Hina and Nagi go on with their lives, but wait anticipating Hodaka will be carried back to them.

After three years, they're back. The world around them may have changed, but their love for each other remains all the same. Title references how this takes place after the events of the movie. A mostly fluffy, slice-of-life story because there's not enough sickeningly sweet fluff for these two for me, at least not on this website.
