"Thank you Mr Uzumaki. You're a god sent Samaritan to our Town." a middle aged woman said as Naruto pulled his hand away his from the child stopping the focusing and transfer of Chi.
Nodding to her, he got up moving to the next patient doing the exact same.
He had been here for atleast a month now opening up a free clinic so he could get more patients to temper his control of chi. He had built quite a reputation in the past month with there being a never ending amount of people to heal. Sometimes even the guards came to be healed when they were caught in a skirmish.
Not only that he had opened a produce buisness him and his henged clone on different side of the town to maximize business. While also running a bit of a clandestine operation.
He had enough to buy a plot of land in Republic City for a little while now. He had only stayed to practice his chi. Now he didn't need to use water bending to speed along the healing of minor wounds and that wasn't to even talk about when he used water bending.
He had already informed the populace of his departure getting a saddened response but he remained resolute putting his kids needs above others.
Heading to his room in the hotel he opened the door paying the babysitter before dispelling his hidden clone.
Looking towards the sound of feet he heard "Daddy!" "Papa" before before his legs were assaulted by 2 bear hugs. Crouching down he brought them into a hug before asking
"Were you good children for your babysitter?" Getting a head 2 hasty head nods in repsonse.
Pulling out 2 pieces of candy he gave it to them before walking to his drawer pulling it open taking the scrolls.
Looking towards kids he asked "Are you 2 ready to leave"
"Yes Daddy" "Yes Papa" Said Boruto and Himawari respectively.
Naruto nodded wasting no more time picked them up walking down to the ground floor giving the receptionist the key before heading towards the stables.
Smilling at the herd lazing around he said" Guys its time to leave!" Getting roars in response.
Having already sold all his produce and not needing to make any more for a cover he immediately jumped onto the pack leader sticking with chakra before directing them towards the sky in the direction of Republic City using his map and newly acquired compass.
A month and many, many stops later Naruto and his family arrivied at Republic City's Port dressed in fine Fire Nation attire.
'It looks even more amazing up close' Naruto thought looking around as he entered the streets with the pack leader following behind the rest in the sky. His kids ooing and gasping at the sight.
"Auto Mobiles so this is what they look like?" Naruto said looking at them the only thing he had to even compare them to being trains.
Taking a tour of the city Naruto bought a tourist map taking several stops sampling the foods and taking in the sights.
"Hee~ this is better than I expected" he said smilling wide as he sat on a park bench admiring the pond along with the kids.
"Daddy Daddy whats that" Boruto said pointing at a strange creature.
Naruto looking at it weirdly said" Well Son thats a turtle geese"
Boruto face scrunching up said" Eh silly Daddy how can a turtle be a geese"
Naruto also thought about it before shrugging at the strangness of the world already used to it saying " No clue son, No clue at all"
Boruto looking at his silly daddy shook his head before throwing a piece of meat at the hybrid before it snatched it up.
Looking at the suns position Naruto decided to get to a hotel thinking to himself 'I should probably buy a watch.'
Deciding to hunt for land later Naruto gestured for the pack leader to leave for now getting up looking at the map heading towards the nearest hotel.
Booking in, he brought the kids up the elavator.
Coming out he said " Whoever thought of putting music in there is a genius dattebayo!"
Boruto and Himawari looked at each other in confusion before uttering the strange phrase quietly " Dattebayo?"
Naruto clamping up a tad embarrassed immediately power walked to the room opening it and closing it .
Glancing at his kids he said nothing as he checked out the room seeing it nodding in satisfaction .
Carrying the kids to the bathroom to clean up supervising strictly as he let them bath themselves for the first time .
Drying and clothing them he brought them to bed turning off the lights before joining them.
"Mr Uzumaki I promise you that this land can more than fulfill your needs! It's a bit removed from the action of the city however, I doubt you'll find any land so large and undeveloped that any is willing to sell especially so wtih the reforms the Avatar and Fire Lord Made!" The portly man Jin said desperately.
It had started with little mischievous things. Salt and Sugar being switched, lights turning off or maybe a paper being blown to the floor. All things that could be passed off.
Then it took a violent turn , lights blowng out, doors and windows shaming shut, rocks smashing through windows.
He had tried to get rid of this land and mansion but everytime a buyer came something unfortunate happened scarring them off!
It had happned again the worst incident to date the chandelier nearly killing them if not for Mr. Uzumaki's help. He had tried to play it off as faulty installation but already labeled this as another failure.
That's why he was so shocked seeing the young mans contemplating face, even lowering the price alot to try win him over.
Flinching the man came out of his thoughts at seeing a hand in his face staring at it blankly with a "Huh?"
Naruto reiterating said " I'll take it off your hands Sir."
Staring Blanky, the man heart jumped wildy, yanking the hand shaking it wildy before saying, " I'll have the deeds to you by today!" Zooming out of the house with no time to waste the portly man broke through his limits to get the paperwork before the young man changed his mind.
Naruto sensing out making sure the man left turned his attention upwards. Letting the kids down from the straps he channeled both chakra and chi before jumping, quickly coming back down.
Looking down at his hand he said "And what do you think your doing little fella?"
The dark colored lemur that was radiating malice struggled at the golden lit chi viciously scracting and biting before eventually being overtaken by it. Its entire form shimmering the lemur eventually returned to its true appearance.
Naruto letting it go sensing no more ill intent watched with a attentive eye as it glided downwards towards his children playing with them staying out off reach of their chubby fingers.
Natuto turning his attention to the manison blaunched a bit at the thought of having to clean this.
'Do we even need a manison? Were only three people...' Naruto thought shaking his head .
Going outside he glanced at the pond filled with fish before looking around.
'Whatever, I'll just have to repair and use it after all,' Naruto thought.
Hearing the approaching man, he turned towards him as he brought out documents.
Watching the man leave with the suitcase of Yuans, Naruto whistled waiting.
Not to long a herd of 15 dropped down from the sky Naruto telling them " This is were me and the kids are going to stay for the meantime . Do you guys want to stay here with us?"
Getting happy roars in response Naruto nodded before walking along the property his kids following him.
Finding the center of his land Naruto sat down channeling chi growing wildlife. By the time he was done it looked quite majestic, numerous of trees were blooming many sprouts nearly reaching full maturity, multiple fruit trees growing some even showing signs of bearing soon . One could almost feel the energy being emmited from the forest.
Looking in awe at the sight Himawari tugged on his leg saying " Papa can i do that?"
Naruto looking at her nodded saying "When your older don't worry Hima"
Himawari looking a bit upset at not being able to do it now said nothing.
Knowing his child was a silent brooder Naruto picked her up kissing her cheeks causing her to break her facade laughing pushing him away.
'Now how will I get in contact with this Air temple island~? ' Naruto mused to himself as he grew 2 oranges handing it to the kids.
Walking back inside the mansion a spectral lemur in his palm he thought ' A letter would do no? After all it would not do to show up unannounced in someone's home'
"Now where can I get a messenger hawk for Air temple island?" Naruto said out loud confused.
Walking back with the hawk from the post office having left the kids at home with a clone Naruto could feel the tension in the City.
Confused at why not having a clue he inquired from a rather old lady.
"Good morning Mam, can you tell me why the city feels so tense? I was at home with my kids we just settled in Republic City." Naruto said politely .
The old women looking at the young man in a tad bit of suprise at the hair , his looks and the mention of having children at his age especially in these times answered saying
" Sonny you need to keep abrisk during these times. Especially if you have kids. The Southern Water Tribe Cultural Center was bombed yesterday no doubt a plot from the Northen tribe. It seems the world is going to see another war since the Avatar's passing" shaking her head in distress.
Naruto thanking her went on to confirm it with others multiple times before heading home shaking his head thinking 'This just had to happen now huh?'
Tenzin looking throughly exasperated with Meelo and his lemur antics looked up in suprise as Pema came to him handing him a letter.
Asking her "What's this " getting a headshake in response .
Opening it his eyebrows climbed higher and higher, his face lighting up letting out a "I see. I see." as he closed it.
Looking towards Pema smiling wide he said "It would seem someone has discovered a entire herd of 15 Sky Bison! They sent a letter asking if they can come to discuss what can be done to help them."
"Really! Any indication where they found them? " Kya said in shock knowing the lengths her father went to find more bison.
Tenzin said " The Western Air temple"
Bumi's face contorted in confusion touching his chin saying "I thought dad already checked all the main temples though?"
Tenzin shaking his head as a indication that he didn't know either said" Perhaps another temple location that was hidden ? I truly have to idea."
Pema however was extremely happy with this news saying " Well that's great news Tenzin! Better than anything all week! It would seem our kids maybe will be able to get their own bison companions now? Korra too?"
Both Ikki and Meelo who had been doing a little dance holding hands celebrating after hearing the news immediately appeared infront of Tenzin begging with their eyes.
Restraining himself from rolling his eyes Tenzin sighed saying "I would never deprive my kids of a opportunity like that Pema you know that."
Crying out in happiness the kids returned to doing their little jig. Both Bumi and Kya clapping at the performance in amusement .
Jinora pulling on her dads robe in excitement her body jittery said "When are you going to send the letter dad hurry!" narrowing her eyes at him.
Looking at the gazes that were urging him to hurry Tenzin sighed taking his leave before he got attacked by children.
I'm suprised people liked this but i tried to make another. Had to watch a bit for it. Also do you know how hard it is to pick where to start a fic off?!!
