In the day following the hunt, a hunter awakens just outside of town, to a sun it feels like he hasn’t seen in years.

Elias wasn't sure just what he was expecting, when he returned to the Hunter's Dream. Something felt different. Odd. And then he saw it. An island, branching off. Of course he had to follow the path. It lead him to a place, and a stranger. At the end, it was all just a chance. A chance for two Hunters, separated by time, to sit down, and talk to one another.

Perhaps waking up in a Victorian Hospital in Bloodborne isn't your ideal other life, but it was the card dealt to Adam Eisern, and he doesn't know if it was his original name. Insight and Paleblood work strange wonders. Regardless, his knowledge of Bloodborne from his previous life will be instrumental to ripping Yharnam out of the gutter and ascending. Grant us eyes!
