Opening Notes: Hey folks, doing this from my mobile device so I apologize in advance if this isn't the best or longest, especially if you've seen some of the huge chapters I've put out for my various stories. Been meaning to do an Omake or twelve for a while though, so I'm finally getting off my ass and doing my first of what'll hopefully be many for this amazing story. Hopefully you all enjoy though guys and gals. :D
Also Kneesbees, even if this isn't considered canon for whatever reason, I hope you at least enjoy the effort and all that, especially since you really have done a pretty damn good job of things overall. :D I'm eagerly awaiting the next chapter of this as I'm sure everyone else is, so consider this my effort to repay your own and demonstrate my enjoyment at least. Anyway, let's get this show on the road!
A Distressing Discovery
Rysanial might've left the mages' workshop more than a little peeved, but being made to jump in place for an extended period of time while said mages took their no doubt detailed notes, while far from the worst thing Niko could've commanded of her, had driven the revelation home that her will could be taken away at any moment should he give into the Incubus King's curse. Worse than that though, while she doubted he actually would despite their natures as temptation, debauchery, and carnal desire made manifest, a part of her couldn't help but wonder if Niko himself wouldn't give into the temptation to use that same control on her should there ever be a falling out between them of some kind. The thought honestly terrified her, that she could just...end up his pet and that she'd be utterly unable to do anything about it.
Granted, from what he said the Gaes only compelled obedience for the most part, but losing control over her own body at all had been unnerving enough now that she had had time to think things over a bit as she made her way to the top of the tower after climbing out of a window before simply flapping her wings a few times. In a rare moment of what some back home would consider weakness, Rysanial just wanted some time alone to let her defenses drop. To just...process everything the only way she knew how though wouldn't dare allow anyone else to witness lightly save perhaps Niko, and maybe Lily even if she'd love the opportunity to do to her what they'd done to her lovely maid their first day in her service.
But even idle fantasies of introducing the shy 'Queen', the cursed Champion to Melca, to such Pleasures did little to make Rysanial's racing thoughts settle as she slowly sat down and stared up at the darkening night sky once she'd pulled her legs up to her chin before wrapping her arms around her knees. The entire truth of this entire thing was a lot to take in, and Rysanial couldn't decide what emotion to focus on first and foremost as they all vied for her attention. There was fear of course, fear that he could lose the fight against the parasite slowly eating away at his very being if what Niko had told her was even remotely close to the truth as she understood it now anyway. She was no great mage, her understanding of the arcane fairly limited, especially when compared to the two heroines under their banner, but Rysanial considered herself nobody's fool either. And the threat they faced was a truly terrifying one. It was no wonder the Lust Queen had been so adamant about keeping incubi and succubi far from each other as possible.
Luckily for her, Niko had never given her a reason to distrust him. Realizing this also made her realize that he'd apparently had ample opportunity to take full advantage of her at any time, even if he might've not realized it himself until recently, yet he never had. She was pretty sure she'd remember being compelled by the Gaes, by a true Demon Lord especially, now that she knew what it felt like, and Rysanial couldn't think of a single instance that he ever had. Honestly, if it'd been literally any other incubus, Rysanial might've already flown off or found a way back to the Second Circle to report everything she knew to the Queen and her followers, but Niko...he'd been nothing but kind to her even though she wondered, and not for the first time now, if some of her feelings for him were also another aspect of the Gaes at play.
Even if that was the case, the truth at least remained unchanged.
But the fear and uncertainty remained, although both were much easier to bear now at least now that she'd started to put things in perspective. Rysanial doubted she'd ever truly be alright with it so long as the Gaes remained, nor did she think she'd be able to truly relax around the incubus now that she knew what he could potentially do to her at any time, but...Rysanial looked up to the night sky and felt her resolve harden. They'd been through too much together by now, had made a genuine bond with each other, let alone with Lily, most of the heroines they'd spent an extended period of time with this far, and many others as well, for her to want to abandon them now. Besides, if the worst came to pass, the insane Incubus King would likely hunt her down anyway sooner or later, so Rysanial figured her best chance was right where she was where she could hopefully give Niko a chance to overcome the sadistic bastard.
But deep down in her heart of hearts, Rysanial had truly come to care foe him, Lily, and many others. Thus dooming them because she was afraid of what might happen wasn't an option for her. That didn't change the fact she still wanted to make Lily cry out in rapturous ecstasy over and over again by any means, but Rysanial would be lying to herself if she didn't admit that she wanted to give the girl the same gentleness and compassion as well as passion of course that Niko had shown her their first time together. To make the experience as memorable as possible for the Witch Queen who had such a heavy burden to bear due to a cruel goddess and her own sadistic whims.
So whatever the future held, Rysanial decided she was in it for the long haul.
