Chapter 116: The Demonic Trader

Smash Mansion

Living Room

Bayonetta clicked her tongue as she stared into space, focusing her attention on her little butterfly that she sent to follow Robin and his gang. Now losing signal over a sea-haired lunatic.

"That cheeky green-haired brat squashed my little butterfly, and I lost sight. . ."

The Smashers surrounded Bayonetta, knowing she was the closest to knowing the princesses' whereabouts. If it weren't for Robin that was. . .

"From what I've seen through my butterfly, it's another mansion. Just like this. A complete replica. But in ruin. . . As if a storm swept up the place and barfed out the leftovers." Bayonetta turned to Mario, placing her hands on her hips.

"That's great to hear! But. . ." Mario sweatdropped. "W-why would he do that? Doesn't he know we're on the same side?!"

"Who knows. Robin's with them after all, spouting cheese inside their brains." Dark Pit said.

Comments spewed throughout the living room. Hope was brought into the light after the big news of the found location.

"We've found their location. . ." Link said as sweat trickled his forehead. "But. . ."

"That Smash Mansion is ruined. . ." Marth finished for Link. "Hey, Bayonetta, is there anyone in that mansion? Like copies of us?"

"I was trailing only Robin's group, so. . . from what I've heard and seen. . ." Bayonetta placed her finger below her lip and furrowed her eyebrows. "Hmm. . . Marth, Ike, Cloud are in that place along with the girls, but Sephiroth isn't here yet. In about three days, Daisy's gonna be sacrificed."

"D-Daisy?! Sacrificed?!" Luigi panicked.

"Nooo!" Marmalade cried.

"Ay. . . that's not good." Richter shook his head. "But, Daisy does have three days to train like hell- -I mean heaven, to stop Sephiroth."

"What about your faith talk?" Tifa asked the vampire slayer.

"My faith is as strong as the rock of God. So strong, I'm not even gonna worry about the whole sacrifice." Richter smirked.

"Y-yes. . ." Marmalade trembled, sniffing her nose. "I need to keep faith."

"We do have three days to stop this Sephiroth guy. I think it's good we got some kind of deadline." Chrom said.

"Just like the exams for my students." M. Byleth muttered.

"Enough with your teacher talk." F. Byleth nudged her brother's shoulder.

Marth scratched his chin and stared at Bayonetta's eyes. Over her thin frames, her eyes were gleaming with excitement. Of course, the Umbra Witch was enjoying the whole situation. "Why wouldn't the other me help out the girls?" Marth then asked Bayonetta.

Bayonetta grinned. "I wouldn't want to spoil the fun. You'll have to see for yourself."

"What about me?" Ike asked.

"I'm not saying a word. But I would say, your other self is quite the character. You're addicted to bread and milk."

"What the fuck? Seriously? I must be some kind of vegan."

"Vegans don't drink milk." M. Corrin said.

"What kind of person is Cloudy?" Kirby raised his little palm.

"It's pointless wasting your breath. She won't say shit." Cloud said, crossing his arms. Even if she were to speak, he would rather not hear about himself. "There's a way to get to that world. We need Sephiroth's feathers."

The man that needed to be stopped was to obtain his own feathers. The Smashers let out mutters about the feathers, thinking he was some kind of bird.

"Is he an animal like my beautiful fluffy Wiggles?" Roy tilted his head, petting the back of Incineroar.

Mega Man shook his head. "No, he's. . . human. I think. The last time I saw him, he was descending from the air with a single black wing. We don't have any of those feathers, because Robin took them."

"I see. . ." Marth said, "That must be how he figured the way. . ."

"Talk about annoying. . ." Ike said.

"I want steak." Richter groaned. Richter glanced over to his silent friend, Simon, who glared at him.

"You stole my credit card," Simon said in the modern tongue.

"Well um, how else am I supposed to pay? With my own money? Pfft! And besides, I needed beer too."

"How old are you anyway?" Chun-Li said, eying him.

Richter didn't turn to the Chinese fighter. "Doesn't matter, Nicki Mi-Stallion cause I'm legal."

"Besides his beer problem. . ." Palutena said, shifting the conversation toward the main point. "How are we going to get feathers from a man we don't even know?"

"According to the description from the store owner, the man who sold the feathers had scars on his face and a suit," Miru said. "If we search for the scarred man, we can get a hand on those feathers."

"Yeah, but. . . that's gonna take a long time, don't you think?" Pit said.

"If we knew his keywords, we could enter his palace right?" Morgana said to his owner.

Ren nodded at his pet cat in his school bag. "Yeah,"

"It shouldn't be that hard. If he's a seller, then we'll have to search in every store." Mario said. "We'll start our search tomorrow. We don't have much time."

2 Days Left Until Sephiroth Arrives

Smashville

Steakhouse

1 PM

While most Smashers searched for the seller of a scarred man, some people had to fill their bellies. And one was trying to make a profit.

"I told you to scram! Or I'll call the fucking cops!" The owner said, after catching Min-Min handing out her business cards to the Steakhouse customers.

"I can't believe it!" Richter raised his voice, catching the owner's ears. He hurried over to Richter and Ike's table, seeing a full course of ramen and dumplings on their plate.

"Are you sure you guys aren't having a crossover with noodles and steak? I mean, we ordered your best steak, and this Chinese girl gave us. . . a full-course meal of noodles!"

"This is. . . not okay." Ike had to pause his words for a quick second before he could burst out laughing.

"I agree. . . it's definitely not okay. I don't know why she keeps harassing you two." The owner grumbled. "Anyway, we'll have your steak prepared in a short moment."

Richter sweatdropped when he noticed the owner leaving already. Richter cleared his throat, gaining the owner's attention once more.

"Is there anything else I can help you with?" The owner asked.

"Y-yeah! We. . . uh." Richter trailed, making eye contact toward the jug of beer. "I'm sure. . . you. . . kind sir can give us some kind of discount- *cough* refund *cough* -to assure us that this Chinese woman won't bother us again."

The owner went silent for a bit before opening his lips. "Um. . . I get that she keeps coming, but, giving you a refund is out of the question. Maybe a discount, but. . . we can't give you a refund unless necessary."

"The steak is dry," Ike commented.

"Your food hasn't even come yet."

"Shit." Richter cursed.

"I hope there won't be a problem. . . Right, sirs?"

"Um, yeah. Just hand us the bill. . ." Richter sighed, waving the owner off.

"But your food hasn't even come yet. . ."

"I like to visualize the price of the food as I eat."

"Ok, weirdo- -um, sir. I'll get the bill for you."

As their food came in, the owner left for a quick minute to print out their bill. By the time he came back to their table, not only them but their plate of premium quality grade A steak disappeared as well.

The owner knew their faces, and everyone knew their faces. They were Smashers.

He picked up his cellphone and let out a frustrated sigh.

"911, what's your emergency?"

"Hello, this is Peter, the owner of Steakhouse. We had an "eat and runner". Two actually. . . And also to add there's this Chinese girl that keeps selling her business into ours. I want those three to be dealt with immediately."

"We'll have a police car coming up for you in about five minutes or so."

Making refuge in the basement was the only place Robin could think of without getting spotted by Peach and Cloud. Meeting them would only tangle up his plans. Even if it meant becoming a slithering snake to grab a couple of dried-up buns and a half-empty cart of milk from the kitchen.

The Heroes and Robin ate what they could out of the little pieces of food, as Robin advised up a plan.

"From this morning and last night's observations," Robin said, writing on the stoned flooring with a small stone. "Peach is out of the plan. Cloud number 2 is always with her, regardless. Good thing two is greater than one. Makato and Daisy are available with Ike and Marth being uncooperative with their escape." The tactician did his best to bring out his drawing skills into the floor but was rewarded with disgusted looks from the Heroes.

"You sure know how to draw your own tumors," Solo said, staring at his art.

"No, they're the princesses. This is my best yet." Robin said.

"Even a monkey can draw better, ya." Eight shook his head.

"I could draw next time," Eleven offered, taking a sip of the carton of milk.

"Eleven has a thing for drawing," Arusu said, smiling like a proud dad. "Our self-portraits he drew would make it look like an actual photo."

"Cap. The last time I saw you draw, you drew that peace sign."

"Because I wanted peace." Eleven curled up his lips.

Robin handed the piece of stone to Eleven. "Ok, then. He'll do the drawings. Anyways, back to the plan. As we agreed on earlier, Eleven will find Makato, and Solo will find Daisy. Arusu will stop Ike and Eight will stop Marth. I'll keep Peach and Cloud from getting into our way. What's our progress report?"

"Well, you see. . ." Eleven lowered the stone and drew out his explanations. A hallway reaching for the door. And that door is blocked by a man-demon, spewing out flames of rage."

They all recognized the person in the drawing with widened eyes.

"Whoa. . ." They all said, mesmerized.

Arusu turned to Eleven, knowing he could show out their progress. "You can explain."

Eleven lifted his back and stared at the piece of art. "Ike is on high alert and he's always blocking that door. We see him bring a tray of food earlier into the room but he never enters. Like a gatekeeper. I'm 99% sure Makato is in that room."

"At least we know she's in one place. Perfect." Robin smiled. He turned to Solo and Eight, who were right next to each other not minding the situation. Solo, staring up at the ceiling and Eight doing odd yoga stretches.

"Um. . . what's your guy's situation?"

"You guys wouldn't believe what we saw!" Eight laughed. "We looked everywhere in the mansion, but after we checked the roof, it turns out, she's about to be crucified."

Robin, and the two Heroes listening, spat out air and gagged. "W-what?!"

"A-are her hands and feet nailed on some kind of cross?" Robin then asked.

"Yep. Like in the Bible. Except, didn't Jesus in the cross pay for our sins or something, ya?" Eight said. "That little Marth is there from time to time."

"I wanna kill that Sephiroth guy." Solo snickered, lowering his head back to the group circle.

"The goal isn't to fight. Our mission is to save the girls and keep them as hostages so we can get a better life in Smash." Arusu said. "We have two days left before he arrives, so our priorities are to leave this place before he comes."

"Fuck that-! Nobody's leaving until I kill that-!"

Arusu didn't hesitate to two-kick his face, as Solo was slammed against a wall. From that attack, Solo groaned and lay under the crumbled rocks and debris.

"Worst-case scenario, we may have to fight him, but I would rather avoid a fight that isn't mine," Arusu said.

"Isn't that what being a hero means?" Robin said.

Arusu turned to Robin, giving him a dark stare. "No, I'm simply being smart, and looking out for my brothers."

"O-ok. . . once Solo recovers, we'll begin with our plan."

"Let's start without him, I'll take Solo's place to free up Daisy with Eight. Eleven is smart enough to do his part." Arusu turned his head to his youngest brother and gave a gentle smile.

Eleven blushed and rubbed his hair. "I think you're putting too much faith in me, Arusu. . ."

"Let's do this and go home, ya!" Eight cheered, raising his fist in the air. After exchanging quick nods, the four of them headed out of the basement.

After fleeing the scene from potential lock up in prison, Richter, Ike, and Min-Min made refuge back at the mansion and put in their cooperation to find the scarred man seller.

"You think searching on the internet would find him?" Mario asked, watching Richter's computer screen. Ike and Min-Min stood by him, also gazing upon the screen.

"We don't have a face, but let's give him a nickname," Richter said, typing on the keyboard. "How about Scar?"

"Sounds good to me," Ike said.

"Can you search up, 'Min-Min's current sales on ramen?'" Min-Min asked.

"Grab yourself a computer," Ike said, pointing to a bunch of computers that were opened to use.

"She's not much into technology. Very old school, like Simon. Dusty and ancient."

Watching Richter doing research, minute by minute, Smashers entered the computer room after no results of a scarred man.

"Anything about the scarred man?" Marth asked.

"Nope."

Marth arched his eyebrow, now aware of the cooperation from Ike, Richter, and Min-Min. "So, why exactly are you guys helping us? I thought you three should be enjoying a nice piece of steak."

"Eat and run. We enter that place, we'll get arrested." Ike said.

"Ah, such stupidity. . ." Marth nodded.

"My wittle feet are tired. . ." Roy whined.

"We checked everywhere, but we couldn't find anyone. . ." Zelda said.

"Don't know why I couldn't find him myself." Sonic shrugged.

Ganondorf stood amongst the crowd with Bowser and Wolf beside him. He smirked and laughed. Laughed and laughed, catching everyone's ears as they made a sharp turn to the evil pig.

"What's so funny?" Link glared at him.

"I think he knows who the guy is. . ." Samus said.

"No shit." Ganondorf snarled. "If only you knew the guy you guys were desperately looking for. . . is a demon."

"W-what are you talking about? A demon?" Mario sweatdropped.

"He's someone I despised. A sole businessman at day. A demon at night. The moment that blue robot boy mentioned a scarred face, I knew it was him. . . Kazuya."

"Kazuya?" Marth murmured. Chills were almost brushed off everyone's back when that name was mentioned.

"He trades for a living in secret. Whether from rare antiques to organs, to people, even souls. That rat bastard doesn't give a shit. Anything to make him more powerful he'll do it."

"Ah, yes!" Min-Min raised her hand. "I remembered Scar ordering to-go order! He scary!"

"Huh?!" Ganondorf glared at the ramen girl with hatred in his eyes.

"One Dexlue Ramen bowl, yes! Extra pork, extra noodle, extra egg, extra-!"

"You little shit got lucky he didn't spare an eye!"

"I see~" Richter gave a cat grin, slowly getting up from his computer chair. "He doesn't sound so serious if Min-Min was able to make a prompt delivery on time to a loyal customer. All bark no bite isn't he?"

"Heh. . . " Ganondorf turned away, crossing his arms over his chest.

"So, Min-Min, do you have his location? Where did you deliver his food?" Tifa asked.

Min-Min closed her eyes and kept silent. Everyone waited for an answer but grew impatient with what she was doing.

"Is she meditating?" Kirby asked.

"Nah, that's how she remembers an address. With her head." Richter said. "As I said, she's old school."

"Uh. . . uh! Yes! In Mishima Dojo! Off near an island next to Japan!" Min-Min said.

"Japan! That's the place that makes those anime and manga!" Pit said.

"Too soon to go there. . ." Ren adjusted his glasses, now thinking about the friends and classmates he was supposed to go back to after their quick trip to Smashville.

"We all know the fastest way to travel don't we?" Richter said. The Smashers that experienced his way of transportation turned red in anger.

Ike glared at Richter, being the first to react. "We are not doing-!"

"Coffin travel!" Richter interrupted Ike, as he wanted things to go his way. The Smashers turned to him with dissatisfied looks.

Outside of Smash Mansion

Those who never experienced coffin travel watched with a keen eye, as Richter set down five coffins right outside of the golden gate.

Richter grinned, wiping his hands. "Trust me, you wished you never rode on a plane ever again."

"Guys, don't listen to him. The last time I rode on the coffin, I had sand in my mouth." Roy shivered.

"Doesn't sound like a good way to travel." Meta Knight said.

"Can't we ride on Ridley's back?" Shulk said, pointing to Ridley that was quite the distance away from the Smashers.

"Treat me like a theme park ride, I'll burn you alive," Ridley growled.

"In all honesty. . . as much as I hate to say it, we did make it to our destination in such a short amount of time," Chun-Li said.

"That is true." F. Robin said.

"Wh-where's the seat belt?" Marmalade murmured.

"That's the best part! You don't need a seat belt! I'm telling you, once I start my own coffin travel business, you people will be begging to join."

"Perhaps you should explain to us how it works. . ." Marth said.

"Simple. You go in, I swing it! But, Ima let Simon do it." Richter said.

"I never uttered." Simon denied.

"If it's the fastest way like Chun-Li said, then we should do it," Ryu said.

"Yeah, only one thing." Richter rubbed his chin, staring at the five polished coffins. "I got five at the moment. . ."

"Five coffins. Five feathers." Cloud said.

"We'll take them from that Kazuku guy. . ." Chrom sweatdropped. "And head straight to the other world."

"So, who wants to go?" Richter said in a serious tone. It was quiet. A quiet response, as nobody, . . . mostly everyone, didn't feel comfortable in a coffin as it was a symbol of the deceased than taking a normal plane.

"I'm going!" Marmalade cried out first, raising her hand. "If it means saving my friend, . . . I'll. . . I'll do whatever it takes!"

The Smashers glanced in her direction. Small and orange, and a fairly new Smasher willing to go the length. It sparked the inspiration for the other Smashers as they began to chatter about it.

Ike crossed his arms. "Count me in."

"If it means saving them. I'll go too." Marth said.

"Me too," Miru said.

"I want to go to Japan, but see the Kazooku dude, is aight," Roy said.

"I'll follow Marth-sama!" Lucina raised her hand.

"Lucina!" Chrom said eyes widened with a bright smile.

"I'm going as well," Cloud said. After that, he turned to Mega Man who was beside him.

"S-same here. . ." Mega Man said.

"If Cloud's going then, I'm coming as well!" Tifa said.

"Um, what part of 'I have five coffins' do you, people, not understand?" Richter sighed, facepalming.

Zelda raised her hand. "If I may, as much as I would love to join, didn't Ganondorf say something about Zakuya being a demon? In the worst case, we may have to fight him."

"W-wamee?!" Marmalade hiccuped.

"Also, I want to add something." F. Robin said, crossing her arms. "Ganondorf knows the guy, so I think he should get a coffin."

"Who said I'm going?" Ganondorf grunted.

"With or without him, it's better to fight," Cloud said. His comment made Ganondorf growl.

"Heh, you'd all be dead. I'll take a stupid coffin." Ganondorf said.

"I can get to Mishima Dojo on my own," Bayonetta said. "I don't want to miss out on such."

"That's right, Bayonetta knows what the mansion looks like," Samus said.

"Isn't there a way that we could all go? We can't limit ourselves to coffin travel!" Chun-Li said.

"Boy, do I smell a stinky-ass hater?" Richter said.

"Of course! But time isn't on our side. We must make a decision. Those who can travel fast can go." Mario said. "We'll have to try with negotiation. . ."

As the Smashers were busy with who was going into a coffin, Simon carried out more coffins and aligned them in a straight line.

"I'll make sure you all have a fair trip," Simon said.

"Ah~! I'm. . . touched!" Richter teared up, placing his hand on his heart as he felt the most emotion from that organ. Five more coffins were added to the journey.

Mario nodded at Simon's cooperation. "Thank you, Simon. Those who said that wanted to go, please line up to a coffin."

Marmalade hurried over to one and then went in front of a coffin. Ike, Marth, Roy, Miru, Cloud, Tifa, F. Robin, Mega Man.

Lucina froze her steps and looked over to Min-Min, who was staring deeply at Lucina's eyes.

"I assume you want to go more than me?" Lucina said.

"He paying customer," Min-Min said. "I know customer's heart, and he wants ramen!"

Chrom placed his hand on her daughter's shoulder. "You made the right choice by giving away that coffin. We shall wait for their return in the meantime."

"No time to waste! Let's go, coffin gang!" Richter said. "I'll meet you guys on the way!"

Parallel Smash Mansion

As Robin and the Heroes' plans were being executed, Robin made his way into the living room, where he knew Peach and Cloud would be there. In the living room, Robin met up with Peach and the other Cloud for the first time, after spying from afar.

"R-Robin! Is that you?!" Peach stood up from the couch and ran up to him, rubbing his cheeks. "Are you the one of this world or our Robin?!"

Robin's eyelids closed from Peach's delicate fingers squishing his cheeks. A lazy smile spread across his face as he groaned. "Ahaha. . . I could get used to this. . ."

"Our Robin was an adult. I believe he's your Robin." Cloud answered, walking up to Peach and Robin.

"Bingo." Robin opened his eyes and removed Peach's hand from his cheeks. He then flopped onto the couch and let out a sigh. "The situation with Sephiroth and the kidnapped girls is quite serious."

Peach and Cloud sat back on the couch while staring at the tactician with disbelief that he came here.

"Did you come here by yourself? How did you get here?" Peach asked.

"Pretty simple," Robin glanced at his nails if they needed some sharpening and brushed it with his fingers. "The black feathers acted as a ticket to this world. I've come with a few friends working on the rescue mission as we speak."

"Ah, really?!" Peach was tearing up, as joy-filled up to the max in her heart. "Who did you bring?"

"New. . . upcoming Smashers. Four fresh faces."

Cloud nodded his head and got up from the couch. "Now that we have a backup. We should help them-"

"Oh, no!" Robin waved his hands, rejecting Cloud's answer. "Leave the fighting to them! I trust them so much that I came to find you guys! Let's focus on the big piece of meat: how do we get out of here?"

"The same way you came from." Cloud showed the two a black feather. Twice the size with a dark aura coating it. "This is what we used to get to your world, except the only difference is this feather doesn't wither after its use." He turned to Peach and offered a sad smile. "Forgive me, Peach. I didn't tell you about this feather. In all truth, I could take you to your home-"

"No!" Peach gasped, as she ran up to Cloud's arm, squeezing it against her chest. "No. . .! I won't go! Not until Daisy and Makato are safe! Daisy's hurt! I can't leave her. . . I can't. . ." Tears filled up in her eyes. "I just. . . I don't know what to do. . ."

"Peach. . ." A loss in words as he paused his breathing for a bit.

Robin placed his hand over his mouth, knowing it was inappropriate to let out a yawn. He then eyed the feather Cloud held in his hand that brought a grin up to his face. "Perfect. I can make copies of such if you can just hand it over"

Cloud drew back the feather away from Robin's grasp.

"I believe. . . you were supposed to hand it over."

"The feathers stay with me." Cloud glared at Robin. "I took Marth and Ike's as well so they wouldn't go back to their world. Once the princesses are safe, I'll destroy them. . ."

"Hmm. . . But what about Sephiroth? I don't think it solves the problem."

Cloud furrowed his eyebrows and pulled out his sword. "This time. . . I'll stop him."

"Quite the heroic character. But, I think I smell some bull-bull."

"Robin!" Peach darted a glare at Robin.

"W-what?" Robin chuckled, crossing his arms. "Everyone's dead the first time you all tried attacking him. What makes you think fighting him twice would work?"

". . ." Cloud stared at the ground in silence.

Robin sweatdropped, adjusting his collar. "Ignore what I just said. You three survived, that's saying something already. And like I said, I brought in some friends to join in the brawl. Arusu, Solo, Eight, and Eleven."

"Never heard of them. . ." Cloud then said.

"Same here, Cloudy." Peach sweatdropped.

"I wished I never met them myself," Robin added. "But, your world is in for a treat. Arusu and Eight are on their way to get Daisy. And Eleven is getting Makato."

"Um. . ." Peach trailed. "What about Solo? That other person you mentioned?"

"Ah shit. . . I forgot he's. . . taking a quick re-energizing nap." Robin let out an awkward laugh right after. "The only problem is that he's obsessed with defeating Sephiroth-"

"RGUH!" A blast of twack was caught in their eyesight. A chunk of the broken tv and a piece of furniture disappear into nothingness. Solo graveled his way toward them, holding his sword in his hand.

"Fucking. . . shit! Fucking Arusu!" Solo cursed.

Peach turned pale. "W-why's he attacking us?!"

"You have strange friends. . ." Cloud got up from the couch and walked toward Solo. . . until he was at a safe distance.

"Solo! Hey!" Robin cried out, running right behind Cloud. "Calm down, my brother! Remember the mission-"

"Shut the fucking fuck up!" Solo spat. "You traitors all left me to die! I'll kill you all!" Not even a hesitate in words as he ran up with his sword to Cloud.

Peach gasped. "Oh my! He has such the potty mouth!"

"Son of a. . ." Robin groaned. He equipped a tome in his left and his Levin sword in his right hand.

(oOoOoOo)

Mishima Dojo

It was a full moon when they arrived at the dojo from their coffin travel. Enormous and fresh to smell the wood from afar. A traditional dojo, but when you have a bit more money for the wrong purpose.

The Smashers followed Ganondorf, being the most familiar to the sole businessman. Not a knock but a hard fist bang on the door, making the Inkling flinch from his actions.

"They must be real close if Ganon can do something so ballsy," Roy said.

"Yeah, shut up. This place is giving me the heebie-jeebies." Marth squeezed his body and let out a chilling breath.

"This better be worth the trip," Tifa said, stretching her arms. "That coffin travel gave me a headache. . ."

"Never trust those roaches, my female friend." F. Robin shook her head.

"Speaking of roaches. . . where's that Richter?" Ike assumed he had his private helicopter just as last time, gazing at the night sky.

"Taking his time, isn't he?" Miru said, also staring up at the sky.

A few seconds later, the door creaked open. The mild chatting came to a erupt pause as they faced their either friend or foe.

". . .If it isn't Ganondorf. . ." Deep as the ocean his voice boomed like thunder. The trader greeted Ganondorf with blazing eyes. He wore a jet-black suit that revealed the curves of his muscles and hair was like a readied blade. Not a smile nor a handshake.

'Great, this is the guy we have to get feathers from?' Ike sighed through his nose.

"Believe me I'd rather burn this place alive otherwise. . ." Ganondorf furrowed his eyebrows, caught in the sight of his left red eye, raging in darkness.

"His eye. . ." Mega Man shivered at the sight.

"Is that the Sharingan?!" Roy pulled out his phone and took a quick snap at the eye.

Ganondorf continued. "We've come to make a bargain. Five black feathers. Name your price."

Kazuya glanced at the other Smashers and counted with his eyes. He noticed Min-Min's and flinched for a bit.

Min-Min smiled and widened her eyelids, showing her eyeballs to the fullest. "You enjoy ramen, eye? Hope you order right now."

"Five. . . of Sephiroth's feathers, huh?" Kazuya glanced away and walked back inside his dojo. "We'll talk more inside. . . Come."

'Was he just. . . intimidated by Min-Min?' Marth and Ike thought the same thing when they noticed the slight change in expression from Kazuya's face.

As the Smashers were led by Kazuya into the dojo, everyone's eyes caught the statue of a god glaring straight down like the bugs they were.

"Richter's definitely going to love this. . ." Roy snickered.

"This place makes a great museum." F. Robin said, taking pictures of the dojo with her iPhone.

"How many times have you been here, Min-Min?" Marmalade asked.

"Aiya! Only outside for drop-off, yes?" Min-Min said. "First time inside home! So excited!"

Passing the dojo, Kazuya led them into another room. Fresh fish and sushi fumed the Smashers' noses, coming in contact with a full table of Japanese cuisine. Wooden tatami chairs, aligned with the table that stretched as far as a small room.

Ganondorf furrowed his eyebrows. "As if you knew. . ."

"I'm always watching my loyal customers," Kazuya said. "Find yourself a seat and enjoy yourselves to dinner. It's not poison. I'll be back with the product and paperwork."

As the demon trader dismissed himself, the Smashers found a seat of their choice to dig into the food, grabbing a pair of gold chopsticks and small golden saucers.

"Richter's missing out," Ike said, using his hand to grab the full plate of fish.

"H-hey! I wanted that!" Roy said.

"Awfully relaxed. . ." Miru sweatdropped.

"Are there any vegetarian options?" F. Robin sweatdropped. "Our poor Marmalade can't become a cannibal."

Marmalade froze at the sight of fish. "Wamee. . ."

"Why don't you ask the guy. . ." Ike said.

"He's so creepy," Roy said.

Min-Min clasped her hands together and lowered her head. "Xièxiè nǐ de shíwù!"

"And just like that, we're getting the feathers. . ." Marth reached for a few pieces of sashimi and set them on his plate.

"Why five feathers? Aren't we supposed to get enough for all of us?" Tifa asked Ganondorf.

"Heh, you fools are lucky I said five and not ten," Ganondorf said, grabbing a whole bottle of sake.

"Best to trust in his judgment for now. . . As much as I hate to say it." Marth said. "Hopefully we don't have to resort to violence."

"Where's Bayonetta and Richter?" Marmalade asked.

"They probably have their way of transportation." Mega Man said. He turned to the Japanese cuisine and gulped. "I guess it's okay to eat-"

"Let's get straight to business." Kazuya came back with a jar of black feathers and a folder. He made his way to the end of the table as he took his seat.

"Five of you must give yourselves unto me. Do that and the feathers are all yours." Kazuya made his offer toward the Smashers. His left eye glowed a radiant red indicating he was serious.

Cloud pulled his Buster Sword from his back.

"Hold it, brat," Ganondorf said.

"W-wait, I don't understand what you're trying to say." Marth sweatdropped. "You want us to work for you?"

Kazuya folded his hands. "I'll explain once we made our deal."

Ike placed his hand on Marth's shoulder. "Well, since you're so curious to find out, why don't you stay?"

"Hahaha. . . we don't even know the guy."

"I got a bad feeling about this. . ." Tifa said.

"We have money! Don't you want money?" Roy said. "Except, I'm kinda broke, but Marth will give you his money!"

"Stop putting me into this!" Marth exclaimed.

Kazuya sighed. "You have five minutes to talk amongst yourselves. If I don't have my five people, the deal's off."

Kazuya got up on his feet and headed toward the exit. As his foot crossed into the main dojo, he stopped. A faint sound of a helicopter caught Kazuya's ears first, as he made a sharp turn to the Smashers.

"You brought a helicopter if things went south, huh?" Kazuya grabbed a hold of his suit and ripped it off from himself, revealing his muscular form and his scars scraping his whole body.

The helicopter that Kazuya mentioned was loud enough for the Smashers to hear.

"We didn't bring a helicopter." Ganondorf furrowed his eyebrows, confused.

Ike sweatdropped and felt his phone rumbling in his pocket. After pulling it out, he read the text message from Richter. The Smashers all pulled out their phones. Turned out to be a group text from Richter.

This is why I don't visit Japan. Take those feathers, I'm blowing up the dojo.

"Don't tell me- -Richter's in the helicopter. . ." Marth sweatdropped.

"Shit." Ike cursed.

Bayonetta took the passenger side of the helicopter watching the dojo from above.

"You sure your missile won't kill them?" Bayonetta said.

"This helicopter was used for my missionary trips. My holy missiles are prepared whenever a soul is. . . lost."

"By lost you mean murdering those who don't believe-?"

"Murder is a strong word." Richter cleared his throat. "Good thing I decided to drench holy oil on the coffins before they left. The only thing that will be killed are the demonic entities that live in that dojo," Richter said. Setting his phone down, Richter removed the clear glass case and pushed the "HOLY SPIRIT ACTIVATE" button.

A vibrant blue missile appeared from the bottom of the helicopter from its compartment and shot at full speed toward the dojo. Richter grinned and Bayonetta watched his expression, as the dojo blew up in a fiery blue.
