I am basing this off of the Saber+Zenkaiger movie with the mix of Tropical Rouge precure

Prologue

We are shown a temple during a snowstorm and then moved to a mysterious room, with a statue, a bookshelf with chains, and an ominous atmosphere. A light glow comes from the statue's eyes with lighting surrounding the body, revealing a monstrous dragon being. The camera moves to show what all the Forbidden Books look like. The covers on every book on three separate book tops looked different, except for the lettering for Kamen Rider, Super Sentai, and Pretty Cure.

The dark blue figure walks towards the bookshelf and accidentally steps on a triggered swordsmanship tile on the floor. A large axe came down, and as soon as it did the mysterious figure caught it and broke it into pieces with only one hand. It then turned all the arrows that were shot at it, into flames. The figure turned its head as six soldiers circled him.

As each soldier ran to it, the figure sped to each of them. To send the soldiers flying in the air and destroying them in two slashes. The monstrous figure then transformed into an older man. Raising his right hand, he looks at it for a second and turns to the bookshelf, using the two chained rings, it unseals all the Forbidden books. As the books fall out of the shelf, they circle him as the unknown man exclaims, "Starting now, I will rule the stories. Now, forbidden stories, merge! Amalgamate into one, and give birth to stories of chaos!"

Introduction: Wonder Hero Light

(I know I could've thought of a better name)

Manatsu: Welcome, everyone! To SuperHero Senki All-Stars

Kaito: Before the movie starts, we have something to show you.

Touma: pulls out a tiny wand-like object This is the Wonder Hero Light, with this, you can help the heroes out whenever they are in trouble.

Manatsu: To turn the light on, you press it.

Kaito: Just remember what things to do during the movie,

Don't stare at the light, you'll go blind.

Manatsu: 2. Don't wave it too much, you could hit someone.

3. If you don't have a wonder hero light, cheer us on with your motivated heart, and passion.

Touma: Superhero Senki All Stars

Manatsu, Kaito, Touma: Is starting now!

The scene then changes into a bookstore, in the universe of all fairytales, Kamen Rider Saber.

Chapter 1

In Saber's Universe

A bookstore that sells the owner's own stories, inside is the owner, Touma Kamiyama, a.k.a. Kamen Rider Saber, and his companions. "Touma-sensei! Is your draft done yet?!" A woman also known as Mei Sudo, Touma's editor, tells him, as she shakes him out of his mind. Touma looks up and blinks at her after zoning out. "I have not seen your pen move. Are you in a slump?" Rintaro Shindo/Kamen Rider Blades suggests. "I feel like I'm not suited to be a novelist," Touma responds. "Eeh?" Mei just sighs. "That's not so. Luna said your stories are interesting, didn't she?" Kento Fukamiya/Kamen Rider Espada says as he is holding a book published by Touma.

Flashback

"The stories you make are so interesting, Touma." Says a little girl in a white dress and a ponytail. She is believed to be Luna, Touma, and Kento's childhood best friend who disappeared.

Back to the present

"Novelists are the gods of their stories," Touma responded and began to question himself. "The characters in the story suffer….It's all because, I, the writer, their god, make them suffer. I work to save people as a Kamen Rider….so I feel like it's hypocritical of me to make my characters suffer."

"How about getting inspired by this book?" As Yuri/Kamen Rider Saikou recommended, he shows Touma the Kikai sentai Zenkaiger book. "It's pretty fun."

"What is this book? I don't remember stocking this." Touma says as he picks up the book from Yuri. "No matter what happens, these characters never suffer." Yuri continued. "What is it?" Mei exclaimed as she and Rintaro ran over to check the book out.

"Kikainoids? This does sound fun." As all three looked in the book, it also said 'A pink Kikainoid…Magine, Gaon… Kaito'. "There's a similar book here…" Kento had found a book on the bookshelf, the cover had said, 'Tropical Rouge! PreCure'.

He flipped to a page in the book and saw two other stories in it. "Huh? It doesn't stick to one story…" All of a sudden, a bright light came from the book. "What the?!" Kento shouted, and he disappeared into the bookstore. Mei and Rintaro yelled, "Kento?!"-Mei "Kento!"-Rintaro.

Rintaro ran to where Kento was. "Wait, our book is shining too!" Yuri explained. Touma, Mei, and Yuri's book too, began to shine. Mei proclaimed. "Touma! What's going on?!" All three have also disappeared.

"They've … all disappeared," Rintaro said.

In the Tropical Rouge! Precure World

In this universe, instead of Kamen riders, there are Precure. The Precure are magical girls who have been protecting the Earth since 2004; with 16 teams during this movie. When the first precure team appeared, at first, people thought they were a myth until multiple teams started appearing everywhere over the years.

We are shown a summer training camp on one of two islands of the Tropical Rouge Precure World. There are five members in the Tropical Rouge Precure Team, Manatsu, Laura, Sango, Minori, and Asuka The leader is Manatsu/Cure Summer..

Forty minutes ago

At the cabin where the Tropical Rouge PreCures are staying at currently. "This summer camp was great so far this week." A girl with dark ginger hair and green eyes said to her friends. This was Manatsu a.k.a Cure Summer, the leader of the Tropical Rouge PreCure team. "Yeah. I wonder what other activities we're going to do." Sango is a girl with dark purple hair and orange eyes. While the other cures were chatting with each other, Minori a.k.a. Cure Papaya, was trying to find a new red book to read. "Hm..What's this book? 'The tales of Kamen Rider Saber.' Guys, come check this book out." "Sure, Minori." A girl taller, older than the rest, with long dark red hair and violet eyes, her name is Asuka, a.k.a. Cure Flamingo, a freshman.

"Does anyone else get some suspicious vibes from this book?" Laura asked Minori. "Well, we don't know yet. So let's see" As Minori responded to Laura's question, she opened the book, and a bright light formed around everyone except Laura. "What the heck is going on?" Laura exclaimed as the light blinded everyone. The rest of the cures disappeared along with the mysterious book. "Where did everyone go to? That book was suspicious."

Now

"I wonder where everyone else went to. That book must've sent them somewhere, right Kururun?" A pink-haired girl, Laura La Mer, also known as Cure La Mer, had been looking all over for them since they disappeared. Laura notices a white book in the sand, she picked it up and before she opened it, she looked at Kururun, the pink seal. "Kururun," The seal said. Laura then opened the book, blinding her eyes. "Not again."

Meanwhile in the Kikai sentai Zenkaiger Universe a few hours ago

?: Hey buddy, are you okay?

As Touma wakes up, he hears the kikais and humans of Zenkaitopia. He screams in shock, seeing the kikainoids. Waking up Mei and Yuri in the process. Both Mei and Yuri are also as shocked as Touma, as they have also woken up, seeing the kikais as well. Touma takes the kikainoids' hand, as Mei and Yuri stand up, still shocked to see the kikainoids. ?: Have you seen a cutesy pink Kikainoid anywhere-?"

Mei: "What the heck, robots everywhere!" Touma looks around after getting up and a red kikainoid, Juran with a big sign with the rest of Kikai sentai Zenkaiger. He sees them, "Hey, you peeps! Have you seen this Kaito fellow?"
