NotTopText's Crazy Multiverse! Chapter 7 - The Chosen One
After John guided me through the city and had a good night's sleep, I immediately figured out what I was going to do next. I ate eggs and bacon that morning. They were heavenly. After that, I took a walk to the Information Center because I was going to find out about the supposedly chosen one. When I arrived there, I instantly went to the computers and logged onto the internet. I typed in "Schmoodle" into the browser.
When I was in Schmoodle, I typed in: "What is the legend about the chosen one?" The answer was: Sorry, we can't provide any information about the myth of the chosen one. Try looking in a book.
Me: God dang it!
I went up from the computer desk and went to one of the librarians. She was packing books when I went to her.
Me: Where can I find any books about myths and legends?
Female Librarian: Go to the bookshelf over there and look on the second row. She pointed to a bookshelf nearby.
Me: Thanks!
Female Librarian: No problem.
I went to the old bookshelf and picked up a book. It was called Tales and Myths from Around the World. I flipped to a tale called "Creation of the World" and began to read it aloud. A lot of young kids sat around me and listened.
Me: In the beginning, there was nothing. Then the Light God, Yozareth, began creating the world. He created everything, from amazing animals and overflowing greenery to fluffy clouds and flowing rivers. But the Dark God, Sathareth, didn't like that. He was jealous of all the appreciation Yozareth was getting. So, he and his dark minions planned an assassination on Yozareth. One day when Yozareth was admiring his proud work, one of Sathareth's higher-ups actually killed Yozareth. Everyone was sad because Yozareth was dead and held a massive funeral for him. Before he died, Yozareth wrote a prophecy about a hero that would avenge his death and save the multiverse.
Me: Yeah, that's both sad and exciting at the same time. Poor Yozareth. He was killed out of envy. One day i will defeat Sathareth! If I am the chosen one, I guess.
Who is the chosen one? I dont know.
