Chapter 1

Lost in a new world

Takato Pov: It been about a month since we defeated Negamon. Since then the world been peaceful some what. Most of the Grimm are gone, leaving only the normal crooks to deal with at times. What more were hard at work trying to get the Tamer system up and running to manage all the Digimon appearing on Remnant. Marcus was able to get his dats force up and running with Jeri, Matt, Oscar, Solene and Elize helping him. They will keep the Digimon with the rest of us helping out. Right now were all in Sharilton meeting up to take it easy. I was with Rika, Hikari, Elize and Kenji as we were talking. 'Hard to think it been a month since that whole Negamon thing." Hackmon said as he lay on the ground. "True, it was our greatest battle ever, I'm just glad that it is over." Rika said as she held Hikari on her lap. "What I'm surprise that Takato and Rika decided to tie the knot soon after." Kenji said with a grin. Yep After the whole mess was done we and Rika decided to get marry a few days later.

"So how does it feel to be the now Mrs. Outway Rika?" Elize ask. 'It nice, we didn't wanted to waste any time after what happen and I don't regret it." Rika said as she kiss my cheek. 'Me neither, I still find it funny to see the look on Kirito face when Asuna caught the flowers." I said. "I don't understand why he was so surprise, wasn't he and Asuna marry before?" Renamon ask. 'That was because they were in the game before. But it different in real life." I said. But then I felt something as I got up. 'You feel it to?" Moeru Ryu ask me. I do, I can feel the air above us becoming distorted. "Guys there something wrong with the sky." Elle said as we saw the sky was turning grey. Suddenly a white tear open up as white light shot down over us. We each started to floated off the ground. "What going on!" Zorome shout as he frail around. "It some kind of portal it pulling us in." Erika shout as she held onto Keisuke. "Mama!' Hikari shout. "Hikari reach for me." Rika said as she held out her hand to our daughter. 'I got her." Elize said as she took Hikari into her arms.

"Were getting pull in!" Shout Kirito. "Oh I got a back feeling about this!" I shout as were pull into the portal. The next thing I knew I hit the ground with Guilmon at my side. "You ok boy?" I ask. "I'm fine but where are we?" He ask. We look around to be in some kind of forest, if you can call it that. Several of the trees look to be burn. I saw in the distance was a body hanging from a tree. "Not on Remnant that for sure, Erika mention that was a portal we got pull in, so we could be in another world." I said. "Indeed you are my friend." A voice said. We turn around to see someone. It as a man wearing a white suit and with white hair and blue eyes. What the I didn't even sense him. I draw my sword. "Who are you?' I ask. "Now now, Takato there no need to be violent I am a friend." he said as he held his hands up. "Forgive me if I don't believe you, we just got drag to another world and your the one who greet us. Not to mention you some how got close to us without us sensing you." I said. He chuckles.

"True, please forgive me for that, it was important that Team Takr was brought to this world. You see as you are aware there are many world in the multiverse. This one is call Arg elle. It a world over run with monster and magic, similar to your Remnant.." He said. "Why bering us here mister?" I ask. "Where are my manners, I am Pax Travos, I'm sort of a dimensional guide like your Gennai. You see Takato, due to another matter in another world a ripple have spread across the multiverse. This cause some evil beings to appears in various world like this one." Pax said. "So you brought us here to deal with it." I said as I lower my weapon. "Yes, there is a Digimon in this world. He is call Tundradevimon. He is powerful, he is aiding a group of rider call the wild hunt. This is one of your task to do in this world." Pax said. "One? So there are others?" Guilmon said. "Yes, defeat the wild hunt and find the child of the elder blood Do these and you will be return home." Pax said.

"Ok then, you said my team was to do this, where are they?" I ask. Pax sigh. "Sadly when I open the Anima the portal I use to bring you here, your team was scatter across this world. Worry not they are well and where they need to be." Pax said. ""Ok so where should we start?" I ask. He point to a road. "Travel down that road for about a week, and you will come to area of White orchard. There you will meet one who will help your team n your mission. Also try to keep your partner hidden in towns, normal people are not too fond of monsters." He said as he turn to leave. "How do we find you when we need you?" I ask. He grin. "You don't I will find you." He said as he walk behind a tree and vanish. Great he one of those. I sigh. "Come on boy we got a long walk ahead of us." I said as we got moving. It was a weak later as Me and Guilmon came to this world. We continue on the path to White orchard to find this allied Pax told us about. Lucky I found a good horse to use from someone who won't be needing it anymore.

This world is something out of mevieal times that for sure. My scroll is useless here as I can't use it to track the others. I hope they are ok. As I ride I heard to be what sound like fighting. I saw two man fighting what look to be human like creature on all fours. I found a book of monster in the last town I was in. These things are a nercopage call a ghoul. The men wore brown armor and each carry 2 swords. One was older who wore more green then the younger one. I could see they both have strange orange eyes and wolf head medallions. I got off my horse to help. "Demon wave!" I shout as as I shout a energy slash to take out the ghoul behind the younger one. "Pyro sphere!" Guilmon shout as he hit one with a energy ball. The younger man quickly stabs downward into a ghoul while the old one behead the last one. They look at us as we came over. "Thanks for the help young one." The older one said. "No problem." I said. "What sort of creature it that?" The younger said as he look at Guilmon.

"Guilmon is one of a kind." I said. "That I am, I'm a Digimon." Guilmon said. "Never heard off it." The older one said. "You wwouldn't, were from another dimension it a long story. I'm Takato Outway." I said. "Geralt of Rivia this is Vesemir, so how did you came here?" Geralt ask. "Long story short, my team and I were brought here to hunt an evil Digimon name Tundradevimon who I know nothing about and we became scatter in this world. Now I'm looking for them. The guy who brought us here said we can find someone who can help us in White Orcard." I said. "If that the case lad, why don't you come with us to the inn for now help you get your bearing." Vesemir said. "Thanks, so these ghouls are they common?" I ask. "No, this is only because of the war between the northern realms and Niffgar." Geral said. "War's not exactly going our way." Vesemir said. "We have a side?" Geralt ask as we ride. "The Northern Realms." Vesemir said. "Radovid's Realms, don't you mean? Temeria and Aedirn are no more." Geralt said.

'Radovid's pledged to restore the old borders - soon as he wins the war." Vesemir said. "I take this Radovid isn't a good guy?" I ask. "Definite not Takato." Geralt said. We soon hear d something in the distance. "Let go." I said as we got on the open road. We saw what look like a griffon eating a horSe with a man hiding under a cart. Geralt ran at the griffon and swing at it. It cries out and flew into the air and ran. "Has it gone?" The man ask as he came out. "Yeah your safe." I said assuring him. "Gods, that was close! I was sure I'd end up like my mare." He said ass he look at the dead horse. "Provided you got lucky." Vesemir said. "Your horse died quickly. But griffins like to toy with their prey. Eat it, alive, piece by piece." Geralt said. "Uh I don't think that helping Geralt." I said. "Ah you'll like a reward I suppose?' The man ask. "You don't own us a thing, you were in need and we help." Geralt said. "And they call witchers heartless. Say they won't lift a finger without pay." The man said. "What a witcher?" I ask. "Were warrior made to hunter monster would be the easiest way to explain it, if they have the coin we will slay the beast." Vesemir said.

"Back to the trail?" Geralt ask. "Like I said - leads to the main road and ends there. Muddled." Vesemir said. "You seek someone?' The man ask. "Yes, a woman, medium height, long, black hair. Seen anyone like that?" Geralt ask. "I'm looking for a young the same age as me, a man with brown hair the same age, a blonde girl around 16 and a little girl around 9." I ask. "No but, There's an inn here in White Orchard. Sole one around. Gets its share of travelers, perhaps you'll learn something there. Besides, the inn keep's my cousin. Tell her Bram sent you, she'll treat you like family." The man said. as he went on his way. "Not a bad idea. Especially since that wound needs cleaning." Geralt said gesturing to Vesemir wounded shoulder. Bah, beast barely grazed me. But sure... Could use a good rye. Nice and cool, you know, straight from a cellar?" the old man said. "Still I wish my sister Elize was here, she a skill healer." I said. "Oh she is, a good skill to have." Vesemir said as we got back on our horse and ride.

"So...a griffin this close to the village? Strange." Geralt said, "I take they are not common around here?" I ask. "No they live in forest or mountains but near a main road?" Vesemir ask. "Maybe it's the war. Corpses everywhere, stench of blood, burnt flesh... Drives monsters crazy sometimes." Geralt said. "Man and we thought our world was nuts." I said. "We need to watch ourselves in White Orchard. And we should leave as soon as we learn anything." Vesemir said as we soon arrive at a inn. We head in side to see the owner serving booze to some soldiers. They saw us and whispers in disgust at the witchers. I guess Witchers aren't well right. The inn keep saw us. "Beg your pardon for those thugs." She said. "No problem maem." I said. "Folk're jumpy 'round here. Armies just passed through, now a griffin's prowling' about..." She said. "Mhm. Already had the pleasure. One mean beast." Geralt said. "Mean? Light way for a hunter to put it! Clawed Lena so bad, poor thing's one foot in the grave... But, does no good to wallow in misfortune. How can I be of service?" The inn keep said.

"With a drop of vodka for me." Vesemir said. "I'm fine." I said. "How about you what can I get for you." She ask Geralt. " Looking for a woman. Raven-haired, violet eyes. Dresses in black and white. Riding in from Willoughby. And, uh, strange as it sounds -lilac and gooseberries, might've smelled that." Geralt said. So he looking for someone too? "I've not seen nor smelt such a lady. Believe I'd remember." She said. "Yeah. Especially hard to forget this one." Vesemir said with a chuckle. "Plenty of travelers about, though, folk from all over. Might be worth your while to ask after her." She said. "Seem pretty busy." I said. "That it is young man, Nation's on the move. Some search for kin, others just want to get out of the way of the armies. They all need food, drink, and a night's rest in warmth." She said. "So war been good for your trade?" Geralt ask. "Aye, so far. But it'd be best to know peace again. Times like these you never know what tomorrow will bring." She said. "There a contract on the griffin?" Geralt ask.

"Nay, not at the moment. Used to be, soon as a beast'd built a nest nearby the ealdorman'd start a collection, or go to the lord for help. Now the ealdorman don't use the privy without askin' the Black Ones' permission first. And seems they hanged the lord... So, no contract." She said. "Shame. We might have done something, but not for free." Vesemir said. "The fuck, we can't let this thing keep killing people." I said. "Our work require coin boy it just how it work." Geralt said as he walk away to talk to the inn goers. "It just wrong for me to not help someone in need." I said. I look to Vesemir. "So who this woman Geralt is looking for?" I ask. Vesemir crosses his arms. "His lover Yennefer of Vengerberg, she send him a letter saying they need to meet. But she never show and now were following her tracks. She a sorceress a powerful one too. How about you go ask around with him." Vesemir said. I nod and went to join Geralt. We came to a table where we met a man in a yellow long sleeve tunic and blue pants. "Looking for a woman?" Geralt ask. "Ah like everyone." The man said.

He look to me. "And you lad what are you looking for?" He ask. 'My wife, daughter, little sister and best friend. We got separated due to some trouble." I said. "Sorry to hear that." He said. "This isn't just any woman I'm looking for, my woman smells of lilac and gooseberries, dresses in black and white." Geralt said. "Three schnappses! Hah. It'll lift your spirits." He said. "Sorry I don't drink." I said. "Finding her - that'll lift my spirits." Geralt said. "And my team. A red head woman, brown hair man, a blonde 16 year old and a white hair 9 year old." I said as we sat across from him. You look haggard. It's just a few drops to improve your mood. A little shnappsie's never hurt a soul." The man said. "Can we cut to the chase? You seen them or not?" Geralt ask. "The boys friends no, but Yennefer of Venderberg yes." The man said codly. "Never mentioned her name." Geralt said. "Yet you described her perfectly. And once I hear something, I never forget. Can't help it." The man said.

There is something about this man I don't like. "Agreed Takato, I can't feel his mana be wary of him." Moeru Ryu said. "How do you know Yennefer?" Geralt ask. "What a question. Master Dandelion's ballads, of course. The only way a humble merchant might hope to rub up against greatness. Unless, that is, he's as lucky as I am." The man said. "Who?" I ask. "No one important." Geralt said as he turn back to the man. "And runs into a very patient witcher?" He ask getting annoy by the man. "Into Geralt of Rivia himself. The Butcher of Blaviken." The man said. Butcher of Blaviken? Great what did I get myself involve in this time. "You seen Yennefer?" Geralt ask. "Deepest apologies, but I must ask: Is this about love?" The man ask. "Guessed it. It's love." Geralt said with a nod. "I knew it at once." The man said with a smirk. "So you see her or no?" I ask. "Before you appeared, it never occurred to me that might've been Yennefer. Who would've have¹ thought..." The man said pausing.

"Get to the point." Geralt said getting impatient. "A Nilfgaardian scout from the local garrison saw her." The man said. "Where?" Geralt ask. "At their camp. She rode in - dark of night, black and white, gooseberries and...yes, I know. Had a terse exchange with the garrison commander and raced off." The man said. "Where to?" Geralt ask. "I'm not omniscient. Ask at the garrison." The man said. "Just who are you?" I ask. "A mangy vagrant. Gaunter O'Dimm, at your service." He said introducing himself. "Vagrant - that a profession now?" Geralt ask. "Ah, once a merchant of mirrors. The madding crowd dubbed me Master Mirror, or the Man of Glass." Gaunter said as he got up. "We men of the road must stick together. Perhaps one day I'll be in trouble and you'll be nearby to help." He said as he walk pass us. When we turn around he was gone. Just who was he really. "I guess we go see these Nifgard guys huh." I said. "We?" Geralt ask me. "Yeah I think the guy who send me here Pax wanted me and Guilmon to meet you. So we're going to stick it you in the mean time." I said.

"Fine, but don't blame me if you died. Let go." he said as we left the inn. But once out side we saw the pleasant who were trashing Geralt eerier waiting for us. "Done drinkin'? Then fuck off" One said. "Don't want your kind here." Another said. "Back off Haven't done anything to you. So just stay calm. ." Geralt said as he made a sign with his hand as one of the men head glows. "Course not...nay, uh...ye done nothin'..." The first said. "Whoreson's working witchcraft! Get him!" The second said as they came at us. Geralt dodge a punch as he gave the first a right cross and then slam his knee into his gut to knock him out. The second came at me as I out step him and land a round house kick to his back to sent him into a fence. The third went at Geralt as the witcher caught his fist and then punch in the face to take him out. "Not bad Takato." Geralt said as we head to our horse. 'thanks let get to the camp." I said as we ride off. Rika I hope you and the others are ok.

Takato: Lost in a new world us and our new friend Geralt set out to find Yennefer and maybe my team. Next time on Tamer and witcher: Chapter 2: The beast of White Orchard. Man this is going to be rough.
