(Grandpa Phil is sitting in a meeting room with a group of Nickelodeon executives and censors)
Censor 1: Grandpa Phil, we understand that you want to share your experiences during World War II with the kids, but we're afraid it's not appropriate for our audience.
Grandpa Phil: (outraged) Not appropriate?! I'm a veteran of the war! I fought against the Nazis and Hitler himself! This is a crucial part of history!
Censor 2: We understand that, Grandpa Phil, but we have to consider the sensitivity of our young viewers. We can't have you talking about fighting and violence on a children's show.
Grandpa Phil: (frustrated) Sensitivity?! You're the ones who are being sensitive! The kids need to know about the sacrifices we made for our country!
Censor 3: But Grandpa Phil, we can't have you glorifying war and violence. It's not a suitable message for our show.
Grandpa Phil: (angrily) Glorifying war?! You think I'm glorifying war?! I'm telling you, I saw some terrible things during that war. I'm trying to teach the kids the importance of standing up against evil and fighting for what's right!
(The argument continues until finally)
Creator of Hey Arnold!: (entering the room) Okay, okay, let's take a break. Grandpa Phil, I understand where you're coming from, and we'll find a way to make this work. We'll tone down the language and focus on the importance of service and sacrifice. But we're not going to ignore this crucial part of history.
Grandpa Phil: (smiling) That's all I'm asking for. Let's tell the kids the truth.
(The scene ends with Grandpa Phil looking determined, and the censors looking concerned)
