Also major spoliers in both stories so if you haven't read the manga you've been warned, plus I added some of my onw twists in this story, and of course none of the characters belong to me. Also a side note this story will take place during their last year of high school so I hope you guys are ready!

This will also contain some mature chapters so I will give you a headups before the chapters just in case you're squimish about angst and romance :)

So without further ado please enjoy!

Breathless and racing through the narrow alley, she could feel the adrenaline and sweat clinging onto her body but dared not to slow down, risking the chance to catch her target or being caught. Looking over her shoulder to make sure she wasn't being followed she quickly turned the corner before crouching down, making sure to stay quiet and hidden in the shadows pressing into her earpiece. "Ok, I think I lost him. Any good news on your end?"

"Negative. No sign here."

"That's not good. Any word from Pinky yet?" she said peeking left then right with sudden frustration since they'd been at it for some time now with no luck on their end.

"I'm afraid not."

"Ok. What about Todoroki?"

"Haven't heard from him either. I'm sad to say this doesn't bode well for us Uravity."

"I know what you mean Tsukuyomi."

"Hey it's me. I had eyes on the target but almost got caught in the process."

"Todoroki!" Uraraka breathed a sigh of relief. "You had us worried!"

"My apologies. He was so fast I was barely able to escape." he said, breathing heavily. "And remember it's Shoto when we're out on a mission."

"I know but it's still weird." Floating herself up towards the roof she lifted herself as quietly as she could making sure the coast was clear.

"Agreed."

"See Tsukuyomi even agrees." she pointed out. "So, you should hurry up and pick a hero name already Todoroki."

"Is this really the time to be discussing this?"

"Todo- erm Shoto is right Uravity. We still have no idea where the enemy might be hiding." Tokoyami said.

"True. We've already lost Pinky."

"Pinky's gone?" She could hear the fire and ice user sounding surprised.

"Yeah, we haven't heard from her in a while now."

"Alright. Stay on guard the enemy could have spies everywhere."

"Got it. All clear on the roof." Uraraka said hoping from rooftop to rooftop.

"Same here." Todoroki could be heard running.

"Tsukuyomi what about you? See anything yet?" she asked listening to her earpiece. "Tsukuyomi?"

"I don't like this."

"Agreed." Nodding her head as if her teammate could see her, she landed on another rooftop carefully scanning her surroundings "And it's way too quiet. Something's definitely up, we should've seen something by now."

"Tsukuyomi come in! he's still not answering." Gritting his teeth, Todoroki looked from across the building he was in, seeing nothing out of the ordinary. "Uravity I'm on my way to Tsukuyomi's last location."

"Sounds good. I'll meet you there Todor-Shoto." She said shaking her head with amusement as she started leaping from rooftop to rooftop once more using her quirk while keeping an eye out for any enemies close by. She was proud to say that during these last few months she was able to use her quirk more efficiently and hold the nausea at bay for longer amounts of time than before but could still feel its effect and discomfort starting to crawl its way to her stomach. Once she got to the rooftop of Tokoyamis last location, she quickly crouched down letting her eyes scan the area. "Tsukuyomi, Shoto you there?"

Getting nothing but dead air she slowly peeked down to look at the street below furrowing her brows. "Well, that can't be good…"

"Yup seems about right."

"Huh?!" Whirling around she came face to face with the Wing Hero pointing a paintball gun at her making her land on her backside.

"Boom your dead." He smugly grinned.

"Aw man." She whined lifting herself up from the ground with a big orange splatter on her chest. Pouting as the rest of the team came up behind him, each sporting their own orange marks.

"This is so messed up! I hate how I was the first one down!" Mina pouted.

"Well to be fair, you four lasted longer than I thought you would." Hawks chuckled. "But there's always plenty of ways to improve."

Looking down at his hero suit Todoroki tilted his head rubbing his orange fingers together "And what was the point of this exercise again and the gun?"

"Because paintball is fun!" Both girls cheered while Tokoyami shook his head.

"Well, if you must know junior, I've had this baby for a while now and glad I finally got a chance to use it!" Hawks grinned stroking the gun like it was something precious to him. "And I figured since you guys start school in a couple of days we might as well have a little fun since I've been training these two relentless for the last few months." Hawks nodded at Tokoyami and Uraraka before lifting a questioning brow at Mina. "And I have no idea why you're here."

"Come on Hawks we talk about that everyday!" Mina stuck her tongue out. "Because I'm good company!"

Smirking Hawks looked back at Todoroki. "Anyways feel free to stop by any time since I know you dad is still overseas finishing off the case for another month. To be honest I'm surprised he even let you come home this early."

"Yeah, he wasn't happy about it, but my mom convinced him that since the others got to leave that I should be able to as well, besides that gives me more time to spend with my family here as well as my friends before school starts."

"Well, I can respect that." Hawks nodded but seemed to be deep in thought about something.

"So same time tomorrow?" Mina grinned.

Rolling his eyes dramatically Hawks slowly smiled. "Sure. Just make sure you guys are ready to lose again."

"No way! We'll show you, right guys?" Uraraka grinned while her and Mina pumped their fists up.

"Thank you again Hawks for taking the time to train us."

"Think nothing of it Tokoyami."

"But can we use that too?" Mina pointed at the paintball gun that her and Uraraka were eyeing making the pro hero move it out of reach protectively.

"No way, no one touches Glenda."

"You named it?" Uraraka asked trying to keep a straight face.

"Do we have a problem?" He gave them a stern look allowing both girls to widely shake their heads. "Ok, now since that's out of the way. Let's try again." He said pointing it at them and lowering his sunglasses.

"He takes this way too serious!" Mina yelped scampering away with the rest.

On their train ride home, they continued chatting until they got back to UA with the girls quickly running up the stairs to the building.

"I can't wait! The pool is calling our names!" Mina shouted over her shoulder. "Come on!"

"You feel like joining us this time Tokoyami?" Uraraka asked as they all started following the pink girl inside.

"I'm afraid not. I still have a lot to unpack." Tokoyami said. "But perhaps next time."

"Ok, well just let us know if you change your mind." Uraraka said as Todoroki and her followed Mina to the elevator.

"So, Tokoyami said no?" Mina asked watching them shake their heads. "That's alright, we can get him next time, after all we got Todoroki to agree to hang out with us for the last couple weeks didn't we?" Mina grinned at him as the girls got off their floor. "And you love us!"

Smiling in satisfaction at the faint smile he gave them, the girls waved as he continued on to the fifth floor. "We'll met you downstairs Todoroki." Uraraka said.

"Man, I can't wait to get to the pools!"

Giggling Uraraka shook her head. "You're just saying that so you can see a certain red-haired boy."

"Hey, don't judge me! You would be excited too if a certain explosive ash blond we both know and love was here." Mina winked.

Feeling her cheeks warm at the thought, Uraraka quickly walked towards her door. "I-I don't know what you mean."

"Sure, you don't girl." Mina nudged her playfully before stopping in front of her friend's door and staring at her with a concerned look. "By the way, have you heard any word on when they'll be back yet?"

Unlocking her door Uraraka shrugged. "They're supposed to be back the day before school starts."

"Oh? And why don't you sound excited?" Mina asked, folding her arms in front of her. "I thought you'd be jumping for joy."

Smiling Uraraka tilted her head. "Of course, I am Mina. It's just…"

"What?"

Playing with her fingertips Uraraka nervously looked away. "I don't know…I guess I'm worried…what if he doesn't feel the same way or he met someone else or-"

"Ochaco stop." Grabbing her hands Mina gave her a small smile. "Don't do that. Has he said anything about that or given you any hints?"

"W-well no…but these months have seemed kind of long."

"I know babe. But I wouldn't worry too much about it ok."

Giving her a faint smile, she saw Mina disappear into her own room.

Once she closed her door, she peered around her room with a small smile. Nothing had changed much other than she had added a new pink and white bed cover and pillows along with a few little personal items here and there, glad to have unpacked a while ago. Exhaling loudly, she sat on her bed pulling her phone out to check to see if she had any new messages or missed calls. 'Try not to think too much about it…huh…'

She wasn't going to lie and say that these last few months weren't hard for her because they were. With her dad gone she had made sure to call her mom everyday in the morning and at night while also establishing specific code words for each other to make sure her mom and aunt stayed safe. Plus, Hawks made sure to keep his promise to keep an eye out for them at all times and if he couldn't, would make sure to assign one of his sidekicks.

The harsh reality was that with Toga still on the loose, she felt like she had to be on constant guard every second trying to noticing any little things that were out of the ordinary until her friends convinced her she needed to calm down a bit otherwise it would eat at her and do her more harm than good to be constantly paranoid which they of course understood her reasons behind it but also made her see reason.

She was surprised however when her mom and Ichiro had told her that Bakugo offered to still help them out with the construction company whenever he could once he came back, but she had yet to ask him about it since they didn't have a chance to really talk much these last few months.

He did do his best like he said he would to and tried to send her a message at least once or twice a week in the mornings which mostly consisted of him telling her 'Good morning angelface' or 'Can't wait to see you again.' As well as trying to call at times but it would never come through clearly with the bad signal. But then there were other times when she wouldn't hear from him for a couple weeks at a time. Which always worried her.

Even though she had tried to constantly remind herself that she knew how this would feel and that he was there for a reason it didn't make the pain lessen. She would always find herself wanting to write him back but would always stop herself because the moment she would start typing her eyes would get so blurry that she had to stop and force the tears back knowing that it would always come back as message not delivered.

As the days went by, she would spend the day in class and training after school if not with Hawks, then with some of her friends after her weekly appointments with Ms. Yano, but once she relaxed for the rest of the night, she would constantly find herself thinking of him while staring out into the dark sky sitting on her balcony. To say that she missed him would be an understatement. She missed everything about him, the way he was always so determined in everything he did, always wanting to be the best and encouraging her to be as well, the way he would look at her as if she was all that mattered to him...the rare smile she would catch that he always tried to hide…and those eyes. Those red crimson eyes that were so beautiful and could hypnotize her on the spot…

What the guys said was true. She even missed the way he would yell at everyone and now understood why now they were constantly complaining how quiet it was. She could tell Kirishima was just as anxious to see his best friend again as she was.

Giggling, she shook her head as she went to get her bathing suit. She was excited about being able to see him in a few days. And rather surprised when she got a message a couple of weeks ago telling her that he and the others were being sent home while some of the others stayed behind with Endeavor for another month. She had to re-read the message over and over again until her phone started ringing. She remembered trying to steady her voice as she answered the call but just like the other times before she couldn't hear him through the bad connection.

Once Todoroki came back, he explained that it was hard for any of them to get in touch with anyone while over there and that Endeavor made sure to get a hold of the parents to let them know when they were coming home.

Dekus mom and Bakugos parents along with some of the other parents had then decided to spend some time overseas on a family vacation before returning and offered Todoroki to join which he kindly declined.

Standing in front of her mirror Uraraka examined herself in her bathing suit. During the last few months nothing much has changed that she could see except she could now acknowledge that all the training did pay off since her legs were more toned and she had to admit she didn't mind her curves as much as she did before. Sure, she still felt rather shy when it came to showing it off, more unlike some of the other girls but that was ok. Her face still looked the same with her big brown eyes and rosy, pink cheeks but she didn't mind that at all in a way she cherished it. She also did like how long her hair had gotten and decided to keep her bangs the same way she always had while letting her hair frame her face with added layers.

KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK!

"Babe you ready?"

"Coming." She shouted to Mina while putting on a shirt and some shorts over her two-piece grabbing her towel. "Ok let's go."

X

As soon as they arrived at the pool on the school grounds, they immediately saw Kirishima, Sero, Sato Tsu, Yaoyorozu and Kaminari waving at them.

"There they are!" Mina said skipping over to them.

"Hey, you guys made it!" Kirishima grinned, giving Mina a quick kiss before greeting the other two as they tried to enjoy the hot April weather and letting all their problems melt away before they were thrown into their last year.

An hour later Mina saw Uraraka quietly sitting by the small bar reading with a slight frown on her face.

Rolling her eyes, she slowly walked over to her with Kirishima in arm. "Alright missy put that down!"

"Huh?" Tilling her head Uraraka looked at both of them before Mina yanked the magazine from her hands. "What-hey!" she pouted.

"I don't get why you keep reading this trash."

"Why what's the big deal?" Kirishima asked frowning as he looked at the cover. "Oh."

"You know those things aren't true. It's just dumb reporters trying to make quick money."

Kirishima nodded in agreement. "I agree. Come on Uraraka you can't actually believe all that stuff?"

Glancing over at the cover picture of Bakugo in his Dynamight suit talking with reporters while standing next to Camie the headline read 'Power couple did it again!'.

"O-of course not." Uraraka said looking away while drinking her soda.

Exchanging looks Kirishima waved over Todoroki who raised an eyebrow but none the less slowly walked over to them. "Hey man have you seen this?"

Looking down Todoroki picked up the magazine. "I believe this was a month ago when we all apprehended a bank robber. Why?"

"Oh, just curious is all." Kirishima looked back at Uraraka.

Frowning Todoroki shook his head in annoyance. "I don't know why they keep publishing things like that. I had a few like this, and Midoriya did too whenever we were out in the field."

"Hmm…you don't say…" Kirishima playfully looked at her. "By the way, where did you even get this?"

Pointing her finger to a pile of magazines further down the bar they saw quite a few of them stacked with Bakugo on it with similar headlines with other heroes.

Groaning Kirishima shook his head. "Uraraka-"

"Hey, let's get in the pool before it gets too late yeah?" She said with a forced smile hopping off walking with Todoroki to one of the pool chairs.

"I hope she doesn't let this get to her." Kirishima stared after the two.

"Oh Kiri." Mina rested her chin on his arm. "Of course, she will, she hasn't seen him in how long? or even has been able to talk to him. And the only time she does see him is in stupid magazines with crap like this." She said picking up another one. "After a while babe… it gets to you." she softly said.

As Uraraka went to sit down next to Yaoyorozu who was busy applying lotion she leaned back in her chair taking a deep breath in.

"You ok?"

"Huh?" Squinting her eyes, she placed her hand over them to block out the sun as she stared at Todoroki's questioning gaze staring down at her. "Yeah, why do you ask?"

Seeming apprehensive at first, he sat down in the seat next to her. "Well, it seemed that that magazine really upset you. So, I want to make sure you're alright."

"Oh, pfft that?" she waved her hand dismissively. "Of course, I'm fine. Why would something like that bother me…?"

"Ochacos right." Yaoyorozu said. "There's no reason why it would, I mean it's Bakugo of all people and besides not everything those people in the magazine say turns out to be true." Yaoyorozu said finally having finished and handing the sunscreen to Uraraka.

"Y-yeah." She said shaking the bottle applying a fair amount of lotion on her arms thankfully that she had something to keep her occupied and looked up to see Todoroki deep in thought until he glanced back at them with Yaoyorozu trying her best not to blush.

As they continued to talk, she quickly removed her clothes that were covering her two-piece before intending to go into the pool and give them some privacy.

"Hey Uraraka, are you heading into the pool?" Kaminari grinned from below before Kirishima splashed water in his face. "Hey!"

"Yeah." She smiled looking back at the other two. Yaoyorozu was nervously staring at her while Todoroki was looking towards the pool with a slight blush on his cheeks. "I'll be back guys."

Inside the pool Uraraka continued to chat with the rest of the guys while sneaking little peeps at the two still situated in the pool chairs. She thought it looked cute that they obviously liked each other but found it difficult to do something about it. Giggling to herself she recalled how long it took for her and a certain boy to finally realize how they really felt so she couldn't blame them, especially when you had known someone for so long.

But since she was good friends with Yaoyorozu, and both her and Mina started getting somewhat closer with the fire and ice wielder after he came back from overseas, she started to feel more comfortable around him and it seemed he was starting to open up more too especially with being around Mina so much. Once that happened you had no choice but to do so.

So, if she was able to help out her friends then why not right?

"So Uraraka, you excited about the school year starting soon?" Kaminari asked swimming up next to her.

"Um yeah. Especially since this is our third year already." She squinted her eyes smiling.

"Right. I can't believe this is our last year already guys." Sero said.

"And then before you know it, we'll each have to go our separate ways." Tsu said popping up from under the water making them jolt.

"Tsu, you really creep me out when you do that." Kaminari said shivering while the others.

"Well, we also haven't seen Midoriya and Bakugo for a while now. I wonder how those two are doing too." Sero thought out loud.

"I know what you mean man! I can't wait for them to get back!" Kirishima grinned.

"Oh god will you give it a rest already Kiri. That's all I've been hearing!" Mina rolled her eyes as she stepped into the pool. "I swear once Mr. Explosion boy comes back Kiri will completely forget about his girlfriend."

Looking offended Kirishima placed a hand on his chest. "Mina! You know I would never."

"Uh-huh…" Mina playfully rolled her eyes and started slyly grinning once Kirishima placed his arm around her whispering in her ear.

"Oh, come on dude! Enough of all that mushy stuff we've been stuck seeing that for the last few months." Kaminari slouches his shoulder.

"Oh, please you're only saying that now. Once you find yourself a girlfriend you'll think differently." Mina grinned.

"Oh yeah?" Smirking Kaminari wrapped an arm playfully around Uraraka "How about it Uraraka?"

Giggling, she shook her head. "Don't think so."

"Oh man!" He pouted but she knew he was just playing before he looked around at the other students as Yaoyorozu and Todoroki went to join them.

"That does remind me though. What about you Uraraka?"

"What about me?" she blinked up at Sero who shrugged.

"Anyone you have your sights on?"

"Oh um…I-I'm not sure…" she said nervously fidgeting with her finger pads since all the attention was on her now.

Grinning Kirishima placed a hand on her holder. "Who knows maybe this year will be full of surprises for all of us but in the meantime let play some volleyball!"

"YEAH!" They all shouted as they went to pick their teams.

X

"Kacchan come on, it's really not that bad…" The One for All user said trying not to bump into anyone to try and catch up to the irritated blond who was quickly stomping his way out of the airplane clenching his fists.

"Tch." Glaring over his shoulder he saw their parents slowly following behind talking amongst each other. "MOVE IT!"

"KATSUKI YOU BETTER WATCH THAT TONE YOU DAMN BRAT!" Mitsuki glared right back before she smiled and continued her conversation with the two women walking next to her. "Don't mind him. Now what were we saying?"

"Damn it I feel like I'm leading a fuckin retirement home!" Letting out an annoyed growl he tightened his fist, feeling himself shake with anger, resuming his pace as Deku gave the others an apologetic smile.

"Hey Midoriya, I've been meaning to ask for the last couple of weeks. But like what's got Bakugo crankier than usual?" Camie asked coming up to the green-haired boy.

Scratching his neck, he smiled sheepishly. "Eh…well you see…I'm pretty sure Kacchan is just eager to get back to school."

"Ew really?" Blinking up at him she lifted a finger to her chin. "Oh, I see. Well, I guess that's totes understandable, I mean if you're into that sort of thing. I for one am glad I finally finished with all that school stuff last year."

"So how about you? Are you excited about being back?" Deku asked.

"Sort of. I enjoyed our vacation mostly. But I get to work with Mount Lady so that's pretty neat."

Coming out of the jetway they were met with Bakugo scowling at everyone tapping his foot impatiently. "Everyone hurry your asses already we don't have all day!"

Walking over to her son Mitsuki smacked him on his head.

"The fuck?!"

"DON'T THINK JUST BECAUSE YOUR TURNING 18 SOON THAT YOU CAN TALK TO ME LIKE THAT YOU DAMN BRAT! I COULD STILL TEACH YOU SOME DAMN MANNERS I DON'T CARE HOW OLD YOU ARE!"

"Hey guys come on let's do this later!" Masaru said trying to calm them down.

Scoffing Bakugo turned to leave. "Whatever I'm leaving."

"No, you're not. We are all going to go home like a nice family. Besides we invited the Utsushimi's over for dinner." Mitsuki said smiling at them over her shoulder.

"Are you fuckin kidding me?! I don't have time for that!"

"Oh, stop acting like a damn child already! You're the reason why we had to cut this trip short in the first place!"

"Because I didn't want to go!" he said lifting his head in exasperation. "Why even go on this damn trip when I have better things to do with my time!"

"Oh, really like what?" Mitsuki crossed her arms innocently smiling at her son. "Listen Katsuki I know that you want to get back to school, but we figured a nice family vacation with old family friends before you and Izuko go on your last year of school would be nice."

Rolling his eyes Bakugo continued to scowl. "And my phone? What was the reason of keeping my damn phone?"

"Please. Like I don't know you." Mitsuki said pulling out the phone from her bag.

Snatching it back Bakugo quickly looked through it. "Can't believe you did that shit you old crone."

"Look son let's make a deal." Masaru wrapped an arm around his shoulder leading him outside. "Your mother and I have a surprise waiting for you. Once you see it you and Izuko are more than welcome to leave, but we do expect you to come and visit more often from now on." Masaru said nodding to his wife who reluctantly agreed.

"You know I'm going to have school, training, internships, and helping out with Mrs. Urarakas company…" Bakugo said meeting his dad's gaze.

"I understand that, but you can always try and make time for your family too."

"Fine." He grumbled as he followed his dad out of the airport. "Let's hurry up and get this shit over with."

Upon exiting the airport Bakugo was amazed at what he saw in front of him doing a double take. "What the…" examining the new orange and black Toyota GR86 sitting in front of him.

Walking up next to him Masaru placed his hand on his shoulder. "Hope you like it, consider this your early birthday present."

Grinning with excitement Bakugo turned to his parents. "Are you fuckin shitty me?!"

"Watch your damn language Katsuki and yes, now you don't have a reason to not to come see us." Mitsuki smirked wiggling a set of car keys.

"Yeah yeah." Bakugo snatched the keys running to throw his luggage into the trunk. "Deku, hurry your ass up! We don't have all day!"

"Coming."

"You kids drive carefully ok!" Inko said watching Deku walking towards the car.

"Woah! That's some nice wheels Bakugo." Camie whistled as she started opening the passenger's side.

"The fuck you think you're doing? Hell no, get you grubby hands off!"

"Like don't worry about it my parents said it's coolio for you to take me over to my friend's house. It's right on the way to UA." She smiled.

"Like hell I will!"

"Katsuki…" Mitsuki gave him a stern look making him grit his teeth.

"Fuckin fine, but your ass is sitting in the back with Deku and this shit better not fuckin slow me down."

"Your no fun Bakugo." Pouting, Camie sat down on the passenger's side despite what he said before perking up. "Maybe I can change that?"

Closing his door Bakugo glared menacingly at her. "Are you deaf sit your ass back there with Deku!"

Rolling her eyes, she got up and went to sit next to Deku. "Fine. But my offer still stands you know. As a matter of fact, why don't I give you boys my number in case you're up for a little fun. I happen to know like all the hot spots." she said excitedly, writing her number down on two papers and handing one to Deku and dropping the other one inside the cup holder.

"Tch, like I give a shit." Bakugo grumbled as he carefully took off.

X

"Ka-Ka-Kacchan slow down!" Deku yelled frantically waving his hands hoping to make it back to UA in one piece. "I'm sure the school will still be there if you stop driving so fast!"

Keeping his eyes on the road, Bakugo uncharacteristically stayed quiet trying to get there as soon as he could despite his friends' frantic ramblings. He'd be lying if he said there wasn't a reason for it. He sure as hell knew why. That's all he's been thinking about ever since he left Japan in the first place. Making sure he focused all his attention on completing the mission so that he could come back sooner.

But as luck would have it, the moment he got word that they were leaving ahead of schedule he couldn't wait to tell Uraraka. But then again life decided to fuck with him over again in the form of being dragged off by his parents to spend another two weeks on a family trip which he could be spending training and seeing her.

Narrowing his eyes, he could already see the UA gates quickly approaching, making him slow down. "Shit. Finally." He let out a relived breath as they waited for the gates to open and parked the car in the student's garage.

Clutching his chest Deku immediately got out of the car dropping to his knees. "W-well…at least we made it back alive."

"For fucks sake, stop exaggerating will ya! We're here aren't we?" Bakugo said opening the trunk and walking towards the dorms.

"Wait Kacchan, aren't you getting your bags?" Deku asked, taking his own luggage out.

"Later." He said jogging over to Height Alliance now 3-A and up the stairs slamming the front door open as his heartbeat accelerated with excitement.

"Bakugo?" Tsu said leaning over the couch as the blond continued to head towards the elevators.

Slamming the button to the fourth floor and stepping inside he crossed his arms impatiently tapping his finger against it, why the hell was everything taking so long! "Come on come on!"

Once the elevator doors opened, he swiftly stepped out and turned towards the door he was aiming for. Not hesitating and banged his fist against the door holding his breath.

'Come on…' He couldn't keep the giant smile off his face anymore at the thought of finally being able to see her and her beautiful big brown eyes after what felt like too damn long.

"Bakugo?" Slowly widening his eyes in surprise Todoroki stared back at an equally surprised Bakugo who stood there unmoving and unblinking.
