Okay, I don't think I've posted a St. Patrick's Day story before, so here's a one-shot. Declan and Anna drove off newly married at the end of the 2010 film "Leap Year", but there might have been one loose end we have to attend to. I don't own these characters, and I'm not a big fan of corned beef and cabbage.

Anna's four-year relationship with her boyfriend, Jeremy, abruptly ends, and Anna is convinced by her best friend Libby to try her luck on a dating app called 'Swiper'. An Anna/Declan story. No relation to the events of the movie Leap Year (2010), just using the characters for an alternate universe story.

Declan was about to get an unexpected surprise in Dublin **I decided that Declan deserved the distraction of a little subplot with Kayleigh whilst Anna was back in Boston discovering Jeremy's true colours. Also my take on some of the exchanges between Anna and Jeremy upon arriving back home** Takes place from when Declan and Kayleigh meet in Dublin. Hope you enjoy it! Please R R.

Six months after the cliff top reunion, Declan and Anna are married and happily settled into the Caragh when two unexpected visitors arrive at their door. With no-where else to go in the pouring rain, they are reluctantly forced to take Anna's ex-fiance, Jeremy, and his female companion in for the night. What could possibly go wrong?

Anna has just discovered that she was the inspiration for Declan's 'Boston Ginger dummy' and a fight ensues...

Declan and Anna must break the news to his family of their engagement however Declans sister Sinead is keen to throw a spanner in the works we also meet Patrrick O'Callaghan for the first time and gain an insight into O'Callaghan family life.

Starts after the honeymoon as we saw the just married sign on the back of Declan's car at the end of the movie. What's gonna happen when they begin their own family?

After the happy ending Anna and Declan walk back to the pub and while they're walking, Anna tells Declan about something we didn't see in the movie. I felt that this scene should have been in there.
