Chapter 61: Completed

Flora made sure that Haruhi and Ike learned their lessons after she did some bashing to their heads and arms and legs and. . . basically everywhere in the human body. Terrified, Ike and Haruhi decided to have truths with each other.

Smash Pieces of the Mansion

The Smashers and the two guests all gathered up together while all watching Zelda, placing the small chest on a flat surface, along with the other ingredients they had collected.

"Now, we have the ingredients to make Chemical X. The Fire Dragon Scale, some Holy Water, and the Holy Wizard Flower." Zelda explained to the group. "Ok! We need some kind of. . . bowl! Pot! For us to mix these ingredients." The Smashers looked amongst each other. Haruhi raised his hand and pulled out a random bowl he used for eating. "How about my cereal bowl?"

"It's too small. . ." Zelda answered, she was looking for something bigger.

"Kirby's mouth is a good option." Ness suggested.

"Poyo!"

"Too black hole!" Zelda shook her head. She didn't want to risk Kirby eating the rare ingredients.

Ike couldn't help but to see two figures coming to this place. He was able to recognize them at the instant.

"Oh my goodness gracious! What happened to this place?!" Lucina's voice echoed very loudly that everyone was able to locate the bluenette, as well as the robed teen following behind her.

"I see, you were going with an abstract design of the Smash Mansion. Nice, nice. I like it." Robin said, smiling.

"It wasn't on purpose though. . ." Marth sadly muttered.

"I've made my famous chicken cheese casserole! For the aftermath of Makato's birthday. But Robin suggested I should wait at least a day to visit back to this place." Lucina pouted. Marth sweat dropped. If they have known a day earlier. . . would things be a little bit different?

"Who are these people?" Flora eyed them like a vulture waiting for its food to be dead.

"'Friends with no benefits' would be a good word to describe them." Marth answered, before Ike could had said they were mere strangers.

Lucina set her casserole down that was covered with a glass lid. "I got plates and forks as well!"

"We need your container to make a potion." Flora said in a demanded voice. Clearly, she didn't want to waste anymore time, after with the Haru and Ike incident.

Lucina gave a blank stare, still confused. "Why would you want to make a potion? I'm sure Makato can do that-"

"She's not here." Ike interrupted her not as harsh as would do to Kirby or Marth. Robin's ears caught that right away and asked, "Where is she?"

Ike, as well as Miru, Marth, and Roy, didn't have the courage to speak the unfortunate truth.

"She's visiting her home town, so we wanted to make a legit potion for her surprise welcome!" Haru answered for Ike. Half of what he said was basically true, but it was at least best to have less commotion and drama.

"Ah, I see." Robin nodded his head with a smile.

"Well, okay. Since Makato isn't here, might as well let you borrow it. But you guys would have to finish this casserole first. I worked so hard on it."

"Can't we just dump it on the ground? No offense." Robin quietly said to Lucina.

"I swear I have improved! Try it! Robin doesn't even trust my own cooking!"

"What's your first ingredient?" Miru asked.

Lucina placed her finger on the tip of her chin. "Cream of mushroom. . ."

"Guys. it's edible."

And so everyone took Miru's word and enjoyed the delicious casserole.

(oOoOoOo)

4:00 P.M.

"Ok! Let's start!" Pit cheered right after patting his bloated belly.

"Thanks to the Dark Knight that cleaned this container, we don't have to worry about a dish washer. . ." Zelda smiled, preparing her mise en place.

"Well, I always use non-stick cooking spray when it comes to baking. . ." Lucina said, winking.

"There were times when she used lard because she ran out of cooking spray." Robin covered his mouth to prevent himself from puking all over at Kirby. "I told her we can just go to the store, but NOOO. . . She suggested something that can kill even her own family."

"Shut up, Robin." Lucina slapped his back, "You told me to be creative, and so I did!"

"That's being too creative, I'm afraid." Robin said, sighing. The chattering quiet down and Zelda spoke as she performed her task on making the Golden Flower Goddess. One human potion, five love potions, and lastly, Chemical X. Made from the Fire Dragon Scale, Holy Wizard Flower, and Holy Water. Zelda placed all of the ingredients into the bowl and the reactions of each ingredient began to happen physically. It was like a magic show to most of the Smashers that were watching.

"I almost forgot about the main ingredient. Silly Zelda!" Zelda lightly giggled to herself, carefully picking up the Golden Flower from the small, brown chest that was placed into the box before. Everyone couldn't help but to stare at its shimmering colors. It was many shades of gold and yellow.

"That looks like it's worth a fortune." Roy commented.

"Because it is." Zelda said, trying not to lose her focus. She gently placed the flower into the mixture. The liquid had a better reaction than the one previously. Now, the mixture was completed. Bubbles started to form from the liquid, as it seemed to be simmering.

"This wouldn't take long." Zelda relaxed her shoulders, knowing she didn't make a mistake, "The potion would take about three days to make so I'm just going to put this lid back on and hope for the best." Zelda placed the lid on top of the container.

"So, now what do we do?" Link asked.

"Good question." Zelda said.

"I have a plan." Flora spoke to Zelda loudly so that everyone could hear her voice. "Since it takes about a day to get to Niho by foot. We should bring the potion with us, and by the time we get to Niho, we should be able to fight Mikoru with the potion."

"Ahhh~!" Everyone was excited about Flora's significant plan.

"We can do some spying and stuff!" Ness cheered.

"It's not to be taken lightly." Snake said.

"True, we must be aware of our surroundings at all cost." Marth said. "We might be able to find Makato while we're there."

"Yea." Ike nodded, no doubt about it.

"So, then it's settled! Everyone pack your bags! We'll leave in five minutes!" Zelda shouted.

"Everything was burned to the ground. We can't pack anything!" Toon Link pouted.

"Yea, I know. I meant as in pack in your self-esteem." Zelda carried the container and wrapped it with her magic to make sure a single drop wouldn't spill along the way. Master Hand and Crazy Hand decided to stay behind to watch over the broken memories of the mansion. Crazy Hand was just so hyped for a brand new mansion once they manage to get the princess from Niho.
