saluting afterwards*
Hatokamitchi: I also hired a young Kizuna to go out and help the 2 Chosen Ones fulfill their destiny and retrieve the Kizuna Hearts I'm unable to get myself—that very Kizuna being the fairy sidekick that's been accompanying you throughout most of your journey.
Kizunatchi: *As the camera fades back to the present* Wait—K-Kizunatchi was the sidekick-nanoja?!
Hatokamitchi: *Briefly chuckles* Yes, but you've still played a valuable role in the Kizuna Heroes—you've managed to get your friends out of jams when they needed to, are capable of seeing Tama Hearts and was able to rat out the guy that scammed you with a fake Kizuna Plate yesterday!
Kuchipatchi: W-we were what-datchi?!
Lovelitchi: N-no no it's okay we resolved the drama don't worry! But…even so…
Hatokamitchi: Hm?
Lovelitchi: …about Tama Hearts…w-why restrict the capabilities of one being able to see and grab them to a few chosen heroes anyway? N-not to mention force us to grab all this Kizuna Clothing stuff just so we can actually be the…um…apparent heroes you wanted?
Hatokamitchi: Both of which is because I can't afford to let the new Kizuna Hearts fall in the wrong hands. I knew that only those who are both brave enough and pure of heart would be able to complete the Kizuna Trials…and even then in case I was wrong, I also took the liberty of making it so they only work on the two Chosen Ones—that being you and Melodytchi.
Lovelitchi: Whoa…
Melodytchi: Y-yeah…
Hatokamitchi: …yes, and it's also the reason why I locked access to your Tama Profys behind two special ingredients…
Melodytchi: *Suddenly catches a glimpse of the same pinkish Tamagotchi running by her as Hatokamitchi continues before proceeding to look in its direction, though the Tama quickly runs off and hides behind something while still looking guilty afterwards* (…n…nantekotta…?)
Hatokamitchi: …well…young ones…I'm sorry for any confusion I may've caused earlier and I hope my explanation helps with making sense of—
Melodytchi: *As the pink Tamagotchi suddenly peaks out* Hey! What's going on?
*The pink Tamagotchi freaks out and runs off as Melodytchi starts chasing it*
Melodytchi: Y-yame! I-I just want to talk! I don't have cooties!
Mimitchi: *Following along with the others* W-wait what's going on?!
