"Listen Nanjo, I know you think of yourself as the greatest up and coming warrior in Ragnarok. However, I think you've overestimated yourself."

"Shut it, Tsuji, you know I am the new eighth greatest fist. Besides, you're still injured, aren't you." Kisara directed a cold eyed stare her adversaries way. She had to make sure this idiot didn't sense any weakness. "You better not think I'll go easy on you out of pity or something." Then she took up an offensive stance."Wouldn't dream of it, Valkarie. A loss is a loss. Anything else is just an excuse. I learned that lesson from another girl.. I mean fighter. The wild haired man grinned as his own battle spirit dulled his existing pain.

Despite her usually cold demeanor, she laughed heartily. For a few moments, she reflected. On the man that hurt her pride last year. 'Perhaps Tsuji-senpai is less trash than I always thought.' However, before they could get started. Outside interference happened by.

A stunned Miu watched as her best friend rushed the two members of Ragnarok.

"Knock it off Tsuji your still injured!" With pure instinct, he elbowed the reckless guy at the base of the skull. He dropped the delinquent like a sack of potatoes.

Suddenly, Kisara's cracking demeanor returned like a wall of ice. "Well, well, if it isn't Kenichi Shirahama."

The male brunette was currently regretting his unconscious attack. He checked the guys vitals quietly. Then he heard his name. "I'm sorry, miss, do I know you."

"Wow, Kenichi, that was great! No hesitation at all with such a brutal take down." The blonde looked at the nearby red head defensively. "She is clearly a superior opponent, so keep your guard up."

"Relax, Miu. I'm not going to fight a girl." He stood with a sigh of relief.

Kisara's expression darkened at those words. "Don't be so cocky punk he wasn't even looking! Now it's time to show you how wrong your attitude is." She took an offensive stance. Then her eyes met the blonde girls. She sensed a threatening aura. However, the Chinese girl running up. Was exhibiting such unrestrained killer intent that she became worried. The skilled woman wasn't sure if she could handle the odds. So she became aloof. "I'm Kisara Nanjo. We'll meet again soon. I got places to be today." She walked away quickly.

That was when Renka made the mistake of grabbing Miu's shoulder. Instead of moving her female friend. She was flipped with efficiency. To her surprise, her boy caught her in a bridal carry. It was sweet, but she was still pissed.

Calm down, the issue resolved itself." She struggled slightly seemingly torn on stay or go. On impulse, he diffused her aggression by taking her lips. As their tongues danced, she melted in his arms. All negative emotions drained away instantly.

Miu blushed, feeling like she was watching something she shouldn't. Then she realized two of Tsuji's friends were carrying him away. 'Oh well, problem for another day, I guess.' She turned back, seeing the couple still making out. Renka was gripping Kenichi's neck, keeping him close. Meanwhile, he cupped her well toned rear without an ounce of shame. "Quit it, you two, we still have school!"

The next day after school...

"Hey Kenichi, my brother. You should take a different route home today." Nijima stated as he appeared from nowhere.

"Curse you, devil. You scared me! Why should I listen to your advice. You did something again, didn't you!" Kenichi glared at his evil friend suspiciously.

"Of course not buddy."

"Hey Kenichi-kun, look at today's school paper." Miu handed over the item with a worried look.

The boy shook with rage as he saw the front page. "Nijima, I would never claim someone falsified an injury due to cowardice! He really is hurt, you bastard!"

"I hear that part was what really pissed him off. Anyway, go another way. Your sneak attack paid off well." Before the journalist could say more, he fell unconscious from a light tap.

"Shirahama! I thought you were a better man than this!"

The wild haired delinquent screamed with pure rage.

"Listen, Tsuji, I would never say something so undeserved. You see, I have this alien friend who likes to twist information."

"Shut up Shirahama, talk is cheap! If you want me to believe you. Show me with your fighting spirit!"

"Right of course, that's the kind of guy you are. Okay then Tsuji come at me then." The disciple took up a defensive stance.

Without further words the black haired brawler charged. He saw his opponent's fist and used his head to block. "Another lame strike I'm disappointed." To his surprise that one move laid him out so hard he couldn't even stand. "Seems like I underestimated you. I definitely lost this time." His two friends lifted him to his feet. "As of right now, my crew and I are done with Ragnarok. So you know Takeda's farewell beat down is coming soon. I hear Kisara will be in charge. Also, one of the other greatest fists will be there as an observer. Number six, the guy known as Hermit."

"Thanks, Tsuji. I owe you one." Kenichi smiled with a slight edge to his voice.

"No problem, Shirahama-san. You got my number if you need anything else." With that, the delinquent trio headed out for parts unknown, for now.

As the disciple waved goodbye he had an idea. 'I should get Takeda's phone number too.'

Ryozanpaku...

As Miu and Kenichi returned to the dojo the pair heard a subtle ringing. In the main practice hall several small bells were scattered around. Shigure was swinging her katana around slowly to make each bell ring.

The boy was weirded out a little. "Hey, Shigure. I guess I'll tell you first I'm ready for advanced technique training."

"Good Kenichi, the others are out at the moment. So I shall begin with some courage build-up."

"Yes Shigure. However, could you tell my why all the bells?" He bowed respectfully and waited for an answer.

"Your girlfriend had bells in her hair. So I thought being reminded of her would improve your survival instinct. Now defend yourself!" She charged with her sword drawn.

'Why does it feel like I'm being attacked in a jealous rage? No, that's just ridiculous! Well at least it wasn't Master Ma that saw Renka first.' To his surprise the weapon master's moves didn't set off a single bell.
