Authoress Note: I know that I shouldn't be doing a rewrite for this story, but I came up with the idea to do a rewrite to make it better and longer. I can't just let a fic go when it has a lot of potential in the purpose of writing. There will be no Victor Creed as the sibling for them. Victor is a friend in this story and nothing more. I hope that you guys enjoy this new rewrite of the story. Hopefully, it comes through pretty well to you guys. I am also posting this on my A03 account so if you see any of my stories it's just me posting to get a better audience and more ideas to continue with stories. Without further ado the Prologue.

PROLOGUE

A young woman with dark hair and hazel eyes came up to a man with dark hair and hazel eyes. "We're getting involved in the war efforts aren't we, Jimmy?" She questioned as she sat down next to him in the bar. She was dressed in a short-sleeved knee-length dress that was light blue and a pair of black short-heeled pumps.

"You know we don't have much of a choice," Jimmy replied as he took a long swig of the beer he held in his hand. He wore a rather simple outfit, which was a plaid short-sleeved shirt and a pair of brown slacks and boots on his feet.

The woman let out a soft breath. "You know that I've been bothered by the SSR." She pointed out resting her hands on the bar table.

"They've been doing that for quite some time since the states decided to join in the war, Vi," Jimmy said as his eyes slid over to her. He knew that she hated being bothered by the SSR, but it was something that was bound to happen sooner or later. She was good at what she did.

Vi let out a breath running her hand through her dark hair. "I suppose that I should stop avoiding their calls then?" She mused softly taking a breath as her hand went to her glass. She took a swig of her drink letting the alcohol buzz through her system.

"Well, the president heard all about ya… just like me." Jimmy pointed out as he drowned the rest of his beer.

"Because I went against the code for the First World War." She pointed out as she looked over at him. "I know you're joining the military part of it."

"And you should join the SSR. I see you being an agent for them." Jimmy mused with a cheeky smile.

She let out a breath. "It's not like I can avoid it for too much longer. President Roosevelt won't take no for an answer." She said nudging him with her arm lightly in a teasing way knowing that there was honestly no way around what they were getting involved in.

"We'll fight together as normal."

"I know you wouldn't leave me behind brother." She said as she drank the beer that she had before her. "I suppose this is, see you on the other side."

Jimmy nodded his head clinking his new beer against hers. "Take many shots…"

"And kill as many evil bastards as we can." She said looking up into his eyes.

"Exactly." Jimmy mused as he smirked revealing his elongated incisors.

Vi let out a laugh revealing her elongated incisors that matched his. "Just try to keep the claws in aye?" She teased knowing that his claws were one of the reasons why he had gotten into some trouble. They were dangerous.

"I could say the same to your claws." He mused gesturing to her nails that were pointed but currently short at the moment.

"Oh you know I'm going to try." She said with a soft chuckle knowing that her claws could also get her into a lot of trouble. And that was something that she couldn't afford at that moment.

"Don't let the anger get the best of you."

Vi let out another laugh shaking her head and bouncing her slightly curled hair. "Not promising anything, Jimmy. You know that."

Jimmy let out a breath. "I know it bub." He said, shaking his head as he pulled a cigar out to light up and smoke.

Vi let out a breath seeing him pulling a match out to light it. "Must you always smoke a cigar when we're out?"

"You know I always have one." Jimmy said looking over at her out of the corner of his eyes. It was one of his favorite things to smoke and he wasn't about to give it up.

She shook her head. "Sooner or later they're going to kill you."

"I doubt it," Jimmy said as he took a long drag of it, holding it in for a moment before blowing the smoke from his lungs.

Vi got up to her feet finishing off the last bit of her beer. "Well, I should go and call President Roosevelt back and stop dodging his orders."

Jimmy nodded his head firmly. "See you overseas."

Vi nodded her head. "See you soon, brother."

"Take care of yourself out there. I won't be there to get you out of trouble."

Vi let out a soft laugh as she walked away, leaving him to brood with his beer in hand. She knew that it would be a bit before she saw her brother again, but she knew that it wouldn't be forever for them. The siblings would be together again causing trouble and killing once more as they had done in World War I.

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

This is the end of the Prologue. I hope that you guys enjoyed the beginning of this story. It will be a long story that is for sure. I hope that you guys enjoyed the banter between the siblings. I don't have a brother, granted I may have two half brothers but don't know them, so I don't know how a brother and sister dynamic would work out. Please leave a review and let me know what you think. Reviews will help me write this story and make it as good as possible. I will hopefully update you next week with the very first chapter of this story. Until next time.
