Final Chapter. Nathan has to relive the election, Matt and Claire have to perform a rescue, Peter and West are called out to an assignment, and Hiro and the others are at the mercy of "Peter" and "Claire" (aka Mordecai and Deanna), who are about to put into motion their Boss' endgame.

(ROUGH OUTLINE AFTER CHAPTER 5) The Heroes have been trying their hardest to live in this new world that is plagued by discrimination and fear. When a mysterious organisation and unstoppable killer appear, the Heroes have to unite and stop this new evil.
