It's been five years since Meteorfall, and yet the planet still edges toward the verge of destruction. The Lifestream wails as an infection courses within it, and Cloud is forced to answer the call once more as he's guided by a voice that he thought had been silenced forever.

Tifa receives a visit from a distraught Elena one night and decides to help her relax with some tea that she received from Yuffie. Unkown to both the tea would cause something to happen that neither one would expect. Rated M for Mature, sex and swears. Tifa/Elena/Cloud pairing.

After Tifa wears herself out watching over a now-comatose Cloud in Mideel, Yuffie is left in charge of guarding their fallen leader. Initially, she fends off her encroaching sense of despair the only way she knows how: with wildly inappropriate humour. As the night wears on, however, she works her way towards making a confession, one that she's been holding back for a long while...

Aerith has lost context for a lot of things since leaving Midgar...so clearly, extra effort on her part is required. (Or, a look into the reasons why Aerith seems more gung-ho in FF7 Rebirth than in FF7 Remake...especially with regards to Cloud.) [Spoilers for all of Rebirth.]

Slightly AU. The events at the Nibelheim reactor happen differently for Sephiroth. Four years later a mysterious man with silver hair and mako eyes is living in the Sector 5 Slums and getting on Aerith's nerves.

"I wanted to have the day off to go." The twitch in the facial expression meant that Tseng also wanted to frown. "Absolutely not." Tseng denied Reno's request. The anger built in Reno, rising from his gut. Reno cursed. "Screw you, man." A childhood friend of Reno's died in a Turk bust on a Wall Market gang. Reno is left in the darkness as feelings of guilt and anger consume him.

Zack Lives AU. Leaving the Golden Saucer behind, the group heads to Zack's hometown of Gongaga. Where, after nearly a decade apart, he finally is able to reunite with his parents.

Lessons learned from ages past inevitably fade into the fog of forgotten history, and now the President of Shinra stokes the flames of war once more in his search for the Promised Land. Amidst the rising tensions, a Human boy and half-Cetra girl meet, grow up, and struggle to prevent the Planet from being engulfed yet again by war.

With Midgar now behind them, Cloud and his friends set out on the long, dangerous hunt for Sephiroth, unaware that he plans to use one of their own to change his fated destiny. Pursued by Shinra's forces, Cloud and the others press onward. But the price of victory may be higher than they can possibly imagine. The story continues in the third installment of the Lifestream series!

"Happy twentieth, Yuffie," Cloud said placing the precious orb in the young ninja's hands. A new summon, completely unknown and untested. To his utter surprise, however, she simply grinned, then threw it across her shoulder. "I'm good, thanks." The blond swordsman was dumbstruck. "...Are you feeling all right? You're not sick, are you?"

"It's like that poet said," drawled Cid. "If you want to build an airship, don't gather people and give 'em the necessary materials. Make 'em dream of the sky instead. Make them yearn for it." A daughter of the earth befriends a son of the sky. Or, the story of Aerith and Cid's friendship, from its tumultous beginning to its tragic end.

Life is a lot easier the second time around… or the third. Turns out, Aerith and Sephiroth aren't the only ones who can play 4-dimensional chess.

Even though the team has escaped Midgar, they're now on the run from Shinra, the Turks, and their pasts ... but unfortunately, the past has a way of catching up to them. Chasing Shadows is a sequel to Halcyon Days, so it is strongly recommended you read Halcyon Days first if you haven't already.

Rebirth spoilers. Begins with the journey to the North Crater. Tifa-centric, focused on her grief and attempts to hold the team together as Cloud's sanity and the team's trust in Cloud unravels.
