"Listen, all of the freshly stocked ships are docked on the East side of the castle," Prince Peasley peaked out of from behind a pillar and the short marble wall the three were hiding behind. He scanned the castle entrance, eyeing the two soldiers who stood on watch before continuing; "I'll go inside and lift the gate while you inaudibly sail the ship through. Take it to East Bean shore and wait for me there." He crouched further behind the wall, facing the other two, "One of you can sail, right?"

Fawful shook his head. Popple waited a moment before reluctantly replying, "Ugh, I can move a ship, yeah."

"Perfect." The prince smiled in excitement, he's always wanted to say something like this: "Okay everyone, operation 'Ship Shape' is a go!"

"Don't call it that." Popple mumbled, "It sounds stupid."

"It's not stupid. I thought it was rather catchy."

"Na. Just stupid."

Peasley involuntarily pointed the map at the bean, "well too bad. You can name the next mission if it bothers you that much."

Popple slowly stood up, adjusting his hat, "Not happinin', cause there ain't gonna be a next mission, see!" With that, he tore the map out of Peasley's hand and dashed towards the castle; but he didn't get far however, because Fawful's extendable hand had grabbed his shirt collar, dragging him back to the group kicking and cursing before the guards could see.

Peasley took the map back, "you're not getting rid of us that easily. Not to mention you have no means of getting to Rougeport without a boat," this time he put the paper in his hammerspace. "So just accept the company, please." The thief growled, still trying to get out of the mechanical claws grip.

"You are lighter than what Fawful was expecting." Fawful curiously lifted the thief up and down but promptly dropped him after a swift kick in the face, which started a cartoonish fistfight between the two.

Peasley was unfazed, continuing to watch the guards. After a few more moments, the guards left their post to switch out with another pair, that's when the bean prince grabbed both Fawful and Popple's wrists, "Come on!" He pulled them behind as he rushed towards the castles front gate. He pushed the two past the entrance so the incoming guards wouldn't see them, "Go! Get the boat!" The bean prince quickly whispered and gestured to the east moat just as the duo escaped the sight of the new soldiers.

"Oh! Prince Peasley." The First guard saluted, seeing the Prince spin his head towards them and smile, "Your stroll went well I presume?"

Peasley knew if he even mentioned leaving the kingdom, the soldiers would ask a gazillion questions and tell his mother. One of the major rules the prince had to follow was to never leave the kingdom without some form of security. Now, he's never had trouble with following the rules, but leaving the kingdom without being supervised 24/7' was the only rule he's ever thought of breaking.

The royal bean smiled, able to well-mask his nerves, "Why yes, and now I'm due for an, uhhhh-unscheduled trip to Jokes End." He tried to sneak past the guards but couldn't leave the conversation.

"Joke's End? Is there something wrong up there, your majesty?"

"No no!" Peasley shook his hands, stepping backwards into the castle. "Just need to drop some supplies off. You know how chilly it gets up there. Brrr." He had stepped back enough to finally leave.

The prince darted down the hallway and in a dark room to the right, filled with a huge clear window and many different levers and buttons.

He pulled one labeled 'bridge' and stared out the window watching the bridge slowly fold upwards, He also scanned the several ships lined up outside, floating in the moat like a row of ducks. All of them looked the same; a wood ship with a pirate-like appearance, but a little smaller, perfect for their trip. Each ship had a three small circular windows on the side, and one long square on the back, as well as two never-used cannons on either side. The mast didn't have a crows nest, but it did have long nets stringing down from the top of the sails that could be used as a lookout. The entire ship was covered in intricate smiling, faces and stars carved into everything wooden.

Fawful and Popple ran across the marble walkway past the bridge, hopping onto the second boat in awe. Neither of them had ever been on a boat this nice, as Fawful ran their hand along the carved wood railing and walls like they were made of gold.

"Meh, I've stolen classier." Popple lied, folding his arms. He didn't want to admit that he also thought the ship was kinda cool.

Peasley called down to them, getting Popple's attention. The thief was clearly annoyed but he stomped over to the wheel after ordering Fawful to hoist up the sail, as the thief steered the ship out of the moat threw the drawbridge.

Once they were past the bridge and sailing towards Oho Ocean, Peasley pulled the lever once again and raced out of the room to catch up, grabbing a gray cloak and red scarf off a coat rack and bundling up in it. He had to keep up his alibi after all.

Just as he turned out of the room however, the prince had to abruptly stop from crashing into Lady Lima in the hallway. "Off on another secret mission I presume?" She asked with an unclear tone.

Peasley had to quickly regain his composure to keep up the lie, "Just heading to Joke's End for a few days."

"Uh huh." The royal advisor scanned the boy, mostly his bad choice of a disguise, "And why couldn't you just use the warp pipes? Instead of having your friends hijack one of our vessels?"

Peasley was actually a bit surprised at that last part, "How did you-"

"Young Prince, I believe your more then capable of protecting yourself. Much like you've protected this kingdom from threats before." She pulled out his lance, giving it to him, "So go, explore with no idiotic guards to worry about." She gave a lighthearted smile before walking away further inside the castle, "And your mother won't suspect a thing." With that, she disappeared down the corridor.

Peasley smiled before turning back out of the castle. He passed the guards without questioning before racing towards East Beanbean shore.

"This boat is heavily supplied with supplies. Like the perfectly filled jar of honey!" Fawful walked around one of the rooms in the ship, filled with rows of barrels and crates stocked with food and whatever else they might need on they're journey.

They looked around the ship some more. It only had a few rooms including a short hall connecting them all to the deck. At the end of the hall was a fancy green and red wood door that wouldn't open. Fawful looked threw the doors' decorative window to find a table covered in papers and books inside.

Popple entered a different room on the right, this one had nightstands and a few beds separated by low walls. His eyes went over to the biggest one and the only one with two pillows. "I call dibs on the- HEY!" Fawful had knocked him out of the doorway and jumped on the biggest mattress.

"Kid, did you not just hear me? I called dibs."

"Calling the dibs requires one to be touching the thing that you desire to dib, fink-rat. So now I herby call the dibs!" He rolled around on the comforter, giggling.

The thief scoffed, this wasn't worth fighting over, he was just excited to have an actual mattress instead of a hammock, "alright, fine." He went over to the second bed and stole its pillow, putting it on the third one. "Dibs on both these pillows then."

The ship was docked and attached to a sturdy fence at the Oho Ocean shore. Right where the stream they were in flowed gently into the ocean.

"Hey!" Prince Peasley called up to the ship after making it there. The boat was to big to simply hop on, so a board had to be dropped from on deck. Unfortunately nobody was on the deck. "Helloooo?"

Fawful popped his head out of the cabin door, looking down over the ships rails. "This ship is very well stocked and the beds are really comfy!" The cyborg beamed, "would you like to come on?"

"That would be much appreciated. There should be a board up there somewhere." Instead of getting the board, Fawful extended his extra arm down, picking up the prince by the waist and bringing him up to the deck, "this works too."

He adjusted his holster belt and cloak, looking around the deck, "Wasn't that thief manning the ship? Where is he?" He didn't quite trust Popple enough to be left alone with all their shared supplies. Not necessarily worried he'd steal all the food or necessities, but the prince remembers guards putting a barrel of Chuckola Cola somewhere in the storage room. "That Feind probably shouldn't be left alone in the supply room-"

"I'm right here, don't get your cape in a tangle." Popple entered the deck area and slumped up the stairs to the wheel. "Everythin' ready, or can I just hurl you two overboard?

"You do that and your map will get soggy." Peasley teased. The prince was lucky Popple didn't spin the wheel, flinging him off the ship just for that.

Fawful saluted to the thief dramatically, "All is in the order, captain shadow thief. Let us now leave to adventure!" He pointed towards the bow in a dramatic fashion.

The thief couldn't care less that Fawful was only excited to leave immediately, "Finally, SOMEBODY respects my status ere'! Now raise the sail!"

And with that, the three sailed for Rougeport, wherever that may be.
