Chapter 3: Sonic Boom:

Sonic's POV:

Sally, Antoine, Stix, and I were sneaking through Robotnik's fortress. "Okay, let's do it to it," I said, "Stix, Antoine, you guys cover our backs. Any bots show up, give us the signal. Any questions?"

"Yes, I ahm hahveeng a question. Whaht eef-"

"Cool," I said, "let's lock and load, Sal." Sally and I then left.

"Good luck," says Stix.

"Bahn Voyage"

. . .

"What is all this stuff," I asked.

"It's the brains of the plane," says Sally.

"And you're going to do a little brain surgery, right," I asked.

"More or less. First, I break the access code, get into Robotnik's mainframe computer, and reprogram the launch data," says Sally.

"Then kaboom! These stealthbots are lunchin', yes," I asked.

"They're lunchin', yes," says Sally, "NICOLE."

"Ready Sally," says NICOLE.

"Access main database," says Sally.

"Password, Sally," says NICOLE.

"Run decoding program for 'X.' Sonic, do you mind," asks Sally.

"Not very well, dogs mind, not hedgehogs," I said.

"Well show a little patience," says Sally.

"Hey hey hey! Patients are for hospitals, we're in Robo-country, and that makes me itchy! Woah! Hurry it up, Sal! Party crashers comin'," I said.

"Incoming message," says NICOLE.

The message says "Bean," I asked.

"Oh my gosh, Sonic, my father called me Bean when I was little. Nicole, give me message origin," says Sally.

"Sal, we gotta put the pedal to the metal," I said.

"I have to check this out, it may be from my father," says Sally.

"Message origin: Area 12, Sector 9, Quadrant 32," says NICOLE.

"The Dark Swamp," asks Sally.

We then heard the alarm. "Oh, man! Ant did it again! Look Sal, when I juice, jam for the air duct, I'll meet you at the usual place," I said.

"Be careful, Sonic," says Sally.

. . .

I had to defend Antoine and Stix from the swatbots. We then had to book it.

. . .

"Zey ahre gaineeng on us!"

"We need a distraction," says Sally.

"I have an idea!" Stix then pushed us into the vent and closed it.

"Stix," I said.

. . .

"We gotta go back for Stix," I said.

"I'm worried about her too," says Sally, "but I also have to find my Father! Antoine can come with me!"

"Antoine," I asked.

"Yes, Antoine," says Sally.

"You're kidding, right," I asked.

"I'm kidding, wrong," says Sally.

"Wrong," I asked.

"Right," says Sally.

"Right or wrong," I asked.

"You're wrong, I'm right, as usual," says Sally.

"Excuse me while I chunk my breakfast," I said.

"Whatever. Come on, Antoine," says Sally.

"Yo Sal! Soon as I find Stix, I'll blast for the swamp. Be mondo-careful," I said.

Dr. Robotnik's POV:

"Tell me Snively, how did the hedgehog get past all my security," I asked.

"Through an air duct, Dr. Robotnik," says Snively.

"An air duct…," I said.

"Yes, sir," says Snively.

"Then seal it up," I said.

"Yes, sir. One more thing, sir. We captured a Freedom Fighter," says Snively.

"Oh, that's good, that's very very good, Snively. Where are they," I asked.

"Bring in the prisoner," says Snively.

Sleet and Dingo then bring in that crazy badger.

"Tell me where Knothole is," I said, "and you have my word that you will not be roboticized."

"I ain't tellin' you nothing," says the badger, "and even if you were telling the truth, I still wouldn't trust you! I don't trust anyone! I don't even trust that girl who looks like me!"

We then look. "That's your reflection," I said.

"She looks exactly like me and does exactly what I do," says the badger, "that's pretty suspicious."

Snively and I then had a private conversation. "Sir, she must be faking this, so we'd think she knew nothing," says Snively.

"Why are you two having a private conversation? Are you part of a secret society?"

"You're right," I said, "no one can be that paranoid! We're going to have to get tough with her!"

Sonic's POV:

I found Stix. "Stix, it's me," I said.

"You think you can fool me," asks Stix, "I won't believe you're Sonic!"

I then rolled my eyes. "Stix, it's not me," I said.

"You think you can fool me," asks Stix, "I won't believe you're not Sonic!" Stix then gasps. "Sonic, it's you!"

"Let's get you out of here," I said.

Sally's POV:

Antoine and I were in the dark swamp.

"Preencess, I wahs just sinkeeng, maybe ziss ees a terreeble idea!"

"Antoine, my Father could be somewhere in this swamp," I said, "and I'm going to find him! Are you with me?"

Antoine then sighs. "Yes, I ahm weeth you."

"Then let's go," I said.

Sonic's POV:

Stix and I managed to escape. "Now we gotta find Sally and Antoine," I said.

"So, Sally really thinks she got a message from her dad," asks Stix, "I don't trust mysterious messages. This could be either a prank, a trap from Robotnik, or someone wants to take Sally's soul!"

"I agree... well... almost," I said, "let's go!"

. . .

Stix and I arrived at the swamp. Stix starts sniffing. "I can find them," says Stix.

"Wait, you have a good sense of smell," I asked.

"No, but Antoine has very strong cologne," says Stix, "and this is coming from someone who likes to dig through garbage. Let's go!"

Sally's POV:

Antoine and I then found this old building. There is a computer. I decided to take a look. "My Father was here," I said, "and... it says that Robotnik and... someone else took him!"

"Who wahs eet?"

"I don't know," I said, "wait, someone's coming!"

Sonic's POV:

Stix and I arrived, and Sally almost attacked us. "It's us," I said.

"Sorry," says Sally, "but you should take a look at this."

. . .

We then saw what it is. "I still say it's a scam," says Stix, "they might want your money!"

"Maybe," says Sally, "maybe."

"Let's go back to Knothole," I said. We then left.

In the next chapter, Bunnie gets a surprise visit.
