The car continued to roll through the road for countless hours. Charlie was still looking at a special gemstone, being fascinated by it and Linus was holding his blanket and sucking his thumb as usual. At last, they reached Sparkyville, Charlie and Linus's hometown. It was greeted by numerous suburban, single houses and other public buildings. Some of them were in good condition, others were in bad condition. There are even several buildings that remained unfinished. Charlie and Linus grimaced at the sight of various structures remaining in bad shape or unfinished. The former was the first to comment.

"Good grief. It's still the same as if we never left for Spring Break at all."

"Yeah, Charlie. Like we were expecting a new toy store to be finished by last Christmas. Our mayor should've a least done something." Linus complained.

"To be honest, our mayor hasn't done anything to help our town and we are already past third year of his first term as mayor. I'm surprised he hasn't been impeached yet." Charlie grumbled.

"Yeah, what gives. He hasn't placed down a federal funding to renovate these old shacks, yet he is still sitting in his office doing nothing." Linus ranted.

"One time, I even heard Sally complained that the candy store was supposed to be finished by last autumn and if it's not finished, she might start rioting outside Sparkyville Town Hall." Charlie noted.

Linus sighed and shook his head. Charlie noticed this and nodded in agreement.

Finally, the car reached Charlie's house and Charlie himself got off the car with his camping backpack in tow, turned his head to face Linus, "Thank you for sharing our adventures together, Linus."

"It is my pleasure having you for Spring Break, Charlie. We will have another adventure another time. For now, see you this coming Monday." Linus replied gladly.

"Same too, see you soon Linus." Charlie responded.

The car drove off, heading home to Linus's house. Charlie walked towards the front door of his house, which it opened. It revealed to be Charlie's little sister who has a flipped blonder hair with a bunch of curls and wears a pink, polka dot dress and white shoes. She is accompanied by a white with black dot beagle which appears to be Charlie's pet.

"Sally! Snoopy!" Charlie greeted happily.

"Big Brother, you're back!" Sally responded happily. She and the beagle named Snoopy walked towards Charlie, embraced in a hug.

"I'm glad to see you are feeling better compared to the day before Spring Break began. "Charlie replied, noticing that Sally looked a lot healthier.

"Yeah, I feel a whole lot better, but at a same time, you guys were already in the middle of camping trip over there which I should've been there." Sally grumbled.

"Yeah, it is very rough when you missed on what we did on our camping trip. Anyway, let's go inside and talk more." Charlie, Sally and Snoopy walked inside the house.

At the same time at Linus's house, Linus got off from the car and walked towards a front door. The front door opened, revealing to be Linus's younger brother who wears blue shirt, red overalls, and white shoes. "Linus! You're back!"

"Rerun! It's good to be back home." Linus replied. He walked through the front door, patted Rerun on his back. Then, he went to the living room, and saw a girl wearing a blue dress, sitting on a beanbag, watching TV. She appears to be Linus's older sister. She turned her head and sees Linus, responded in her usual, deadpan tone. "Oh. So, you are back from camping over there at Sparkle National Park with your wishy-washy friend, Charlie Brown I see." Her tone became briefly bitter and envious, "All thanks to that cereal sweepstake that your blockhead got. Oh, I wished I could've had that."

"Oh, typical Lucy. You never changed one bit." Linus rolled his eyes.

"Well, whatever. Quit bothering me. I'm watching my favorite show here!" Snapped Lucy, her head turned back, facing the TV screen.

"Alright, geesh! Linus replied in annoyance and went upstairs.

Back at Charlie's house, in a dining room, Charlie and Sally were discussing over what he and Linus over the majority of Spring Break. Sally smiled and was amazed.

"Wow. It must've been a long adventure. I wished I could've been there if I hadn't got sick a day before Spring Break began. Next time, if you win another sweepstake from that cereal, take me with you." Sally replied.

"Yeah, I could buy another cereal but finding another sweepstake is completely unlikely. I've may have done it out of pure luck." Charlie grinned sheepishly, but he pondered. "Though, when I bought that cereal, I do not recall a sweepstake tucked inside there when that box art didn't say that anyone could win a camping trip to Sparkle National Park. I guessed it might've been a mistake on a factory side."

"That said, also next time, if you are planning to bring my Sweet Babboo with you, take me with you also." Sally added.

They heard a phone ringing. Charlie walked up to it and picked it up. Then, he turned to face his little sister, "Sally, it's for you."

Sally took the phone from Charlie's hand and answered it. "Hello?"

"I'M NOT YOUR SWEET BABBOO!" Yelled Linus from the other end.

"Isn't he the cutest thing." Sally smiled even more and gushed.

Charlie rolled his eyes, and he went upstairs to his bedroom. He unpacked all his stuff from his camping backpack including some gems that he collected from the mines during Spring Break. He took out a special gemstone from his pocket which he briefly took another closer look at it. "This gemstone again. There is something about it. But I'll worry about this later." Charlie thought, putting it in his personal drawer. Then, he went back downstairs and met Snoopy at the bottom of the stairs with an empty bowl. "Alright, I'll get you lunch Snoopy." He went to the kitchen to get some dog food with Snoopy following him.

Later that night, Charlie got on his bed. He yawned, laid his head on a pillow, and fell asleep. It was a peaceful night for him, at first. Then, something flashed briefly inside his head. It appears to be a vision but hasn't happened yet. He can see a vision of Sally being viciously bullied by three kids; one is taller, the second is short and the other is also short but chubby.

Charlie opened his eyes, jarred awake. He groaned as he had what seemed to be a dream about Sally being bullied by three kid. He fell again on his pillow. "First, I hear voices. Now, I'm having a dream about my little sister getting bullied by these bullies. Good grief." Charlie thought.

The next day, Charlie was taking Snoopy out for a walk and has a kite in tow. He went to a spot near a hill where he can try to fly a kite. Snoopy saw Woodstock on a nest and the former went there to play with him. Charlie initially got the kite to fly up in an air until it got caught on a tree which turned to be a Kite-Eating Tree much to Charlie's dismay. He watched his kite getting devoured by a tree as usual and sighed. "

"As usual, that tree ate my kite."

Charlie turned and headed towards Snoopy to tell him that they need to go home. Then, Charlie stopped, he saw something visible in his eyes but could not make out what. He looked around to see if it was around him, but the same visible image was still in his eyesight. Charlie felt something in his mind, telling him to close his eyes and focus, which he did. He grunted and panted, trying to focus. A visible image is beginning to be revealed more and more. A brief vision of Sally being mad at Charlie was shown when Charlie felt a pain in his head, causing him to fall down on a ground. He got up and looked around, sees that he is still in an approximate spot near a hill, meaning his eyesight was back to normal. Snoopy and Woodstock sees this and headed towards Charlie. They were concerned for him because they saw him feeling something painful in his head and fell down on a ground. Snoopy laid his paws on Charlie, checking if he is okay. Charlie sees this and smiles.

Later, Charlie and Snoopy were heading home after their days near the hill. Charlie thought back of what has happened earlier.

"This is getting weirder than ever. I saw something which I thought it was real. When I closed my eyes and focused, that image revealed it to me. That vision was Sally was mad at me for something. What was even that about?" Charlie thought. He shivered at the thought of those visions.

Later that night, Charlie was getting ready for bed and was yawning.

"Well, looks like Spring Break is over. Tomorrow, it is now back in school."

He got up on his bed and he fell asleep. What seemed to be a peaceful sleep was anything but peaceful. Charlie was rolling back and forth in his bed like last night. He saw a vision again with three bullies bullying Sally viciously and this time, Charlie was there standing, choosing not to defend her. The vision then fast-forwarded to the same scene when Charlie unlocked the vision, showing Sally lashing out at Charlie for not defending her, her expression was filled was sadness and disappointment.

"Why can you defend me from those big, bad bullies like a normal big brother. Why can you."

Charlie got up from bed abruptly. He panted at what visions he saw. He put two and two together and now, he understood what those visions meant. He did see the visions but didn't give out any specifics like time, date and locations of these visions.

"So, Sally was being viciously bullied by these bullies while I was there standing. Then, she lashed out at me for not defending her."

Charlie became unsure, looking down at his blanket on a bed. He has always been wishy-washy and meek in spite of being kind-hearted, gentle and innocent kid. He often fails at most things and would get insulted by some people such as Lucy, causing him to feel depression and his pessimistic outlook on life. Then, he felt something within him. Something reassuring tells him he shouldn't have to live this way. He didn't have to let some people walk all over him especially Lucy. He shouldn't let anyone dictate who he is as a person. There is something within him that needs to change. Charlie felt something tugging within his mind, feeling it was not one but another. One side says he is always a failure, and he is too wishy-washy, the other side says that he doesn't have to live this way and he can change himself.

All this contemplating made him feel very tired and Charlie fell back asleep.
