I slowly walked up to the boy that was playing video games on the TV. On the screen projected a space game, with one giant red enemy to defeat in the middle of the screen. His fingers quickly tapped on each button with precise measures every time a smaller enemy appeared to attack his small spaceship. I tapped him on the shoulders as I could hear Koichi and Josuke's footsteps follow behind me. "Um, excuse me, but where-"

"Hold on a second," the boy spoke monotonously. "Let me finish this level first."

Us three stand users glanced at each other in confusion "Josuke," Koichi said. "What should we do?"

Josuke's eyes grew stern, as if he's been in this same position. "If we stop him now, he'll grow to be a man that wasn't able to accomplish the one thing he set out to do. We don't want him to live with any regrets."

Koichi's eyes shimmered. "Josuke…"

"Josuke it's a video game, not a lifelong mission." I said. But I respected Josuke's and the boy's wishes and waited for a few minutes.

Five minutes passed and the boy went through three "game over" screens while we silently stood there. His eyes were still glued to the screen as if we weren't even present. I tapped the boy on the shoulder again. "Sorry, but-"

"I'm busy. Leave me alone."

My eyes furrowed as I looked back at Koichi and Josuke with my patience running thinner and thinner. "Look. We're three strangers who randomly came through a portal and entered your house. Could you at least show some kind of interest in us?"

No response.

I sighed. I didn't want to do this but I feel like I had no choice. I walked to the cable of the tv and unplugged it, causing the screen to turn black.

The boy's eyes widened as he jolted up. "YOU BITCH" he screamed as he rushed towards me and punched me, sending me back a few steps.

Immediately, Josuke summoned Crazy Diamond and delivered back what he did to me, except blood spewed out from his nose as his body went flying, hitting an old bookcase and causing a few books to fall off. Crazy Diamond's elbow drew back, ready to punch him again. "Josuke, that's enough," I called out, rubbing my cheek.

"But he just punched you! Are you really going to let him do that to you?"

Crazy Diamond then moved to me and healed my cheek. "It's fine. Look." I pointed to the boy who was now on the floor sobbing and curled up in a ball. "Ok. What I did was kind of mean, but maybe we can just sit down and talk things out peacefully." I walked to the crying boy and reached out my hand. "Here."

The boy lifted his head up and looked at me with his eyes red and his nose running. He grabs my hand and helps himself up. We then walked to the kitchen where there was a small cluttered wooden table.

Once Koichi turned the light on in the kitchen the boy's features showed. He had a black short bowl cut and wore gray sweatpants and a white long sleeved shirt. He fidgeted in the kitchen chair, refusing to stay still and look at any of us in the room.

I grabbed a kitchen chair and sat in it myself and cupped my hands together on the table. "Let's start over. My name's Kuroko." I pointed at my friends. "That's Koichi, and the guy who just punched you is Josuke. We followed a cat through a portal and, well, now we're here."

"I see. Are…are you going to kill me?" The boy asked timidly.

"Kill you? No! We never would!" I responded, shaking my head.

"Then why did your pink friend punch me?"

"That's because you punched Kuro." Josuke said bluntly. "And it was to snap you out of that little tantrum you were throwing."

The two of us made eye contact for a second. He then looked back down at the table. "Sorry about that…I guess…you guys are stand users too?"

"Wait, so you know about stands?" Koichi asked.

"Yea. Just barely. I'm sorry. You guys don't even know my name. I'm Genji Ito."

"Genji ito? That name sounds familiar. Do you go to Budo-ga Oka High School?" Koichi asked.

"Yea."

"You're in my gym class!" Koichi pointed. "But…why don't I see you at school these days."

Genji's facial expression darkened, his eyes kept looking at the floor. "My parents and I were going on a trip to Tokyo. While we were driving, an arrow flew into the car and hit my shoulder. The next thing I remember was waking up in the hospital. But my parents…they weren't there." His voice started to shake. "The doctors said my dad lost control of the wheel and crashed the car. They…they didn't make it."

"I'm…sorry for your loss." I said.

Genji rubbed his eyes with the palm of his hand and sniffed. A green cat materialized out of thin air with a letter in its mouth. The cat then placed the letter on the table. "Since then, this guy has been following me around. But around two weeks ago, I got a weird letter." The green cat handed Genji a letter folded up neatly. He then handed it to me.

I read the letter out loud.

"Genji Ito,

The arrow has chosen you to wield the power of a stand. You will now have an ability very few people in the world can see and understand.

I am very sorry about your parents. They were a casualty in the process. I can not bring them back, but I can however help you stay financially stable if you are willing to cooperate.

If you would like to help me with my personal mission, please sign this letter and put it back in your mailbox. In three days, I will check the mailbox."

I squinted at the fine print of the letters. Why does the handwriting look familiar?

"Kuro, is everything ok?" Koichi asked.

I handed back the paper to Genji "Yea, everything's fine."

It's probably just my imagination.

"Besides. I have no interest in helping the person that caused my parents to die, even if the arrow "chose me", whatever that means." Genji took the paper from my hands, got up from the table and walked towards the tv. He plugged the tv cord back into the electrical socket, sat back down in front of the tv and turned the console on. "I just want to enjoy my video games. My stand just brings me whatever it wants just to cheer me up."

"We should tell Jotaro about this when we get the chance." Josuke said to me. I could hear Koichi's footsteps moving further from the three of us. "But for now, you shouldn't be stealing anything from anyone. It's wrong and you know that."

"It's not like I'm stealing anything of value. All I'm taking is food and basic things I need to survive. I'm not bothering anyone outside of this house. Besides, I,"

"AHHH!" I hear Koichi shriek. I run out of the kitchen and followed the voice into an open lit closet. "What's wrong," I asked. Koichi pointed at something dreadful.

Inside the room the wall was covered with pictures of girls.

"Kuro! Look!" Koichi yelled as he pointed to a picture of the wall with his cheeks flushed.

I ran up to the wall to get a better look.

It was a picture of me.

Not just a normal picture of me, it was as if it was taken from a rooftop, zoomed into the second floor of my bedroom.

It was me in my underwear, putting on my school uniform.

My eyes wandered down.

Written on the bottom of my photo was my address.

My eyes wander down even further.

On the table, lined a single layed out, medium sized striped pair of panties.

The same pair of panties that were stolen this morning.

The whole room was covered with pictures of women in their underwear changing, with a pair of panties either on a table or on the floor.

"YOU PERVERT!" I screamed. I pushed Koichi to the side and ran towards Genji, who was still playing video games. I summoned Iron Maiden and used her to smashed the tv screen.

"Hey! What the hell-" Iron Maiden's fist smashed Genji's face, knocking him to the ground.

"Kuro!" I hear Josuke yell my name. Right before I go in for another punch, he grabs me behind the waist and picks me up to hold me back. "What are you doing?!"

"He's the neighborhood pervert! He's the one that's been stealing women's panties in Morioh! He even took a picture of me changing! Pervert! Degenerate! Weirdo! Let me at him, LET ME AT HIM!"

"But you just said we should solve this peacefully!"

"I KNOW WHAT I JUST SAID!"

"I didn't take any pictures!" Genji yelled.

"Then why do you have the address of every girl you took a photo of" I pressured.

"We'll…"

"Then how did you take photos of so many women in Morioh? Why do you have a collection of panties in your closet?"

"That's…" Genji struggled to find the right words to say, but it wouldn't matter because anything and everything that would've come out of his mouth would've been an excuse.

"Wait, what do you mean he took a photo of you changing?" Josuke asked.

"Josuke, look." Koichi came into the room and gave Josuke the photo. Higashikata let me go and took the photo from Koichi's hands. In a matter of seconds of him looking at it, his face flushed pink.

"Give me that!" I ordered. I snatched it out of Josuke's hands and ripped it up into tiny pieces that scattered all over the floor. My eyes locked on Genji's who was cowardly covering his head as if I was about to strike again. "Look Genji. I get it. You're lonely. You lost your parents at a young age. But you can't just go around and steal people's stuff! Especially women's underwear!"

"What are you, my mom?" He yelled back. "You can't tell me what to do! Besides, it's not like I'm hurting anyone with my hobby! Just leave me alone!" His eyes began to water again. Maybe I was a bit harsh calling him a pervert.

I turned to Josuke and Koichi. We huddled together in a small circle. "Well what should we do?" Koichi asked.

"Well, he's not like any enemy stand user we've approached." Josuke whispered. "Hell, I wouldn't even consider him as an enemy."

"Now that I think about it, I feel kind of bad for hitting him." I said.

"Maybe he just needs a friend. Koichi suggested. "Or a different hobby."

"Or both." Josuke says nonchalantly.

"When people are at their lowest, they tend to pick up unhealthy habits, I guessing stalking girls is his." I glanced at the boy. "Well first, we need to get him back to school. If he's at school, maybe he'll make some friends and get a new hobby."

I turned around and smiled at Genji. "Genji, do you-"

"No. I'm not going to school," he cut off as he crossed his arms around his chest. "I have no reason to go and you can't force me to."

"Genji, if you go to school, you can make friends." Koichi said while smiling. "I know a guy that would make a great friend! Do you know Toshikazu Hazamada?"

"Hazamada?"

"Yea! He's also in our gym class. He likes video games, manga, and I bet he has other similar hobbies that you have."

"Hazamada huh?"

He continued to play his video game with no response. I can hear Josuke tapping his foot impatiently. "Lets just go guys. We can't get him to do anything unless he wants to do it. He's right. It's not like we're the police, and he's not hurting anyone."

Josuke heads towards the door, already about to give up on Genji. But I'm not. I bent down to Genji's eye level and put my hand on his shoulder. " Genji, I want you to go to school because you need friends. You need someone that can be there for you when you feel sad, lonely or just bored. Some of my most precious memories are when I was with my friends. And I know you just need someone to be there for you."

"I…" Genji looked back at the floor, refusing to make eye contact with us. "I don't need friends. I really don't". His voice started to shake. I wrapped my arms around Genji and held him close. He started to sob in the crook of my neck. "I'm…I'm so lonely…yet still."

"It's ok." I rubbed his back. The boy began to whale. "It must've been hard, losing both of his parents and having no one to go to. But you don't have to go through it alone." After a few moments, I stood up from the floor and held his hand. "Will I see you at school tomorrow?"

He rubbed his eyes with his sleeves and gave me a half hearted smile. "Yea."

After Genji decided to go back to school, I walked out the door with Josuke and Koichi, who were watching the two of us the whole time. I waved goodbye as the three of us headed out.

While we were walking down the road, Josuke turned to me."Kuro, I'm confused as to why you want him to go to school so much. Why do you care?"

"Because… I know how it feels to be lonely. And I don't want anyone else to feel like that. Even if all it takes is a push, I'm willing to be that person." Josuke stopped walking for a moment. I stopped as well and looked back at him. "Is something wrong? Was what I just said weird?"

He grinned and shook his head. "No, not at all." he ran to catch up to Koichi and I.

We tried to figure out which way it was back to Morioh and ended up walking for an hour until we saw a taxi. We ended up chasing it down and luckily it was empty.

Koichi sat in the front of the car with the taxi driver, leaving Josuke and I in the back of the car together. Hours passed as we drove down one straight road, passing trees bare from leaves in the night sky. I'm surprised that a stand could have such a large range that could teleport us hundreds of kilometers away. As I looked out the window I could feel my eyelids start to get heavy each time I blinked.

"Kuro," I turned to Josuke, who called out my name. Before I could say anything, he swiftly put his arm around my shoulder and pushed my head on his shoulder, acting as a pillow.

I stayed silent and just smiled as my body relaxed and collapsed onto his shoulder as I closed my eyes.

Author's note: Hello! I'm back! I'll try to update this story as much as possible :)
