The next day, I was pulled out of the storeroom towards a ship. I could see Ben held tight in a Pirate's grip. I felt the Ocean licking my calf, and I looked down at it. "No." I hissed at it, gently kicking it away with my foot, "Go away!" I was pulled up alongside Ben as the Ocean retreated back.
"Hey guys!" The boy from earlier, whose name I learned was Gill, called out from the top of the mast of Uma's ship. "They're here!" I looked over and saw Mal, Evie, Jay, Carlos and Lonnie marching over the docks. I guess Mal had time for a hair appointment, her hair was purple again. No, Mal, go look pretty for your boy, it's not like we're in a life-or-death situation here!
"Welcome!" Another boy, Harry Hook, exclaimed.
"Finally!" Uma shouted before she started to laugh.
Uma -
Huh! Let's get this party started
I swear I'm cold-hearted
There's no negotiation
I'm not here for debatin'
You need some motivation?
Just look at their faces
Then ask yourself how long you think I'll remain patient
I'll throw them overboard and let 'em swim with killer sharks
You either hand over the wand, or they'll be ripped apart
Mal -
Now let's all just be smart, although for you that must be hard
You'll get your wand - no one has to come to any harm!
Don't try to intimidate
Your bark is much worse than your bite
Who's the baddest of them all?
I guess we're findin' out tonight!
Pirates -
Let's go! Bring it on!
Better give us what we want
It's the wand for the crown
If you don't it's goin' down
VK's and Lonnie -
Let's go! Make your move!
Peace or war, it's up to you
Give him up and do it now
If you don't it's goin' down
Pirates -
We want the wand
Or else the God is gone
Your time is runnin' out!
You should really watch your mouth
VK's and Lonnie -
Let's go! Pound for pound
We're prepared to stand our ground
Put your swords up, put 'em up!
It's goin' down!
Pirates -
Yo, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh
Make the trade
Yo, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh
Or walk the plank
Yo, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh (Uma, Uma, Uma - la - la - la)
Make the trade
Yo, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh (Uma, Uma, Uma - la - la - la)
Or walk the plank
Mal -
Okay, look, this is not a conversation
It's a do-or-die situation
If you don't give me back the king, I'll have no hesitation
I'll serve you right here, and I don't need a reservation
That way your whole pirate crew can have a demonstration
Release him now, and we can go our separate ways
Unless you wanna deal with me and the VKs
Uma -
So that's your big speech, huh? An empty ultimatum?
Harry -
All it takes is one swing and I'll humiliate 'em
Matter of fact, make one wrong move, and I'll debilitate 'em
And if he even starts to slip, I'll eliminate 'em!
All it takes is one wrong look and I'll -
Uma -
Harry! We get it. Chill.
Pirates -
Let's go! Bring it on!
Better give us what we want
It's the wand for the crown
If you don't it's goin' down
VK's and Lonnie -
Let's go! Make your move!
Peace or war, it's up to you

Pirates -

VK's and Lonnie -
Let's go! Pound for pound
We're prepared to stand our ground
Put your swords up, put 'em up!
It's going down!
Ben -
Hey, we don't have to choose
We don't have to light the fuse
Mal, whatever you do, it's gonna be a lose-lose
There's gotta be a better way
Uma, I promise I'll give you your chance
You'll have your say
Uma -
Silly king! You? Give me?
You're gonna give me a chance?
Well, not a chance!
Pirates -
Yo, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh
Make the trade
Yo, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh
Or walk the plank
Yo, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh (Uma, Uma, Uma - la - la - la)
Make the trade

My eyes hardened at the lyrics to their song. Mal and the others only cared about Ben. What am I? Chopped liver? Did the Coronation mean nothing to them? Mal stepped forward to give Uma the actual wand. They are as dumb as a box of rocks right now! "Hold up." Uma said, causing Mal to pause. "Too easy. Why don't you give it a test drive? We wanna see it work."
"You were always quite the drama queen." Mal commented.
"Oh, and nothing too big or else Ben and Malie are fish bait." I saw Mal look over to us. Harry was holding Ben by his leather jacket and hanging him off the edge of the plank. Gill had his arm around my shoulder as if trying to restrain me, however, I wasn't moving. If those were Mal and the other's true intentions, I would do better in the hands of Pirates, heck, I would even take on Kakamora, the vile little things...
"Ok." Mal turned towards Dude, who was sitting at the dock. Mal pointed the wand at him. "Although it seems absurd, turn your back into a word." Mal waved the wand at Dude. I then realised that it was a fake wand…and that Ben and I were fish bait. There was silence. "Talk, Dog."
"Does this vest make me look fat?" Dude whispered. The pirates began to cheer and holler, believing that Mal actually had the wand. "Does anybody have some bacon? Cookies?" Uma laughed in glee.
"Give me the wand!" Uma demanded, sticking her hand out for it.
"Give me Ben!" Mal ordered, pointing at him. Well...I guess I now know where my loyalties lie.
"Harry. Bring him over." Uma ordered. Harry then pulled Ben away from the plank and dragged him over to Uma. As he passed us, Gill spoke up,
"And, before you go, uh, tell your mum that Gaston says hi, and also tell your dad that my dad wishes he finished off your dad when he had the chance." Gill rambled.
"Don't bother coming back for me." I said to Ben, still looking forward and ignoring Ben's turn to me. "I see where their loyalties lie, I get it. You're the King." I shrugged, "I'm nothing, I guess." Harry then shoved Ben away, forcing him to kneel next to Uma. The teal-haired girl rested her elbow on Ben's head.
"Aww…" Uma cooed. She and Mal each held out their hand for the trade. "Cut him loose Harry."
"I never get to have any fun." Harry muttered as he cut Ben's ropes. He grabbed Mal's outstretched hand. Mal handed over the fake wand. The Pirates cheered as Mal pulled Ben away.
"By the power of the sea, tear it down and set us free!" Uma shouted, trying to use the fake wand. "No!" She shouted. I guess she figured it out. Uma snapped the fake wand on her knee. "You do not get to win every time! Get 'em!" Everyone dispersed, leaving me alone. I shuffled to the side of the boat and peered down at the Ocean.
"Yeah, hi, can you untie my ropes for me?" The Ocean created a large body of water that arched over the side of the ship. It encased my hands, and after a second, the ropes fell away. I rubbed my wrists, trying to soothe the burn. I turned to the Ocean, and saw that it had pulled a spear from Gods knows where and was offering it to me. I took it gratefully, "Thanks, oh, and...don't tell my Dad what happened here, ok?" The Ocean nodded before disappearing.
I then turned to the fight, and noticed that smoke bombs had been set off. I twirled the spear in my hand, time to fight. I ran to the path between the dock and the Ship. "Uma! Tag out!" I called, racing towards them. Uma looked back at me for a split second and then jumped back as I jumped forward. The staff of my spear made contact with Mal's sword.
"Malie!" She gasped. Mal's sword made contact with my spear multiple times, and I blocked it every time. "What are you doing?"
"You know, now I understand why Uma hates you so much!" I grunted, trying to push Mal back, "I was right there! You saw me on the ship! But you only care about your needs, and what you want!" Our weapons made contact and we pressed close to each other. "Like your friends don't matter." I growled, "Did the Coronation mean nothing to you? Does my Tattoo mean nothing?" Mal managed to knock my spear away and push me back. I fell backwards with a growl, scrambling to get up. A hand appeared before me. I grabbed it, letting Uma pull me upright. She handed me my spear before the two of us raced over to Harry to help him. Between Uma and I, we managed to pull him up onto the dock.
"Mal's mine." Uma growled, stalking forward.
"Be my guest." I snarled, following her to the main dock. I spun my spear and managed to find myself facing off against Carlos. "I am really sorry buddy." I said before we started to fight. His sword kept on making contact with my spear, just like Mal and I. Carlos then pushed me away, and a smoke bomb detonated in front of my face, causing me to hack and cough. When it cleared, Mal and the others had escaped. Uma and I ran to the end of the dock, just as Mal pushed the bridge down. "Noo!" I screamed, throwing my spear, point first, into the water.
Uma -
What's my name?
What's my name?
What's my name!
Say it NOW!
The Ocean then handed my spear to me again. "Not now, Ocean." I growled, sticking my hand up to it, causing the body of water to deflate. Mal then ran off, through the tunnel. "Fix the bridge." I ordered. The Ocean tilted it's head, "Now! Ocean!" The ocean retreated, and soon enough, the bridge was back in place. I turned to Uma, "Wanna make a little bit of chaos?" I asked. Uma grinned. The two of us managed to race off the dock, snagging Mal's spell book from the floor along the way, and raced after the Limo as the bridge disappeared, leaving Uma and I on the outside of the barrier, but still on the Isle. "Ocean, take us to Auradon." The Ocean rose up, encasing mine and Uma's legs and raced us off to Auradon.
