"Alright," Nah said. "Let the first official meeting of the 'Raising Awareness' group commence!"

Ananias raised an eyebrow in mild surprise. "We have a name now?" he inquired.

Nah simply smiled and shrugged in response. "Well sure, why not? I figured that it'd help you get into it more."

"No offense, but I don't see how giving the group a name suddenly makes people 'get into it more'," Ananias replied.

Nah laughed as she waved off Ananias' skepticism with a wave of her hand. "Oh Ananias, your anachronistic view on things can be so funny sometimes!"

Ananias raised an eyebrow slightly in mild surprise. "Excuse me?"

"Obviously giving a group an identity has a brobdingnagian effect on the individuals within the group," Nah went on.

Ananias' eyes widened slightly. "Brob - … what?"

Nah smiled smugly. "Hmph. You're lucky you're so pulchritudinous, Ananias. Otherwise, I probably would've lost my patience with you."

Ananias shook his head wearily. "You're really starting to scare me, you know that?"

"Oh?" Nah asked. "Is my sudden leap as an intellectual causing you some unfortunate pandemonium?"

Ananias sighed. "I don't know what you're saying Nah," Ananias calmly answered. "And for that matter, do YOU even understand what you're saying?"

Nah pouted. "Of course! I was the one who looked up all of these big words in the first place! Why wouldn't I be able to understand what I'm saying?"

Ananias sighed. "Is this what you've been working on since the last time we met?"

Nah blushed. "W-Well, yeah." She fiddled with her fingers and sheepishly asked, "D-Did it work? Did it make me sound like more of an adult?"

Ananias shook his head. "Sorry, all it did was make you seem like a little girl who was proud of the fact that she knew so many big words."

Nah dejectedly sighed. "I was afraid of that." She then looked up at Ananias. "Well, what about you? What have you been working on so that people would believe you when you tell them that you are related to the Annas?"

Ananias blushed slightly as he averted his eyes a bit to the side. "L-Look, can we just forget about this? It's obviously not working."

"But we have to try!" Nah insisted. She folded her arms stubbornly. "What? Do you have nothing to present to the group?"

Ananias sighed. "Calling the two of us a 'group' is really pushing it, don't you think?"

"Don't change the subject," Nah chided. "Now do you have something to show or not?" When Ananias didn't answer, Nah sighed, and added, "Come on Ananias! It's not fair that I'm the only one embarrassing myself today! If you got something to show, then show it!"

Ananias held his head up, closed his eyes, and groaned. "Alright, fine. But let me just remind you ahead of time that you put this on yourself."

Nah frowned and gave Ananias a curious look. "Huh?"

Ananias took a deep breath before jumping up so suddenly that it made Nah leap back a bit in surprise. "Welcome to our shop, little one!" he cried out as enthusiastically and as joyfully as he possibly could, though coming from the usually stoic and stone-faced Ananias only made it look and seem extremely unnatural and fake, so much, in fact, that Nah could only watch in horror as Ananias continued on with his little demonstration.

Ananias placed a finger on his face and gave Nah a flirtatious wink. "How are you today? I'm just peachy! I'd be happy to sell you anything your heart desires!" He then skipped to his left and indicated towards nothing in particular. "We've got axes for all of your axing needs!" He skipped to the right and indicated towards the imaginary shelf of merchandise behind him. "We've got makeup to spice up your look!" He then twirled back in front of Nah. "But most importantly, we have you," he gestured towards Nah cutely, "we have YOU! The customer! Where would any store be without a customer?" He placed a finger on his face and winked again. "Look around and let's hope something catches your eye, alright?" He then began to hop up and down, clapping his hands happily, and cried out in a singsong tone of voice, "Let's make a fortune!" He then indifferently and nonchalantly reverted back to his usual, stone-faced self. "Well?" he deadpanned.

Nah simply stood there gawking at him in horror for a moment before shaking her head slowly and muttering, "I… I don't know what to say. That was… genuinely horrifying."

Ananias let out an exasperated sigh. "Yeah, I kind of thought it would."

"M-Maybe we need to rethink our strategy," Nah said.

Ananias lightly blushed as he averted his eyes to the side, nodded his head, and muttered, "Yeah."

Lana: Trickster

Ananias' daughter. The fact that she possesses her identical relatives' talents, confidence, and looks as well as her father's calm, collected, and humble personality have made her somewhat of a "cool beauty" among her peers. Despite having the ability to look like an Anna, she opted for a shorter and more stylized hairstyle. Has the greatest poise in the entire army.
