A new City and more People. Fire bending acts were canceled

Summer is the time of the year that all other nations hate, except for fire benders because in summer we're at our Peak! Yet there is one issue. "I hate this Job." I said as I took in all the heat inside the tent and released it to the outside.

The tent was cool, everyone was happy and I'm sweating like a hogmonkey! Every 2 hours like clock work at least the breaks were Long and the bathtub filled with ice made Things better. "How-

are ya?" Hua and Huan asked to give me a drink. "Being a living air conditioner?" I rolled my eyes. "The tent is really cool-"

"-and that's what the crowds have been talking about!"

"I'm happy that they are happy, but having to take a bath in ice after every few hours is not how I expected my life going." He nodded. As I drank the soda, the act of taking all the heat of the environment. In a fight it could become an extra source of strength.

"I thought fire a bender could do that easily."

"Yea, didn't one of the fire lords bend the heat out of a volcano?" Huan said, drinking from his bottle.

"Do I look like I'm related to the firelord?! Plus I'm only 13. He was like a 110 or something." I said falling deeper into the tub. "My mom said she knew the firelord, and I should punch him in the face if I ever meet him." I chuckled at the thought. "Like I could ever get the chance to meet the most powerful man next to the avatar." I shook my head drinking from the bottle of peach juice.

"If you punch the firelord, We will name our first born daughters after you!" huan joked and Hua gasped. "I told you not drag me into your dumb bets!" This led to hua pinching Huan's hand and that let the two brothers pull each other's cheeks apart! I laughed at the two.

"What do you plan to do-"

"-when you leave this place." I looked at the two confused. "I mean you must have planned something more, it's not like everyone just works here forever." I looked at the sky. What would I see in those clouds...

I remember my mother telling me "The world will keep pushing you down, but never submit! You're my daughter and no one from my line will surrender, they will keeping fighting even if they're the only one to fight." I remembered her telling me this and I remembered I was six at the time.

What did I want to do... The only Things I knew were hard Labor and fire bending... I remembered republic City and how mom couldn't find a single fire bending School in the city...

Now she wanted a fruit pie. "Maybe become a fire bending teacher." The Twins nodded agreeing with her.

"That makes sense, you're-"

"-the best fire bender in the world right?" Huan joked.

"You know it! I am the only one who can bend blue fire and I can bend lighting!" I summoned up a ball of fire, that blue fire somehow made me feel more alone… I wondered where my mother was.

I remembered another thing my mother told me when I asked why we always wore red. "we can't blend in because we were born to stand out, zaya." I was seven at the time and only understood what she meant when I met another fire bender. I Threw the fire ball into the sky then it exploded.

"I can do whatever I want! No one can stop me and no one will!" I yelled letting my ego take hold, I layed back into the tub. "But life here is fine." She said finishing her bottle. "What are you two gonna do?"

Hua and Huan said in unison. "Run our dads farm." I just stared at them and laughed. "What's so funny?"

"Nothing, just you speaking in unison deep and high voice together, sounds hilarious!" I said, then saw the clock and I stood up to the tent. I took one breath and bent the heat from the tent to the outside, the heat of thousands.

Azula sat in her cell, she got information through her Royalists and some of the chatty guards. One good thing, Iroh had kept his tongue about Zaya.

Then came her warden. "Good day Azula." Zuka was her warden who had built a personal cell in the basement of the Castle.

She sighed. "Really Zuzu? How about we tell scary stories like we used. You the ones that made you wet your pants." She laughed at him. "Honestly my student was never scared by them and I told it to her and she was six when I told her one." Zuzu just tempered himself, knowing her tricks.

He sat in front of her. "Who is your student?" Azula looked at him smiling even grinning at how stupid they were. "My my you couldn't figure it out? I will say it again, she is my student, I will give you a hint, she uses Blue fire and will surpass me." Zuko's head went back shocked, not because said someone could surpass her. He thought about these exact words as he left, he thought about it every single word.

Then he realized something, the list of people Azula cared about had one thing in common. He went to the basement to find a smiling Azula. "What now? Do you want to hear about the weeping heads?" He sat down and asked a single question.

"What is my niece's name?" Azula breathed heavily, her eyes widening and went completely silent. "I will make sure she is safe and no one will blame her for your crimes."

"Zaya, that's her name." She smirked at him. "You won't find her, I taught her too well."

Authors note: Having Azula being alive in this is what I wanted to do during the first version of this during Zaya's wedding.
