Chapter 100: Christmas Special 2: Part 2

Deep in the woods

The sun was almost out before Ike realized when he slowly opened his eyes from his mysterious slumber. It shook him that he finally remembered what happened to him; to everyone. A bear was chasing them, and then. . .

He looked at his surroundings and noticed he was beside Roy, laying head flat in the snow, either dead or asleep. It wasn't a good thing for Ike to know he was the first person to wake up from the fall he miraculously survived. It was a dreadful fall that brought everyone separated in the air of time.

"This isn't good. . . why did I wake up next to this bitch?" Ike got up from the snow and wiped his sleeves to remove any access snow dust on his black sweater. He looked up to the tall trees that closed in on the mercenary. "Where the hell are we?"

Ike remembered Makato apologizing dearly to herself and to everyone just before they fell off the cliff. "Makato. . . Where are you?"

"Makato! Makato!"

A voice that wasn't his own cried out to her name. Ike dragged his feet in the snow, whatever it took to follow the voice.

"Makato! Speak to me. . ." Mikoru shook her body in his arms, as she was knocked out with spinny wheels on her eyes. Ike watched him crying desperately to wake her. Marth was beside Mikoru who was in the process of wiping his eyes.

'He's crying? What's his problem?' Ike sighed loudly and walked up to the harmless boy.

Mikoru looked over to him with a worried face.

"Step aside," Ike said, kneeling beside him. Mikoru watched Ike digging something under his shirt. He then pulled it out carefully with a smirk. "Alright, this should do the trick."

"A cinnamon roll?" Mikoru furrowed his eyebrows, as his face grew a tint of green. "In your shirt?"

"Gotta keep dat emergency food when needed."

"But there's like chest hair and sweat. I'm afraid you'll only give her an eternal nap."

"Shut up! I shave all that out- -now that you mentioned it, this thing is ice solid." Ike grew disgusted and chucked it into the wilderness.

"Lord Mikoru!" Yumi tackled him back to the snowy ground and cried tears of joy to see him in one peace.

Mikoru coughed harshly from the lack of air he was receiving. "Yumi, I don't want you to catch a cold from me."

"As long as you're safe!" Yumi cried. She glanced at the pink-haired girl that Mikoru held very tightly.

"Her?!" Yumi grew chills, receiving terrible flashbacks between her time with her.

Michelle, Samus, and Mike walked toward the rest of the gang when they heard a bunch of noise coming from a specific area.

"Fufufufu. . . . . seems we all survive the fall." Michelle commented.

"Kinda hoping for your prisoners to die so I can get some reward money." Ike said.

"Well too bad, we're alive and kicking." Mike held a peace sign.

"What the hell did you just do?" Samus asked Mike.

"Uh, I. . . I'm sorry. . ." He had no words to explain his actions but to keep his head locked toward the ground.

"I had like the best dream ever. . ." Roy walked toward the gang after waking up from his slumber. "I had a dream that I was walking to this huge ice castle and I saw this beautiful lady with long braided hair and icy blue dress and she shot out ice from her hands!"

"You don't say?" Marth said. "Well, I'm glad everyone is okay. Makato still needs to wake up. . ."

"I'll do the honors-" Mike clasped his hands together. "We're related so I could wake her up."

"That doesn't mean shit!" Ike said. "Why would she be related to a criminal?"

"You're related to her?!" Yumi exclaimed.

"We have the same family name," Mike explained. "I first saw her in Niho when Lord Mikoru took over. She was the perfect little sister that my cousin Jacob and I wanted!"

"Well too bad, she already has a perverted sweet-home-Alabama brother," Ike said.

Mikoru set her body on the snow and let Mike take care of her. He opened up his palm and gave a quick light slap to her cheek.

"Bruhh, anyone could have done that-" Ike was shocked when her eyes opened wide.

"Whoa, magic!" Roy clapped his hands.

"I know right? I'm a god." Mike placed his hands on his hips and looked up to the snowy sky with confidence.

"Oh shut up." Ike rolled his eyes.

Now that everyone was alive and well, it only got worse for them, as it snowed harder. Their hats, scarves, coats, and gloves slowly lost its effectiveness in the cold.

Marth clicked his tongue. "That bear was too smart if you ask me. I never saw a creature walk on two fucking legs. Don't bears go on all fours?"

"Yea, it should have. But who knows. . ." Ike said.

"I hope Richter is ok. . ." Roy frowned.

"Strange how a bear appeared from nowhere," Samus commented. "Knowing him, I'm sure he's alright."

Marth folded his hands and prayed. "Let's hope he's grilling the bear as we speak so we can track its scent. Now that I think about it, I haven't had bear meat. . . You know, I actually had some bear meat before."

Ike looked at the royal and stared at him weirdly. "Uh, bear meat? Weird flex, but ok."

"I wasn't flexing on anything. And don't act like you wouldn't eat a fucking wild animal!" Marth became flustered and stomped away from the group to get some space.

"I'm sorry, everyone." Makato wiped her incoming tears. "If only I was more careful. . ."

"We're actually glad you came back in one piece." A hand was placed on her shoulder. She looked up to see Mikoru smiling gently down at her. "And that medicine you gave to me helped me a lot. Thank you so much."

"Mikoru. . ."

"No tears, ok?" Mikoru held onto her cheeks and wiped the tears from her eyes with his thumbs.

"To think Princess Makato was amongst this. . ." Mike rubbed his head, feeling guilty.

"Fuckin. . ." Ike and Yumi weren't a hint cold when a visible wave of fire surrounded their bodies out of pure anger and jealousy.

"Whoa, it getting pretty warm here." Roy smiled and warmed his hands near Yumi and Ike.

"Until help arrives we should seek shelter for the night," Mikoru suggested.

"Of course. It's the logical thing to do." Marth nodded, walking back to the group.

"Temporary truths then? I don't want to wake up in a bind." Michelle said.

"If we want to work together, then sure," Samus said.

"I don't trust you fools." Ike clearly stated. He stomped over to the ex-lovers and pulled Makato's arm toward himself. "Especially you. . ."

"I expect you not to. Then again. . ." Mikoru stared at the palm of his hand. "I can't even trust myself. After what I've done."

Makato swiped his hand off of Ike's grasp, giving a stink eye before walking back to Mikoru. "As long as you know you've changed, that's all that matters."

"Yes. . ."

"Makato, I'm not gay! I swear on my mother's grave!" Ike watched them, infuriated.

"What are we gonna do? At this pace, we'll all freeze to death!" Roy panicked.

"I'm sure people are looking for us as we speak," Marth assured.

In the lodge, many of the Smashers enjoyed the daily bingo night in the main hall where many people could win many prizes.

"13." The announcer called out the next number from the spinny wheel.

"BINGO! YESSS!" Daisy lifted her bingo card.

"Wow, congrats," Palutena said.

"Lucky you, Daisy!" Peach smiled.

"Alright, come and claim your prize!"

Everyone watched Daisy standing tall and proud with a confident model walk to show her bingo card and to pick one of the amazing prizes the lodge had to offer.

"Pick whatever you want!" The people in charge of the prizes said. Daisy google-eyed all of the prizes with the largest grin upon her face.

"Hmmm, I wonder if this kind of prize would suit me and Marth? But then again, I promised Richter- -Nah, I don't know where that fool is. . ."

F. Robin fiddled with her bingo card searching the large hall. "Ugh. . . I can't find that pedophile anywhere."

"Isn't it better if he was gone from this Earth?" Zelda said, pulling out another bingo card.

"Yea, if you say so. . . I won't be able to bitch about my feminism if he isn't around."

"The princess is currently using the restroom." Faithful Knight Oswald saluted one of the top knights in Niho as sweat rained from his forehead.

Miru looked between the four Knights that were supposed to be at her side, as they were now standing inches away from the girl's restroom.

"Ok, when she gets out of the restroom please let me know," Miru said, leaving the four knights.

"It's almost dinner time. . ." Faithful Knight Joseph said, looking at his watch. "She's probably on her period."

"But this is ridiculous!" Oswald said. "How could we lose her in such a short amount of time?!"

"If we tell Sir Miru we lost the princess, we'll be executed for sure." Faithful Knight Dan trembled.

"Ok, it's ok! You two search the outside of the lodge, and we'll start searching the inside of this place." Oswald said to Joseph and Dan.

The other Faithful Knight scratched his cheek. "If this doesn't work out, we should find a way to commit suicide." Faithful Knight Cid said in a depressive tone.

"Shut up! We'll find her! Just. . . lay it low. Ok, men?" Oswald said.

The three agreed to the plan and nodded. "Yes, sir!"

(oOoOoOo)

"I didn't think things would escalate like this. I was only doing my job to research more about winter women. . . And catching some prisoners would be nice in the long run. I could make some extra money." The bear that slapped Richter walked by his lonely self in the forest. "For some reason, I had this strange urge when I saw Makato in winter wear. . . I. . . I just want to know! Then. . . maybe it was the costume that made me grew custom to becoming a bear."

The bear looked up at the trees. And when he looked straight ahead, he saw an angry buff man in his ripped black sweater, sprinting toward him.

"YOU FUCKING BEAR! WAIT TILL I SKIN YOU ALIVE AND MAKE YOU INTO GUCCI SAIYAN ARMOR!"

"AHHHHHHHH!"

. . .

Roy paused his footsteps and checked his surroundings. "Hey guys, did you just hear something?"

"No. Just keep walking till we get somewhere," Marth said.

The weather grew harsh and harder as the sun closed down. It snowed harder, making it hard to see what was in front of them. They all stuck together regardless of their beef between them.

"Look! A cave!" Roy said, pointing at the large arched structure.

"There is hope after all. . ." Marth sighed happily.

"Cave, huh? Beats the cold. . ." Ike commented.

"I don't know about this. . ." Yumi said.

"Let's check it out," Mikoru said.

The group walked toward the cave and only made it toward the front entrance. Ike touched the rocky shell of the cave, as it brought chills toward his fingers.

Mike leaned a bit, hoping to catch some kind of thing inside the cave. "It's hard checking it from afar, we'll need to go inside."

"Good thing we got our handy-dandy iPhone 11's with these three camera rollies~" Roy grinned, putting his one of flashlight mode.

"You girls, stay here. We need to check if the cave has any bears." Mikoru said. Ike turned to Samus and gave her a slight nod before she nodded back.

"Yea, we'll be right at the entrance," Samus said.

"If you say so, Lord Mikoru. Be careful." Yumi frowned.

As the guys headed inside the cave, the girls were left behind at the entrance, only to wait for a response. They sat on nearby logs to rest their feet from all of the walking.

Michelle sat up straight and had her attention towards the potion princess. She recalled good memories of a fake life as her auntie in the Smasher Mansion and bad memories, revealing herself as a Dark Knight and the mother who abandoned her own family for the hope to gain more riches.

"How is my son doing?" Michelle asked across from Makato. "Is he doing fine?"

Makato looked up from the snow and toward her eyes. "Why do you ask?"

"Fufufufu, I thought he would be with you, knowing you two always seem to be together. After seeing him for the first time in such a long time, I was surprised. He's a grown man. I want to see him again. But. . . I threw that out, and now I'm not his loving mother in his eyes."

"Miru is doing fine. Always at my side when I need him. It's a shame you wasted your life just to be a criminal. . . I wished you see how much he has grown with just his father and brother alongside him as a Knight.

Michelle smiled bitterly but fell silent to her words.

Yumi exchanged looks between Michelle and Makato, but then locked her eyes onto Makato, also recalling bad memories in Niho. "Princess Makato. How I hate to see you here." She brushed her long strands of black hair away from her cheeks.

Makato faked her smile. "Yumi, it's been a while."

Yumi kept her eyes on her as she crossed her arms. "I won't let you have

Lord Mikoru that easily just because you two were lovers back in the day."

Makato hesitated to speak and looked back toward the hollow cave. "I don't care what you think of us, I've already moved on. . ."

"You were just worried about him not too long ago. . ." Samus muttered.

Makato heard what the bounty hunter said and fiddle with her thumbs. "Well, I was only worried. There's nothing wrong with worrying for others, right?" She sighed and stared at the snowy ground. "And besides, I have a boyfriend already. Ike."

"Huh?" Yumi then remembered the blue spikey haired man that held Makato's arm earlier. "You mean that hot-headed freak is your boyfriend?"

"Yes, but I'm afraid it won't be long till he comes out of the closet. . ."

Yumi gave a disgusted look. ". . . Wow. . . You have a potentially gay boyfriend?"

"I don't care if he's queer or bi, or whatever. . . Ike isn't honest with me and his own sexuality. He even went on a lunch date with a man named Richter."

Yumi gave a smug look and looked up to the snow. "Hmph, well if I were you, I would talk to him, or just break up with him. I wouldn't want to date someone who's gay. Like what's the point in that? The only thing in his mind is big tender dicks!"

"Probably but anyways, enough about that. . .Why do you like Mikoru so much?" Makato asked, changing the subject.

She blushed madly and grinned. "Jealous? I'm with my Lord Mikoru 24/7."

"Because you're in prison with him," Makato said, eying her black and white pajamas.

Samus squeezed out a puff of laugh before staying silent.

"Hmph! So what?!"

"It's only facts, Yumi. Calm down." Michelle chuckled alongside.

Yumi sighed and folded her hands. "I remembered who I was during my time in prison and what Mikoru did to me and to my whole village. But it doesn't matter anymore, because I learned to forgive him. I wanted to kill him, but. . . his words and his love for you is just. . . ridiculous."

"Yumi, I'm sorry. It's probably not enough for what I've done to you. I can't let you kill me until I meet Makato. Promise. You're too cute to be seeking revenge in the first place."

"When he said those words with such an adorable face of pain and sorrow, I couldn't! My heart burst into millions of pieces and- -AHHH~!" Flying hearts appeared around Yumi and all of the girls could only watch in silence.

Moments later, the boys came back out of the cave.

"How's the cave?"

"Crowded with prisoners that escaped. It's pointless." Mike said.

"We got into a huge fight about sharing the cave, but Ike insisted on pulverizing their tail bones." Marth shook his head.

"Well, if Richter was here with us, he would agree." Ike backed up.

(oOoOoOo)

It was getting colder and the sun was completely out. Looking for stars were impossible with all of the thick trees and heavy snow clouds clogged up the sky. Everyone was at the point of shivering, walking all in a group hoping to find a space to sleep for the night.

The group continued to move forward and were stopped by a red sign that pointed to the left and right path.

"Aw, man. . . seriously?" Roy let out an annoying sigh and hugged his body tighter. "Marth, can I borrow a coat?"

"Sure." Marth wasn't as cold as most. He even gave the prisoners from Niho a coat for their bodies just because.

"We should proceed with caution on this part. I wouldn't want to get deeper into the unknown." Michelle said.

"Ahaha, ya. Same, dude." Mike looked deeply at the sign.

"I hope we find a place. . ." Makato frowned.

"Whatever my Lord Mikoru says we should go, I'll follow." Yumi smiled, hugging his arm.

"You think Richter is alive?" Ike asked.

"No," Samus said.

"No way in hell." Roy laughed. "It was nice knowing him. . ."

Before the group had the chance to make their choice of left or right, the sounds of jingling peeked toward the right side of the path. Lights of red and green and gold shined splendidly and it caught everyone's eyes, now staring at the right side of the path.

Sounds of mini trumpets and high-pitch giggles grew louder and louder toward them.

"Wha the fuck is that ringing in my ear." Ike began cleaning his ear with his finger but glanced at Marth who was doing the same thing.

"I don't know, but it sounds gay. Maybe because it's almost Christmas. . ."

"Maybe it's just you."

"JINGLE JINGLE JINGLE~!"

"Fufufufu, what's going on?" Michelle said.

When the creatures came closer, they looked the same in their red and green outfits with green pointy hats with bright red cheeks and freckles. All of them were the same miniature size, like an elf.

"HEY~! Are you happy and jolly kids lost?! Well, we got a nice warm house with fresh-baked chocolate chip looks and peppermint cocoa~!"

"Elves! Whoa!" Mike pointed.

"Elves?" Samus blinked in shock. "I thought Link and Zelda were the only. . ."

Ike cracked his neck a couple of times and was the first to act bravely against these elves that appeared out of nowhere in the middle of the dead night. "Ya, you got a place for the night?"

"You're quite casual with those creatures, Ike. Can't you see they're elves?! Like Santa's helpers?!" Marth said.

"If there are Kirbies in this world, then there's elves. Nothing surprises me anymore."

"But still! Don't you think it's a little weird?!"

Makato sweatdropped at the sight of them. "Aw, they're pretty cute. . . hehehe."

Samus placed her hand on her shoulder. "Don't force yourself."

Drawn by their unusual kindness, they headed for the right side of the forest. A gust of wind blew strongly, knocking over the thin piece of paper that had the left and right sign. What was over the sign was the left path to head back onto the trail where they came from.

"A gingerbread house?" Mikoru looked at the sight of the sweet house, as they all made their way inside the house. All of them were greeted with elves smiling from ear to ear, showing their buck teeth.

"Welcome!"

"Please come in! We got peppermint cocoa! All of you get your own cups!" Each of them was handed a piping nice hot cup of peppermint cocoa, and a white warm blanket to cover their cold bodies. They were taken to the living room where they had chestnuts roasting on the open fire.

"Take your hats, your scarves, your boots, your gloves! Relax!"

It took them a few minutes for them to realize what was going on with them and the position they're in.

Marth snuggled himself the closest to the fire with a huge grin on his face. A pillow for his head and an extra red blanket to warm him up. "This. Is. The. Life. I've never been any happier."

"Ah~," Michelle laid her back on her own pillow like a melting ice cream cone.

"Odd enough we're being treated like royals," Samus commented.

"It is strange, but I'm grateful.. . ." Mikoru said. He turned to Makato and handed her a snickerdoodle. "As long as your safe, Makato."

Makato took the cookie from his hand and smiled back. "Thank you."

"Lord Mikoru! Let's sit closer to the fire to keep your feet warm!" Yumi tugged unto his arm from the other side and dragged him away from Makato. Makato watched and noticed Yumi turning her head at her with her tongue sticking out.

"This place is sketchy," Ike said, stuffing a bunch of chocolate chip cookies in his mouth. Unlike the rest, he sat on the large sofas and made himself comfortable.

Roy also had his own sofa for himself, tapping on his smartphone. "I agree, I still have no wifi. I asked those giggly gay elves about the wifi password but they only said, 'our password is being on the nice list', like wat da fok?!"

"Wifi?" Mike asked.

"It's modern technology. . ." Samus explained.

"I don't get it."

"Of course you wouldn't."

Marth clasped his hands together in a loud manner which caught everyone's attention. "These lovely creatures gave us food, water, shelter, and cocoa! Let us be grateful!"

Roy pouted, trying to load a game on his phone. "I really want to log in on Fire Emblem Heroes."

"Fire Emblem what?" Marth sweatdropped.

"Heh," Ike got up from the couch, now sitting. "My 10+ Yune is OP."

"BRuH!" Roy spatted, as he arched his eyebrows with interest in the conversation. "My 10+ Legendary Marth can kick your ass!"

Ike's jaw dropped. "What?! You got Legendary Marth 10 fucking times?!"

"WHY AM I HEARING MY NAME IN THIS CONVERSATION?!" Marth looked back and forth, completely lost in their conversation.

"We're making dinner very soon! I hope you all are hungry!" One of the elves called out.

"Yay! Food!" Roy and Ike cheered, as they both air-fived each other from a distance.

"Oh boy. . ." Samus ignored them and decided to get some shut-eye.

The mild talk continued amongst themselves with the TV on of Christmas programs. Everyone was in a relaxed state, at least most of them were.

Random Cave

"So, Richter? How long are you gonna roast me? This bear suit took time to make." Robin said, with a head of a human and a bear body. Richter caught other animals along the way of his fall but managed to gather small white rabbits and one fox.

Richter grabbed another kebab of grilled fox and rabbit and ripped a chunk of the stick with his teeth. He nodded at the flavor before taking another mouth-watering bite. Robin kept his tactical grin as he was being rotated above the hot fire. Time was ticking, and Robin had many things he wanted to explore on his bucket list.

"Playing the ignoring game, huh? Well, I'll have you know, the moment you take a bite of my juicy thighs, a deadly toxin will spread from blood cell to blood cell, and soon clog up your arteries, resulting in a painful heart attack. You'll lose oxygen from your lungs and your eyes will pop out from your sockets."

Robin's threat flew right by him like a fly. Richter opened his mini alcohol can for stormy winter days and took one huge gulp.

"Woo, that hit the spot. I wonder how my main course is doing." Richter dropped his can and rubbed his hands, now excited to eat Bear Robin.

"Please don't eat me, I swear I'll do anything! I'm sorry for slapping you and throwing you off the cliff!"

"Huh, it's still breathing? Perhaps I should add more firewood." Richter reached for his pile of freshly chopped firewood, and sweat from his bear suit froze into tiny icicles.

"Human meat is yummy!"

"Hahaha! I want to eat the redhead!"

"We must gather more ingredients for our dinner!"

"Stuff 'em up! Stuff 'em up!"

High pitched voices passed by Richter. Oh, how lucky he was to hide at that moment he heard shallow footsteps crossing by his cave. He even took away partially cooked Robin and covered his mouth.

"Man-eating elves? Consider yourself lucky, Robs. I ain't roasting your pimpin' ass."

Robin's mouth was released as he gasped for air. He gently touched his throat to make sure it wasn't damaged. "Wait, how do you know I'm a pimp- -I'm mean. . . Thank you, Richter. You finally decided to listen to reasoning."

"Anything that's out of the ordinary, I can't help but get involved."

"Like how you thought belly-dancing with Simon in front of a bunch of preschoolers was a good idea to get involved."

"Yes, but actually no." As Richter explained his story, both men left the cave to sneak behind the elves with a strange diet. As they continued to trail them from behind, Richter noticed the elves carrying two people. They were bound with rope and their mouths were duct-taped.

Regardless of their bondage, Richter was able to recognize those pale pairs of feet, burning red from the snow without shoes of any kind.

"Oh, my fucking-"

Gingerbread House

"Today's main course is roasted turkey!" One of the elves said.

"Woo!" Roy cheered first, followed by Mike, who raised his fist in the air.

"Meat! Finally!" Ike slammed his hands on the wooden table, which startled Marth who sat next to him.

A female elf carried the hot roasted turkey over to the dining table. Eyes were only eying the juicy tender turkey, as the elf began to cut the breast into even slices.

"What is this? Thanksgiving?" Samus muttered.

"It smells so good!" Yumi rubbed her hands together, anticipating her meal.

"Makato, doesn't this look tasty? I haven't had turkey in a long time." Mikoru said, sitting right next to her.

"It looks great."

"Is there something wrong, Makato? You seemed. . . tense. . ."

Makato sweatdropped and smiled. "I'm okay, really. . . it's just. . . the environment here is. . ."

"Almost too perfect?" He finished her sentence for her, in which she nodded back.

"Yes. . ."

"I also had that feeling as well, although, I'm not sure what they are up to, taking us in. . ." Mikoru watched her brows sadden back to her eyes. ". . . We can't act without knowing what they are doing. For now, let's be cautious and enjoy our meal."

"Yea. . ." Makato peeked up at Ike, noticing his mouth dripping in drool as he grabbed a large piece of turkey leg for himself.

"Bless this food. . ." Marth smiled brightly, taking a tiny bite of the juicy turkey. "Mmmh. . .! Sugoi!"

"Wow! Just like mama's!" Roy teared up from the memories.

"This is good! You guys got stuffing for this?" Mike said, with stuffed cheeks.

"Yes! Anything for our guests!" And just like that, the elves brought in more food. Mashed potatoes, stuffing, roasted sweet potatoes, cheesy macaroni, and gravy as the sauce.

The table was filled with delicious foods that reminded people of Thanksgiving. They ate and ate till their tummies were filled with food, and chugged it down with a nice glass of their favorite drink.

"Everything is going according to plan. . ."

"HEEEHEEEHEE!"

"I love Christmas!"

"Um, what the hell are you talking about?" F. Corrin was able to eat the duct tape that bound her mouth from speaking. Her brother next to her was shaking his legs off. The elves turned to the back storage room where they left the both Corrins tied up completely.

"Shut up, cattle. Once they eat our food, they'll be knocked out! And then we'll eat them!" The elves showcased their sharp fangs like vampires.

"Mmmmhhh! Mmh!" M. Corrin cried through the tape, shaking his head rapidly.

"Omg! This is like a nightmare before Christmas!" F. Corrin's eyes sparkled with excitement.

Richter and Robin made it to the gingerbread house, now spying through the frosty windows. The vampire hunter got a clear view of Smashers eating a full course meal.

He grew furious, as steam fled from his ears. "And I wasn't invited?! I went hunting for skin and bones of a fucking rabbit, just to know there was food here?!"

Robin sweatdropped. "It smells quite tasty. I'm getting hungry. But don't you remember the elves going off about human meat? I think they eat humans."

"So?"

"I think we should. . . You know? Take this a bit more seriously. . .?"

"Yea, yea, ok. Once I get a piece of that turkey leg!" Richter looked up at the roof and had his eyes on the chimney. "Come on, Robs, we're taking the shortcut."

"I feel sleepy. . . all of a sudden. . ." Mike gave his loudest yawn, before falling headfirst on his plate of food.

"Huh? Same here. . ." Yumi rubbed her eyes, and soon after, collapsing on the table. Michelle was already in a deep rest with a slight grin upon her face.

Mikoru watched in shock, as his fellow inmates fell into a deep sleep. "Guys. . .'' Soon the drowsiness instantly struck Mikoru like lightning, as he fell head forth.

"I'm so tired, Makato. . ." He murmured before falling into a deep sleep.

"Mikoru. . ." Makato rubbed her eyes. "Why didn't I notice sooner?"

"Maybe all of the walking made them tired," Roy said. "I don't know why, but seeing them all asleep, is getting me tired."

"I'm not even sleepy. . . Something's wrong. . ." Marth said, lowering his head toward the table.

Ike did his best to stay awake, slapping the hell out of his cheeks till it became two tomatoes. "There's no way. . .! I'm still hungry. . .!"

"Ike. . ." Makato weakly called out his name, also under the same drug as everyone else. "Please. . . stay awake."

"Makato. . .! Ugh. . ." Ike's eyes began to burn, and the elves watched from the kitchen, waiting for the last man to drop dead asleep.

"Let's just cook him alive!"

"Yes! Yes!"

"Grab the bodies! Let's make some dessert!"

Ike's eyelids failed him, as his vision grew darker and darker.

Lodge

December 20th

Daytime

"Makato, where have you been?" Miru asked, walking beside her in the lodge.

Makato rubbed her head and widely grinned. "Ahahaha, well you know. . . The restroom!"

"You've been in the restroom all night? Are you sick or-?"

"No! I was. . . Um. . . Collecting some ingredients to make a potion! Because I am Makato!"

Miru arched her eyebrow. "Okaaay. . . Do you wanna go down the slopes?" They continued to walk down the halls and Miru luckily didn't suspect a thing.

The Faithful Knights watched from behind their secret plan going in place.

"Yes! It's working!" Faithful Knight Oswald gripped his fist tightly.

Faithful Knight Dan watched carefully with Joseph beside him. "He doesn't suspect a thing-"

To their surprise, a flying kick exploded all of their backbones. Families watched as the knights hollered out in pain.

When they looked at who struck their backs, it was Miru with many veins popping from his head. "You think I'm stupid?! The Princess doesn't sound like a cheap android from Detroit! Also, she isn't any taller than me and is not growing a beard! You have disrespected the Princess!"

"SIR MIRU! FORGIVE US!" Faithful Knight Cid removed the pink long wig and bowed aggressively.

"We didn't mean to offend her! We've looked all over for her and we can't find her!" Faithful Knight Joseph said.

"I had a weird feeling since yesterday. I'll overlook this just one time." Miru looked outside the window to the sight of snow. "I think she was looking for the prisoners. Specifically, that bastard."

Chrom searched the lodge and crashed into F. Robin along the way. "Have you seen Robin anywhere?"

"No, I haven't and that freak is better off going missing. I'm busy looking for Ike. . ." F. Robin said.

"It's weird, I was doing some community service yesterday with him, then we decided to split up to look for the prisoners. It was getting late so I thought it would be a good idea to head back to the lodge."

"Father," Lucina tugged his fluffy blue coat. "Marth-sama is missing as well! I hope he didn't hang himself!"

"Don't worry, we'll find them soon enough. Before we head back home- - wait, what?"

"Seriously? Like, Richter's still missing?!" Daisy let out an angry sigh.

"Yes," Simon replied. "Since yesterday."

"I hope Prince Marth is alright. . . uhh, I'm gonna look for them!" Daisy held her orange snowboard and ran out of the lodge. With Simon following behind Daisy, Cloud watched from afar along with Sonic.

"This seems pretty serious. . . We should check it out." Sonic said.

"Yea. . ." Cloud said.

"Wait, Cloud!" Peach called out watching Cloud and Sonic leave the lodge. "Oh my. . . what is going on? Now that I think about it, I haven't seen Sammy or Makato. . ."

"I hope they are fine," Zelda said, standing beside Peach.

"This is getting interesting. . ." Bayonetta grinned.

"As long as I'm okay, that's all that matters," Paluetena said.

The two angels glanced at the goddess. "Lady Palutena! That's heartless of you!" Pit cried out.

"Yea, like no shit." Dark Pit walked away from them.

"Huh?" Palutena blinked a couple of times, feeling angry eyes on her.

"I haven't seen the Corrins anywhere." Pac Man said.

"Since yesterday as well?" Shulk asked.

"Yea. What the hell is going on here?"

Mario sweatdropped, seeing some of the Smashers going frantic about the few missing Smashers. "What can possibly go wrong. . .?"

"Something always goes wrong, no matter what, Mario." Link said, giving him a little reminder.

"According to my sources, Ike, Richter, Marth, Roy, Robin, Makato, Samus, the Corrins have been missing since the search for the prisoners from Niho," Morgana said on Ren's shoulders. Ren walked toward the woods and checked for tracks from last night's snowstorm.

"Probably dead," Ren said.

"Come on! They can't be dead from one snowstorm boi." Morgana licked his paws. "Let's look for them!"

Gingerbread House

As the search went on for the missing Smashers, the elves prepared themselves a feast of human flesh.

Richter and Robin successfully infiltrated the sweet house, now crawling inside their red licorice pipes.

"When you said, another way, I thought you meant the chimney." Robin said, wiping his sweat from his forehead.

"Yea, that's a bit cliche." Richter changed his mind last minute and kept crawling. "Look, I think I found them." Richter showed the window few from the below and gave space for the tactician to see as well.

"What, I thought you said you found them. Why are we looking at these enormous pies?" Robin said.

"My guess is that each pie contains. . ." Richter trailed looking at each pie, all balanced in color, shape, and size. "Each pie contains some delicious pie filling! Yes! I hope they got blueberry! Your boi here adores them blueberry babies!"

"So we weren't even looking for the Smashers?"

"Hell no! I'm hungry! They could die for all I care! Let's go!" Richter wasn't himself as long as he pulled out his long-chained whip. "WHIP IT UP!"

"Wait- -AHH!" Robin wasn't ready when Richter destroyed the licorice pipes that were busted so quickly and easily.

Richter got up from his knees and ran to the nearest pie. "Wow, this thing is as tall as me!" He then took a long whiff and drooled from the smell. "Oh God, this is it! I found the blueberry pie!"

"Great. I just had to work with this fool." Robin decided it would be best to barricade the door with the heavy bags of sugar and cinnamon that were on the ground. "I guess it won't hurt to have a small break." Robin walked to a pie that was cornered in the right and dragged the pie pan of the pie toward Richter's.

Richter didn't need a fork as he began to warm up his fingers. "Alright, you ready? Man, I wish Simon would see this! Ooh, I better save one for Daisy as well!"

Robin knocked on the pie crust that made a sudden echo from the inside. "Wow, such a thin pie crust. . ."

The moment Robin knocked on his pie crust, a hand burst from the shell and grabbed a hold on Robin's neck, sticky with cherry filling.

"W-w-w-guhhhat the . . . fuck?!" Robin struggled to remove the hand on his neck, but it only got worse as the grip grew tighter and tighter. "I thought this was pie! Richter, I . . . need help!"

"Say what?" Richter had his hands full with blueberry filling and flaky pie crust on his hands.

"RICHTER!"

"Huh?" The deep voice in the pie released Robin's neck and punched his way out of the pie. Robin took a few steps back before recognizing the mercenary drenched in sugary cherry filling.

"Ike. . ." Robin watched the mercenary standing and removing himself out of the pie. He wiped away the cherries that stuck to his face to get a clear view of the situation he was in.

"I can't believe this is happening. . ." Ike licked his fingers and was shook from the taste. "Whoa, this shit's good."

"Aye, man, what's up?" Richter took another large bite of blueberry pie but stopped when he saw a body inside his pie.

"Oh God, I think I'm gonna be sick. . ." Richter ran to a corner and puke out what he ate.

"And I'm guessing it was those elves?" Robin asked Ike.

Ike realized Robin was here in the same room and eyed his bear body. "And why are you wearing a bear suit?"

"Uh. . . I um. . . Long story."

"Whatever. We need to get out of here quickly. Those elves that live here eat humans. They took us in like those kids that followed the witch and tried to feed us with this feast of food. And guess what happened next? We turned into fucking pie."

"Oh, God." Richter covered his mouth once more. "You're telling me I ate ass? Like booty and everything?"

"What?! NO? Do you want to eat ass?"

Richter paused for a brief second. "Yes, but actually no."

"OKAY! Let's get them out of the pies and ditch this place before we get caught!" Robin shouted for their attention.

The blueberry pie that Richter ate sprouted out a Roy who stretched his bones. "Oh, God, I'm tired. Wait, what the?" Roy wiped his face from the blueberries to see Ike and Robin and Richter breaking pies open.

"Hey, Robin, oh Richter! You're alive!"

"Yep!" Richter said, pulling out Yumi from a lemon pie.

"Uh, where am I?" Yumi looked around and turned her head to Richter that held her by the arm.

"In a pie." He said,

"Lord Mikoru!" Yumi whipped her arm away from Richter's grasp and pound on a random whole pie.

Robin carefully pulled out Marth that was still sleeping in his coat of peaches. "Man, you're heavy. . ."

"What was that?" Marth shot his eyes open and grabbed a hold of his neck.

"N-n-not the neck!" Robin's face slowly turned into a light shade of purple.

"I'm assuming it's safe to get out now. . ." Michelle broke free from the inside of her coconut cream pie and smiled. "Fufufufu. . ."

Ike searched for Makato and instead found Samus in apple pie. "Hey, Samus, are you alright?"

"Huh? What happened?" Samus rubbed her eyes, still drowsy from the food she ate.

"What we ate got drugs in them and we were ready to become a fucking snack for those elves," Ike explained.

"Oh, thanks. . ." Samus said, still unsure. "And I'm assuming all of us got turned into pie."

"Yea."

"My clothes are ruined. . ." Marth sniffed his jackets and showed a disgusted look. "I'm going to take the longest bath ever."

"I like smelling like a sweet treat. . ." Roy licked the blueberries off his arm. "Mmhh tasty."

"Nasty fucker."

"Oh, it's you. . ." Yumi furrowed her eyebrows when she found Mike in the strawberry pie. He was wide awake and he ate the total inside of his pie.

"Oh my God, Lady Yumi, that was the best pie I've ever had!" He smiled and licked his licks to get more of that strawberry taste.

"Damn dude, you ate that pie clean!" Roy said.

"Bro, it was soo good, I thought I was dreaming but it turned out I wasn't!" He laughed brightly, and Roy laughed alongside him.

"Shut up! We'll get caught if you don't shut up!" Marth angrily whispered.

"Alright, two more pies left," Robin said.

"Lord Mikoru! Please be ok!" Yumi ran to a pie and punched the crust with her bare hands. She then scooped the crust from the inside, revealing a body soaked in pumpkin filling.

"Lord Mikoru!" Yumi went on her knees and embraced the body into a tight hug.

Ike headed for the other pie to destroy the same way as Yumi. "Makato?"

Mikoru sprouted from a sweet potato pie with eyes on Ike. "Ah, thank you."

"What the. . ." Ike covered his mouth. "I think I'm gonna be sick."

"Who are you calling Lord Mikoru?" A girly voice spoke to Yumi. Yumi blinked a couple of times before noticing the body had large breasts and long hair before she quickly broke the hug and pushed her away.

"Ugh! YOU?!" Yumi scooted herself away from Makato and turned to Mikoru that was next to her. "Lord Mikoru! You're fine! I'm so happy!"

"Yes, I am. . . Thank you for worrying." Mikoru said.

"Hey, Makato are you alright?" Ike walked to the pumpkin pie and gave her a hand. Makato looked at his hand that was covered in cherries.

"Oh, yes I'm fine. I wish I knew sooner." Makato took his hand gently, as Ike pulled her up on her feet.

"It's not your fault." Ike showed a gentle smile.

"Alright! We Gucci! Let's get out of here!" Richter said.

Marth turned his head toward the small window outside that shed some light. "Where to? We're in the middle of a snowstorm- -oh wait, it's bright."

"Can I take a shower first? I'd rather not get sniffed out by bears." Roy said, raising his hand. "Like that bear that literally forced up to fall off a cliff."

Richter eyed Robin in his obvious half bear suit and soon everyone turned their attention to Robin.

"Oh? All eyes on me? Am I being drawn into a speck of art of many future Michelangelos?"

"It all makes sense now. . ." Ike cracked his fist and stomped toward Robin. "So you're the bear that chased Makato in the forest, and you're the one who slapped Richter off a cliff and you're the one who chased us off a cliff!"

"Robin? Like why would you do that to me?" Marth smiled bitterly with the ill intent to stab him.

Robin smiled as sweat poured from his forehead, which slowly soaked up his whole body.

"Eww. . ." Yumi covered her mouth.

"We shouldn't worry about our past mistakes-" Robin said, trying to cool the situation.

"Your past mistakes." Roy corrected him in a bitter tone.

"Right now we need to worry is those man-eating elves-"

"AHHHH!" The voices of twins cried out loudly.

"Oh no. . ."

"Corrin?!" Marth raced out of the room along with everyone else that followed.

Once they all made it to the living room, they witnessed the Corrins about to be eaten alive by giant elves, two times their sizes from before. Their teeth grew fangs and their eyes glowed a sharp red. Something about their appearance showed an obvious change in the "Christmas Spirit" these elves were supposed to portray.

Both of the Corrins were tied up on a large dinner plate with six demon elves licking their noses and eying their small prey.

"I thought this was Christmas! Not Hell!" Roy bit on his nails.

"Perfect! This is what I came here for!" Richter, being the brave one sprinted toward the six demon elves.

"OOOH! WE GOT ANOTHER TASTY SNACK!" Demon Elf 1 snarled. He went in for a quick grab but missed the speedy vampire hunter, as he began to run along his arm.

Swinging his whip on his right hand, he made sure the metal chains tangled tightly around its neck before squeezing it with all force.

"DIE!" Richter successfully popped the demon elf's head off the body.

"Nice!" Ike said. Even without his Ragnell, Ike was ready to rip the demons apart with his bare hands until. . .

Mikoru looked at the deceased head that Richter popped off, and watched the head growing its own body, arms, and legs.

"Don't aim for their heads or they'll multiply!" Mikoru shouted at Richter.

"And why should we trust the words you're saying?!" Ike was on top of a demon and twisted their heads, popping off completely like a loose bottle cap.

"Because we're witnessing it right now you swine!" Yumi pointed.

"Yea, you guys need to stop," Marth said, untying the Corrins as quickly as possible while Richter and Ike get the demons occupied.

"Huh? What you mean?" Richter hopped off of the third demon he killed and wiped his hands with the purple blood stained on his hands. Ike came back from his killing business and they both didn't realize they only multiplied their problems by two,

"HOW DARE YOU HUMANS TRIED TO MESS WITH US!"

"GET READY TO DIEEEE! ATTACK ON TITAN STYLE!"

The demon elves snickered amongst themselves, and the prisoners and Smashers are left in the middle of them all.

"Oh shit. . ." Richter let out a light chuckle before setting his whip down. Roy beside him folded his hands and cried out prayers to Santa.

"I've been a good boy, Santa! You, know?! Roy's our boy! Roy's our good little boy! I didn't even watch Roblox porn for eight months!"

"TMI!" Marth sweatdropped, walking toward a wall.

"Fufufufu. . . it seems we're in a tight situation." Michelle sweatdropped. Everyone huddled together as the twelve demon elves closed in on them.

"Wow, you saved us so we can die together! Thanks!" F. Corrin said in a sarcastic tone.

"Can't you be grateful? At least we'll all die together. . ." M. Corrin lowered his eyes sadly and rubbed his eyes.

"It's been fun and all, but I don't want to get eaten alive," Robin said.

"We're trapped. At this rate, we'll die a painful death. . ." Samus said next to Makato.

Makato frowned and looked at Mikoru.

Mikoru caught her attention and showed a sad smile. "Makato, it's been a pleasure to see you again. But I'm afraid this is where our journey ends. . ."

"Don't say that. There's always some kind of way!" Makato looked to Ike for help. "Ike, what should we do-?" She cut herself off when she saw a grown man hand on Ike's hand, finger-locked and everything. She looked at the man with his nose gently on Ike's like their noses having small kisses. She froze from the sight and went blank.

"We live together. We die together. Ain't that right, buddy?" Richter, the gay seducer, said.

"Yep." Ike smiled.

"WHAT ARE YOU GUYS DOING?!" Samus and Marth shouted at them.

"Whoa!" Mike covered the smirk over his hand.

"It's about time I come out of the closet and confess my love for. . . Richter Belmont! Who made me a proud gay!"

"Seriously, Ike?! I kinda knew you were gay, but man! You played Samus and Makato!" Roy said.

Mikoru didn't know how to react to his coming out of the closet and scratched his hair. "And what does this have to do with our situation?"

"HAHAHA!" Yumi laughed and patted Makato's shoulder. "Your boyfriend's gay! Hahahaa!" The potion princess didn't say a word, but her body had a huge reaction when a dark purple aura grew rapidly and surrounded her body like a thin coat.

"Yumi, don't rub the wound with salt. . ." Michelle said, feeling heavy tension in the air.

As everyone watched Richter, Ike, and Makato, Robin used the time sneak himself between the demons and run for the front door. "Of course. . . what a way to fight demons with demon-like magic! Unless this plan had nothing to do with escaping out of here alive. . ."

The demon elves looked at each other, discussing amongst themselves. "Oh. . . um. I don't want a fag in my belly."

"Same. . ."

"Hey-! AURGHGHGHHHHHHH!" One of the demons began to split itself apart, showing it's gushy purple blood on the inside. Within seconds a burst of blood sprayed out on everyone but instantly evaporated.

Makato's hair was already white went it started levitating upward. Her eyes were already tainted in a dark purple with despair and pain. More demon elves went toward her palm as she began to create a giant ball with their halves.

Roy watched her with panic in his eyes and shook his head. "Nono! I'm out! Na-uh!" Roy ran toward the door.

Marth snapped himself back and looked at Roy. "Wait for me!"

Soon everybody began to run out of the house leaving the demons to Dark Makato.

"IKEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! YOU SWORE ON YOUR MOTHER'S GRAVEE! DIEEEEEEE!"

"Oh God. . ." Ike wiped the sweat from his head, watching the gingerbread house leaking dark purple smoke like sharp beams.

"Huh, I knew she was a demon. . ." Richter smirked. "Though, I must say, all this gay stuff is making me question my sexuality."

"Richter, just shut up. That's the last time I'm following your stupid idea." Ike said, with massive regret. "I won't make it to the next chapter alive!"

"Trust me, buddy, you will. When there's a will, there's a way-"

BOOOOOOM!

Intense wind and snow combined the explosion in the gingerbread house. Everyone covered their faces and held tightly to their ground to keep themselves from being blown off the planet.

(oOoOoOo)

The Smashers that went searching saw the dark purple light from the distance in the forest and quickly made their way over there. The Faithful Knights were able to gather all the prisoners that escaped, and nobody was granted the reward, due to. . . supernatural events.

"Mama mia. . . demon elves?" Mario said.

"Ya, Mario. They were about to eat us! And they fed us with food so we can get fat and then we'll be eaten alive!" Roy explained

Mario glanced at Marth in which he nodded. "He's saying the truth. After my experience, I don't think I want to go to the lodge. . . EVER again."

"I'll keep that note. . ."

"MARTH-SAMA!" Lucina ran toward him and bowed down upon his presence. Chrom followed Lucina from behind and smiled. "We're glad you're okay, Hero King Marth."

"Uh, yeah, thanks."

"What about me, Chrom?" Robin walked toward Chrom with his half bear suit on. Lucina and Chrom looked at each other before giving weird looks to Robin.

"Heh, don't mind the outfit, I was getting into a. . . winter theme. . . ahahaha. . ."

"He chased Makato and slapped Richter off a cliff, and because of him, we were in this mess!" Samus jumped in the conversation and glared at Robin.

"Is that true, Robin?" Chrom gave a stern look to Robin. Robin kept smiling as he took a few steps back.

"Uh. . . ." M. Corrin sighed and went up to Pac Man. "I'm glad to see you again."

"I'm glad you're okay. How about your sister?"

M. Corrin looked over to F. Corrin to see her bragging to her girlfriends about her adventure.

"I know right?! Like the demons were so real!" The female dragon said.

"Oh my. . . Demons?" Zelda covered her mouth.

"I thought this was Christmas. Did you do something, Witch?" Palutena showed a stink eye toward Bayonetta. The Umbra Witch crossed her arms and smirked. "Think what you want."

"Princess, you shouldn't go out like that to search for him!" Miru said.

"It was careless of me. I'm sorry, Miru. I didn't mean to make you worry." Makato said, twiddling her thumbs.

Miru looked over to the prisoners, seeing Mikoru in the bunch and glared deeply at him. "As long as you're safe, that's all that matters." With that said, Miru decided to go to his ex-friend. The prisoners looked up at Miru with chains to the wrist and ankles.

"Miru. . . it's been a while." Mikoru said.

"I don't care if you're back to your old self or not. I'll never let you near her, I swear on my life! Makato may be more forgiving, but I'm not."

Mikoru paused to watch his expression that was full of deep hatred. He then let out a light chuckle. "Heh, well Miru. I'm honestly not surprised. But I hope one day we'll all hang out, just like we used to when we were children."

"That would be only a nightmare to me," Miru responded back. He took a quick glance at his blood mother, Michelle, before letting out a scoff. "Funny how everyone that I hate is all in one area. . ."

"Is that your son?" Yumi whispered over to Michelle.

"Seeing him, makes me regret my decision to follow Lord Mikoru. Now my own baby boy despises my presence. . ."

"Hmmph, like that weirdo said, when there's a will, there's a way."

"You got beat up again, huh?" F. Robin said, wrapping some bandages for his arm, as he sat in the snow.

"I never get beat up," Ike said, icing his two black eyes with a snowball.

The Feminist smiled and lightly knock his head. "Stop acting tough, I know Makato did this to you. I can't believe she has the right to hurt you, but you don't do anything about it! Gender Equality, Ike!"

"What the hell that's supposed to mean?" Ike arched an eyebrow to her.

As F. Robin aided Ike, Daisy and Simon did the same for Richter. Simon wrapped the bandages around his face which was where most of the damage was placed from his whole body.

"Why do you always provoke Makato with your gay card with Ike?!" Daisy jabbed his chest angrily. "I so want to punch you in the balls!"

"Do that and I'll curb stomp you with a coffin." Richter barked back. From his mean comment, a buster sword was aimed for his throat.

"I-I'm kidding, quiet kid! Can't you take a joke?! Wait, it's not even meant for you!"

"It's cool, Cloud," Daisy said.

Peach hugged onto Cloud's arm, watching the whole thing. "You care so much for my cousin! It's almost making me a tiny bit jelly! Teehee!"

"It seems that everyone's ok," Morgana said.

Ren looked up at the sky and his adjusted his glasses. "Why did I accept the invitation to Smash?"
