Tam woke up the next morning hoping to make everything up to Biana, he cooked breakfast (well, reheated the food Edaline sent), and set up a saddle that Biana could ride on, with him. "Biana… Biana, wake up." "Leave me alone!" "I'm sorry, I made breakfast."

"This is burnt." Biana said, spitting out whatever thing Tam had given her. "Really? I hadn't noticed," Tam muttered under his breath. "Course not, it's as dark as your soul," Biana said, turning away. Tam groaned. Way to go, idiot. He thought to himself. "I set up a saddle so you can ride on Wynn." "No thanks, I'd rather fall off Luna again." "Please Biana, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to offend you." "Offend me! You did more than offend me!" "WHAT DID I DO!?" "My God! You are an idiot!" Biana said, limping off. Tam stood by himself wondering what he could have possibly done that hurt Biana this much. "I miss Linh, she would know what I did wrong."

A few hours later Biana walked back, "Hey Tam, I'll ride with you." "You forgive me?" Tam said excitedly. "No, but we need to get going so come on." Tam went to Wynn with his head hanging like a sad puppy. "Let's go," he said.
