"Good. That's everything." Sasuke said as he looked around his room one last time. He took a breath in as he seen the Team 7 picture beside his bed.

His mind was already set on doing what he knew he had to do. Mostly for himself and his goal. He felt he was too weak and incompetent. They were terrible feelings that ate at his entire being.

A part of him could say that he would miss them.

They were like his second family

His eyes narrowed and then he put the picture face down.

He couldn't afford to be emotional right now.

He nodded his head.

Knock Knock Knock

Sasuke's eyes narrowed. 'Who could be knocking at this time of hour?' He thought suspiciously.

He placed his bag on his bed and went to his door.

He slowly opened his door.

His eyes widened with surprise and shock at the bloody and bruised form of..

What was her name again?

"H-Help m-me.." She quietly said before passing out and falling down.

Before she could fall completely down, Sasuke caught her.

'What the Hell is going on??' He thought with extreme confusion.

His eyes narrowed again as he sensed Shinobi heading towards his apartment..

Specifically Hyuga Clan Shinobi

"Damn I have to hide her!" He whisper yelled and quickly placed her on the couch. He then made a sign and activated a strong Genjutsu so they wouldn't notice.

He wiped the unintentional sweat from his forehead and took a couple calming deep breaths.

He was fortunate that none of the blood fell on the floor or ground.

Knock Knock Knock

He nodded as he heard some more knocking on his door. He walked and opened it.

"Uchiha.."

Sasuke looked into the eyes of what he assumed was the girl's Father. Beside him was another boy a little older than him and another one of their clan members.

"Hyuga. What are you guys doing here?" He asked with fake curiosity.

"Have you seen Hinata Hyuga?" The man asked bluntly.

So that's what her name was. Hinata..Hinata Hyuga.

"Can't say I have. Anyways I'm about to go to sleep. Goodnight." He replied and was about to close the door until a foot prevented him from doing so.

"If you do manage to see her Uchiha..please let us know." The man said before removing his foot and let Sasuke close the door.

'Whew thought I'd been caught..' He thought with relief. Fortunately they didn't have their Byakugans activated. It was forbidden to do so anyways at another person's house. He would wait a couple of minutes before releasing the Genjutsu and checking on Hinata and then he will certainly get answers.

-Cutscene-

"T-Thank you s-so much Sasuke-san." Hinata choked out with tears.

After he made sure the three Hyuga Clan members were absolutely gone, he released the Genjutsu and analyzed Hinata for injuries.

Her injuries were borderline serious, but not too bad. He made sure to get the blood off of her and then he patched her up.

He gave Hinata a glance. "No problem. You should be healed fully in no time..now why were they chasing you?"

Her tears immediately stopped and her expression changed to one of lividness and self deprecation.

"..Why would someone as weak and useless as you be offered high status in our clan?" She said without stuttering.

"Huh?" He questioned with a raised eyebrow.

Hinata looked down and her hands closed tightly into fists.

"It was the last thing my Father told me before I was ambushed and almost k-killed by my own family." Her voice managed to crack but she still told him.

'Damn..ironic how I was about to leave the Leaf Village because I felt that same way..'

Sasuke could say he felt empathetic and understanding towards Hinata.

Her situation was similar with what happened with him and the Uchiha Clan.

What could he do..

Maybe she could come with him??
