After the fight against the false traitor Bakugou and Monoma were sent to RG who was not pleased to see them but eventually treat their wounds even though she didn't want to, as for the rest they continue on their exercise but the fight from Izuku still linger in their minds how he just destroyed the 2 of their classmates and the way he beat them is like they're not even worth fighting, most of them felt a bit of fear on how he just beat them, as for Nezu who just witness of what Izuku did in the CCTV couldn't believe on what he just saw he knew that Izuku has grown stronger than before but seeing it on his own the way he beat his students it's clear that he was holding back.
At Izuku's own room we can see him watching on the T.V anything about the Villains who escape Tartarus mostly the police have captured some low thugs who steal cars rob jewelry store and banks, some breaking and entering but all of them were dealt with by the police and heroes luckily there were no lives taken to the prisoners that have escape, and since he has nothing to do he decided to head to the support department where he request something to Hatsume of his new hero costume.
When Hatsume found out that Izuku returned she was overjoyed that he returned but a bit scared of his new personality, she missed the old Izuku but she couldn't blame him for the sudden change and Izuku requested of a sudden changes of his hero costume, consisting of a red, spandex suit with black sections around the collar and legs, white gloves, and white boots but with a little bit of adjustment Hatsume decide to add something that can resist the heat so the costume won't get burn easily she then added Silica Fibre Cloth on his hero costume with additional of it can withstand heat about 1000 to 1200 Celsius since she mostly saw heroes entering in the building with fire that it's so hot like you're in an a giant oven but with this she knows that it won't get burned easily, she ask her fellow support friend, Melissa shield that if there any way that they can push the heat resistance fiber cloth up to 2 to 3k Melissa replied that she will ask his father if he can make something or knows a person who can create such thing but it will take about a week or so to create something that can withstand 3000 Celsius.

While Nezu been assigning everyone in their position, At the City the pro's are handling the 3 troublesome villains most of them are handling the Giantification quirk because they can damage most of the buildings, while the other's are Handling muscular and a few students from other Hero schools are helping but he is too strong and now he standing on top of a truck while holding a hostage who is wearing a Red shoes with his red cap with 2 horns in it, This was Kota izumi who's being held Hostage while he and his aunt and her friends were window shopping around until they were ambush by villains his aunt and him tried to get away while her friends are trying there best to hold the villains back until they escape but there was a 2nd ambush Muscular leading her aunt tried to hold the villains of while she instructed Kota to run but she was Knocked out easily by Muscular who later then grabbed Kota and ran outside making her more worried than ever the Pro's have finally arrived and helped the WWP, but they were too late(in this AU Ragdolls quirk hasn't been stolen).
And now Muscular held Kota up facing the heroes
Muscular:GIVE ME WHAT I WANT OR ELSE THIS BOY WILL DIE JUST HOW KILLED HIS PARENTS!
He Shouted as Kota tried to break himself free but it was no use as the heroes couldn't do anything as the ragdoll and Pixie-bob are holding her back on Attacking Muscular as the rest are trying to come up with an idea to rescue the boy

The heroes who are present just witnessing a random person stop

They all heard a loud boom then they all look to where Izuku and Muscular are and to say they're surprise is an understatement as they see Muscular on the ground while Izuku is still standing but has his right foot on Muscular's face with an expression of disappointment(I let your imagination on what the did to him), he then look at the rest and they are shock to see him beat Muscular without efforts they were sbnap out of it when they heard sirens and saw SWAT team with arm guns and everything as Izuku grabs the Leg of Muscular and drag him towards them as the heroes and Hero trainees clear the path as one of the SWAT Capt. notice Izuku dragging Muscular he then signals one of the men to ready the truck once the trucks in position Izuku was about to toss him inside when one of the soldiers stop him
SWAT#1:Were gonna have to put some canceling quirk on him before you put him inside
He said as Izuku look at him for a second before nodding once they put the canceling quirks on his neck which also contains a electricity in case they tried to remove it, in other words shock collar, once it was done he then lifts him up and tosses him inside which made him woke up for a bit before getting punch by izuku knocking him out, once he done with him he felt the ground shake and saw the 2 Giantification fighting Mt lady, hawks and Ryuko trying to take it down Izuku then look at the SWAT Capt.
Izuku:Ready a team in their location
He said before blasting off towards the 2 villains remain but the people around are still in shock that he just took down the dangerous villain with ease, but what they didn't know is that Izuku didn't even use his true power and strength, to him none of them are worthy to see his full potential
