Summary in the Introduction

Sanguinius. The Great Angel. Ninth son of The Emperor. Lies dead, felled by the hand of his twisted brother. Yet this is not the end for him. Awakening upon a different world, in a different time. Sanguinius must navigate this new life, while also recollecting the pieces of his shattered memory. All while forces both mortal and etheric plan for his destruction.

Izuku Midoriya met his idol, All Might, and was told he could never be a hero. Distraught, he fell from the hero's path, and Earth was plunged into darkness. Izuku then did something that hadn't been done in decades: he prayed to any god that would listen. An ancient deity answered and he learned that the Emperor truly does protect. Izuku/Mirko. OFA AFO. In the midst of a world governed by quirks, Izuku Midoriya emerges as a late-blooming prodigy harboring a quirk unlike any other. A semi-sentient quirk where there is only war. In his journey to become a hero, he will face both the dangers of the villains that lurk in the wild, but also the dangers created by his own quirk. Will he succeed? Or will he become a puppet of his quirk?

Being a perpetual had its ups and downs for Izuku, sure he never stayed dead but when you gained the reputation of facing down a genocidal demigod hopped up on daemonic energy in your home reality, you suddenly gain a lot of attention both good and bad.
