In the early days of quirks' emergence, there were numerous vigilantes. However, their numbers have dwindled over time. Vigilantes undertake their work for various reasons, including maintaining order, seeking recognition, or dispensing justice. Yet, amidst the shadows, a new vigilante emerges.

The peace and serenity of Musutafu are broken after the appearance of a mysterious and violent vigilante with monstrous powers who has no qualms about killing criminals in the most brutal ways... and who seems to harbor a deep hatred and contempt for Katsuki Bakugou. Who is this mysterious vigilante? And why does he hate Bakugou so much to the point of wanting to kill him?
