After the incident in Mexico and more bodies have been found in (Name the street or alley) the Figure then heads towards the Border of Mexico and USA in Texas most of the Cartel have fled through the US but no matter where they go they have already been marked on his target he has on the 4 Leader's tried to fled the country by doing any means necessary bribing the guards contacting some contacts in the US anything illegal and connection just to get away for a few days or so not knowing that all of them have been followed but he would not kill them, no he will wait and let them think that the person who's been hunting them stops and only has a grudge against the person he killed before but his main objective is to kill them for having drugs, human trafficking, guns trading, illegal business, name every bad things that rich people do they do it.
And now he is now in a 5 star hotel in Houston because why? Because all of the Cartel leader's are in the same hotel as he is in but there on the top floor and he is 5 floors below them and now he has to wait for the final leader as he waits he grabs a glass and pours it with whisky as and place it over the desk he then removes his hooded cloaked remove his gloves, his mask, and finally his suite revealing different types of scars around his body and face he still has his signature green hair and his diamond shape freckles but there a bit visible now and he more muscular with a sic pack and taller than before he died he then look at himself at the mirror remembering of who he was before makes him want to get over it and make them feel his pain but he knew that it won't satisfy him no he wants them to suffer a bit one they have done to him

North Cartel Leader(NCL):You sure took your time getting here south
South Cartel Leader(SCL):And if ou must know my area is way far south in Mexico so of course I would be late idiot
East Cartel Leader(ECL):You have a lot of resources in the south why can't you use your connection like we did?
SCL:The entire hero has been guarding the coast and main roads has been block and investigating my area, ever since the Center leader has been killed and El toro has been exposed they dispatched the entire Federal police and the non-corrupted heroes has been searching my area looking for me and I have no choice but to abandoned my base, so I have to look somewhere else to do our little business.

The South Cartel Leader's quirk is Weapons creation he can make any guns from real and fantasy ones
The East Cartel Leader's quirk is Magnetite can manipulate any metal and use it for defense and offense
And finally The West Cartel Leader quirk is quick Draw, mainly using an old west hand guns he draws his gun in a split second killing them without them even drawing gun or before they could shoot.
Now all of them are now watching at the door as they heard from all the guards radio of screaming and gunshots as all of them readied there guns at the door it was quite for a moment until they hear the door bang

All of the soldiers followed orders they emptied there ammos before reloading and targeted the door, one of the guard has the guts to walks towards the door and opens it revealing no one in there but dead bodies and pool of blood around the guards then signals them that it was clear which made them nod as they followed him slowly then all of them smell something weird

Then they heard something coming from the room and saw 3 Cylinder gas tanks rolling towards them and they all look the room and saw the figure with a white mask and has his guns pointing at them, more specifically at the gas tank
NCL:RUN!
All them run to the exit stairway but there were a bit too late

The figure shoot the gas tank

All of the Cartel Guards were caught up with the explosion some and got burnt or got blown out of the window the only cartel left was the North Leader who some how save himself by pushing the rest of the leaders while he runs down to the stairs before he was hit by the explosion, he rush down to the stairs as he finally made it to the lobby
NCL:Hehh there is a saying that "The strong survives and the weak perish"
Izuku:And the Coward are nothing but a weak
then the NCL looks back and saw the mysterious looking at him

Once he said that the NCL can't help but feel helpless this person found out the biggest secret sell around the world the only people who knew about this are are the people like him,villains who have high status and corrupted governments and heroes

As red enrgy started to surround him and gather in the center he then blast Izuku sending him back farther away as he kneels down panting because what he did takes a lot of his stamina by gathering all the energy to the center to his chest in point blank in can burn the person in half but he was surprise that it only blast him away

He said as he still panting as he took out something from his pocket and saw multiple people in it but he mosly look at the center of the picture it was him side hugging a women and in front of them were two children 1 boy and a girl.
NCL:Don't worry my babies I'm coming home
He said as he stood up and turns around and saw the nearest exit and walks towards it only a 2 steps left and he can see hi family

He then looks down and saw something Impale him as he was lifted off the ground and looks back and couldn't believe his eyes

As the NCL held the photo in his chest and close his eyes and releasing his last breath as Izuku looks at him before placing his hand on his chest and extract something it was an orb, but not any ordinary orb, this is there soul he extracts them and judges if they are sent to hell, heaven or keeps him until he made his decision as of now this cartel he will decide later on if what he gave him to Izuku is all the information that he needs he places the soul orb to his black leather pouch bag where he keeps all the souls that hasn't been sent to heaven or hell yet
Izuku:If only you weren't blinded by those fools you will be sent to heaven without a second thought but because of your doing you will be judge soon once I find out who is responsible for this quirk drug boost, and if I find out if the International Government are part of this project then they will wish that they were never been born.
Izuku then stood up and uses his shadow step to leave the area

He said as he stood at the rooftop looking down to where all of the fire truck,Ambulance, Police, SWATS and heroes in the area and then leaves knowing that this will be in the headline news.
