A few months after the war has ended, a new posting to a new hospital changes Grace and Roland's lives for ever.

August 1919 and it is back to some semblance of normality for some residents of Field Hospital 25A. A few welcome faces return while new ones 'pop up!

This is my first attempt at fan-fiction, so please be patient with me, but I do love this pairing. Rated M for future chapters. This short story is created out of love for the show and it's concentrated on Kitmas storyline. This is for those who miss The Crimson Field as I do. I chose the story of Kitty and Tom as it really warmed up my heart.
