Sequel to "Hang You From the Heavens." Bucky walks into the communal kitchen in Avengers Tower for a Coke, but finds himself being dragged by Darcy to the end of the row of amused Avengers for participation in her tacky gift giving ceremony. Sass and unexpected feels ensue.

Darcy walks in on a half-naked and sweating Bucky in the Avengers kitchen and proceeds to ogle. Because who wouldn't? UST fluff with a later appearance by Tony and his sass.

Steve comes home to find Darcy knitting tiny socks and they aren't for the cat.

Darcy Lewis in kindergarten was a shy, tiny girl with chubby cheeks. She loved reading. A lot. It was the only time, the only place, where she felt safe. There were magic carpet rides, castles in the skies, and men wearing red, white and blue who made sure every man, woman and child in America was safe and sound.

"Let's go." Steve groans and rubs the back of his neck where he can feel the heat slowly crawling up his skin. Steve and Bucky don't quite get the idea behind a costume party, but Darcy is there to guide them.
