Chapter 33:Boasting Moral Part 1
The sun soon rose over vacou again. As its citizen where doing their daily routines to prepare for the fight against salem right now. As some where scared after the rumors they heard about a talking grimm being on the prowl. Along with possible spies in the city as well. But after yesterdays events every deserved to have a good nights rest
As right now waking up right now to start her day was may who slowly waking up to start her day right now. While she did she realized she felt someone wrapped around her wondering who it was
Looking down she saw it was reese sleeping rather peaceful after last night. As the sniper noticed her snuggling into her chest before glaning around the room see eden, razma and velvet staring at her.
"First of all i didn't cheat on any of you"may firmly said but they know
"We know. Vel explained what happened last night didn't wanna move you to wake her up. Though reminds me of hmmm…well what happened happened with you and wolfie in menagerie"eden replied making velvet sigh as she rubbed her ears
"I miss them still…but wake her up arslans waiting for her outside in the hall"velvet said as may nudged reese to wake her up this made reese give a big yawn as she smacked her lips
"What time is it?"she asked tiredly. She looked at her current predicament before blushing mad red separating herself from may with a blushing red face
"Ohhh….ohhh what did i do last night…please don't tell me i assaulted you in your sleep"Reese said worried but that surprised them that was her first though
"No. you cried yourself to sleep last night and i didn't know where your team dorm was. Come on arslan waiting for you…i need a shower"may said as their dorm room door opened as it was unlocked with arslan walking in with a small upset look
"Heyya reese…well uhhh lets get today started right now. Because their is a small bath in the school big enough for several people"arslan said as they decided to go with that
They quickly exited the dorm as they walked to the bath. Once inside it was empty with a bath built into the ground it seems as it was on the lowest level of the school. But they all discarded their clothing before slipping into the bath that felt nice
"This is nice….can't believe what happened yesterday. That we failed to get the relic"eden said in shock with razma flicking her on her bear ears as she winced
"Don't be such a negative nancy. We can still work with what we got…if we have to we can just blow a door open ourselves. Like the one in atlas"Razma said as that could work
"Maybe. But who knows with the relic in hand that salem will attack..its…weird how she hasn;t"may mentioned confused on that with arslan huffing for a moment crossing her arms under her bust
"Maybe she gathering her remaining forces. It makes sense though…how you doing reese you sleep okay?"arslan questioned as her partner stared into the water gently nodding
"Yeah um…thanks for last night…sorry to be a bother"reese said but she didn't need to worry about that

With razma laughing slightly"when did you get wise?"she asked as the sniper shrugged her soldiers

After some time they soon got done heading down for breakfast with their friends eating breakfast with some in higher spirits with a few still down. As ame sighed messing with a cup of tea as tanner sat their with crossed arms with a blank expression. Which creeped everyone out
"Dude what is up with your friend?"sun whispered to neptune who sighed
"This is tanner when he gets pissed off. Along with that…you messed with someone who was friends with him. Sucks to hear bolin is…gone"neptune said with zephyra tail swaying from side to side
"Look i know where all hurt about him being gone. But…we just need to continue looking toward the positives. Besides you two gonna pratice tonight"zephyra asked her musical gifted teammates as perun nodded
"We will…perform a couple shows. Heard those triplets that do acrobats are involved along with the twin sisters in the arc family. Along with some band from dryshore or whatever"perun replied as yahto joined them with his wheelchair at the table as vera and aruna gasped in unison
"Krim and coop. Their here!"aruna shouted in glee right now
"You know this band or something khan?"emerald questioned
"Oh right their those guys that played on the docks back in dryshore. Pretty good actually they let us soak it up at their family hotspring for free"bombay replied as that seemed generous
"They seem nice. Although…do you think they'll be games or something at the feistval"nora asked
"I think they'll have some food vendors set up. Nothing to major though lets hope it goes well. Because who knows who we'll run into today"Cardin said as he just had to say that as a shadow started to cast over falk right now who noticed this looking up going wide eyed
As their was a girl who seemed to have pale skin complexion seeming to be eighteen for her age. Along with having a slender and curvy figure to her as she was filled in certain places that made her seem straight out of a magazine. But a noticable thing was how she was eight feet and six inches tall making her like some amazon. She had a very large bust with a set of pink eyes with dark blue hair reaching her middle of her back.
While she had an attire consisting of a corset blouse colored black which presneted a large amount of clevage. Along with wearing a some dark blue tights that seemed tight on certain places. While it complemented her curves well with a pair of brown knee high boots that looked bigger with white laces. Along with that she had tattoos on her arms, that showed a wide variety of japanese style flowers and petals.
Falk flinched by the sight of"ohhhh god! You are fricking tall!"falk shouted getting their attention as they all looked at the new girl in complete shock right now with velvet ears flopping as she was much taller than diamona and hazel. Jazmine felt very tiny compared to this new girl who laughed at falk comment

"Uhhh who are you and why are you talking to us? Not to be a jerk"vance questioned quickly but the girl quickly hugged one person that being razma as her bust covered her entire head
"Lets just say i knew this one back in atlas…how yah been razzy"the girl sweetly said as razma peeked her head out from the large clevage smiling at her before hugging her
"Natalia! Hey you made it out of mantle how you been girl"razma greeted the girl named natalia who smiled sitting down as she took two whole seat
"Oh you know better. But heard a little rumor from holly that you finally settled with someone. What happened to our thing"natalia asked seductvily making them figure out how she knew razma
"Ohhhh you two were a thing weren't you"yumi said as she was half right
Leah rolled her eyes"half right. These two were well lets just say mhmmm how can i put this"leah said trying to come up with the words
"Simply we were cuddle buddies when we got bored"natalia sweetly said making them all feel embarrassed now. But aruna stared at razma for a moment then back at natalia with a shocked look
"Okay…solomon…what…the…hell…this girl is bigger than hazel!"Aruna shotued as they hoped she wasn't embarrassed but she wasn;t
"Awww i am quite tall. But well thank genetics, even got in a magazine for that as a kid"natalia said unbothered by their tall comment
"Uhh you aint bothered by your height i mean that gotta be a problem"sun asked making sombra jab her boyfriend in the side with natlia blinking for a moment
"Nope. granted bigger beds are nice but….i kinda wanna meet your new lovers. "Natalia said as the three girls quickly hide behind pyrrha for safety as the red head tail sagged to the ground. Razma giggled at their reaction
"Its those three…though you guys wanna head back the houses and get prepared for tonight. By that i mean armed up"razma mentioned as they liked the sound of that right now
"That sounds like a great idea. Besides i gotta go check on my cousin asani been cooped up in my aunt house for a couple days."vance said with worry
"Guessing she grieving right now for her brother she lost"dew suggested as it could be a maybe
"Or her girlfriend and him. But hey lets go because maybe cuddling dawn and dusk little babies can cheer us up"jazmine suggested as they loved the sound of that but sun and sombra had other plans in mind
"You guys go me and sun need to go talk to uncle declan. Guys been uh down"sombra said to xander concern
"Want me to come with?"Xander asked as the two shared a look before shaking their heads yes. The three left them as they immediately left the academy to traverse their way to the houses to check on their gear along with asani mainly
They traveled for maybe ten minutes for their walk as walking to the walker hill residents was cardin, dew, the polymary couple, natalia, vance, jazmine, reese and arslan. As tanner and perun went to grab their instruments for tonight event. As they knocked on the door it opened to reveal robyn their who greeted them
"Heyya kids i…uh…whos your uh friend"Robyn siad pointing at the gril taller than the door frame even as natalia waved
"Hi i'm natalia friend of this one here"she replied pointing at razma as the women knew she meant something else. But she welcomed them inside with natalia having to duck to get inside but once inside someone rushed to greet them. That being dawn yipping and barking as vance smiled ruffling up her coat
"Heyya girl you been protecting your little babies"vance said as she barked panting with approval. As on the couch holding some of those said babies was diamona along with nadia. With diaz who brought june over, their was also willow with her son wren. But they stared at the tall girl in the room who noticed it
"What?"she asked annoyed
"Uhhhhh nothing just ummm…diam your record for tallest women i know has been broken"nadia said making the polar bear frown as skully waddled around on her head. As they took some seats reese saw crimson coming toward her meowing quietly as she picked her up balling up hugging her for some comfort right now.
Diaz scratched his chin"What brings you kids here today? Thought you'd be out on patrol for today before the feistval"he asked with june walking over hugging velvet who smiled as she sat down placing her on her lap
"Well we didn't have any jobs right now. Mainly here to gear up just incase for the night who knows what might come tonight"dew replied as they found that smart
"Smart idea. Although wren here is excited since someone finally got a couple of his glyphs"williow said cutely as after much pratice the young schnee got some of his glyphs down. While walking downstairs was yuri with fiona by her side
"Yeah yeah my baby brother got a couple glyphs. Though launched whitley into a tree last time"yuri said as wren smiled running over hugging her legs
"Big sis"wren said cutely making her smile as she knelt down hugging him quickly. As tootsie scampered over yawning as natalia picked her up praticulary squealing at the sight of her right now
"Awww aren't you just the cutest little thing…what breed are you"natalie cooed tickling her little head as tootsie yawned sleeping in her hands.
"Uhhhh grimm…before you ask its a weird ball fo snot that can turn into any type of animal"yumi explained making her find that interesting. Though nadia knew they where here for something else
"Let me guess your here for my daughter."nadia asked with her lynx nephew nodding
"She doing okay i haven't heard from her lately"vance said with worry as she looked upstairs with a soft expression
"Shes been busy tinkering with her brothers weapons. Could a couple of you check on her and get her to come down. "Nadia asked as jazmine stood up with vance following after as they went upstairs as the others talked right now. They soon arrived at asani room with vance knocking gently on her door a few times
"Heyya cousin you in their?"vance asked waiitn for a response but got none. Immediately he got to work picking the lock as jazmine knocked on the door again
"Asani! Hey are you up or–"she was stopped as the door opened with vance unlocking it. Though it revealed what asani was doing that was working and maintaining her brothers weapon. With all of the cases undone with all the weapons spread out looking clean and well kept
But the room was simply with no decorations in the room just a simple dresser for her clothing. A bed for her to sleep on along with that a workbench for her curious and tech savvy mind. But she was at the desk right now doing maintenance on a shotgun right now as she was cleaning the barrel out seeming to ignore them right now
Noticing this jazmine walked over snapping her fingers near her face making asani yelp in fear dropping the shotgun to the ground. Lucky for them it was unloaded as asani looked at them
"Ohhh um….w-what do you guys need…i'm um busy"asani said stuttering sounding like her old self to their surprise with vance closing the door with a concerned look as she had her mask on
"Cousin…hey…how long have you been in here"vance asked as she stayed silent before her mask displayed a very sleep emoticon with asani sighing picking up the shotgun with shaky hands
"A couple days been nice staying at home for a bit…m-mom…and mom n-number two are a little loud. But i can drown…t-t-them out"asani answered stuttering with jazmine walking over taking her helmet off as asani hissed slightly. As it revealed her to have bags under her eyes right now with red eyes like shes been crying or hasn't slept
"Asani….come on whats wrong? Your stuttering again something up you can talk to us"jazmine asked softly making her iirated now
"I'm fine. Go away i wanna be alone for today and tonight…i need to keep my mind off things"asani said lazily as her sleep was catching up to her with vance shaking his head
"Cousin look…i know your hurt about your brother being dead. I know it hurts that you lost someone you loved but…this behavior aint gonna help you. "Vance said as she glared at him with tired eyes
"Shut up…i…i know their never coming back i…i…s-sangie is here..she…she might hurt me….like yohi did"asani said in fear as that clued them in why she was cooped up in here all the time. As jazmine gently placed a hand on her making her flinch before hugging her
"Hey we aint gonna them touch a hair on anyone head. Look at me"jazmine said as she did with golden amber eyes meeting her with tired eyes
"I know that were all still reeling from our loses still. But were all going to protect each other no matter what. No ones going to die…besides your mom gonna put a bullet in that ladies head this time. "Jazmine said which made asani laugh lazily for a moment as sleep sounded pretty good right now actually
"Maybe some sleep will help ease my mind but um…my room is a mess"asani said gesturing to all the weapon cases in the room as someone cleared their throat. Looking up it was fiona who tapped her knees
"You can sleep in my room for a bit before we head out for the festival tonight. It'll be fun"Fiona said making asani smile appreciating her being her sister now. As they decided to spend some time here before the festival begins tonight
Elsewhere with sun and sombra with xander tagging along. The two kept quiet for a long time which was starting to annoy the wolf right now. For what felt like forever xander sighed deciding to ask them on what was going on right now
"Can you two like slow down. I mean i would like to know whats going on right now"xander questioned with sombra glancing at him for a moment sighing
"Sun lets duck down here for a moment. Hes gotta know"sombra said gesturing to a nearby alleyway. Sun agreed as they ducked inside of it making sure no one was eavesdropping as the wolf had alot of questions
"Whats up with you two right now? I mean you've been acting weird for a couple days now everysince they said they um….hunt…uncle diego down"xander said as his ears flopped over with sombra telling him
"Well were trying to use some evidence to maybe let us use that vial of blessing to save my dad."sombra explained to this shock that what they where doing as he stared them down with curiosity
"Really? Anything good come up"Xander asked eagerly to their surprise wondering if hew as with them on this as sun nodded
"Were planning on asking celeste for help. She uh can show memories of you know the messed up lab. Along with that guy protecting their families archangel. But…now that i think about it. Why didn't they take him in"Sun questioned confusing the other two for a moment
"Why does that matter right now?"sombra questioned as he continued
"I mean if their little archangels are so important along with each of their family. They had to have known he was alive…probbaly search for him take him in."sun explained as the two thought about it as that was weird
"Your right. Maybe they thought he died or where too scared to come out of hiding. "Xander replied on that being it
"Maybe but…you gonna snitch on us to the general for doing this"sombra questioned which surprised him she would think that
"Me snitch on you wanting to save my dad best friend. Heck no! "Xander replied
"I wanna help"he added as the two smiled at each other
"Then lets go meet up with him. Their at fenix place and they managed to convince loki and pana to come by."sun said as they walked off. As they made their way over their someone was watching them that someone being lilith who narrowed her gaze following them
After walking for what felt like forever they soon arrived at the neaman residents. As once they got their waiitng for them was amborise who waved to them
"Hey kids and…uhhh why is xander here?"ambroesis asked concerned right now
"Don't worry uncle i'm with you guys. They told me what your doing i wanna help out…my dad inside?"Xander said staring at the window seeing some movement inside as the owl faunus nodded. Opening the door they stepped inside to be met by a heated argument right now
That being between pana along with nix right now. Along with that questioning them on why they should even help after what happened on menagerie
"You tried to kill my nephew not once…but twice!"pana shouted in rage to the snow leopard who flinched with fenix stepping in to defend her
"Look everyone was just scared on what happened that day is all. No one knew anything about the grimm knights up until now. Relax we worked things out in the end"fenix said but this made her growl at him
"Worked things out? Don't make me laugh i was curious what they meant by something happened on menagerie. Now i know! "Pana shouted as she seethed in rage with loki sitting in a chair before noticing sun enter the room as he scoffed looking away from him
"What are you doing here? Gonna tell me more stuff that you hide from us"loki said making sun upset as he only acts like this when hes upset about something. Marrow sat their in his uniform with a frown on his face sighing
"Okay right now i'm fighting the urge to just tell the general your plan. I didn't tell vine what happened since he might slip up."marrow added with declan noticing his son here now as he looked down sighing
"Xander…i don't want you here go–"he was stopped
"Sorry i have a right to be here dad. He was like family to me…but…well guess this is why everyone is pissed. They found out about what happened back home. Great"xander siad with a wince at the end. As they took their seats with pana crossing her arms waiting for a good explanation
"Well i'm waiting? Because why should i help someone and waste out one chance to kill salem on saving some random faunus"pana growled which made ambroise glare at her a little right now as his feather got a little ruffled up
"That random faunus is my leader and good friend. Show some respect on his name"ambroise growled with her scoffing holding her head up high
"My acolytes have reported that thing attacking a few of them. It helped kill a few of our gifted…people who carries lucifers semblance. That thing killed them"pana said as they don't like how their calling their friend a thing. With declan feeling his role was reversed in this right now
The large wolf sighed"dear look…what happened that night it was…unexcusbale"declan started staring at the women before him as he sighed
"But their is no proper excuse. I…i was just scared…scared for my kids…everyone was. When the fall happened your nephew was viewed like a monster. My daughter overreacted and she hated people toying with her feelings."he continued with them siently listening right now
"Its just i didn't believe that my friend was some monster i thought he was dead for years. Hearing he was turned into one made me become a hypcoriate. Still kept saying we should hunt the kid down…but uh…my son here talked some sense into me"declan said patting xander on the back making the young wolf feel happy to hear that right now
"And where is this leading too? Because i'm ten seconds from calling the general on you all"marrow said as the man got it
"I know carmine might have told you how my best friend watched out for your nephew. I..i watched a few of the videos on that drive…i…saw my best friend kill a child"he said making them go queit for a moment with loki flinching hearing that as pana soften her gaze. With him conntiuing
"I know its selfish wanting to just…save him and waste a chance to kill her. But that small drop could save someone who didn't deserve this. None of them did…so many people are dead..one of them should be saved. And…"he paused staring at sombra before gesturing to the young sabertooth
"How would you feel if one of your daughters went through that. To loose them and they come back like that. Wound't you want to try and save them with a possible cure"declan fisnihd
This made pana flinch for a moment hearing those words. As she cares deeply for each of her partners along with their children. The thought race through her mind quickly as if she was in the same situation…she'd do the same thing.
With a heavy sigh she soon spoke up"your right. Look….first off we need actually proof hes not some rotten corpse in that thing. Which will be hard i'm sure but we can figure it out somehow i'm sure"she said making them relived to hear that
"Thank you and ummm…i talked to celeste and found two memories we could show. But first off we'll confirm if hes himself inside that thing okay"declan said as they nodded in agreement deciding to leave right now
As they left the house to prepare for tonight fesitval watching from around a house corner after eavesdropping on them was lilith. The women looked down with a upset look sighing as she decided to not tell her family about their little scheme right now
The day soon passed really quickly with an orange sun starting to coat the sky right now. But inside the private office of shades headmaster standing their alone was ironwood. The man was busy staring down at the swarm of people gathering for the small concrete and performances for them to enjoy to stave off the despair in their upcoming war
With a heavy sigh he closed his eyes wondering what led him up to this point in time. Lately hes been going over it in her head over and over agains everal times. Trying to figure out how he could have changed things. Along with blaming himself for the people who brought them all together deaths
He didn't expect for them to sneak into his office he was just so relieved to hear that they had a chance in this war. That they were winning but when he found that it made him think about beacon. It made him think about how many children have died in this shadow war with that witch sighing as he stared at the ground with a sympathetic look
"Too many children have died in this dam war….too many"he said to himself aloud not expecting someone to speak to him
"Talking to yourself james. Thats a little nutty if i ever have seen"dective knight said exiting the elevator surprising the general to see him here right now
"Henry. What are you doing here i thought you'd be at the festival"ironwood asked as the detective sighed taking a spot near his friend staring out the window at the people below shaking his head
"I would but…you should come down and join us. Far better than staying up here like some sailor in the crows nest"henry joked as the general sighed placing his arms behind his back
"I'm fine right here old friend. Besides…i want some time to myself. To reflect and think about the choices that might affect our shadow war"ironwood said but the detective could tell he was troubled. Hes known him far too long to give up as the man sighed before placing a hand on his shoulder staring at him
"James…your coming down their with me. And where gonna get one drink for old times sake, it boast the people spirit to see each of the four headmasters their to represent the event"henry said as the general thought about his words for a moment relnting as he nodded
"Fine. but i want to make sure everything goes according to schedule no hiccups"ironwood said as the detective smiled as the two old friends made their way downstairs for tonights festivities
The night continued on as the people of vacou, mistral, atlas and vale all gathered for tonight festivities for tonight. With some wanting to just relax as others still patrolled and guarded their city walls just incase of a surprise attack on their city for tonights celebration. Everyone was mostly their with heads held up high for tonight
Walking their where the others who where all gathered up for the night right now with aruna shocked this many people came to the small event tonight
"Man alot of people came here tonight for some simple little festival"aruna said
"Well its meant to bring us all together. Besides it beats listening to the pompous snobs of atlas i'll tell you"mercury joked as they coudln't agree more
"Agreed. Though what do you guys wanna do explore what stalls are open or wait for the event"cardin questioned
"Well we need to get our equipment and pratice before we go up on stage. See yah"slater said excited as the band walked off to prepare for their grand return to the people of remnant right now. With razma humming tapping her chin before snapping her fingers
"Well i'm off with my lovely ladies to get some treats for tonight. Lets go"she said grabbing velvet by her arms making her blush. With may and eden following after her as piper came along holding her sister hand tight. As arslan, reese, gwen, nebula and natalia followed after them. Leaving them to their selfs as they split off to do whatever for tonight event
With one group right now mainly being zoey, akata, the malachite twins along with sienna who brought her son. But they stayed far enough away from all the noise to make sure nothing harmed the baby faunus ears right now. As their was also sarah who was with her mother right now as sora sighed
"This is nice. I can't believe that everyone is here to relax even for a hour"sora said in awe of this sight
"You said it. Because uhhh its been awkward with a few of you lately"sarah commented since the soldiers seemed to have gotten on bad terms with a few of them. As close by was bastet with lavi in hand who just got her face painted from a nearby vendor as she had a lynx face paint on to match her favorite uncle
"Well its understandable. God my husband keeps wanting to find taupe and bring him back to try and save him. I don;t blame them he was a good man"bastet said with a wave of grief washing over all of them as akata sighed rubbing her baby bump
"Well at least where all here to enjoy a nice night together. Though….something up foxy?"akata asked her now wife
As zoey was deep in thought since yesterday as she cupped her chin as she closed her eyes for a moment
"You've been silent for the past ten minutes since we've talked"miltia commented

"Just that guy seemed familiar like i met him before. When i heard his name it felt familiar to me…like i heard before."zoey said making them curious was mealnie whipped her scroll out pulling up a special tab for their families intel
"Got a name? I could find it in my scroll and see who where working with right now"mealnie asked as she thought for a moment as it came to her
"Yeah…his name was savva. Big guy…had this giant shotgun on his back"zoey mentioned making bastet stare at her weird. With mealnie typing the name into her scroll till she got a hit that showed him as she flipped her scroll showing a picture of savva with a mugshot
"This him"She asked as she nodded with meg reading it
"Savva a former huntsman from back in the day. Used to be on a team with…dracona violet?"meg asked making them shocked to hear the wyvern knights name be mentioned as miltia took her sister scroll reading the rest of it
"Hold on this guy was appernelty a slaver. But he used to be a huntsman till him and his teammate got caught doing illegal work with their licneses. Dracona violet and him where charged with several charges of slavery. That chick was a slaver"miltia said in shock on that possible victim of watts with sarah blinking surprised
"She mentioned she was a slavery but talon…that makes no sense. She said she hated it since her old crew sold her out or something"sarah mentioned as mitlia read more but her eyes shifted toward zoey for a moment which she noticed
"Why are you staring at me mil?"zoey questioned as she told her
"Ummm zoe…it…it says here on our moms notes that…he was at the slavery camp her found you, vance and your brother at. He was the leader of their outfit"miltia answered which just came to zoey complete and utter shock hearing he was the one who took and captured all those people. With bastet going wide eyed
