9: Going Into Hiding
Naturally, the train was over twenty minutes late, much to Seras' annoyance. That was twenty minutes extra time that Hellsing had to potentially catch up with them. The draculina just couldn't bear the thought of being captured. Even though she seemed to have calmed down a lot since leaving Hellsing, instincts that she never knew existed were still screaming at her. There was still too many people. Too many dangers. Lily and Luna weren't safe.
Seras sighed and leaned back into her chair as the train began to set off. She had luckily acquired a table seat, and the twins were sitting opposite her as they leaned over to look out of the window now that the train had finally set off. Thankfully, the carriage was quiet. The girls were happily distracted by the scenery that zoomed by them in what would be a blur to human eyes. But the draculina managed to focus on every detail in an effort to calm and distract herself. Everything was okay. They were on the move. Their scents would disappear and they would be now much harder to track.
City buildings gave way to green countryside. The patchwork pattern of farmland looked like a comforting quilt, and the twins whispered to each other excitedly as they pointed out sheep, cows, horses, and pigs. The sound of their happy voices was reassuring Seras even more. She took a deep breath, rubbing her temples with her fingers as she attempted to plan their next move.
Within five to six hours, they should hopefully reach Leeds. Then what? Seras wasn't too familiar with the northern part of the country, having spent most of her life in London. Outside of missions, she'd never been able to properly explore. Should she stay in the city, or hide out in the middle of nowhere? Each option had its pros and cons. At the very least though, they should stop and rest for a day in Leeds. As desperate as Seras was to quickly get away, the twins were probably exhausted. Despite their fascination with the world around them, the draculina could see that they were no longer as energetic as they usually were. Dark circles were appearing under their eyes, and every now and again, they would yawn and sigh tiredly. Perhaps Seras should break into a blood bank at some point and steal them some food. That's if she could even find one. It couldn't be too hard. Hospitals must have some spare blood on ice. Seras pushed aside the guilt that was building up at that thought.
The sun was now high in the sky, and the twins were no longer able to keep their eyes open. Their bodies slumped against each other, and they both fell asleep. Seras was feeling tired herself, but she fought off the feeling. She needed to stay awake in case something happened. She needed to keep watch.
Her blue eyes locked onto the girls, drinking in their every detail. They both looked so peaceful. So happy and content. It got the young vampire thinking about her own childhood, and how miserable she had been for the majority of it. She was so young when she lost her parents. So young when she had been introduced to just how dark and unfair the world actually was. If she ever had children, Seras had always sworn to herself that she would never let her kids experience the things that she had. They would grow up knowing nothing but love, happiness, and safety. Looking at the twins, it was clear to see that this plan had mostly come to fruition.
A small smile formed across the female vampire's face at the thought. Her children would never be alone like she was. They had each other. They had other siblings it seemed. They had her. Hell, they even had Alucard! It warmed her heart. Maybe there was more to her master than meets the eye. Of all things, Seras never thought her master would be interested in having kids, let alone actually being a hands-on dad. It just didn't seem like him. But maybe she had got her master all wrong. Was this what makes her fall for him in the future, if she does fall for him that is? If there was this tender side to her master, then…maybe…
Seras blushed before rubbing a hand over her face to calm herself down. Of course she loved her master. He was her… well… master. He saved her. He took her in. He looked after her. He didn't have to do any of those things. But he did.
But why would someone so powerful ever look twice at someone like Seras? The draculina sunk into her seat as she glared gloomily out of the window again. Wait, why did that thought make her miserable? She was just his fledgling. A silly new vampire he had decided to train. Why and how could they ever be anything more? The evidence was right in front of her – literally – yet Seras was still struggling to believe it.
"Mamă?"
Seras' eyes flickered back to the twins to see that Lily was now awake, albeit barely.
"Are you okay?" the little girl asked, forcing her eyes open even more. "Are you going to cry again?"
Seras smiled and shook her head. "No. I was just thinking. It's nothing to worry about."
"Have we won the game yet?"
"What? Oh – errr – no."
"Daddy's usually found us by now," Lily noted, pulling herself away from a still sleeping Luna to begin crawling over the table towards Seras.
Luna's body slumped sideways, and her head collided with the window with a loud thump.
"Ow! Hey!" Luna yelled, glaring at her sister while clutching her head.
"Girls, please," Seras begged tiredly, attempting to nip the building row in the bud before things got out of hand.
Lily said nothing more as she curled up against Seras' side, gripping her arm tightly. The little vampire almost sounded like she was purring as she breathed in her mother's scent, and even Seras found herself more relaxed with the girl pressed against her. The draculina just wanted to wrap her arms around the two girls and never let them go. Was it normal for mothers to be this clingy? Or was this just a vampire thing? Seras was new to both worlds, so she was one hundred percent winging it. But… her instincts did seem to know what they were doing – even if they had caused a bunch of trouble. So, with a small smile, Seras wrapped her arm around the blonde child and enjoyed the feeling of her soft form being in her embrace.
Luna yawned before also crawling over the table to sit on Seras' other side, her position matching her twin's.
"Where's tată?" Luna whined sleepily.
Seras' eye twitched. "He's – uhhh – he's still playing the game with us."
"But I'm bored now," Luna continued complaining. "Can't we go home?"
"Not right now." Seras sighed.
"I miss daddy," Lily chimed in, sniffing slightly as she curled up into an even tighter ball next to Seras.
"Me too," the draculina whispered softly before she even registered what she was saying. But it was true. She did miss him. She always missed him when he wasn't around. His presence always brought her a strange sense of comfort. Sure, he was powerful and intimidating, and Seras was always scared of potentially upsetting him and being punished by him, but she never felt truly in danger around him. Maybe she was just insane. It wouldn't surprise her if she was the only creature on earth who felt that way. Seras always felt like he wouldn't intentionally hurt her… deep down anyway.
Why was she running from him again? She should just give in and let him find them.
No! What was she thinking?!
No one else could be around Lily and Luna. So far everyone Seras had encountered had smelled wrong. They were all threats! No one was to be around her babies! The sooner she found a nest for them, the better. No matter what, she could not let her guard down. Even her own master was a potential threat. He may be their father in the future, but that didn't guarantee that he would immediately accept them. He might think it was some sort of trick like Seras had originally thought (though to be honest, she was still on the fence on that one). He could hurt them. Scare them.
Seras shook her head. It didn't bear thinking about.
The twins went quiet as they both drifted back off to sleep. The blonde vampire turned her attention back towards the scenery outside. Houses zoomed by, as did forests, hills, and farms. The sun was bright and harsh as it shone down, causing Seras to squint even more. She had never been up so late into the day since becoming a vampire. She was surprised that she made it this far. The sun was draining her of all her energy, but she had to be strong.
Finally, Seras turned away from the window to stare down at the plastic table. There was a small amount of graffiti carved into the material. The pointy 's' that everybody used to draw at school was there, along with the obligatory penis doodles. Seras traced the marks with the tips of her fingers, enjoying the feeling of the twins curled up into her sides. Their bodies radiated a comforting heat, and they both breathed softly, occasionally moving and twitching in their sleep. The two of them reminded Seras of the time she had accidentally walked in on her master's sleeping form. He too looked so relaxed. She had never seen his face so peaceful. So free of malice and borderline psychotic glee. In this moment, they both looked just like him, and Seras couldn't help the smile that grew across her face.
She closed her eyes and breathed in their scents. It was hard to explain exactly what they smelled like, but whatever it was, it further filled Seras' heart with love and devotion. It was like the twins had cast a spell on her. Their needs and desires were all that she could think about. Their safety was everything. A part of her mind continuously whispered cruel threats of what could happen if she let them out of her sight for even a second. But right now, they were safe in her arms. They must have lost Hellsing's pursuit by now. Now all that was left was to find a hiding spot.
Glowing, translucent butterflies filled her vision, and Seras giggled as she watched Lily chase them around. Luna was busy torturing one of her poor toys, pretending to be some type of evil doctor that was interrogating the teddy bear. But as soon as she finished tearing its limbs off, she glanced down at it sadly before looking around to see if anybody else was watching. Satisfied, Luna then waved her hand, and the bear sewed itself back together, only for her to then cuddle it, burying her face in the fabric of its head. Seras couldn't help but smile at that. Maybe there was more of herself in Luna than she had originally thought.
Lily continued to skip with her butterflies before grabbing hold of a doll. She gently brushed its hair while she chattered away to herself. Seras felt like she could watch the two of them all day. So happy. So safe. Their laughter echoed around the room as Luna approached Lily from behind and tapped her on the shoulder before running away. Lily got up and chased after her, both of them disappearing around a dark corner.
But it felt like something was missing. The feeling of home was not complete.
A tall dark figured appeared in front of the draculina, making her jump back slightly. Red eyes gazed down at her, so familiar and so intense. Raven black hair drifted past broad shoulders, seemingly with a life of its own. Pale skin glowed out at her from the darkness, along with porcelain white, sharp teeth. Seras' head began to throb, but she ignored it.
Master… her master…
His mere presence in front of her was like a siren's call. Her feet carried her forward without any conscious input. His arms were slightly raised at his sides, as if beckoning her. He never uttered a single word, not that he needed to in order for Seras to know what he wanted. She carried herself closer, his eyes locking her own in place. Her head throbbed again, as if something was slamming against it.
"Master…" Seras whispered as his arms caged her against him.
But rather than being shocked or afraid, Seras leaned into his embrace, enjoying the possessive way his arms trapped her against him. One arm gripped her waist while the other pressed her head against the centre of his chest, right where his heart was. His long, slender fingers combed themselves into her hair, brushing against her scalp and making the young vampire shiver. His presence was almost making Seras feel drunk. A deep need was growing inside her, but she didn't know what exactly that need was. It was like a knot had formed in her abdomen, and goosebumps rose on her flesh as her skin became a hundred times more sensitive. Her heart felt like it was swelling within the confines of her ribcage, and a pleasant tingling sensation was shooting from between her legs and up her spine.
A warm slickness was beginning to pool in that very spot the longer she breathed in her master's intoxicating scent. It was like he was drugging her. Like an addict, she needed more. So much more. It was him. Her mate. The very thing that made everything feel safe and complete. All rational thought had abandoned Seras to the wild and savage beast that was her instincts. She clung to her master, her chest heaving as her breathing deepened in the hopes of drinking him all in. Her thighs clenched together as her womanhood demanded friction, longing to wrap around her master's large form and be completely consumed by him.
Her head throbbed even more painfully this time.
"Seras."
Seras looked up upon the sound of her name to meet the now seemingly more alert eyes of her master. His red eyes were now glaring down at her, and his grip on her tightened. Wha… what? His nails dug into her skin slightly, and the draculina let out a small squeak of shock. All arousal was forgotten about as her flushed face scrunched up in fear and desperation to free herself.
No!
He would find her! He would find them!
The draculina barely registered her master's widening eyes as she screamed and shoved him away from her. His form fell back into the darkness, but not before his ferocious snarl filled the air around her. Hundreds of red eyes flickered open all around her, each one locked on her shaking form. What had just happened?! Her master… He had been here! Inside her mind! For how long?! Long enough to work out where she was and what she was doing?!
The eyes disappeared one by one, and Seras fled from the darkness that seemed to grow and pulsate, almost if it was trying to reach for her. The corridor where the twins had vanished came into view, and the young vampire desperately flung herself after them. The darkness was getting closer. Growing more impatient. More angry. It tried to wrap around her and pull her in, and all the young blonde could do was scream as she tried to force it away.
Her blue eyes snapped open, and her breathing re-started itself with a loud gasp.
A dream.
It was just a dream.
Shit! She hadn't meant to fall asleep. In a panic, Seras glanced down to see the twins still fast asleep against her. She sighed in relief before looking out of the window to check where they were. Not that that helped since there was no way Seras would be able to recognise the unfamiliar scenery. All she could tell was that they were on the outskirts of a city. She wasn't sure how long she had been asleep for. Too long. Much too long. Anything could have happened while she was out cold. How could she be so stupid?!
Her grip on the sleeping twins tightened as she took a deep breath to try and calm herself down. Her dream was becoming nothing more than a blur, though the pounding headache was still there. She really had to be careful not to let her guard down. So far, there had been no hint of her master entering her mind. How that was possible, the vampire had no idea, but she wasn't going to complain.
The buildings outside were growing taller and were packed more closely together. The weather was now overcast, much to Seras' relief. That would make getting to a hotel much easier. She just hoped that Luna could hypnotise the receptionist without incident unlike last time. Maybe Seras should just try it herself again. But that would probably take too long and draw too much attention.
"Attention passengers." A voice filled the carriage. "We will shortly be arriving at Leeds City Station. Please ensure you have your tickets ready for departure. We would like to remind passengers not to leave any baggage unattended, and to report any suspicious activity to the nearest member of security. Please mind the gap between the train and the platform."
Seras found herself sighing with relief slightly. They'd made it. The hardest part was over. She had cut off their scent trail. They were now hundreds of miles away from Hellsing's headquarters.
The train continued to slow down and the rows of tracks increased. Other trains barrelled by on their way to various other parts of the country. Apartments and offices towered above them, some old, and some new. But soon, her view of the outside world was cut off by the more darkened station. The train slowed to a stop, and Seras glanced down at the twins. She hated to wake them, but the sooner they got to a hotel, the sooner she could let them get back to sleep.
"Lily, Luna, wake up," Seras murmured to them softly, giving them a slight shake.
Lily was awake instantly, whereas Luna took extra persuading. Their hair had become more of a tangled mess, but rather worryingly, the shadows under their eyes had not shrunk at all. In fact, did their skin look even paler? No… surely Seras was just imagining it. It was just the weird lighting of the train station.
"Come on," Seras tried to gently encourage. "The sooner we get to the hotel, the sooner you can go back to sleep, I promise."
This seemed to be enough to satisfy the two girls as they hopped out of their seats. Seras made sure to hold both of their hands as the three of them made the jump from the train carriage to the stone platform. The thickness of the air hit Seras like a brick wall, and the staleness nearly made her cough. The twins still seemed to be doing okay as they both looked around curiously while simultaneously gripping Seras' hands with apprehension. Too many people.
Seras shook her head. She couldn't let herself go crazy here. That would do more harm than good.
Instead, she tried to act as natural as possible as she led them through the crowds of people. The smell of coffee from the many cafes filled the air, and the draculina wished that she was still human in that moment so that she could get a caffeine boost. But alas, she kept walking despite feeling like a zombie. The twins were both very quiet, and Seras felt even guiltier for putting them through this. Within an hour, at least, they would finally be able to properly rest. They just needed to hang in there for just a little bit longer.
Seras pulled them both down the stairs as quickly as she could, and smiled when the ticket gates finally came into view. She inserted the three of theirs and the black gate opened to let them through. The exit was in view, and soon, they were out in the daylight. A small side road greeted them that was lined with taxis, but Seras ignored them. A tall building with a giant 'T' on the side towered above them and most people seemed to be heading in that direction, so Seras figured that was probably her best bet.
"Are we nearly home, mummy?" Lily asked, exhausted.
"Yeah," Seras responded, unable to bring herself to remind the little girl that they weren't going home. She was too half asleep to understand anyway. Her eyes scanned around, ignoring all of the shoppers and workers bustling about. The smell of food was thick in the air, as well as the sound of chatter and shouting. Seras could see a map just to her right and used her enhanced vampire vision to get a better look without having to drag the sleepy twins over there.
Luckily, a hotel was just around the corner. It was a little more on the fancy side than Seras would have liked, but it was the closest. She needed to get the girls into a comfortable bed. The walk only took five minutes, but to a sleepy Lily and Luna, it must have felt like an eternity. The lobby was quiet, with only one receptionist on duty. It was a young man who looked to be in his early twenties, and he was busy typing away on the computer.
Seras turned to look down at Luna. "Will you be okay hypnotising him into giving us a room here?"
"Hmm? Oh, yeah…" Luna dragged herself towards the desk that towered over her tiny form. Seras stood behind her with a worried expression. Her chest was tightening in panic. Something felt off, but the draculina just wasn't sure what. She had to get them to safety. How could she be so stupid to wonder around with them during the day?! But it was the only choice she had. It was either that or risk them being captured and experimented on! No… Seras had to get them away! The vampire shook her head again, trying to keep herself under control. Not now, not now, please not now!
Luna stood up on her tip-toes and the receptionist shot her a confused look. His eyes flickered up to Seras and then back to Luna again, his computer work now completely forgotten about.
Luna then muttered something that was probably in Romania before she slumped forward to bang her forehead against the desk. Her arms were limp at her sides as she continued to rest in that position. Lily giggled, but didn't sound like she was coping much better herself. Meanwhile, Seras could feel a single drop of sweat trickle down the back of her head before she shakily stepped further forward.
Remember what Luna said, she thought to herself. Be confident. Be assertive. He's a human. He was her prey. Her slave. He would give her what she wanted.
"Can I help you, miss?" the receptionist asked, looking slightly unsure as he appraised them. Seras supposed that she couldn't blame him. They must look like an odd, crazy trio right now. Three sleepy vampires with no luggage. His alarm bells were probably ringing, and Seras couldn't let that happen.
"Ummm, hello there," Seras replied. She took a deep breath before smiling and pressing herself against the desk, ensuring that her breasts were pushed upward and over the edge, something which was not missed by the receptionist. He glanced down before he noticeably gulped and tried to maintain eye contact. "My daughters and I would like to stay in one of your rooms please."
Seras tried to maintain her composure as the receptionist's eyes turned a dazed hue of red. She was doing it! Stay focused, Seras! She scolded herself.
"Your daughters and you would like to stay in one of my rooms, please."
Okay… maybe she hadn't quite gotten the hang of it.
Think, Seras, think! How did Luna and her master always word things?
"You will give us a room free of charge." Seras' voice became more of a command.
"I will give you a room free of charge," the man repeated while still in a trance.
Yes! That's it!
"You will let us stay there as long as we need, and you and the other staff will not disturb us during our stay."
"I will let you stay there for as long as you need, and me and the other staff will not disturb you during your stay."
"And you will tell nobody that we're here."
"And I will tell nobody that you're here."
"Good." Seras smirked as the human male handed her a key card. The draculina could get used to this. But at the same time, the more rational side of her felt guilty. As thrilling as it could be, she also hated using her powers like this. It felt… wrong. This was a human with free will, and Seras had taken that away from him. But it was for a good cause, she had to remind herself. She wasn't like her master who did this sort of thing as a sick and twisted form of entertainment, or for his own selfish reasons. Seras was just trying to protect Lily and Luna.
Seras broke her gaze with the boy and turned to head towards the elevator. Room thirty-four had been printed onto the card, and the blonde woman then scanned the buttons. It was about half-way up the building, which suited her just fine. It meant that she had two escape routes available should it come down to that. Maybe she could even get away with staying here for a few days, just to give the twins plenty of chance to rest before she looked for a better hiding place for them.
As the lift carried them upward, Seras still couldn't believe that she was really doing this. But it was too late to turn back now. If she did, she would just end up going crazy again. If she couldn't handle being in a quiet hotel reception area, then there was no way she could cope going back to Hellsing. Plus, she couldn't risk the twins' lives. Seras had always trusted Integra, but when it came to Lily and Luna, the draculina felt like she couldn't trust anybody. The whole world suddenly felt a thousand times more dangerous, and each danger was a threat to the small toddlers that were slumped against her. It was like her radar had received a huge boost of power, and she was picking up on every blip that highlighted an oncoming threat.
"Welcome to motherhood," Walter's earlier words echoed around in her head.
Finally, the lift doors opened, and Seras followed the signs to their room. She wasted no time in ushering the twins inside and locking the door behind them. She then hurried over to the curtains and closed them, completely blocking out all traces of the outside world. Safe. For now…
Luna yawned and hopped onto the large double bed, burying herself within the pillows. However, Lily looked around unsure, which Luna rolled her eyes at before she allowed them to close.
"It's fine, Lily," Luna reassured grumpily.
"I want to go home." Lily's lip began to tremble.
The other girl's eyes snapped open again. "Well we can't, we're stuck in the past, remember?"
"But I don't like it here. And I don't like humans!" She stomped her foot. "Îl vreau pe tată meu!"
Luna's eyes widened as she sat up. "Lily… I'm sorry…"
"This is all your fault!" Lily continued to cry out. "If you hadn't made us leave, if you hadn't provoked that witch and messed with those potions, we wouldn't be in this mess!"
Luna frowned again. "I told you, it was just a stupid joke! You're the one who always has to take everything seriously! You would have been on your own, or worse, dead, if I hadn't come after you! You should be thanking me, not blaming me!"
Both of their little faces were turning red with anger, and Seras panicked, interfering before things got any more out of hand. Their tiredness was clearly making them grumpy.
"Hey, hey, hey, it's okay," Seras tried to reassure them as she scooped Lily up to place her down on the bed next to her sister. "This isn't anybody's fault. If anyone one is to blame, it's that evil witch. I will find some way to get you back home, I promise."
"That witch really hates you, mamă," Lily mumbled, sniffing as she wiped her eyes with the sleeve of her dress. "I don't want her to hurt you."
Seras blinked.
"Don't worry," Luna sighed, sinking back into the pillows. "I'll protect us!"
Lily rolled her eyes, but didn't retort this time.
"She's not here, Lily, so she can't hurt anybody," Seras soothed, stroking her fingers through Lily's thick blonde hair. "She's far in the future, and I bet mas – err – I mean your father, wouldn't allow anything bad to happen."
"But then why are we still playing hide and seek with him?" Luna asked.
Seras' eye twitched. "Ummm… hey, I thought you guys were tired?"
"Will you tell us a story?" Lily asked before yawning and curling into the pillows with her sister. "And will you stay with us?"
"Of course I'll stay with you, but… umm… I'm not sure if I'm any good at telling stories…"
"But you always tell us a story before bed, mummy," Lily continued to plead.
"You managed fine yesterday?" The draculina narrowed her eyes at them suspiciously.
"That's because we were extra super tired yesterday!" Lily began to give Seras puppy dog eyes that she was finding harder and harder to resist.
Luna slammed a pillow over her own head before her muffled voice came out from beneath. "Please, mummy, she'll never let us get any sleep unless she hears a story."
Seras sighed. "Fine, but don't complain to me when it's bad."
"Yay!" Lily cheered as she pulled the duvet tighter around herself. Luna remained hidden under her mountain of pillows. Meanwhile, Seras took a seat on the edge of the bed while she raked her brain for any decent stories she knew off by heart. There were a few she remembered reading in the orphanage, so maybe the girls would enjoy one of those?
The draculina cleared her throat.
"Hamelin Town's in Brunswick,
By famous Hanover city;
The river Weser, deep and wide,
Washes its walls on the southern side;
A pleasanter spot you never spied;
But, when begins my ditty,
Almost five hundred years ago,
To see the townsfolk suffer so
From vermin, was a pity."
"The Pied Piper!" Lily gasped excitedly.
"Sssh!" Luna snapped from beneath her pillows.
Seras smiled and continued.
"Rats!
They fought the dogs and killed the cats,
And bit the babies in the cradles,
And ate the cheeses out of the vats.
And licked the soup from the cook's
own ladles,
Seras continued to recite all that she could remember. It had been one of her favourite stories while growing up. To be far though, it had been one of the few books that the orphanage owned that wasn't shredded to pieces. That, and, 'The Goose Girl'. Seras had read those stories over and over again, the characters in the stories being her only companions for the longest time.
The girls grew silent, and Lily's eyes began to flutter closed. Their little chests would rise and fall with each breath, looking so small and adorable curled up in the middle of such a large bed. Their hair was sprawled out and blended together. Both had one arm placed on the other twin, almost as if even in sleep, they were checking to make sure each other was still there.
"And I must not omit to say
That in Transylvania there's a tribe
Of alien people that ascribe
The outlandish ways and dress
On which their neighbours lay
such stress,
To their fathers and mothers having risen
Out of some subterraneous prison
Into which they were trepanned
Long time ago in a mighty band
Out of Hamelin town in Brunswick land,
But how or why, they don't understand."
Obviously, I not own the story of The Piped Piper/The Rat Catcher. And of course, I just had to use the version that included Transylvania xD
Funny story, I was browsing Tumblr a few days ago when I came across some height charts for the characters. I always assumed that Alucard was, like, 6'0'' or something, but no! The dude is around 6'8''… just… wowzers! And here I thought that Seras was shorty kin, but instead, she's around 5'6'' o.O Now I really am feeling short. I also noticed a trend of people being like, 'ew shipping Alucard and Seras is wrong, he's like her father! He gave her his blood!' Did I miss something in the manga? I don't remember it ever strictly showing their relationship was just that? Also, I'm pretty sure Hirano himself said their relationship was more of a mystery, while revealing that Alucard's and Integra's relationship was strictly master and servant, nothing more. Furthermore, blood and DNA are not the same thing? Unless this was a biology lesson I missed. I guess that means blood donors have a bunch of mystery children walking around then lol. What are your guys' thoughts on all of this?
Anyway, I hope that this chapter came out okay and that you enjoyed it. As always, pretty please leave a review/comment to let me know your thoughts. It's lovely brain juice us writers crave. I'll try and update again soon, I guess it all depends again on whether work decides to be nice to me.
