AN: Important note, this will be the last chapter till either late June early July. This is mostly due to the fact that I'm graduating College This Saturday and wanting to spend time with the family. Please enjoy the chapter.

I don't own RWBY or Call of Cthulhu

On unnamed island, April 1st 1925, hours into the hike

3rd POV

The scene opens up in that ancient tomb. On survivors of the expedition. Within this strange and unholy temple dedicated to an unknow deity, hangs Dr Flugs wife, Cecilia. Her body was imploded with an unknow organism, growing inside her. Slowly pushing against her uterus or what remains of it. Despite clearly bleeding internally she somehow was very much alive. Much to her misfortune. She tried to beg for them to kill her, however her words only came out as a jumbled mess. But her message got through to them. Sadly, nobody wanted to be the one to do it. Even though she was in agony. After a few moments of begging, Ren had enough. Cocking his pistol, he raises it towards the girls head. As he takes aim, Professor Whitley stops him.

"Have you gone mad! We can't just put her down like a dog!" Professor Whitley interjects.

"Do you know what's growing inside her?" Ren interjects coldly. "Cause I have. And believe me. This is a mercy."

"Then enlighten us. What happened to Mrs. Flug? I was her husbands best man, and I'm not going to let some trigger happy China-man just shoot her." Professor Whitley snapped in rage only to enraged Ren.

"You have any idea what she's going through?" Ren snapped. He then approaches him, pressing his finger against his chest with a rage not usually seen in the stoic boy. "I've seen victims of this in places beyond your guilds reach. They are implanted eggs the size of apples that grow with every hour. Once fully hatched the creatures will begin to feast on the host insides, saving the vital organs for last. Once full they burst from the chest and devour the flesh of the victim and any unfortunate souls near it."

"Like Copidosoma?" Olof asked.

"Ah vhat?" White asked, still paralyzed lip.

"A wasp from South America. Heard from my fellow sailors that when first discovered by Charles Darwin, it made him question the existence of beneficent and omnipotent God." Olof explains whispered.

"Bottom line, would you want her to suffer? Look at her!" Ren demanded as he forced the doctor to look at the woman. She clearly wanted to die and the way her stomach moved gave a sickening slicking noise. Unable to look on he finally yields.

"J-Just… just make it quick." Professor Whitley said as he takes a step back in pure discuss and despair.

Ren gives a somber nod. He turns to the woman pointing his pistol at the woman before pulling the trigger. Her head falls to the ground as blood drips from her head. With the dead done Ren looks around for something long. Finding a rusty saber he removes it from the pile and gutted the corpse. Causing a huge potato size egg sack to fall onto the ground. Some with massive tarantulas crawling out of. The group panics. Few froze in terror while others, anger overtook them and they quickly proceed stomping on the oversize arachnids. All unaware of the massive creature watching from the shadows. Now finished, Ren turns to the group.

"Everyone, normally I'm not a leader… but we are not safe here. Find anything of use and make for the surface. Last thing we want is for the thing that laid her eggs in them to come back." Ren called out to the group.

While horrible, they all agreed. They searched the place looting things from tribal spears to rusty swords. Olof picked up a rusty wakizashi, the tip covered in blood. However upon inspecting it, the blade broke from it's handle. He cursed himself as he drops the knife. That's when he spots a series of hieroglyphs. They depict a giant spider spinning a web. Upon it's completion the world seemed to destroy itself, as some foreboding entity emerges. He couldn't describe it. Almost like a mixture of squid, dragon, and man. What ever this entity is, just looking at the thing filled him with dread. Juliet found a bag filled with dynamite. She grabs the bag and inspects the contents. Rifling through, hoping to find something else of use. That's when something slobbering fell on her arm. Looking at her arm, she saw a green saliva. Burning her arm as it slowly moves down her arm. She quickly scrapes the acidic saliva before looking up. A choice she regrets.

Hanging high above in the ceiling was a massive monstrosity. It had the body of a spider, but the head was a human shape torso. Almost like a it was wearing a jacket the skin, it open wide revealing mussel underneath. From the tip of the mons pubis to the center of her brow, her mouth was a mixture of spider like fangs and jagged human jaw. Many splits in the facial area revealed eyes, red compound eyes under the thin lair of stretched human skin.

Juliet could only let out a terrified shriek as the creature leapt towards her. The group turned to her. Seeing her attacked by the oversize tarantula. Upon seeing that abomination, few men froze, few more screamed. One man entirely checks out as he falls to the ground. Unable to cope with what he saw he fell into a fit of irreversible madness. Ren saw the creature and quickly reacted. Firing a volley of bullets towards the creature. The bullets however seemed to bounce of the entity like it was nothing. Yet the distraction gave Juliet enough time to crawl out from under the oversize arachnid. The creature then proceed to attack the seven remaining members of the expedition. It moved incredibly quick across the hoards of wealth. As the men struggled to not be torn apart, it managed to get lucy by grabbing one poor sailor by his leg. Despite Ren's attempt to get her to drop him, she ripped him from one screaming bloody leg. Once she pulled the two legs and one of his arms she then proceed to rip his face off with her tarantula like mouth. His bloody screams echoed the halls as a mixture of venomous saliva mixed with his blood and exposed tissue.

"Vid Guds Skägg och Djävulens Arsle, What the hell is that!" Olof screams out in horror as he hid behind a treasure pile besides Ren.

"What I was worried about. Thank the gods that it's Atlach Nacha daughter." Ren remarks as he reloads his weapon.

"Who's daughter!?" Olof shouts before the pile was thrown to side as the creature went after them. Ren quickly opened fire, temporally blinding it.

"Go! I'll explain everything after. If we survive!" Ren shouted out as he opens fire on the creature.

While Olof wanted to question the hell he was talking about, Ren had a point. He quickly raced to the door as he distracts the beast. Olof rendezvous with the remaining crew. All except for the crew member who was ripped to shreds and the one still on the ground, whimpering madly. Ren had given them an opportunity to open the heavy door, a feat that took more work than opening the door. Despite how they struggled, they managed to open the door just enough for them to squeeze on through. The group slowly pull themselves out as the sound of gun fire and one angry spider can be heard in the background. The men slowly pull themselves out. Each one pushing one another to escape.

Juliet was about to exit when Professor Whitley pulled her back. She fell to the ground as the overweighted professor clawed his way through. He struggled to get out when Ren was tossed against him. The creature had caught him, and before it could rip him to shreds he stabbed her in the eye with StormFlower. Enraged it tried to break him in two but his aura held up. Didn't mean that it didn't hurt like a bitch. Juliet wanted to flee but unlike the professor she wasn't the kind that leaves someone behind. She quickly grabs Ren and shoves him out the door. Ren falls to the ground with a loud uff. As he slowly pulls himself up, Juliet makes her way through. She nearly made her way through when suddenly the entity grabbed ahold of her leg. She was nearly dragged back in if not for Ren.

He grabbed ahold of her arms before she was pulled in. He struggled to pull her in without closing the doors on her. However the entity had more strength and he was loosing his grip on Juliet as she screamed out in agony. That's when Olof and Thomas raced over. The three pulled harder and it seemed Juliet was free… till she felt something burning. The entity took a large nibble from her leg. This took a huge chunk from her leg but at the very least they pulled her free. Landing on there backs, Juliet landed on Olof. Quickly getting up Olof notices the bite mark on her calf. However before he could inspect the wound further Ren had snatched the bag of dynamite from her shoulder. Lighting one of the fuses with a red tip bullet he pulled from his gun.

"Run! Just Run!" Ren shouted as he tosses the bag inside.

Recalling the situation, they were in, Olof quickly picks up Juliet Bridal style before racing down the steps. A few moments later the gates burst open and out raced the monster. But the moment it took a step down the stairs the bag of dynamite went off. Not sure what it did, but it somehow loosen the spiderwebs. The entire structure begins to fall apart before suddenly falling into the magma. Pulling down the creature. The four barley made it to the edge when that thing went down with the pyramid. They watched as it screamed in unimaginable pain and agony as it flays around. It tried to flee but the skin peeled away from every second it stayed in there. Eventually it goes limp as the bodied was imploded in a fiery display. The last any of them saw was the body sinking into the fiery magnum before all went silent.

"… Mother of mercy." Thomas said as he can feel his body again. Along with the bruises and aches.

"You can say that again. We're lucky to get out alive. The daughters of Atlach Nacha are hard to kill." Ren remarks forebodingly.

"I'm not sure what that even means." Juliet said as she looks at her leg. Olof quickly patches it up as best as he can with what he had. "Ugh, and god as my witness I will never wish to learn what it means."

Just then the group heard the faint screams and loud hisses from down the tunnel. That's when the cave begins to shake and the magnum begins to rise. The volcano, it was erupting. Quickly getting to there feet they raced back the way they came. Upon heading down they found the crew. Most three of the five were being ripped to shreds. The natives were so busy being torn apart they didn't noticed the four sneaking pass them. However they soon noticed them and quickly chase after them. They ran back the way they came, avoiding the spears thrown by the natives, the webs that slowed them down, and then the rocks collapsing.

"Move! I don't intend this place to be my tomb!" Thomas shouts as he barley avoids a spear.

"Just keep moving. I can see the light!" Ren shouted as he sees the light.

The four nearing the exit when suddenly Olof trips. Something wrapped around his leg. Looking down he sees one of the natives have grabbed his leg. Struggling to remove her from his leg, the tunnel begins to collapse all around him. The creature was stubborn. Pulling on him and refusing to let go no matter how many times Olof kicked it in the face. While he struggled Thomas managed to pull Juillet to safety while Ren kept the hoard from pouncing on Olof or the rest. As Olof got a fourth kick in when the cave collapse. The floor fell to a slanted position into an underground magnum river. Dropping a few dozen of the natives into it but also dragging Olof down with the one. He was just about to go over when Ren slid down and grabbed ahold of him while using his other hand to hook onto the stone with StormFlower.

"Ugh, get her off!" Ren shouted as he struggled to hold on.

"I can't. This spindelhäxa won't let go!" Olof shouts as he repeatedly kicks her in the face.

"The gun! Ugh, grab it off me!" Ren called down as he struggled to avoid the many rocks falling on them.

Olof noticing the other gun on Ren's hip quickly reaches for it. Struggling as he kept the creature from biting him. After a few attempts he final snatches the gun and took aim. He was a terrible shot but at this range he could hit the creature. Learning from his mistakes from using StormFlower earlier in the temple, he was ready for the recoil. The three round bursts splattered the natives brains over the wall and it fell to the magnum river. Ren helped Olof up and the two then proceed to crawl up to the temples entrance as the cave came crashing down on them.

"Hurry! There right behind you!" Thomas shouts down to them. Olof gave a perplex look before suddenly hearing the low his behind them.

Some of the natives didn't fall to their demise. They grabbed the walls and climbed back up. The two struggled to reach the top as the tunnel was collapsing on top of them, and the natives crawling faster than they ever could. As the cave begins collapsing the roof slid closer, and closer, forcing them to get lower as they neared the cavern. Just then the two pulled themselves out as the tunnel completely collapses on top of the natives. Crushing them with a sickening splat.

The two landed on their backs. Coughing and wheezing from the dust in their lungs from the collapse. They were relieved to have escaped with there lives no less. They took a moment to breath in the fresh air and let the mid-day sun shine down on them. After a few moments they finally got up to see the mountain smoking and ground shaking.

Vid Guds Skägg och Djävulens Arsle, you have to be kidding me!" Olof moans as lava starts pouring out of the volcano top.

"Just head into the jungle! We can outrun lava if we get going." Thomas shouted.

"Outrun the volcano? You can't be serious?!" Juliet remarks as she leans against a nearby tree.

"I did a report on the Mauna Loa's Eruption of 81 back in 21. If we stay on the high ground, avoid the ash flow we should be able to avoid the lava flow." Thomas White explained.

"And what of the professor? I didn't see him in the pile?" Ren asked.

"Think he made a break for the shore. No point in staying around for him… bastard." Juliet said as she noticed a torn piece of cloth on a nearby branch. The group looked at her with some speculation but then recalled how he left her for dead.

The four head into the jungle as the lava slowly slid down the mountain side towards them. By the time it had reached the entrance they were long gone. It slithered over the entrance burying what horrific secrets and knowledge within under molten rock. Lost for all of time… something that the survivors would agree is for the best.

A day and half later, back at base camp.

The volcano had ceased erupting. Lava spread was to a minimal but any plans for further expeditions was put on hold. Not that they knew the only entrance in was closed. Professor Whitley had made it back to the camp, followed by the rest after. It seems the other man they traveled with had died from a sudden stroke. However the Miskatonic University Archeological guild did not have the resources to track down his body to confirm his story. As for the group of four they managed to return back with no casualties and in better condition than Professor Whitley. Juliet added a back hand to the list of injuries he'd suffered on his hike back.

Once they received proper medical attention, food, and water the five were questioned about what they saw on there expedition. None gave a straight answer or even did answer it. All the Miskatonic University Archeological guild got from the five was, they were attacked. By natives living in the ruins. When the volcano erupted it took the tribals and everything inside. Including majority of the expeditionary members.

Once done questioning the group was let go. The view opens on Ren, sitting on the edge of the SS. Norrsken. He was now in a tank top saturated in soot. He looked on at the mountain. The smoke trail still hung in the air above the volcano, but the longer he looked at it. The more it looked like something horrific that has haunted him these pass few weeks. As he stares on at the horrific sight with tired eyes, someone called out to him.

"You still haven't answered my question!" Olof shouted, breaking Rens concentration.

"Come again?" Ren asked.

"Earlier on in the tomb you went on and on about this, Atlach Nacha and apparently her 'daughters'. Despite not telling anyone at the camp I'd like to know who in the entirety of the world tree, is she?" Olof explains as he sits beside Ren.

"Oh… (Sigh) that." Ren remarks as he leans back against the boat. "Suppose I owe you an answer."

He remained quiet for a few moments before explaining his first years in the Dreamlands. When he first arrived he found himself in the mountains of Kadath and the plateau of Leng. There he was hunted by her children. They ate anything that moved, even frequently canalizing their own. He saw first hand what they do. It was only later when he made it to Ulthar that he learned that the Spiders of Leng were the Daughters of Atlach Nacha. Atlach Nacha herself is a massive spider that hides under Mount Voormithadreth. The question of where this Voormithadreth is was something Ren wasn't entirely sure himself. In some stories its in Greenland, in others it's Siberia. Another rumor believed it's in Switzerland. Where ever it is, it houses the only physical entrance to the dreamlands. Though seeing you will have to go through her lair to enter the dreamlands it's not worth the trip. But what is the most horrifying part of it all is the web that connects the dreamlands to the waking world is her web. A web that upon completion shall mark the end times.

Olof listened to the morbid story. Any sane man would call this preposterous story a lunatics feverish nightmare. However after everything Olof had seen, the idea of such a thing existing. Well it haunted him. The two went silent as they stared at the Volcano. Neither one wants to talk about what was said. However after a minute a question came to Olof's mind.

"Wait a second. You mentioned earlier how you were unsure about them being this Atla… whatever it's called, daughter. Why did you say that?" Olof asked.

"(Sigh) That still confuses me. I've seen what they do to there victims. But none of them looked human. I'm not entirely sure how they do it… or if I want to." Ren said with a shrug and a near smirk on his face. He then leans back before Grimsley remarking, "Sadly while I was focus on figuring out how it is possible for someone to become… those things. I didn't find anything about your son, or where he wen…"

Before Ren could finish Olof hands him his son's journal. "Berlin. He went to Berlin."

Ren quickly shuffled through the pages to confirm what Olof said. Sure enough he found what he was right. Looking up, Olof said; "I can you bring you there. Set sale tomorrow morning if you like. But we need to set up some ground rules. For starters don't you ever leave me in the dark again, and don't you ever dare throw me off a cliffside again. Otherwise that's all. Do we have an accord?"

He raised his hand and Ren stared down at it. After a few moments he raised his and shook Olofs hand. "We do."

Olof gives a nod and proceeds to walk to the bowl of the ship, but not before reminding Ren; "We leave at sunrise. Heard from the newcomers of a storm coming in from Argentina. I'd like to be in country before it hits."

Ren gives a nod before sitting back down. He looks on at the volcano for a few more minutes. No longer did he saw the horrific creature in the smoke. With his mind clear for once, he was able to think about Nora. Not in the horrific visage that the Messenger of the gods masqueraded as. The thought of her in the pink dress during Beacon dance. It brough a sense of calm that he hadn't felt in a real long time. Enjoying it for a few more moments he final stands up with a smile on his face.

"We're coming for you, Cheng." Ren said as he stands up. He then turns the corner when he came face to face with a sickly ghostly visage of a Chinese boy.

He was no older than Ren, wearing tattered clothes, similar to what Ren was wearing. His eyes were just as sunken as his was. Ren soon recognized him, it was Olof's son. Cheng Larsson. Ren froze in fear at the sight of the poor boy. Though he knows full well that he isn't there, his presence sent a shiver down his spine. Every time Cheng appeared in his mind he would pass on a foreboding message. Sure enough he had a message for him

"Ymg' uh'enyth ephaiai aimgr'luhh ot mgepmgvulgtlagln. Ah nafl ah l' mgepluln h' aimgr'luhh!"

Ren's eyes widen in terror. He'd not know what he meant, uh'enyth? Was he possible referring to Blake? Her tongue was removed by the Arkham witch a year ago, so how could she talk let alone with the dead? Or is it possible she will be talking for someone who is dead. Whatever it means Ren's once happy face faded quickly. Returning him to a shabby and petrified face of horror he had plastered on his face. Moving to the bowl of the ship to try and sleep. Something he doubt he'd ever get. As he heads down into the deck, the ghostly visage follows him communicating dark truths of the universe as the view cuts to black.

Play 'Tangled Up' By Caro Emerald

The view opens up on a desolated campsite. The tent was torn, items were scattered about and a few sun bleach skulls laid silently where they died. Oddly there was a projector screen set up. After a few moments the projector kicks to life, doing the count down in since with the music.

The projector then shows a serries of hand drawn figures over picture background. Giving a sense of a hand drawn copy and paste. The first figure was Ren, walking across the screen. The drawing of him stopped at the center of the screen, walking in place but not moving.

I took the perfect avenue, down the road to both of you
Did I go dutch?
This is too much!
With all the money in the world
You could never buy this girl
Quite enough, it will be tough
If romancing me with neons is something you should do
May the letters write in luminous, in-lou

As the song begins to play the walking in place Ren then shifted to different poses, Ranging from a defensive, to upside down lifted by spider web to, running in fear. As this repeats multiple times letters emerge from the side saying:

(Sessue Hayakawa as Lie Ren)

And get me wicked up
Shake it up
Tangled up
You could be breaking up, making up
Tangled up
You can't be faking it,
Making it from my love
With all this tragedy, don't get me tangled up

Ren running pose then moves off screen as Olof walks on. Doing the same thing as Ren. Walking to the center before pausing to walk in place. Just as the remix began he then bounced from three posses in place. From a defensive fighting stance, to tangled in a spiders web, to racing with cobwebs. This continued on before words in the corner appeared.

(Fritz Kortner as Olof Larson)

I can't separate your sins,
To me you're acting like you're twins
This is a mess,
Is this a test?
How many guesses do I get?
Till only one of you is left
You're quite the same,
If love's the gain
I want to see emotions coloring the sky
To the point it will make me wanna cry

The sketch of Olof in running position runs away. That's when Juliet sketch walked on. Like before stopping to walk in place at the mid position. Once in place she continues walking before shifting to three poses. Ranging from terrified horror, holding her leg in agony, then limping with bloody leg. She did this a few times before words appeared to the side.

(Ivy Close as Juliet Scarlet)

And get me wicked up
Shake it up
Tangled up
You could be breaking up, making up
Tangled up
You can't be faking it,
Making it from my love
With all this tragedy, don't get me tangled up
Tangled up

Treating girls like a yo-yo is a no no of monumental kind
If playing with your string had lanced to be your thing
It's easy to say to both, oh nevermind

She then trudges away with a limp in her step. Once gone the last image show Thomas White, walking in place to the center of the stage. Once at the center he walks in place for a few moments before shifting to three positions. A defensive stance to being completely cocooned, to crawling away with pieces of web stuck to him. He does this for a few moments before words appeared beside him.

(Ronald Colman as Thomas White)

And get me wicked up
Shake it up
Tangled up
You could be breaking up, making up
Tangled W
You can't be faking it,
Making it from my love
With all this tragedy, don't get me tangled up
Tangled up
Tangled up
Tangled up

As the song comes to an end, the film abruptly ends. The tape sputters around, hitting the projector. However if one looks closely one could see the silhouette of a man looking on. A few moments later another silhouette of an enchanting woman appeared. That's when two elongated spider limbs pushed out of her back. Before the unknown man could turn, there was a loud spider like hiss and the legs decapitated the man, causing blood to splatter over the screen. Few moments later threes a sickening crunching noise as the native devours the poor soul, and the scene goes dark.

The view opens up on a stage, filled with cobwebs. At the center stood the host with the most, shaking something terrible as he tries to keep a plastered smile under his Gasmask: "Hello Everybody, Wombag1786 here, first of all I'd like to give a special thanks for the vocals of the end credit song to, Miss. Jorōgumo."

Wombag steps aside allowing for a beautiful Japanese woman to walk on stage, she waves politely as claps were played over an audio. She went over to the microphone and about to say something when suddenly her head exploded in a fiery barrage. She fell to the ground, and stutters for a few moments before her legs and arms crinkled upward, like a dead spider.

"(Sigh), god damn it. I couldn't do it. Sorry Y'all but I just can't. Damn you acidophobia." Wombag then tosses aside the smoking sawed off and sat in a fancy lounge chair before turning to the audience.

"Right, so this chapter was a close call. My classes really cut into my time to write and drove me around the bend to get done. But I made up for it with this ending. Little hint at what's to come for Ren, and a peak behind his mind. Sadly this will be left unanswered for now as of now I will not be posting another chapter till July maybe late June. For multiple reasons including another story that I have neglected for too long and need to get back to, finding a summer job to pay for the epilouge segment of RWBY Noir comic, and because I'm graduating College next Saturday. Plus it's summer, my least productive time of the year so I think it's for the best if I take a break for a bit. Rest assure I am not abandoning this story, just going on vacation. Now with that out of the way, let's go over questions and comments."

From Carre: 1. Your welcome

2A. Fair enough. Stick Fuck the translator man. God knows how many times it got me into trouble. (*Shudders at the thought of the time he tried to speak French with it. The Cringe)

2B. Heh heh… nope. They were… unsuited for the goddess gift.

2C. Heh heh… nope. What happened in the book happened in story. More particularly the events of 1789 and 1794 and having to do with one Count Comte Fenalik and Doctor Lucien Rigault choices. As well as the return of the most unlikely of allies. Might want to read it as Some terrors never truly end.

3. Thanks will do.

Thanks for writing Carre

From Black cross0: Ok, but what if your chased by horrible spider women. And I don't mean the Cringe Jessica Drew kind. (Though that alone is enough to run away.)

Thanks for writing Black cross0

From Crimson Weresloth: Wombag stares at Crimson. He then stands up grabbing a canister of gas. Dousing the stage and his chair before walking off. Once off screen a lighter clicking a zippo was tossed on the gas and it ignited the stage in an instant blaze. The scene cuts as the fire spreads to the curtains.

Thanks for writing Crimson Weresloth.

The view cuts outside where Wombag is looking up at his studio that is currently on fire. Well that's that. The last chapter sequence of solo adventures. If it's alright with the audience… and due to the fact that I burned down the studio out of spite for Crimsons comment. I will be taking a few months' vacation. IRL I am graduating College, so I'd like to spend a month to relax enjoy time with the family get a job, catch up on a different story that I have been neglecting for far too long. But come Early to mid June I will post the next chapter. Till then Please Fav, Fol, and leave a comment down bellow.

This is Wombag1786 signing off.

A few days later, aboard the Miskatonic University Archeological guild.

The Scene opens up on Juliet. Trying hard to sleep, however she couldn't. She was sweating bullets as if she was having a nightmare, and the tropical storm rocking the boat did not help matters. As she twist her head violently, something under her flesh something moved. Large and multilegged it climbed up from her leg and towards her mouth. That's when two long legs stuck out and a horrific spider emerged.

A flash of lighting goes off and Juliet awoke with a horrified gasp. Her heart was racing from the nightmare when suddenly the window burst open. She nearly lets out a scream as the wind blew with an eerily howl. However she regained her composure. She gets out of bed and quickly closed the window. With a sigh she heads back to bed when she caught her reflection in the mirror for a glimpse of a second. What she saw frightened her that she had to take a second glance.

What ever she saw was gone, but she had to make sure. While inspecting herself. She looked intensely at the wound on her leg. It has been bandaged but she still feels something wrong with it, even ointments been applied to it. That's when voices begin whispering to her.

They got louder, and louder as the voices repeated the same line, over and over again. She tried to cover her ears but no matter what the voices got louder till Juliet finally snapped. Her eyes got tired and she let's her arms fall to the side. She stared for a few more moments before slowly raising them to her shoulder. She removed the straps and her night lingerie softly fell to the ground. There she stood there naked as she stares at herself. In the reflection one could see something moving under her skin, making her way from her heart to her back. Another flash of lightning goes off changing the setting to Professor Whitley's room. He is trying to sleep but the violent waves did help his stomach. Along with the nightmares of the horror's he experienced on the island. As another lighting strike he was awoken by a figure in the door. He got up to look at who was at his door. Much to his surprise it was Juliet… and she was naked.

She then walked up to him, in a seductive walk. Confused and blushing madly he said, "Juliet? What the devil are you do…(Shhhhhhhhhhhh)"

Juliet put her finger to his lip and slowly push him back on the bed as she crawled on top of him. She pressed her lips to his mouth and passionately kissed him. First he was resistant but eventually gave in and kissed back. The two made out passionately as she slowly removed his pajamas. As they got intimate with one another, something moved beneath Juliet's skin. It moved to her back and slowly pushes out of her spine. What came to the surface was four long spider limbs. The view pulls to the side, only showing the slow death of Professor Whitley. The flash of lightning then change the setting to an murky swamp.

Somewhere along the Dunwhich path, 1925

All kinds of bugs and unsettling noises from the queerest of animals can be heard. Nothing normal to the swamp lands creatures. They were… twisted, like a bullfrog that barks like a dog, or a fish that speaks. As lightning and hits the swampy forest hard, a figure trips over a tree branch. Hitting the ground hard. That figure was reveald to be Yang. She was covered in boiling black blisters. Oozing some kind of black puss. She struggled to her feet, as she held onto her robotic arm. Looking at her arm for just a moment, she can see something crawling up the skin. Pushing her prosthetic arm out of its core. Unable to move her arm she races as fast as she can. She looks around for any movement in the trees. That's when she felt an agonizing pain in her head. She heard the sound of a heart beating. It wasn't hers as it beats slowly but loudly. That's when a voice called to her.

"(Bump, bump.) Yang… Yang… Yang, do you (Bump, bump.) not love me? (Bump, bump.) A mother never (Bump, bump.) forgets her child's tender embrace. (Bump, bump.) Come Yang, (Bump, bump.) do you not remember (Bump, bump.) your mother?" The voice called out within her head. Along with the beating of a deafening heart. She nearly let's out a scream in agony when she heard the screams from Schmidt and the shotgun blasts behind her.

She wishes she could run back to him. The thing… that came from the cornfields was beyond repulsive. And it could control the vermin to it's will. Yet Schmidt adamantly told her to run. The mixture of Schmidt's words and the horror of seeing that… thing. As well as the women's voice screaming in her head, she bolted. Leaving Schmidt to an unknown fate.

Terrified she was unsure what to do before. However guilt overtook her, she decides to go back for him. But before she could something attacked her. She was tossed around like a rag doll by this unknown creature. She was tossed to the edge of the swamp lake, when she finally managed to get a good hit with her left. The silhouette creature chest burst wide, but it didn't fell. Rather stumbles back before standing up. Revealing in the lighting a horribly bloated body. Like a corpse pulled from the water. The body begins to regenerate in a slow and disturbing manner, leaving behind a horridness odder as black puss leaked from its wounds.

"Monty almighty, why can't you fucking die already!?" Yang screams half mad as she struggles to reloads her wrist gauntlet. However, as she tries, something emerged from the water. Worm like tendrils wrapped around her foot. All she could do is scream as she is dragged beneath the murky waters of the swamp.

Play "Rise Up Dead Man | Hunt: Showdown Humming Theme" For added effects

Yang sinks down, caught by the unknown tendril. As she sinks like a rock, the view pauses there. Yang, being pulled to her demise beneath the swampy water towards the mud so far bellow. This gives the impression of a skull from the way the lighting strikes, and above her the shadow of a monstrous figure. Words then surfaced with character bubbles bellow it. Reading:
