Because the only people who can make the best ending for the world of RWBY are thieves who can steal the hearts of evil people.
There are other people like Archie Sonic with the power of rewriting reality, Son Goku with mafuba, Naruto or the 4th Hokage with seal ninjutsu, and many other characters. But the final result is a little different from the events of the first world of RWBY, that's why when I met the Phantom Thieves, I quickly thought of making this story.
The important thing is that I didn't play Persona 5 and watched the anime because I don't like the turn base style, but Persona 5 inspired me to play it.
So, the characters of the royal version are not in the story, but I saw Joker's hook in a YouTube video and I said, it's a shame that this hook isn't there.

Joker, who had just gotten rid of Metaverse and Yaldabus, asked with surprise: Two gods want to destroy humanity?
Igor laughed softly and after his laughter ended he answered: You misunderstood. Two Gods who oppositely solved a woman's problem caused a big problem and blamed it all on the people of their world.
Ren asked Igor: Can you explain the events to me?
Igor laughed again and said: First, let me get you and the others out of this boring cell

When the cell door disappeared with blue fire, Ren came out of the cell and then he saw the members of his group coming out of the cells (I will not explain the appearance of the original characters. I will tell you the names, search)
All the members of the Phantom Thieves group were together. Skull, Panther, Queen, Fox, Noir, Oracle, and even Mona.
All the members shouted in unison: Ren!
Igor said with a laughing tone: Do you mean Joker right? (I call them by code names when wearing disguises)
Joker looked at the members and was surprised when he noticed Mona because Mona had turned human...at least half-human (Because I changed Mona's appearance, I have to describe what Mona looks like. Height: the same size as Futaba, face shape: similar to Hinata from Haikyuu anime, hair: same as Goro Akechi, only thinner and black hair, eye color: same as before. Mona's outfit is exactly like Arno's tailored outfit in AC Unity, only without the hoodie and with a completely black color and a green scarf. In the end, Zoro's mask and cat ears are on his head).

Now the gods revived humanity to find its way, while an immortal demon lives in that world.

The world of Remnant is threatened by monsters called Grimm. Grimms are born from negative emotions and the people of Remnant are extremely racist people. The inhabitants of Remnant are humans and animal humans called Faunus. Humans enslave faunus and treat them like animals.

Igor nodded his head in approval and then continued: I want the phantom thieves of hearts to save that world.

Phantom thieves slowly fall asleep and when they wake up, they find themselves on a snowy road.
Joker notices that he still had his Joker costume on and staff with a handle similar to the Phantom Thieves symbol in his hand. When Skull gets up, he notices a metal baseball bat in his hand, Panther has a spiked whip, Quinn has a pair of boxing claws with long blades (just like Ninja Gaiden's claws but without the spiked shoes), Oracle has a laptop on her left wrist. Besides the katana, Fox also had a tanto, Noir had two one-handed battle axes, and Mona had a new sword (similar to Altair's sword, only instead of the eagle, the symbol of the Phantom Thieves is on the handle).
Panther was complaining about the cold, so he asked the oracle: Where the hell are we?
The oracle quickly checked the current location of the thieves and answered: We are on an abandoned road that was abandoned years ago.
After hearing this, Noir asked with fear: Wait, isn't the reason why this path was abandoned, the Grimm attack?

At that moment, several Beowolves attacked the Phantom Thieves. The thieves easily dodged with a long leap back. When the thieves landed, they tried to take out their own guns, but there was nothing else in their pockets except the old cold weapons like the famous Joker's knife and skull's water pipe. Joker tried to take out his knife, but one of the Beowolves knocked the knife out of Joker's hand. When Grimm wanted to hit Joker, Joker accidentally hit Grimm with his new staff, and when the staff hit Grimm, the staff's body was separated from the handle, and it turned out that the staff was a scabbard for the sword (the reason for adding This weapon was that when I saw Joker for the first time, I thought his weapon was the sword in the staff. Don't lie, it's Fit Joker.)
When the Joker noticed the sword, without hesitation he plunged the blade into the Grimm's neck and then ripped the Grimm's throat out with the edge of the sword.

The rest of the thieves attacked the Grimm with their new weapons and started killing the creatures of darkness. Meanwhile, while the rest of the members were killing the Grimms, Joker removed his mask from his face and then blue flames replaced the mask and covered Joker's face. A few seconds later the mask disappeared in blue flames and then a scary creature started to appear behind Joker.
Give me your power... Arsen!
After saying this, Arsen, Joker's first persona appeared. Arsen waved his wings, which caused black auras to appear from under the feet of the Grimms, and then destroyed all the Grimms.
The rest of the members laughed when they realized they could use Persona and then one by one they started removing their masks.

The Phantom Thieves circled Beowolf and then at Joker's command they all quickly hit Beowolf and then Joker landed behind Beowolf and after taking his famous pose, Beowolf began to bleed profusely (I think it was clear that I meant all-out-attack).
After Alpha Beowolf was killed, Joker asked Mona: Can you still turn into Van?
Mona, who was upset about being in the group's van again, said to Joker: "Maybe."
Mona jumped up and then turned into a cat van, and then all the members of the Phantom Thieves entered Mona. Noir got in as the driver and as the group started to move the members started to take off their Phantom Thief costumes. After the costumes of the Phantom Thieves disappeared in blue flames, Ren asked Futaba to investigate the world of remnant.
As the driver, Haru asked Ren: So, Mr. Leader, where is our next destination?
Ren coldly looked at the road and said, "Atlas capital."
