A Supervillain's Shocking Debut
Riker's Island
There have been many people who had been prisoners of Riker's Island over the years, with the likes of Sid Vicious and Mark David Chapman. One of its inmates is one of the delinquents that Spider-Man thwarted: The head boy of the six boys that threatened Gwen. He was sitting on his bed, his head clasped together, thinking about how Spider-Man was able to beat him and his friends in just a short time.
"Spider-Man… Just what is he? How was he able to defeat us? If I get out here with my friends, I'll give him a taste of his own medicine," The head boy swore in his mind, as he turns to see a note gracefully fall down from the barred window and landing on the concrete ground. The head boy walks to the note, picks it up, and reads it. The note says, "Stay back if you don't want to be blown to pieces."
The head boy immediately hurries away from the wall and covers his ears as it blew in a rumble, setting off the alarm. From the smoke, Rose, in her chauffeur outfit, walks through the hole and to the head boy.
"Are you Herman Schultz?" Rose inquires and the head boy nodded his head, confirming his name. "Good. Come with me please."
A while later, Herman hurried his way into the limo with Rose in the driver's seat before the guards can show off, as they preceded to drive off on the Francis R. Buono Memorial Bridge. Looking out the window, Herman sighed in relief.
"So, you're the famous inventor, Herman Schultz," A voice spoke up, which startled Herman as he got a good look across from him at the slanted head of Hammerhead.
"Jesus… What happened to your head?" Herman asked.
Hammerhead knocks on the temple of his head and metal sound was heard, "Steel alloy. But we didn't get you out to talk about me, we're here to talk about you.
"What do you mean?" Herman inquired, as Hammerhead took out a laptop and opened it, revealing the blueprints of the two gauntlets with a pump-action thumb trigger that were shown for the Enforcers. Herman instantly recognized the blueprints and exclaimed, "Hey, those are mine! Where did you get those?!"
"Relax. Hear us out," Hammerhead insisted. "We were very intrigued by these gauntlets you made."
"They're my vibro-shock gauntlets. I designed them in my free time when me and my friends decided to rob banks," Herman explained.
"So, you're a delinquent, an inventor, and an inspiring bank robber?" Rose assumed with a smirk.
"You have my blueprints, so you could've built them already," Herman speculated.
"We were, but our current tinkerer is a bit hesitant and slow. So, we're going to you to finish building your gauntlets. In addition, the gauntlets seemed to be powerful, so we had the idea of building a suit," Hammerhead offered.
Herman was still suspicious and doubtful towards the slanted headed mobster and his lovely chauffeur, "That still doesn't explain how you have my blueprints?"
"I myself got them back from TriCorp when they fired you. We've read your resume. So, you were a TriCorp employee? That's OsCorp's main competitor," Rose stated.
"What do you want from me?" Herman solicited.
"Business, Mr. Schultz," Hammerhead's smirk slowly faded. "We want to do business with you."
Parker House
Peter heads to the kitchen to get ready for another day of school.
"Good morning, Peter," Aunt May greeted, as she was talking with her close friend, Anna Watson. She was a woman that was at least a year older than her, her hair being short and gray an donning a white blouse, a pink blazer, an orange skirt, and brown shoes.
"Morning, Aunt May. Mrs. Watson," Peter greeted his aunt back, as well as greeting Mrs. Watson.
"Oh, you came in just the right moment. We were just talking about how you should meet with Anna's niece, Mary Jane," Aunt May beamed, in which Peter's enthusiasm for the day came to a screeching halt.
"You mean… Miss Wonderful Personality?" Peter asked.
"That's my Mary Jane!" Anna confirmed. "Please you've got to meet her. She's been very interested in you in the past couple of weeks all of the sudden."
"I can hardly tell why," Peter tried to force a smile as he didn't want to upset his aunt nor her friend.
"Look, she's home right now. Maybe we can…" Aunt May offered.
"Oh, I would but I want to meet Gwen at the bus office before the bus comes," Peter insisted, as he grabbed a piece of toast and went straight from the door. "Bye Aunt May and Mrs. Watson."
Bus Stop
Peter and Gwen were waiting at the bus stop for the bus to come so they can do the normal routine: go to school, stuff happening there, and go home.
"So, Peter… How's your morning so far?" Gwen wondered.
"It was fine… I kind of glad that I'm actually at the bus stop to be honest because Aunt May and Mrs. Watson trying to set me up with Mary Jane again," Peter admitted.
"You mean… Miss Wonderful Personality?" Gwen asked.
"That's the Mary Jane they've been talking about," Peter confirmed, as both he and Gwen were uncomfortable on thinking what would Mary Jane's "wonderful personality" might be.
"I don't have a wonderful personality, do I?" Gwen pondered to Peter.
"No Gwen. You don't have the wonderful personality I'm talking about. I think I'm talking about, or at least maybe what Aunt May is referring, is that Mary Jane probably is crazy and she needs a boy because Mrs. Watson feels bad that she's single," Peter explained the context of the type, "wonderful personality".
"Ooohhhh," Gwen realized. "Well, I know I'm not that. Well, I've never met her."
"Neither have I. They've been trying to set me up with her since the end of sophomore year," Peter stated.
"Well, I'm glad that you've got your anxiety out in the open. I'm a bit anxious about something too. It's about Liz. She hasn't been in school for about a week now and I'm just hoping she doesn't drop out or anything," Gwen expresses her concern for Liz to Peter, despite of the harsh things Liz said towards her the previous week.
"I understand your concern and I'll admit, she hasn't been at school since the lunchroom incident," Peter agreed. "I wonder what's wrong."
The bus then pulls up and the doors open, having Peter and Gwen to climb aboard. As Peter and Gwen make their way to their usual seats of the back of the bus, a crumbled piece of paper is thrown at them. A few kids laugh, those kids obviously being Kenny, Jason, and Sally, and signaling that the one who threw it was Flash.
"I don't have the energy to deal with this right now," Peter groaned.
"Psst! Hey Parker! Stacy! Do you have any idea where Liz is?" Flash whispered.
"Well, we have no idea. I would expect that you she would be at your place, her cradling in your arms and singing her a lullaby," Gwen assumed, her innocence gleaming.
"Is that supposed to be funny?!" Flash quietly hissed, which had Gwen silenced.
Midtown High School: Art Classroom
"Okay children let's take our seats," Mr. Nicolato said as all the students settled down in their seats. "Today we're going to be learning about Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama."
Mr. Nicolato turns and starts to write on his chalkboard, "Now, Kusama was known for putting a shitload of polka dots in her artwork."
As Mr. Nicolato was teaching the class, Flash couldn't help to turn his head back and focus more on Liz's empty seat.
Kenny leans forward and whisper to Flash, "Hey Flash, where the hell is Liz?"
OsCorp Tower
As Phineas Mason entered his personal laboratory, unhappy to continue to work on the strange gauntlets Norman advised him to make. However, Mason discovered that the gauntlets have mysteriously disappeared.
"What in the world?" Phineas wondered as he went to inspect to where gauntlets have gone. However, Phineas soon discovered a post-it note on his desk lamp, pulling it off and reading it, "Dear Mr. Mason, We are appreciative to help us out but Mr. Herman Schultz of TriCorp insisted that he work on the blueprints that he designed. Now, he doesn't trust anyone with his tech, given he designed it and knows how to function it, but he appreciates some of the improvements you made for it. I'll keep this short and sweet, but thank you for helping us out, we appreciate your time in going out of your way, on your own free will, to help us expedite the process of the vibro-shock gauntlets. Sincerely, The Big Man."
Phineas is both surprised and somewhat relieved on that he doesn't have to work on those gauntlets anymore, but there was one small problem. Phineas remembers what Norman told him last week if he didn't work on the gauntlets.
"You work for me. I ask, you do. I would gradually expose Curt and Martha having one of our spiders escape to the public. You wouldn't want that, would you?"
Phineas was now worried about what would happen if Norman found out that the gauntlets that he was working on were gone. Would Norman expose Curt and Martha? How would Phineas be able to explain what happened? Phineas' eyes widen as a certain name catches his eye.
"Wait a minute, TriCorp?!" Phineas exclaimed, as he realized who probably has the gauntlets now. "Oh man. I am so fired."
Warehouse
A limousine pulls up at the warehouse where Hammerhead, Rose, and the Enforcers made the call with the Big Man in just a week ago. Out of the driver's seat was the lovely Rose, wearing her chauffeur outfit, with a case in her left hand as she uses her right hand to close the door. As she enters the warehouse, the footsteps of her heels echoed in the cavernous warehouse.
Hammerhead was minding his own business as Herman Schultz was improving the last finishing touches on the vibro-shock gauntlets. Rose clears her voice to get Herman's attention.
Herman was too focused to look Rose in the eye and could only respond with, "Yeah?"
"I have something for you. I think it will go well with those gauntlets," Rose informed the young inventor.
"Give me 10 seconds. I just need to do one... little... tweak," Herman kept his focus on adding the finishing touches to the vibro-shock gauntlets. "And done. There. All finished. What do you have for me?"
Rose opens up the case, revealing a suit with yellow quilt patches on the chest, arms and thighs, red metallic boots, red on the lower chest, making it shaped like a v, as well as sides of the legs & arms, with red gloves. In addition to the suit, there was also a yellow quilt mask with a transparent visor.
"Um... I thought I was trying to get revenge on Spider-Man, not be him," Herman pointed out.
"Trust me, you'll thank me later," Rose smiled.
"Those gauntlets of yours are very powerful. Without proper protection, the chances of you surviving are slim. That's what that Mason guy from OsCorp wrote in his notes," Hammerhead spoke up.
"So, you made me a quilt suit to protect me from the impact of my gauntlets?" Herman quires.
"Well, do you want to live to fight Spider-Man on your first night, or do you want to be six feet under by your own weapon?" Hammerhead challenged Herman of his options.
Varying his only two options, Herman sighs in admitting that Hammerhead was right.
"Did you get it in the right size at least?" Herman asked Rose for confirmation.
Lunchroom
Peter, Gwen, and Harry were all lined up so they can receive their lunch from Chef.
"So, Liz has been missing for a week?" Gwen inquires.
"Yeah. From what I've heard, she's not at home," Harry confirmed.
"I guess last week really did a number on her, huh?" Peter assumed, as the trio approached Chef to receive their lunch.
"Hello there, children!" Chef greeted.
"Hey Chef," The three greeted Chef back.
"How's it going?" Chef asked.
"Bad," Peter told Chef.
"Why bad?" Chef asked.
"Liz is missing from school," Harry informed Chef. "Do you have any clue where she is?"
Chef sighs, "Children, I'm going to be honest with you, I have seen her."
"You have?! Where?!" Gwen solicited.
"She's at my house. She knocked on my door and asked for a place to stay. She's been living there for the past 2 days now," Chef explained.
"Why?" Peter asked.
"Well in her words, I'm the only adult she can trust," Chef stated.
"Do you think we can see her?" Gwen pondered.
"She doesn't want to see anyone else, but I have been helping her with her schoolwork," Chef admitted.
Peter was in surprise that Chef would go out of his way to help someone who had bullied him and Gwen since freshman year, but at the same time, he wasn't surprised, given that he, Gwen, and Harry have known Chef long enough to know that he was a nice guy.
"Wow Chef. That's really generous of you," Peter praised. "We really need to see her though and know why she ran away."
"I'll see what I can do children, but it ain't going to be easy," Chef said.
Gwen sighs, "We know Chef. We know."
Central Park
Walking on the pathway of the center of Central Park, Liz Allan was walking with groceries in her hand, trying her best not to be seen in case her family or classmates have alerted her as missing. As she was walking, step by step, a baseball rolled to her right shoe.
A small young girl ran to her to get the ball, "I'm sorry miss."
Liz couldn't help but flash a smile at the little girl, as she puts down her groceries and picks up the baseball.
"Hey kid," Liz throws the baseball to the little girl, who catches it. "Hit a home run."
"Thanks!" The little girl smiled as she ran off to her friends. Liz kept her smile of the act that she had done. This was different than most of the actions she had done when she was with Flash's crew. This was something that... felt good to her.
Highway
As the limo was driving across the highway, inside, Herman was in his shock-absorbed suit with Hammerhead overseeing him, feeling embarrassed.
"God, this sucks," Herman groans.
"Look, I know this not your usual style per say but if you don't wear that suit you'll be committing suicide," Hammerhead informed the reluctant Herman.
"Why are we are we doing the traditional robbing a bank scenario again?" Herman asked.
"The Big Man needs some money for something. He said it's for charity or something," Hammerhead explained.
Herman scoffs, "The Big Man? Who the hell is the Big Man?"
"He's someone you don't want to question or mess with, now no more questions!" Hammerhead vociferated, shutting Herman up. "Now, before you go out there, you're going to need a name."
"My name is Herman Schultz," Herman reminded the slanted-headed mobster.
"No, that's who you are when you're not wearing the suit. Herman Schultz is a loser, a nobody. Wear that suit you'll be someone. A man of respect. But I need to know who you are in that suit," Hammerhead contended.
Herman shrugs and responds, "I guess we're going to find out."
Chef's House
Liz opened the door and entered the house of Chef, groceries still in her hand.
"Sorry, I'm late," Liz apologized, as she closed the door. "Some pathways are blocked to due to construction..."
Liz was cut off when she saw Peter, Gwen, and Harry sitting at the table with Chef, shocked at their sudden appearances. Liz forcibly scoffs, "What do you losers want?"
"You can drop the act Liz; we know why you haven't been at school," Harry pointed out, which had Liz look at Chef with a feeling of betrayal.
"I'm sorry, Liz. I can't let you hide yourself forever. It's time you open up," Chef expressed his thoughts towards Liz, offering a seat. "Come. Sit down."
Liz, reluctantly, sit downs to face the people she had tormented.
"Liz, the reason you haven't been at school is because you're confused," Peter stated.
"You don't know that Petey," Liz sneers, but her response still sounded fake and forced.
"The reason you're considered a confusing person by your so-called friends is because you are confused," Peter elaborated, hitting a raw nerve on Liz. "Now, we don't know the entire story of Liz Allan. Would you care to explain to us who you really are?"
Liz opens her mouth to respond, possibly words of denial. But nothing comes out. Instead, she is left to contemplate to herself.
"Liz, if there's anything you want to tell us, please say something," Gwen urged Liz, who was still contemplating.
"Silence isn't going to solve anything if you want to get out of this situation," Harry stated.
"That's right. If you really want this not to be a problem anymore, you have to talk about it with the right people," Chef added, but Liz as still silent, hesitating to open up.
"Well I... I..." Liz faltered as Gwen's phone then rang.
Gwen took out her phone and say that it was her dad.
"Oh, sorry," Gwen apologized as she answered. "Hey dad. I'm at a friend's house, why? Strange how? Vibrations? Okay, be careful. I love you too."
Gwen hangs up, her conversation causing interest within the group.
"What's going on?" Harry asked.
"My dad's going to stop a bank robbery. He didn't give me much, but it was something about a guy using vibrations," Gwen explained, which secretly caused conflict and interest within Peter.
"So, a bad guy who can emit vibrations. I beat those three guys last week, so this is just like that, instead it's a guy with superpowers, probably. But I don't want to ditch Liz again. I got to come up with an excuse," Peter thought as he spoke out loud. "Listen, I got to go. Aunt May probably invited Mary Jane Watson over and wants me to meet her."
"Miss Wonderful Personality? Oh," Harry shook in disgust, just by thinking of Mary Jane's possible obsessive personality.
"Your aunt hasn't led up, huh? May God be with you on your date," Chef prayed.
"Let me know if you want me to save you," Gwen offered.
"Don't worry, if I need help with my romance problems, I'll let you know," Peter reassured the three before turning to Liz, locking eyes with her for a moment, before turning away and leaving. As Peter leaves Chef's house, he runs to a secluded area to change into his Spider-Man costume.
M&T Bank
The police was all gathered outside the bank where the mysterious criminal was robbing the bank. Cars were set to look like a barricade so they cops wouldn't get shot and police officers had their guard up and guns drawn for the criminal. Overseeing this was Captain George Stacy, with Officer Jean DeWolff observing with him.
"Captain, isn't this the same bank those three guys robbed last Tuesday?" Jean inquired.
"Looks like it. Only this time it looks like the guy's actually robbing the bank," Captain Stacy speculated.
"I don't mean to barge in but can I check to see if your checking accounts are safe and sound?" Spider-Man quipped, making his presence known to the police.
Jean's eyes widen when she saw the Spider-Man sitting on top of a lamp post and exclaims, "You! What are you doing here?! Did you cause this?!"
"Please. Why would I want to steal money from the bank when I can just make a deposit from my phone?" Spider-Man sarcastically asked.
Jean quickly draws her gun at the web-slinger, tightling clenching on it, "You think this is a game?!"
Jean's partner, Sargent Stan Carter, steps in, "DeWolff! Hold your fire!"
"What makes you think you can take the law in your own hands and make a fucking joke out of it?!" Jean interrogated.
"Excuse me, Mrs. Officer. I understand that I'm a little different than what you expect, but I don't think you should be drawing your gun at a bystander," Spider-Man pointed out, squeezing in a little joke, but Jean didn't waver. "Look, I want to help and see what's going on. But I can't do that if you don't put that gun down."
"DeWolff," Captain Stacy called out and the Native American officer turned to her superior who nodded at her. Jean slowly lowers her gun, but still kept a distrusting look towards Spider-Man.
"Fine. You can help. But if you hurt a civilian, accident or not, I will not hesitate to arrest you," Jean swore towards Spider-Man.
"Okay, okay. Like I'd plan to get anyone hurt," Spider-Man sighs, as he fires two weblines, from his wrists, at the enterance doors of the bank. "Well, time to make a withdrawal."
Spider-Man pulls on the weblines long enough that he launched himself like a slingshot, with enough force for Spider-Man to kick down the bank doors. Now inside the M&T Bank, Spider-Man knew that he had to keep his guard up, considering the description of the criminal. Spider-Man turned to see that the bank vault had already fallen down, the metal leaving only a dent.
"Okay, where is the guy?" Spider-Man thought as the ear-piercing sound alerted him but it was too late. Suddenly, a yellow vibration beam was fired towards the wall-crawler, sending him flying and crashing into a table. Spider-Man feeling disoriented, tries to get back up, but manages to collapse again. "Okay, what the hell was that?"
Footsteps approached Spider-Man, who turned up to see Herman Schultz, wearing the yellow quilt suit and mask, with his vibro-shock gauntlets attached to his fists. "I bet that came as a shocker, huh, Spider-Man? Guess what? The surprises aren't over yet."
The masked Herman raised his right vibro-shock gauntlet at Spider-Man and fired a yellow vibration beam from it. Luckily, Spider-Man was able to dodge it just in time, using his agility to stick onto a column, which was soon destroyed by another vibration beam from the masked Herman, but Spider-Man was able fire a webline and swing onto another column, sticking on it.
"Hey! Hold still you little bug!" The masked Herman bellowed.
"I'm not the one who's being a copycat with that design!" Spider-Man shot back. "Who the hell are you?!"
The masked Herman contemplates Spider-Man's question for a bit. "Well I'm… Fuck it. Shocker's got a nice ring to it."
The masked Herman, now named himself Shocker, fires another vibration beam from his right vibro-shock gauntlet towards the column Spider-Man was sticking on. The friendly neighborhood wallcrawler unsticks from the column and jump towards Shocker, who delivered a vibration-powered punch towards Spider-Man, sending the wallcrawler flying into a cash register.
"I guess Hammerhead was right. This suit does protect me from my own power! I think owe him an apology," Shocker observed to himself.
Spider-Man, still feeling the impact of the punch, rubs his head. "Okay, this one's definitely going to be harder than those Enforcer guys. Those things on his fists is probably how he knocked down down the vault door."
The red and blue webslinger gets up on his feet, ready for whatever this Shocker guy has in store for him.
Chef's House
"Liz, come on. How long are you going to play the silent game?" Harry interrogated to a still silent Liz. He, Chef, and Gwen had been trying to get Liz to open up and explain her reason for running away for at least an hour now, but they continued to get what Liz was giving them: silence.
"No one here is going to judge you. It's okay," Gwen reassured Liz, but it wasn't enough.
"All they want to know who you are Liz. Just tell them and you won't have to feel this weight," Chef advised the Latina girl. However, instead of opening up, Liz gets up from her seat, heads into the guess room, and shuts the door, leaving Gwen, Harry, and Chef in disappointment. "I'm sorry, children. I thought with me around, it would be easy for her to open up."
"As she told you stuff about herself?" Gwen asked.
"Only little details. Some of the stuff she said was in Spanish," Chef responded, which had Gwen sigh in response.
M&T Bank
Spider-Man slid onto the floor of the bank as Shocker delivered another vibration-powered punch.
"Looks like you're not as tough as you thought, now that I've gotten myself a special upgrade since last time!" Shocker taunted.
"Huh? Last time? What are you talking about?" Spider-Man asked as he forced himself up.
"I'd rather leave my identity vague, just like you with your identity," Shocker stated as he raised his arms and fired and double vibration blast from both of his vibro-shock gauntlets, forcing Spider-Man to be sent flying and crash into a wall. The friendly neighborhood spider has been now beaten and bruised by this powerful new foe, unable to deliver another blow as Shocker walks towards him and grabs the red and blue vigilante by the throat. "One to the head in close range ought to do it. Goodbye, Spider-Man."
Spider-Man's eyes widen underneath his mask as Shocker charges his right vibro-shock gauntlet and pulls it back, charging it with energy, before the villain delivers the blow.
I hate to leave you on a cliffhanger, but that is how I'm going to end this episode. But don't worry, I've already started writing the next episode. So, a lot of stuff happened in this episode.
First off, Shocker. This version of the character is still Herman Schultz, though he's not just a goon as we've seen in adaptations like Spider-Man: The Animated Series. Last time I asked you who do you think Shocker is going to be and I think the answer was pretty obvious given Montana was arrested in the previous episode. Don't get me wrong, I like the Montana was Shocker in Spectacular Spider-Man, but I still wanted to be true to the comic book source, thus, Herman Schultz is Shocker in this. For the characterization, I kind of did something similar to what Spectacular did with its villains, and that's show them before they don the suit or gain the power. I decided to do that with Herman Schultz as the head boy who attacked Gwen in Episode 4. I kind of mixed the two versions of Shocker from the comics. The bumbling fool we see in today's comics to the menace we saw when Stan Lee and John Romita Sr. created the character. For Shocker's voice actor, I'm casting Kirk Thornton. He has voiced characters like Shadow the Hedgehog from the Sonic games, Kisame Hoshigaki from Naruto, Don Patch from BoBoBo-Bo Bo-BoBo, Jin from Samurai Champloo, Gabumon from Digimon, and Adam Warlock from the Avengers: Earth's Mightest Heroes. I envision Thornton doing two voices for the character. One normal-sounding voice when he's Herman Schultz and the other a more gruff and booming voice for Shocker. The idea that Herman originally worked at TriCorp came from the idea in Spectacular Spider-Man where the Shocker suit and gear were taken from a TriCorp armored truck. Since TriCorp exists in this universe, will we see Dr. Ted Twaki like we did in Spectacular?
Speaking of this universe, I have another Marvel hero added, that being Iron Man. At the time the first episode came around, Tony Stark had already become Iron Man, being taken prisoner 9 months before the Fantastic Four debuted, and 3 months later, he escaped with the Mark I armor, before testing out his Mark II armor when he came back to the United States. Unfortunately, like in the Iron Man movie, there was an icing problem, which resulted in Tony creating his Mark III armor, which he used to make his flashy debut, exactly two years before Peter got bit by the spider. The villains that he fought, so far, are the Iron Monger (probably met his same fate as in the comics), the Crimson Dynamo (around this time, Vanko met his same fate as seen in the comics), and the Mandarin (the real one). Though Greg Weisman didn't had Tony Stark become Iron Man around the time he was developing his Spider-Man universe, but I wanted "The Superhero Revolution" (that's what I'm going to call it, just made it up on the spot) to not start with the super-powered guys like the Fantastic Four, though I originally had them to be the starting superheroes as I was developing my universe. Something about Iron Man being the start of the revolution just clicked for me, granted the MCU had Iron Man to start off their universe, one of the best casting decisions of all time. I love RDJ as Tony Stark. Let's just move onto the last thing before I get all RDJ crazy.
Now, for Liz Allan and Mary Jane Watson. We don't see a lot of Liz Allan in this episode, but we see her struggling to maintain her social status in front of her peers. Despite her cheerleading valley girl, deep down, she's a good person, and we see that in this episode. You'll be seeing a lot of Liz in the series. As for Mary Jane, Miss Wonderful Personality has finally been mentioned. I think I took the "Miss Wonderful Personality" and took it to another level if I say so myself. I mean, we all know Mary Jane was going to be in the series. I think I would get blacklisted if I didn't include her. I'm doing the same thing the comics and Spectacular did, that is building up the character to her debut. As for Mary Jane's aunt, Anna Watson, the voice actress for her will be Catherine Battistone. She's infamously known for voicing the New York-sounding version of Alpha 6 from Power Rangers Turbo, before Wendee Lee took over the role for In Space with a voice sounding similar to Richard Steven Horvitz's Alpha, before she has done voice work for old women, as seen in Fist of the North Star, Ys, and Witch Hunter Robin.
Note: This episode has a bit of inspiration from the Spectacular Spider-Man episode "Market Forces". Also, a bit off topic but I thought it would be fun to tell you, as I was reading Issue 2 of Untold Tales of Spider-Man, I realized that Tiny not doing well in academics, came from the comics. I thought it was only something that the show was planning to do. So, I was surprised when I found that out.
Will Liz open up and reveal her true self? Who is the Big Man? Can Spider-Man beat the sinister Shocker? All your questions will be answered in the next episode, as we learn about Liz Allan, including a major turning point for her character, and we continue our favorite wallcrawler's confrontation against the Shocker as well I hope you'll look forward to it and I'll see you soon.
