A/N
Hi everyone! Things seem to be calming down a little on my end. Had another driver write my car off and had to take an extra week off writing to get a new one but I have been hard at it. Just got off a night shift so not in the most talkative mood, sorry.
There are now two advanced chapters to this story available on pat-re-on. Look me up to read them early as Bored Peasant's Written Works. Thank you so much to everyone that has helped to support me there. It means a lot and gives me the motivation and help I need to keep updating these stories regularly. Everyone of you make it easier to keep going. And remember, every update goes there first for every story.
Special thanks to Ranger, Ezoz, FallenMetalGod, BuzzGrave and Doglore63 for your help and support.
On with the story!

CHAPTER 35 – TO ADMIN, OR NOT TO ADMIN
As I looked around the facility, I couldn't help but be bemused.
The whole building was massive. The ceilings were more than ten metres high at any point except the doorways. Honestly, the heating bill for this place had to be huge, modern technology or not. Good to see where my investment was going… and no, I hadn't been joking about being a Board member and shareholder.
It had cost a cool ninety-eight million credits to get the required four percent to buy my way onto the Board of Noveria Development Corporation. It wasn't money that I would normally splash out on a whim but I figured that I could use it for the mission, benefit from the short-term gains that they were currently having, then sell up big before the news of their activities was released. It would cause a panic of sorts for a high-level shareholder to sell up their shares so quickly and lead to a plummeting of their share value but I would be able to come away with a decent increase on my investment.
Hey! Look at me knowing economics!
We walked through the administration building, past beings of all races who were working for NDC in whatever capacity brought them joy. I even could see that dodgy hanar floating around. I wasn't really interested in the jellyfish, but it might be interesting for Shepard's crew to have a look around while we wait.
We followed the signs to the administrator's office, ignoring the curious looks we were receiving from the locals, or whatever passed as locals in a place like this. I did take note of the few Elanus guards who were standing around, watching us intently as we passed. A few of them had hands touching weapons but no one made a move to stop us.
I could see Shepard noticed too, her own hand not moving far from her pistol at any time. She may have given one or two a harder stare down than was necessary but she didn't talk to any of them.
Ugh. I couldn't be bothered dealing with this posturing. Karla, my adopted daughter, was at the orphanage when the batarians attacked it. I just wanted to get there and see how she was. I know that I heard that she was fine, but when bad things happened around your kids it didn't matter if they were fine or not, you just wanted to see them. Yet, here I was, stuck doing a mission that I suddenly didn't have the patience to deal with.
The thing was, I couldn't just take over without causing problems for Shepard or the overall cohesiveness of the team. Or at least, I couldn't outside of this facility. However, Shepard's inexperience in dealing with the corporate world actually worked in my favour here. It meant that I would be able to do more with the administrator than I would have without her. Obviously, I still had to follow certain rules or I would get in trouble.
Luckily, I am smart enough to plan ahead.
I had managed to get the details of Anoleis' corruption and embezzlement from an inside source before we had reached the system. When we dropped out of lightspeed to let the heat sinks in the engine room vent, I was able to pass it on to the other members of the Board, along with the proposal to cut out the rot, as they say, when I landed on the planet.
I had received the approval from the Chairman of the Board as we were making our descent into the planet's atmosphere to land at the facility. I also had approval for the person that I suggested being made interim administrator until a full review of the position could be made.
It sounded like I had a lot of power, and in all truth I did, but no more than any other member of the Board of NDC did. The ethics clauses were very specific, having been written by the salarians. They liked to plan everything out and hated moving slowly once things had been decided. Of course, making a decision was something they didn't rush into, as by their natures they were cautious and wanted every known variable taken into consideration but once that was done, they moved quickly.
It essentially meant that I could give them the proof and fix the problems almost immediately. The only difference being that I am acting directly as part of a Spectre's contingent, which actually made Citadel corporations nervous, especially when unethical practices were taking place.
Like, oh, I don't know, the reintroduction and experimentation of the rachni.
The Chairman of the Board was very specific that I wasn't to share corporate secrets with the Spectre, but I was to assist them with removing a corrupt individual with links to traitors of the Citadel, such as Saren. There was also the implication that if traitorous persons were to be involved in unethical projects, that it should be either disclosed or hidden at my discretion.
Luckily for me, the approval of Benezia to go to Peak 15 was signed off by the idiotic administrator after Benezia and Saren were declared traitors, or wanted for questioning in relation to treason, by the Council.
Long story short, Anoleis screwed up and I had the power to fix it. And I was motivated to do it sooner rather than later.
I burst through the door leading to the administrator's office, only looking around briefly to make that there was no security in the room to stop what was coming.
"Don't bother asking," I interrupted the hidden agent standing behind the desk before she has a chance to speak. "I will be going in there with the Spectre, and my team will be standing watch with you right here. Call him to let him know and I will have you shipped back to whatever little division you came from.
I walked past the secretary desk, catching the eyes of the woman standing there. I raised my hand to point to fingers at my eyes, then pointed at her in the universal 'I'm watching you' gesture. She blinked in confusion but didn't stop us as Shepard and I walked into Anoleis' office, the rest of the team waiting in the entrance area. Liara looked uncertain about being left behind but didn't follow.
I should probably apologise for that, seeing as she was looking for information about her mother, and I effectively blocked her out. I'll do it later.
I strode around the decorated wall and moved into the office through the glass door. Immediately I could feel the difference in heat. That made sense. Salarians preferred to live in warmer climates. Noveria was anything but.
"Who are you?" the well-dressed solarian sitting at the administrator's desk demanded, standing as we entered.
"Hello," I replied, mock politely. "I'm your newest Board member conducting a surprise inspection of all these facilities. I would say it's a pleasure to meet you, Administrator, but then we would both be liars."
"I have no idea what you mean," the salarian snapped back bitingly. "I have no time for these accusations from pretend Board members. I have a company to run."
"Ah, ah, ah!" I waggled a finger in his face. "Firstly, I am not a fake." I tapped my omnitool which lit his terminal up. "You see, I am legitimate, which I know you would already know. Secondly, I know something that you don't, Mr Administrator. You see, I happen to have quite a fascinating piece of information." I tapped my omnitool again and sent another file to his desk. The salarian's eyes flicked to it for a moment, before he angrily hammered at his terminal, opening the file.
He stared at it for a moment, absorbing the information rapidly. In only a few seconds, his already large eyes widened and he started to shake.
"No, it can't, how did…," he stammered, before smashing a button on his desk. "Security! Hostiles in my office!"
I looked over at Shepard with a smirk, seeing her bewildered expression. I tilted my head towards the panicking salarian, trying to give her a suggestion. She blinked, before throwing the alien a look. Then her expression turned thoughtful as she looked back towards the entrance area. Finally, her face firmed into a determined expression and she walked around the desk and punched the, now former, administrator in the face, knocking him unconscious.
I have to admit, seeing her thought process displayed on her face that way was actually pretty entertaining.
"Now what?" she asked, looking back at me casually, as if punching corrupt officials was a daily routine for her. Which, to be fair, if I let her be more renegade, she probably would.
Still, I gave her a smile. "First of all," I said, "nice right hook. Secondly, it sounds like we are about to have company from some dirty security guards that Anoleis was probably paying under the table, most likely trying to kill us. My recommendation is that you go out there to join the others to stop them, while I stay here and try get as much information from the good salarian's computer as I can before their people come and stop me.
"Oh," I added as an afterthought, moving to sit down at the desk and boot up the terminal, "you might also want to send the secretary in here too. No need to let our internal investigations officer get caught in the crossfire."
Shepard gave an affirmative hum and moved to exit the office, the doors hissing shut behind her.
I took that as my go time, immediately starting a search of all recent projects, specifically those that were linked to Saren and Benezia.
The amount of data was impressive. I could only imagine how many servers were required to run the place, even with modern tech. And a being as paranoid as the Administrator was unlikely to entrust his dodgy dealings with anyone else, so his local memory store was probably massive.
I noticed that the hidden secretary came quickly into the office and tried to hide along the doorway to peek on what was happening outside. She didn't bother me so I decided to just ignore her.
There were hundreds of detail files that came up from my search. Most of them were innocuous, like social functions that they were invited to. There were a lot of documents that were essentially stockholder statements, detailing payments to shareholders or queries of investments. Essentially useless.
Then there was the good stuff.
The connection between both Saren and Benezia at Peak 15 was blatantly obvious from the documents there, even the ones that were listed as 'private and confidential'. What's more, the research that was being conducted at the labs there was so much more involved and controversial than just the rachni being reborn. In fact, there were significant attempts to use rachni mental signals, listed as psychometric communication, to attempt mental conditioning of individuals.
In layman's terms, they were attempting to use the mental link a rachni queen has over her drones to brainwash people. A research subject under the supervision of Spectre Saren Arterius, and sponsored by Matriarch Benezia T'soni. Wasn't that just a swell little arrangement. I have a feeling that if the Illusive Man had someone on the research team then he would be looking to get that data.
The fact that the administrator knew this and didn't report it to the Board would be enough to limit liability to the Board members. I shouldn't have to pay any fines myself, seeing as I planned to sell my shares in the company the moment I was off world.
I would do the Chair a favour and send them a message briefly outlining the situation and say which research is being deleted, but that could wait until after we saved the lab. No need to give them a chance to remove it first.
"What are you looking for?" the hidden agent asked.
"That depends," I said, not looking up at her as I started a file transfer to my omnitool. There was a lot of data to go through. It would take a few minutes, even with the advanced technology available. "Are you asking as a concerned citizen, an employee of NDC, or as an internal investigations officer that has been trying to nab Anoleis for embezzlement and any of a number of other crimes he may or may not have been involved with, the evidence of which would be on the computer than I am currently looking through?"
"Uh, I guess the last one?" she replied uncertainly. "How did you know that I am with Internals?"
I finally looked up at her to see the mid-thirties woman looking at me curiously. I have to say, there is something so amusing about knowing personal information about people that I shouldn't know and revealing it to their faces. It always confused them and it never got old to me.
"I just spent ninety million credits to become a member of the Board," I replied, looking back at the terminal, watching the transfer take place. "You think I would do that without knowing a few important things?"
"Huh," came the reply. "I guess that makes sense, though it wasn't supposed to go beyond the Chair. Why would you be told that I was here if you have only been a Board member for a short time?"
"The esteemed Chair was informed of what I was coming to do here today and the actions and suspicions that I had been able to confirm from my own inside source."
Gunfire started booming out from the front room, Wrex's shotgun being distinctly noticeable among the fray. The internals woman jumped and squeaked, before running over to hide in the corner of the room behind the desk. It was an area that was at least far less likely to be hit by a random shot so it was as good a hiding place as any in what was otherwise a horrible room for defensive measures.
"So, when I told him what I knew and that I was already going to be on the planet with my security team," I gestured towards the intense sound of combat out in the entry area, "he authorised my actions and told me that there was someone on the inside that let me know who it was so that I could avoid potentially dragging you into the mess."
A chunk of concrete burst off the wall as whoever was aiming at Shepard and the ground team clearly missed, causing the agent to let out a shriek.
"So, what's your name?" I asked, keeping my eyes on the display. It was getting close to being finished with the data transfer now and I was ready to disconnect the moment it happened.
"What?" came the stunned reply.
"Your name," I repeated, looking over at her for a moment. "What is it?"
"Gianna," the woman said, looking close to an anxiety attack. "Gianna Parasini. But shouldn't you know that if the Chair told you about me?"
"I am not asking for me," I replied looking back at the terminal. It was almost done. "I am asking for you. This is the first time you have been near a firefight, yes?"
There was no reply so I could only assume that the woman was nodding her head, which I couldn't see while I was looking at the terminal. "Use your words," I said gently.
"Yes," she replied shakily. "First time for me."
"Don't worry," I said calmy. The terminal pinged with a successful completion of the data file transfer. "My crew is well trained to fight against some of the best in the galaxy. A few rent-a-cops at the back end of nowhere are not going to be a match for them."
"Sergeant Stirling is a biotic though," she said doubtfully.
"So are Liara, Wrex and Alenko," I countered easily as I turned around to face her. "And while she may not be a biotic as far as I know, Shepard is a Council Spectre. If all it took to take her down was a single biotic, then I don't think she would have made it this far, do you?"
This time she shook her head, looking a little more confident. The mood was ruined by Anoleis groaning as he started to wake up from his little nap. I aimed my omnitool at him and sent an electrical nerve pulse that put him down. It was a handy program that Hectar had come up with. It sent an electrical shock that shut down a being's nervous system for a good half hour. The only issues were that it didn't work against armour or krogan.
A salarian in a business suit though, that was easy. Anoleis dropped without a further sound.
"That should take care of him," I said casually, turning back to Gianna, who looked worried. "Don't panic, it was just a stunning shot. He will be out for about thirty minutes and be a little sore when he gets up but otherwise, he will be fine."
She gave a huff. "Cute toy."
I gave her a small grin. "Of course," I bragged slightly. "I am adorable after all."
She giggled at the joke. It was slightly hysterical but it was genuine and it seemed to help soothe her nerves. "You're terrible."
I chuckled back as the sounds of combat ended out front. "Maybe so, but I think it is one of my most charming attributes."
She didn't reply this time as I stood and moved towards the doorway, stopping just short. "Are we clear?" I called out, fully confident with Shepard and the others.
"We're clear," Shepard called back, proving my confidence wasn't in vain. "None of us are injured. Looks like we have about ten down on their side KIA, or heading that way."
I looked over at Gianna who was now standing up and gestured to the doorway with my head. She nodded and made her way around the desk. "Coming out," I said, moving into the reception area.
The formerly neat and welcoming reception area was now looking like a combat zone, which I guess it was. The desk was trashed, bullet holes were all around the walls, and the plants and glass door had been shredded by gunfire. There were ten bodies scattered around the place, all of them ERCS guards. Stirling was near the back, her face frozen in an angry snarl, with half her torso missing.
Gianna went green at the sight of them all and turned around, marching back into the administrator's office. I could hear her calling maintenance, asking for sheets or something to cover the dead.
Looking around again, I noticed that Alenko seemed to be searching the bodies with Wrex, but Liara and Shepard were missing. I strode passed the bodies, giving nods to the two men as I did, heading out into the main area beyond reception.
I blinked as I took in the scene. Captain Matsuo was standing in front of Shepard, surrounded by blue light, as Liara held the Asian woman in a stasis lock. Shepard was standing with her assault rifle in her hands, not quite aimed at the two other ERCS guards that had accompanied the captain. Their empty hands were raised, in either surrender or a gesture of peace.
"… if this happens again, I will take every single guard in this facility and have them executed for aiding in the treason of Saren Arterius and Benezia T'soni," she was yelling at the panicking captain, whose face was considerably paler than the first time we met her. "Do I make myself clear, security officer?" Wow, I could taste the derision in that statement. I guess that there were some prejudices that existed between armed service personnel and rent-a-cops like ERCS.
I guess that meant Shepard and the Alliance people probably had some against me too. I guess that explained the sour looks that Williams and Alenko sent me from time to time, as well as Shepard's stand-offishness. The more you know.
The blue glow faded from Liara and the captain dropped out of the stasis field, before taking her people and trying to make it look like they weren't fleeing desperately away from the scene.
"Well," I said, looking over at Shepard, "that's one way of dealing with the situation."
Shepard frowned at that but nodded. "I have to admit, I felt like I was channelling Saren there," she admitted, sounding uneasy. "It's like what you said earlier, I need people to see me as a Spectre, including having Spectre authority. I am not sure that I want to be a hardass all the time. I don't want everyone to be automatically afraid of me, but I don't want people to think that I can just be walked over."
I tilted my head in acknowledgment to that statement. "A tough line to walk," I said evenly, even now think about how that was going to be received throughout the galaxy. It was going to be a mix of renegade and paragon, a type of profile that I used quite a lot when I was playing the games. It made it feel more natural to me as a person but it also meant that options that would be open to either full renegade or full paragon were not going to be available.
I guess that meant that I was going to have to step in at times. There was no way I was going to let the quarians die if I could avoid it. It's why I gave them a planet, after all.
Or to save individuals. Looking at you Wrex.
"Still," I continued, looking forward through the facility to see a well-dressed turian I had been expecting walking towards us, "I don't disagree with it. Sometimes you need the carrot, other times you need the stick. There is never just one approach to any issue. Just don't let yourself get dragged so far down one path that if you change things up, people won't believe that you are being serious. And never underestimate the power of positivity."
She gave a hum of acknowledgement but otherwise didn't reply as the turian reached us.
"Mr Nielson," he greeted me. "Pleasure to meet you in person. Spectre," he looked at Shepard. "I am pleased to meet you too. My name is Lorik Qui'in. I am the manager of the Synthetic Insights division of Noveria Development Corporation."
Shepard gave the turian man a nod. "Good to meet you, Mr Qui'in."
He turned and looked at Liara, who was still standing with us and watching. "And I am afraid I don't know you."
Liara gave a cute little start at being addressed directly. "Oh, um, I'm Liara," she replied shyly. "If you don't mind, Shepard, I will go help Wrex and Kaiden."
"That's fine, Liara," Shepard assured her. "Good job."
Liara nodded at Shepard and gave me a shy smile before she turned and headed back to where Wrex was beginning to drag bodies to one side of the room.
"Spectre," Lorik continued, "thanks to you, we were able to get rid of someone that was causing us considerable financial harm. We couldn't have done it without you"
"Actually," I cut in, "that is not entirely true Lorik. Your information played a large part in fixing this. As thanks to your assistance in identifying the corruption that was perpetrated by our former administrator, you have been bumped up to Acting Administrator by the Board. Pending the outcome of the assessment process, that will probably be made permanent. So, allow me to be the first to say congratulations, Administrator Qui'in."
The turian seemed shocked for a moment as his mandibles flared slightly before clenching shut. He gave a nod before looking over my shoulder to the damaged Administrator's office.
"Thank you," he accepted gracefully. "Though, if it's all the same to you, I think I will stay in my current office for the time being." His mouth twisted into a little smirk. "At least until maintenance manages to clean up the former administrator's personal hit squad. I imagine it will take far too long to get the blood out of the carpet."
I chuckled and gave him a nod. "I would suggest replacing it altogether. I can have my assistant message you our preferred carpet and rug supplier if you are interested?"
Shepard looked at me, her face twisted in befuddlement. "You have a carpet guy?"
"As long as they match the drapes, yes," I said cheekily. Her face fell into what I would call 'abjectly unimpressed'. "Oh, come on, it was way too easy not to go there! How could I not?"
Lorik gave me a huff of amusement. "That won't be necessary," he assured me, bringing us back on topic. "Unfortunately, now that I am the Acting Administrator, I am going to have to get to work. It was a pleasure to meet you, Mr Nielson. Spectre."
"Before you go," I said quickly before he had the chance to walk off, "I was able to find out that Benezia and her team have departed for the research facility at Peak 15. A short time ago, contact was lost with the facility. while the weather might be part of it, I feel that, as the new administrator, you should be made aware of what was happening out there in case things have gone badly."
He raised a brow and joined me as I leaned in conspiratorially. I gestured for Shepard to lean in too.
"Someone found a rachni egg and hatched it there," I whispered, keeping anyone else from overhearing us.
A shark intake of breath from the turian and a confused grunt from Shepard were the responses I got to that revelation.
"Are you sure?" Lorik demanded.
I nodded. "That was the information that I was able to get from Anoleis' terminal while his personal grunts were fighting the Spectre and the security team," I confirmed. "I am hoping that nothing has happened there but if that is the problem, I would assume you as the administrator would be better knowing rather than finding out in the worst possible way."
The turian gave a long whistling sigh. "You are right," he muttered. "Spirits, what a mess."
Movement caught our eyes and we all turned to look at the salarian former administrator being carried out by two security members under Gianna's supervising frown.
"Well," Shepard spoke up, "that's at least one headache removed."
I gave a grunt of amusement. "More like a haemorrhoid than a headache, but yes."
I turned back to the turian. "Anyway, we need a pass to Peak 15 so that we can get after Benezia," I continued. "While we are at it, we can confirm whether or not the rachni were involved."
Lorik nodded. "Very well," he said easily. "I will let the garage know to expect you. If you could give me a few minutes to sort out the change of administration to the department heads I can get you there without any problem."
I grinned as I saw Torrin walk around the corner from the docking bay, pushing a small crate on a hover cart that would be carrying my armour and weapons. About time too, I missed out on the fire fight in the administrator's office, I wasn't about to miss out on the rachni and Benezia. "If you are fine with that, Spectre?" I asked.
She nodded. "It will give me time to get the ground team updated to know what to expect," she replied, already opening up her omnitool.
"Excellent!" I declared. "Then I have time to get suited up! Take care, Administrator Qui'in."
With that, I headed over to Torrin, eager to get in my armour.
Time to bring down the Matriarchy. Kinda.
…
The Illusive Man, or Jack Harper in only the safety of his own mind, stared thoughtfully through the window as he looked at the mesmerising star visible in his viewport. He found himself doing that a lot more ever since the attack on Eden Prime.
Things had been better and worse than he had initially thought things would be after an attack against humanity. The Alliance had their military capacity doubled, public opinion among the aliens had improved drastically in the last year and even the Council was no longer ruling as harshly against humanity in their decision making. And as far as his analysts could pinpoint, there was a common denominator in all of this.
Brock Nielson, head of Shieldstar Corporation.
Jack couldn't help frowning to himself. The failure to recruit Nielson as a donator had been a minor disappointment, but at the time ultimately inconsequential to his larger goals. His fellow human had been wealthy, involved in helping humanity, and aliens, in an almost sickeningly idealistic way, through the freeing of slaves in the Terminus and batarian space, though proving it was them was significantly harder to do ever since they lost their source. The use of media would be considered a novel, if childish, idea of opening humanity to the wider galactic community.
The problem was that it was working.
Shieldstar continued to rise in prominence and it was doing good things for humanity. Jack would never have guessed that such basic ideas could do so much to improve human relations in a galaxy that viewed them as little more than children. And it was disturbing Jack more than he could say.
Jack had used that negative perception that humans faced to increase the recruitment for Cerberus and gain donors. It was getting harder to do ever since Nielson had been making waves. Even the attack on Eden Prime would have been perfect for him to send his people in to stir up anti-Alliance rhetoric to gain a swell of volunteers for his organisation. But now, those same people were signing up in droves for Shieldstar after the effective defence of the colony.
All of this was unacceptable.
Another problem was that Nielson had been abiding by their non-interference agreement. Only twice had there been a need for Nielson to be told that there was a possible conflict between their respective groups and on both occasions, Nielson had altered his plans to prevent any conflict taking place.
Jack knew he was a lot of things. Smart, ruthless, manipulative and calculating were all things he would admit to. But breaking an agreement was not something he would do without careful consideration.
Perhaps there was a way to build on this in the background. Or maybe he should focus on Earth for the time being. The slums were filled with people who could be vicious and had violence come as naturally to them as breathing. Surely there would be many who would jump at the chance to have a better life.
He could spin it that whatever Nielson had done had only been out of self-interest. Considering how many former slaves became loyal members of Nielson's company when he ignored the plight of the people from his home world, that would probably work. Especially with the fact that Nielson hadn't advertised his connection to any of the projects that were building humanity's galactic profile, except the Eden Prime attack. Even then, that was out of self-interest because his factory was there and would have been attacked.
Yes, he could spin this to his advantage. Nielson had never done anything without self-interest and none of it to directly benefit humanity or the Alliance if it didn't help Shieldstar. That would hold sway with higher profile donators and military personnel. Yes, it was probably best to start ceasing his arrangement with Nielson in non-aggressive ways.
He frowned as he considered the military side of things, specifically Commander Shepard's promotion to Spectre. It was possible that she would be running into his operatives. He needed to pass on directives to prevent them being directly confrontational. The last thing he needed was to draw Council attention to Cerberus before they were ready. And he had lost contact with his man on Feros…

Jumanji
Thessian Suns Publication
By Helia Mis'audis
This was a rather unique idea. Being captured and forced to confront their deepest fears, allowing the characters to reclaim their lives against trials, perception and circumstance. Certainly enjoyable.
Sur'Kesh Leaf Script
By Silarn Moduk
This was certainly a different type of film. The direction that was given certainly allowed the characters to be given the ability to shine. It presents themes of caution of the unknown but also the ability to overcome all of life's challenges in an entertaining way. It has moments of humour and darker elements to reflect reality. Not the greatest of films, but well done.
Palaven Daily Call
By Marticus Lossus
An older vid, for sure. I believe the conflict raised between the parent-child relationship will hit hard amongst turian people and possibly be more difficult to accept, but the themes that are raised of resolving your issues, no matter how unpleasant, will be something that everyone will find a lesson in. It was done in a rather entertaining way and with a mix of humour, action and horror. All in all, a good effort.
The Krogan Word
By Ognut Grax
That was a weird one. But it gives the idea that we have to face our fears. Running away from them never works and leads to no winners. Look at that Parish guy. His dad became his hunter, the person he was most afraid of. Running away only had his woman become a faded shell of a person.
Ha! Look at me sounding all wise. That turian chick owes me fifty credits! I told her I could sound like an asari!

A/N Please Review and Follow/Favourite as you please.
That's the Anoleis part of Noveria done. I hope you enjoyed it. MC is distracted by the Citadel events and just wants to move through things quickly. Other stuff going on in the background and still plenty of interactions that I hope you enjoyed.
If you want to support me, again you will find me on pat-re-on under Bored Peasant's Written Works. Every bit helps me keep going and means more than I can possibly say. Until next time!
