Chapter 1

It's a very big day for all comic book fans throughout all of Royal Woods. Especially those who enjoy the adventures of Ace Savvy and his sidekick One-Eyed Jack. Today is the day of the Ace Savvy Comic Book Convention, being held at the Royal Woods Convention Center. And nobody is as excited right now as Clyde is, as he is running as fast as he can towards the Loud House. Speaking of the Loud House, we cut to the inside of the living room, where all the Loud sisters are sitting down, watching the Dream Boat on TV. Well, all expect Lynn, who is doing some hamstring curls.

Lynn: "1…2…3."

At least until she stops to answer the door after it was hardly knocked on.

Lynn: "I got it."

Clyde: "Sorry Lynn, I can't talk now! I have to show Lincoln something!"

Clyde says as he zips past the young sports star and up the stairs, causing her to spin in the process.

Lori (With a raised brow): "What's that all about?"

Lynn (Feels dizzy as she takes a seat): "Probably just some nerd thing."

But the confused siblings soon got their answer as a commercial for the Ace Savvy Convention came on the TV. Meanwhile, in Lincoln's room, the sole boy is sitting on his bed, with a needle and thread, working on a surprise for his best friend.

Lincoln: "I sure hope Clyde likes the new improvements I made to our costumes."

Clyde: "Lincoln!"

Speaking of Clyde, he nearly knocks the bedroom door off its hinges as he fiercely opens it to get in.

Clyde: "Lincoln…Huff!" (Starts to hypervalent): "Big…Huff! News…Huff! Huff!"

Lincoln: "Clyde!"

As quickly as he can, Lincoln gets off his bed, grabs a brown paper bag, and hands it to Clyde.

Lincoln: "Breath into this."

Clyde (Takes a few deep breaths in the bag): "Whew…Whew…"

Lincoln: "That's it buddy, take it nice and easy."

Clyde (Throws the bag to the side): "Lincoln, big news, look!"

Clyde says as he takes out a poster from his pocket and shows it to his friend. Lincoln takes the poster and gives it a read. It's an advertisement for the Ace Savvy Convention, telling who is going to be there to sing autographs, what kind of collectibles and other knickknacks you can buy, and the games that can be played. At the same time Lincoln is reading the poster, his sisters are learning about the convention themselves via the commercial.

Leni: "Isn't Linky going to that convention today?"

Lola (Annoyed): "How can you forget Leni? He's been no-stop-talking about it for weeks."

Lisa: "I really don't understand how an event where you get to where color undergarments on the opposite side of your clothing appealing."

Lynn: "It sounds super boring if you ask me."

But some of the sisters are not too happy to hear this.

Luna: "Come on dudes, little bro is just passionate with this kind of stuff."

Lana: "And don't you guys remember the comic book that Lincoln and Clyde wrote for that comic book writing contest? When they made us all into superheroes, that was awesome!"

Lucy (With a little smile): "It was pretty fun to fight for the side of the living."

Lori: "Creepiness aside…I think we all had fun being a part of that story. It would be literally stupid not to admit it."

But before any of the Loud sisters can agree, an important announcement is made by the commercial, the exact same announcement that Lincoln is reading on the poster.

Lincoln: "In celebration of the New Ace Savvy Movie going into production by 40th Century Canis with Bill Buck as head writer. Those who, not only have the best costumes, but the best performance declared by the judges, get to win a cameo appearance in the movie!"

Clyde: "See Lincoln, this our big chance!" (With stars in his eyes): "Being heroes next to Ace Savvy and One-Eyed Jack in person!"

But even though Clyde is…extremely excited about the idea…Lincoln is not too sure of it. He couldn't explain it, but the idea of partaking in this contest brought up bad memories of the previous conventions that he and his bestie went to over the past few years. Plus, he didn't understand why, but he felt a surge of an uncomfortable feeling going through his body.

Lincoln: "Actually Clyde…I don't think want to do that."

Clyde: "Wait…What?!"
