Back in Japan where all of them are going to UA on their first day it was supposed to be an exciting day that they get to the biggest school in Japan but it's quite the opposite they didn't get into UA just because they pass the exams but also support of the HPSC which Nezu can't do anything but accept them in his school.

At the Yagi family we can see Izumi preparing all of the things she need for school ash she packs everything she then looks at the mirror even though she was happy that she got into UA she still feels guilty of the reason why she is here she then look at the photo that stick on the top left of the mirror it was a picture of her and her brother Izuku, she put 2 finger on her lips and then taps the photo

Izumi:I'm sorry Izuku I wished you could see me now, but this is not what I wanted

She said as she looks down in her uniform and think of what happened if Izuku is alive and she supported him on being a hero that put a smile on her face for moment until it was gone when she remembered who's responsible of his death because of that mistake her hero career and her friends hero career are only thin Ice because of her Uncles are in UA and one of them is the principal and the other is the strictest teacher of all, she takes a good a look at herself one last time before grabbing her stuff and head down once she there she saw her mother watching T.V and no sign of her father.

Izumi: Mom where's dad?

Inko:O-oh Izumi umm your father left early

Izumi:ohh ok

Inko:There's food already in the table so eat your breakfast and head to school first I will catch up later

She said as Izumi nodded but before going she then notice on what her mother is holding it was an All might onesie which she and her brother always wear whenever they were kids but she knows that hers is still at her room so the only answer to who's onesie she's holding is her brother which made her sad as she heads to the kitchen and starts to eat.

After eating she bid her mother goodbye and heads outside where she found her friend Katsumi and Shoka waiting for she gave them a smile which they return as the 3 head towards the school

The 3 arrive and take a good look of the school

Izumi:Well here we are

Shoka:Yeah

Katsumi:We made it

the 3 said as they take one last look before heading inside and went to look for their class room and once they saw it they took a breath before entering, once they enter they saw there all old friends/classmate Shoka and Katsumi saw their brothers already in their seats as all of them greeted at each other until the door open revealing none other than Shota Aizawa and just by the looks of it he doesn't want to be with them

Aizawa:If you are here to catch up of your friendship then you might as well leave

He said making them quiet as the 3 who just arrived took their seat

Aizawa:First off, I hate- No I despise you all and there is no reason to explain why

He said making everyone look down because they knew the answer as for Katsuki who just gritted his teeth because of what Aizawa said

Aizawa:As a matter of fact none of you deserve to be here in this school if I was the principal all of you are blacklisted and you can find other careers beside being a hero, but here you are now because of Nezu's orders and I can't do anything about it now here put this on and meet me outside

He pulls out their gym uniform

Uraraka:Umm sir what about the orientation?

She asks as Aizawa glare at her making her scared

Aizawa: Does is look like I care about some god damn boring orientation?

He asks none of them answered which is enough for him and leaves the room as the rest just went to the locker to change

Outside the school and Aizawa is there waiting and holding a stopwatch as everyone finally arrived as he clicks the stop button

Aizawa:It took you all 5 minutes to get here if it is a real situation the villains have already injured and killed a civilian because you are all late

He said as he puts his stopwatch on his pocket

Aizawa:If your here to be a hero then you should know by now that heroes are never late, and if you see other heroes out there running like a headless chicken is because there are nothing but a lazy hero who is nothing but after the fame and fortune, and I'm here to make sure that none of you are the same as those useless heroes out there now let the test begin

He said as all of them felt their spine shiver as he looks at them with his quirk active as all of them proceed on the test from running on who's the fastest ,grip test, long jump, run a lap until you couldn't do, side jump, push ups, sit ups, and finally ball throw, Aizawa then shows them their results

Aizawa:Hmm not bad, but not good either all of you still have a long way to go and we going to work on that so be prepare and Welcome to UA now get change and head back

He said as he walks away as the class finally collapse except for Shoto, Izumi,Katsumi and Katsuki

Denki:Man (pant)that was(pant)Hard

Mina:Yeah(pant) and here i thought(pant) we are done with(pant) this kind of things

Uraraka:I(pant) thought we(pant) were getting expelled

She said as most of them agreed of what she said, as we look back at Aizawa who is alking away from them and saw All might and Inko looking at him or more specifically looking at his students.

Aizawa:Is there something I can help you with All might Inko?

AM: HAHAHA AIZAWA COLD AND STRICT AS EVER, BUT DID YOU HAVE TO BE SO STRICT TO THE NEW GENERATION

Aizawa: I'm just making them realize why I'm doing this and stating the fact about the heroes being nothing but lazy and getting the fame and fortune

AM: SURELY NOT-

Aizawa:Not all of them? is that what your going to say then tell me this All might whenever you save Civilians did you notice that you are the only one arriving than other heroes?

AM:I did not notice

Aizawa:Then you're an idiot who is nothing but muscles

He said before walking not before leaving something to say

AizawaLDon't think that I don't know what you did Yagi

He said and glare making All might spine shiver as he continues to walk away not even acknowledging Inko which made her sad because before this happened, he was always there for her whenever she needs help if her husband is not there for her but now that all changes because one mistake, one mistake that changes everything

Somewhere across in New York at the Empire State Building a person who has his hood uncover him as he is seating on top of the eagle head with his left leg dangling as his green hair is waving from the wind, he looks down at the beautiful light of New York seeing heroes flying, swinging, running and jumping patrolling the area not even noticing that someone has been watching them from above and he is not their guardian angel.

Izuku:There are times that we must take it easy and not rush things and if I did rush it where is the fun

He said to himself as he chuckles, he then felt someone behind him but did not bother looking at it.

?: You know it is dangerous for a Civilian to be here

Izuku:And to think I would meet the No.1 hero of the U.S, Star and stripes

He said as he looks back to a tall muscular woman who is tall around 6'3 to 6'5 and she is wearing her hero was a high-collared skin-tight bodysuit with shoulder pads, boots, and gauntlets. Fitting to her home country and hero name, the upper torso was decorated in stripes, and her gauntlets and collar are studded with metal stars. Completing the outfit was a long, striped cape that resembles of the U.S. flag.

S&S: Mind telling me what are you doing?

Izuku: Do you need any more reason to just enjoy the few up here

He said as he looks back at the city

S&S: You know I could arrest you for trespassing in here, right?

Izuku: You won't

S&S: And pray tell why I wouldn't?

Izuku: Because you're enjoying this few as well and to what I am doing is nothing but a police officer or guards' job not heroes, so it is their fault on not noticing me here unless there scared of heights

He said then he heard a laugh from behind which made him look and saw her trying to cover her mouth but fail

S&S: Ohh your right about that, this job is for the guards not heroes and your right I am enjoying the few from up here also too lazy to do anything now since I just finish my work here in New York and I need to head back at Washington

Izuku didn't reply as he kept on looking and feel the wind, he then notice that S&S is walking in air thinking that she might be using her quirk

S&S: Huh based on your look you are not from around here

Izuku: You could say that

S&S:SO, what is your reason that your here in New York?

Izuku: Just looking for someone

S&S: Ohh is a girl

Izuku: No professionally

S&S:Bounty hunter?

Izuku:Close enough

S&S:Aren't you a little young?

Izuku:This is my life after what happen to my past and it is something that they will have to face one day

S&S:Bad past huh? a lot of people have that kind of history

He said before she could ask there was a huge explosion coming from the park

Izuku:It looks like duty calls

S&S:Yeah well be sure not to get caught if you're going down will ya

She said as she takes to the sky and flew towards the park

Izuku:Hmph like they will capture me

He said as he stood up and put the mask and his hood on and free fall on the building just before he could hit the ground he summoned his wings(Malthael Wings) and flew fast and heads towards Madison square garden where found his target It was few corrupted members of the government who keeps on his business undercover paying corrupted cop, selling drugs human trafficking blackmail you name it and since most heroes are now heading to the park he has a chance to put an end to them before they could hurt other people but he will do it instantly no sneaking in just went towards them and kill them all.

At Madison Square Garden inside in the Luxury suites We can see multiple people dress as casually discussing business of illegal stuff without the country knowing what there really doing

Corrupt government#1: Finally, we with those damn Cartels gone we can focus on other hand

CG#2: Yeah, with them gone the other countries have no choice but to make a deal with us

CG#3: Finally, after so long but question remains who was it that killed them?

CG#4: Bahh who cares it did the job for us

CG#5: Wel whoever it is we should be grateful

All of them agreed and took their glass of wine and hit their glass gently before drinking, until there was a knock at the door which the guard open and they all look and saw one of their members of the Corrupt government, but he was a mess

CG#2: Your here finally where have you been what happen to you?

He did not say anything as he fell which made all of them went towards and to chekk on him

CG#4: Hey what happened?

CG#1: Get a doctor here!

CG#5: Hey what is that?

He pointed out of their comrade hand it was a crumble paper one of the guards picked it up and saw what was written on it and he was shaking

CG#1: Hey what does it say

The guard didn't speak CG#5Snatched the paper and read what it said he was shocked of what it was written he then showed it to the others, the text is written in blood and it says

RUN!

They were all confuse when the lights were turned off not only in their suite, but the entire arena was blackout, the guards took out their flashlight and protect their boss they are wondering why the backup generators aren't working when the guards said

Guard#1: Sir the backup generator will be up about 5 minutes

Then someone suddenly closed the curtains

CG#2: Hey who told you to close the curtain?!

No one answered

Guard#2:Hey his asking you a Question!

One of the guard shouted when they heard a thud and one of the CG felt something hit his leg because its pitch black they couldn't see until the light finally on when their eyes finally adjust from the light, what they see was horrifying 5 bodies were on the ground and what's worst all of them are headless and their heads were on their feet as they back away in fear

?:Ahh I just love the smell of Fear, its intoxicating

Someone shouted they all look to where the voices is coming from then saw a person in in black robe and white jack-o-lantern mask with narrowed red eye slits as he spins his sickle with one hand while he uses his other arm as a support to lean back at the bar table, as all of the Guards pointed their guns and activate their quirk

CG#1: WHO ARE YOU!?

The Figure did not answer

CG#4: HEY HE ASK-

BANG!

Was the only thing they heard and saw the body of CG#4 on the ground with a hole in his chest and look back to where the person is only to see no ones therr, all of them look around when suddenly they heard a click as all of them look at the center where they are guarding all of CG that his is in the center and pointed his guns and starts shooting, spinning around and killing them all in point-blank.

Only one survive because of his quirk: Invulnerable allows his body to become bullet proof to any gun, once the Figure is done he then looks at the last remaining

?:Ohhh you survived by my death blossom I'm impress

The last CG look at him in fear and tries to look around if any of their men survived but he only sees a pile of dead bodies, the room that they bought was sound proof and heavily guarded place but it seems they have mistaken on taking this room because

?:Since you survive I'll give you a head start

He said as he throws one sickle between his legs making him back and run towards the door.

?: Go ahead run for it, Makes it more fun for me

The last CG started running and saw an emergency button he pushed it and the whole arena heard the alarm and all of them exit making him blend in with the people he wave his hand on a cab which one notice him and stop and tell him to take him far away from the area and said anywhere which the driver look at him weirdly and just took him for a drive he then looks back to where the arena is and saw him looking at him dead in eye before putting 2 coins in his and pointed at him which made him scared to the driver to drive faster.

About a minute or so they arrived at the other side of the park where there was a gang rivalry and villain joining in he paid the driver as he went to the park to cool off not knowing their no more people because they have been told to evacuate the area, he sat at a bench and took out his phone and tried to call one of the few CG like him there are other like them in different state they did this because they are hunger for power treating the people like ants and follow orders, only one last number when he heard something that shiver his spine

It was a whistle he then look to the source of it and saw a man standing in a street light he then lift his head revealing the white jack-o-lantern mask which made him panic as he drops the phone and run he kept on running and run and hide under the bridge, he took a small peak and sees no one he sigh in relive as he turns around he was already in front of him before he could do anything, he was then stab in his abdomen he looks at him in shock before the figure pulled his sickle slowly and letting the man back away and fall he then hold the wounds where he was stab trying to put o a pressure but he knows that its useless

CG#1:Wh-y a-re you do-ing this?

?:Because people like you have done too many horrible things and making this country, spliting the people bribing the police officer, the judge and a lot of cover ups, people like you don't deserve to live.

CG#1:You th-ink that th-is is o-ver?

?:No I don't which is why I will be hunting people like you all down until there is no one left

He said as he pulls out donner and points at the CG head and shoots him, the sound of the gun was heard through out the park which all the heroes and police look at the park and send a few to investigate, once they finally arrived to where the sound was coming from they saw the body of the Corrupt Government worker and they tried to look for any clues but there was none then one of the heroes saw something written on the wall which made the police flash a light to it, it was written in the dead mans blood.

"You can all run, but you cannot hide from me"

Was the message which made everyone be wary of this person
