Chapter 90: Doki Doki Dragon Club: Part 2
"Ridley! Sweetie! Don't forget your bento!"
"Thanks, Mom! I'll be off!" Ridley in his teenage years adjusted his glasses and grabbed the small bento his loving mother made for him and headed off to the door. His mom watched with a smile and waved him out, as he entered his school bus.
"Make lots of friends!"
Monster High
"Everyone! We have a new student from the dragon side of the family! His name is Ridley!" The ghost teacher spoke to his students. Some of them were vampires, witches, giants, ghouls, skeletons, demons, titans, and more. Everyone that was different than a human was allowed into this school.
Ridley gazed upon his new classroom and did a solitude bow. "P-please take care of me!"
The ghost teacher spotted the empty seat that was meant for the new student and pointed. "Why don't you sit next to. . . Sayuki!"
Ridley walked over to his seat, as everyone glued their monstrous eyes unto him.
"Man, he looks weird."
"Hah, nerd."
"He's pretty ugly if you ask me. . ."
"I can't believe he's sitting next to her."
"Won't he stink up poor Sayuki?"
"That ugly bold-hair cut lookin-ass."
"Bitch doesn't know where he can find an eye doctor lookin-ass-"
"Never heard of showering lookin-ass-"
Ridley did his best to ignore the hateful comments and sat on his desk, setting his textbooks, pencils, and notebooks. He looked over to Sayuki and blushed immediately at her beauty. Long white hair in ponytails, sharp pointy ears, and sharp tainted purple eyes. Sayuki looked over to him and grinned, showing her sharp pointy teeth.
"I'm Sayuki." She showed her hand to him. He shook carefully, not wanting to dig his large claws up her pale, translucent skin,
"Ridley."
"The teacher already introduced you to us, dumbass."
"O-oh yea. . ."
Ridley became flustered and released her hand. He took another glance and watched her wipe her hands on her black, plaid skirt. It seemed she hated the contact of others.
"And why does she look familiar?" Ridley murmured, looking straight to his desk.
"Ok, class! Everyone grab your History books and turn to page 59. We'll be going through the history of demons possessing humans." The ghost teacher resumed the class session. Within hours of teaching and eating, it was already the end of the day.
Ridley was enjoying his new school, so far. Even if everyone hated him for some reason, there was one friend that stood by him just because:
Sayuki.
They later became friends, and they hung out with each other on the rooftop.
Until the end of the school year. . .
"I'm leaving," Sayuki said, with her arms crossed on the rooftop. Ridley's eyes widened and immediately asked why. She walked over to the front of the fence and leaned toward it.
"My master is calling me. . . again. . . and again." Sayuki said, turning her head toward Ridley. "I must come to her."
"Is she a human?"
"Yes, a wizard would be a better answer."
"It's not like I know the girl." Ridley rolled his eyes. "So, you're gonna possess her and eat her soul or something?"
"Technically, she's the one possessing me. . ." Sayuki half smirked. "Funny isn't it?"
"Aren't you a demon?" Ridley didn't want her, her only friend to go.
"No. . . I'm just. . . pure dark matter. Dark magic. Whatever you want to call it. I only exist because she was born with rare- -powerful magic of her family name." Sayuki said. "Her voice calls to me. . . Revenge. Revenge. I must go-" Sayuki threw herself over the fence before Ridley had the chance to react.
"NOOO!" He watched her fall, and then disappeared into a thin purple smoke, evaporating in thin air. Soon his memory was turning into darkness, Ridley's young, dorky body turned back to his present self. The darkness surrounded him closely as a song began to appear from his ears of Sayuki's voice singing in a distorted way. She appeared before Ridley with eyes of blood, and tears of blood trickling from her cheeks to her chin. She grinned that showed sharp teeth and when she opened her mouth. . .
"CloOsE yOuR eYeSs,
sHhuUtt yOouUuRr mmUOoouTtHh
DRrEeAaMmm aaA dDrReeeAammM
aNnd gGeeTt uSs oOuuTt
DrReeEaaAmM, DdrrReaAm, dDrReaAAmMM, drRReEaAmM, dRreaAAMm, dRrReEEam."
The dream he dreamed was nothing more than Makato's Lucid Eye attack, as he recognized this "Sayuki" was Dark Makato playing with his long-term memories as a teen.
"DAMMMMN YOU, SAYUKIIII! I'LL KILL YOOUUU!"
As Ridley's sleep paralysis locked him into his eyes with the song repeating into his head, the Lucid Eye slowly was coming to an end, as the club started their first group meet-up.

Smashville
With the shutdown of the strip club, Ike and Robin headed into an electronic shop to deactivate the collar the was seal tightly around her neck. Luckily, she had enough funds to get rid of this high tech collar. After that, Robin decided to treat Ike out to some coffee and baked goods in Smashville
They both sat at the famous Smashbucks Cafe that served the best coffee and bubble tea in town. A place with the coziest of sofas, and chairs, with fresh, wooden tables that comes with the scent of cinnamon buns and free live music from the Smash Street Boys every once in a while.
Ike enjoyed his coffee well, as he was able to catch glimpse of a girl that happened to be Male Robin's twin sister.
"So, how are you going to get your revenge exactly?" Ike said, remembering how she talked about getting revenge on Robin for forcing her to become a slave in the underground world.
Robin sipped into her strawberry bubble tea and looked up at Ike. "Exposing him for what he truly is. I bet people in that Smash Mansion don't know his true identity. With enough facts and evidence, I'll make sure he'll pay for his crimes. . . in bars."
"Ooh, damn, you're talking about revenge as in, sending him to jail?" Ike nodded, stirring his coffee with the silver spoon. "And that was why you kept the broken collar."
"Yep." Robin nodded. "First things first, I must become a Smasher by defeating a Smasher, am I correct? If I present myself, I'm sure to make him nervous."
"I mean. . . it's too late for the sign up, but I'll go talk to Master Hand and see if he can allow any more newcomers."
"Great, in the meantime, I will get started on my mixtape about my autobiography as a woman who was put through hell because of one man. My brother." Robin pulled out an iPad she recently bought with the leftover money as a stripper. "Wanna hear some of my bars I wrote so far?"
"Sure, bring in the heat!"
"I'm thinking, 'if I see you on the street that means I don't fuck with you."'
Ike shook his hand. "Meh-"
"Meeehh? Whayomean?! I think it's great!" Robin pouted. "If you have any ideas, text me."
"Text?" Ike froze in confusion.
"You sound awfully confused. You know what text means?"
"Y-yea. . ."
"Alright, let's trade numbers. I obviously can't contact you without your number."
"Oh, about that. . ." Ike rubbed his hair, feeling embarrassed. "Smashers can't carry phones. . ."
Robin's eyes widened, shocked to hear what he had said. "Whaat? This is the 21st Century! WE are going to the Apple store, right now! Let me talk to your superior! I'm changing the rules in that sorry excuse of a mansion. I bet there is that one predator in that mansion, texting underage girls online to rape them as we speak!" Robin immediately stood up from her chair took another vacuum suck to her bubble tea without choking on the boba.
"I said, let's go! Must I repeat myself?!"
"Yes, sir- -I mean ma'am." Ike took the coffee cup along with him and left the store with Robin.

Room 420
7:00 P.M.
With all of the members gathered at from 420, the Doki Doki Dragon Club began. Bowser and the bois sat in their own table, Pac Man, and Makato was knockout on her wheelchair with Ridley still recovering on his bed.
Corrin stared at the many "dragons" of his club with Robin at the podium of their club. "What an odd bunch."
"I know right? Like what the hell?" Robin clicked his tongue annoyingly.
"You're the one who invited them!" Corrin angrily whispered. Robin adjusted the collar of his cloak and kept silent.
"I hope this club turns out well." Pac Man said.
Once everyone looked comfortable in their bean bags, Corrin rung his little dragon bell to get everyone's attention. "Good evening, everyone! Thank you all for joining our new club, the Doki Doki Dragon Club: A club where you can meet your fellow dragon mates, to learn more about the dragon culture, and etc. My name is Corrin, the founder of the Doki Doki Dragon Club, and I will be your president."
A golf clap came from Pac Man, creating the mood. Bowser, Ganondorf and the gang looked at Corrin weirdly, as they were forced to join in the clapping. Ridley slowly showed signs of consciousness which raced Corrin's, little heart.
"Doki?" King Dedede furrowed his eyebrows.
"Sounds weebish to me," Wario said.
"Your turn." Corrin stepped off the podium to let his right-hand man, Robin come in to introduce himself and his positions.
Robin looked at his fellow members with confidence, as he placed his hands on the podium. "Good evening, fellow dragon descendants. I am Robin, the genius tactician. I will be your Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Historian, and Public Officer."
"What the hell?" Ganondorf furrowed his eyebrows directly to Robin.
"We're not even descendants," Wolf rolled his eyes.
"Isn't that too many positions for one person?" Pac Man raised his hand. Robin answered with a smirk and shrugged. "Well, Corrin didn't know how to handle the other four positions I mentioned, but I do."
"This better be worth coming here," Bowser growled.
"Where's the damn tea?!" King K. Rool shouted.
Corrin looked at his documents and got on the podium. "Like on the fliers, we will be having a party as our first ever club. Food, drinks, snacks, and fun activities are provided by our good vice president, Robin." The dragon boy looked over to Robin, who nodded.
"Yes, that is me, as you all know by now. I do have a quick announcement. After our fun, lively party, we will be going through a list of various things in the Doki Doki Dragon Club. For example, tomorrow we will be going to a tailor to get our bodies measured for our Doki Doki Dragon uniforms. Male and female club members will have a choice of a button-up shirt with a vest or a polo. Pants and skirts will be a plaid pattern of a pure white and a sharp, bright red, representing the colors of our club. Once we get our uniforms all checked in, our club will officially start. Any questions?"
Corrin leaned over to Robin's ear in distressed. "Uniforms? We don't have the funds-"
"Ah, leave everything to me. I know. . . people that will help us." Robin answered.
"This is going to be interesting. . ." Pac Man said.
"Uniforms?" Ganondorf scoffed.
"Isn't that what sissies wear?" Wario laughed.
"I better get my size," Bowser said, feeling a hint of excitement.
"Uniforms are a good way to represent the club, and people will wonder, 'Whoa! Who are they?!' That's what we want them to hear!" Robin balled his fist tightly and raised it in the air.
Ganondorf leaned further into his beanbag chair. "Let's be real. Nobody is going to join this stupid club with US here." Ganondorf said. "All I came here for is for the tea, and I better get it. Or else. . ."
"Patience, Ganon. . ." Robin said. "Club members do club activities together. We are a team."
Corrin cleared his throat and stood beside Robin on the podium. "Anyways, we also want to keep track of our club members here, so this will kinda be like attendance. I will need everyone's name to sign on this clipboard that I'm holding." Corrin presented the clipboard that had many pieces of paper, stapled together. "With terms and conditions saying that you are a part of this club and so on. . ."
"This is a critical decision that you'll be making service to the Doki Doki Dragon Club," Robin announced. "Once you sign, there's no going back."
"So right now. . ." Corrin looked at Pac Man, who had his table near the front of the podium. "Please sign your names and pass it around."
Corrin walked up to Pac Man and handed him the clipboard with a soft smile. "Thank you for joining, friend."
Pac Man could hear the sincerity in his words and just nodded. "Like I said, what are friends for?"
After everyone signed their names without reading the documents, a pre-member of the club burst through the door with a container in his hand.
"Ohmygod! I'm so sorry I'm late! I was taking a shower after a workout and playing some video games with Shulk, and. . . and I was eating some salad, and then I remember the club! I got lost for like 30 minutes-!"
"Looks like somebody was dozing off." King K. Rool laughed.
"Whoa! Why are they here?" Roy looked at the scary gang and gulped. He then decided to take a seat next to Pac Man with his empty container. "I thought I was going to meet my fellow dragons, not some big, ugly losers, begging to get laid."
"SAY THAT AGAIN ONE MORE TIME-!" Ganondorf stood up from the group with a dark aura in his balled fist.
"G-guys! Let us calm down. . . Please?" Corrin tried to deescalate the intense situation. That was when Robin rang the little bell that caught everyone's attention in a mere second.
"Must I remind you that you guys, except for Roy, signed the contract? We are a club. And I won't tolerate violence."
'THE CHANCES OF VIOLENCE ARE HIGH! WE GOT BAD GUYS AND EVEN WORSE RIDLEY! AND HE'S NOT EVEN AWAKE YET!' Pac Man panicked from Robin's comment.
"And you are right about having 'dragons' into this club, but I assure you. This club is more than just that. It's for those who were rejected by society and from the world. Let us remember we are the same. . ."
"Robin's right. . ." Corrin clenched his fist to his chest. "When I was a member of the Dark Knights, I was rejected. I wanted to find a place where people could call me by my name, and not from a title." Salty drops formed beneath the dragon boy's eyes, and he didn't wipe them away to show everyone what he had been through.
"And that was when! I had a dream! That one day, I'll make a club, for the misfits, and for the dragons! Those rejected by society, and a place to learn that us as dragons aren't so bad."
Everyone for once could hear his heart crying of the pain he went through to make this club. It was so painful, Ridley in his sleep began shedding tiny tears. Makato was slowly opening her eyes, as she too heard his cries from the inside.
At that time, silently, everyone agreed to get along.
"By the way, Roy, the address to the club shouldn't be hard to find, am I wrong?" Robin shook his head. "It's literally up the stairs and the far, far, far, far, left and then you like make a right-"
"It was haaaaard to fiiind! I swear! But I got some pizza for you guys!" Roy excitedly opened the container and only noticed the pizza crusts that was left. "Oops. I guess being lost made me a little hungry."
"Are you done?" Bowser glared at Roy.
"What are we even doing anyway?" King Dedede said.
"We're about to party, remember?" Robin then opened his tome that magically arranged all of the food, drinks, snacks, and games all on a long buffet table toward the wall of the room.
Everyone was amazed by his magic, as their heads turn to the table with the goodies.
Robin closed his tome, as it disappeared from his hands. "Members, let the party begin!"
(oOoOoOo)
9:00 P.M.
It was a party night, and the music was blasting loudly with all the greatest hits of Smash Pop 20XX. Robin made sure that the volume control was only heard from the inside and not the outside with his magic.
"Wow, this club got all sorts of books. . . and games." Pac Man did himself a favor, flipping and gathering many books about dragons, creating an even more pile for himself to explore.
Roy sat across from him on his bean bag chair, fiddling with the colored pieces on his game board. "Man! Dungeon and Dragons is a fun, yet difficult game." Roy slouched even further and picked up a book from Pac Man's pile. "Oh, Puff the Magic Dragon!"
"Most of these are just children's books. . ." Pac Man sighed and closed his books shut, placing it back on the stack. He got up from the bean bag chair and headed to the book area once more since it was the less thing that the members were doing. As Pac Man grabbed a book that was more of his age, he took a daring glance at the bad guys.
"So that's why they all agreed." Pac Man stood in place, watching them pig out, drink, and gamble. He didn't want to watch them and get caught, so he faced his head toward Makato. She stared up at the ceiling with her body still paralyzed from the head down. Pac Man didn't want to do this, but the best way for him to get her attention was to stand on her bed. He then grabbed hold of the bed and climbed his way up. Makato turned her attention toward him, now curious about what he was doing.
"What made you join the Doki Doki Dragon Club?" Pac Man asked.
"I'm not sure. . . I can't remember much. I was knocked out toward the day, and then I woke up here." Her voice wasn't an old ladies, as she was still in the road for recovering.
"Wait, what do you mean you woke up here? Were you kidnapped. . .?" Pac Man noticed her attired. She was still in her hospital gown and her head was wrapped in bandages without a single strand of hair.
"That is a possibility. . ."
"What the actual heck, Corrin? Why are you taking people by force?" Pac Man muttered. "But, anyway, don't you want to go back to the Nurse Room? I don't think hanging out in this club with a bunch of. . . bad influences will help you."
"Same goes for you." Makato smiled. "Why are you here?"
"Because. . ." Pac Man looked over to Corrin who was serving the bad gang more drinks and playing cards. "He's my friend. And I promised I'll be joining his club."
Makato stared at Pac Man could tell that he was serious. "Your friend, huh? Lovely. . ."
Pac Man gave her a sturdy nod. "Yea. . ."
"Well, since you're here, can you help me write down some things? Right now, I'm trying to remember the ingredients for a hair potion. Out of all potions, I forgot how to make that one."
"Ok, but I can just go to the store and find some hair growth shampoo."
The potion princess shook her head. "No thank you. My potions are made with natural ingredients."
"O-ok then. . ." Pac Man glanced at Ridley and at the instant almost died of a heart attack when he was caught in his deadly glare. His eyes were bloody, his nostrils flirted up, but his body never moved an inch.
Makato looked beside to Ridley and received a cold chill. His eyes averted to Makato and were, even more, scarier than before.
"Why is he glaring at us?" Makato whispered.
"I don't know. . ."
"Oh, maybe. . ." Makato took a closer look at his body and noticed he wasn't moving. "I think he's in sleep paralysis. . . and he's signaling us to wake him up."
"What? You must be joking that his death glare at us is his sleep paralysis."
"It's ok, just give a good tap to his back and he'll be able to move," Makato said.
"Are you crazy?! He's gonna kill me!" Pac Man shivered.
Makato stood quiet for a few seconds before opening her mouth again. "Do you remember who was fighting Ridley that time?"
". . ."
Makato titled her head down to her necklace laid on her chest. "The necklace on my neck absorb his dark energy, as it reconstructed my body into his darkness, as I was able to awaken into my dark form. And I used a special power on him called Lucid Eye. The attack I gave him should be wearing off about now, but I promise, he won't be a threat to me anymore."
"But not to me, huh?" Pac Man sighed. "But why a necklace? What made you choose such an object?" Pac Man asked, staring at the shiny diamonds that dimmed so gently.
A light color of red-coated her face, as she let out a little laugh. "This necklace was a gift from Ike. I wanted his gift to become even more important to me."
Pac Man couldn't help but smile. "You really do like him, don't you?"
She widened her smile. ". . . I do."
A loud snort interrupted their conversations. They both turned their heads to Ridley, the most real dragon amongst all, seeing his wings expand from his back, and his joints twitching for a chance to wake up.
"YOU-!" Ridley, hollered out to the very last breath, catching the attention of Bowser and the gang, Roy, who was busy reading children's books, and the main leaders of the club.
"He's awake?!" Roy burst out in fear.
"Why can't he just shaddup?!" King K. Rool blurted, too drunk on the booze he chugged down.
Corrin held a clipboard to his lips and shook. "Oh. . .I totally forgot about him! He was sleeping so peacefully I thought he was just a statue!"
Robin glanced over to Corrin and arched his eyebrow. "What the fu-"
Ridley kept screaming, till his body was 1000% movable and out of the sleep paralysis. "I'LL KILL YOU! SAYUKII!"
"Who's Sayuki?" Roy exclaimed. He looked at Makato and Pac and back to Ridley. "Hey, am I the only who's curious about this Sayuki person?!"
"He''s already in full recovery?" Pac Man sweatdropped.
Makato froze and slowly gulped, from the giant creature.
"He's gonna attack-!" Pac Man said.
The moment he was about to do a fatal claw attack, the voices in his head from his dreams rang loudly, causing his whole body to freeze up.
"CloOsE yOuR eYeSs,
sHhuUtt yOouUuRr mmUOoouTtHh
DRrEeAaMmm aaA dDrReeeAammM
aNnd gGeeTt uSs oOuuTt
DrReeEaaAmM, DdrrReaAm, dDrReaAAmMM, drRReEaAmM, dRreaAAMm, dRrReEEam."
"DAMN YOU, VOICES!" Lucid Eye still had some after effects on Ridley, as he took his frustration and anger toward his hospital bed, no longer becoming a bedridden patient anymore. Everyone waited for Ridley's next move, but he stood still, with his wings now back to his back.
"UGH. . . I'LL KILL YOU ANOTHER TIME- -I SMELL BOOZE."
"EEYYYYYYY!" Ganondorf, Bowser, Wolf, King Dedede, Wario, and King. K. Rool, welcomed Ridley to their large table with poker chips, playing cards, many snacks, stack on stacks, and most importantly, the alcohol. As he got comfy with the evil gang, everyone else was able to relax.
"Well, I'm glad I didn't have to give him some injections. . ." Robin said.
"Maybe this club was actually a good idea." Corrin croaked a laughed. "I'm going to get a piece of fruit and just enjoy the fruit of my labor."
"See. . ." Makato sweatdropped. "I told you he wouldn't be a threat to me anymore."
"You weren't betting on it, weren't you?" Pac Man said.
(oOoOoOo)
Dining Room
"Doesn't this place seem a little. . . empty?" Link said, looking around the dining table of his fellow Smashers.
"Now that you mentioned it, it does," Zelda said with a little bit of worry in her heart. It was pizza night for the Smashers that were prepared by Peach and Kirby, and so far, there's only been five finished pies.
Marth set his fork down and dabbed his lips with his dinner cloth. "It's a rare occurrence to see Ike, not at the dining table. In fact, I haven't seen him since morning. He eats like a pig when it comes to pizza."
"Where could Robin be? That wheelchair he was holding. . ." Chrom said to himself.
"Who knows, Father." Lucina shrugged. "Robin likes doing that kind of stuff. Hopefully, by now, his favorite pizza would make him come down."
"What is his favorite?" Shulk asked.
"Veggie delight with sour cream."
"Oh. . ."
"I don't see the evil gang either," Miru added.
"AM I NOT EVIL?!" Bowser Jr raised his voice.
"No one even notices you, little guy." Pit laughed, flicking his nose.
"Ow!"
"We shouldn't worry! They're probably doing something important! Right, Cloudy~?" Peach hugged his arm tightly so he wouldn't have another excuse to use the "restroom".
". . ."
"I guess, you're right." Mario rubbed his mustache. "More pizza for us!"
"Poyo!" Kirby grabbed a whole pie of pineapple pizza and shoved it into his mouth.
"Ewww. . ." Ness and Lucas commented.
(oOoOoOo)
Toward the end of pizza night, the large, front doors opened, revealing the mercenary with a small bag. "What a day. . ."
"Hey, you're back?" Marth happened to be near the front entrance, after coming to a point he might be out. He stared at his buddy and showed a small grin. "And you still look sober."
"I'm not drunk, dumbass," Ike said, walking passed the prince. Marth turned to him and followed him. "Where have you been? It's almost midnight."
"You know, here and there. . ." Ike answered.
"Ok. . ." Marth paused his footsteps, watching Ike continuing his path. "By the way, you missed Pizza Night."
Ike did a huge 720-degree turn and marched toward him, grabbing hold of his shoulders like an eagle's claw. "Whaaat? Why didn't you call me?!"
"It's not like we have phones. Master Hand forbids cellular devices, and clearly, some people forgot we have rules in this house."
Ike then released his shoulders and took a peek into his plastic, white bag. "Hmm. . ."
"What's in the bag?"
"None of your damn business." Ike squeezed the bag tight and continued to make way to his room. Marth didn't follow him and stared at him from the distance, as he still had some things to do before he turned himself in.
"I will find out!" Marth called out with a smirk before turning the other direction.
With peace and quiet for himself, Ike made his way to his shared room, as he meditated from the time he spent with Robin. It was a strange encounter, but he had a good feeling that it would end up well for each other.
