Update: Most of this story is written, but I don't think it's getting a good response, so I will be stopping posts, unless someone asks otherwise. I do have another LOK story just sitting- it's mainly life after Ruins of the Empire. Won't post that one either, unless requested. Keep in mind, this is fiction. After Harmonic Convergence, the Avatar cycle began anew, and Korra's connection to the past Avatars was lost. She can't accept that. Even if it takes a lifetime or longer, Korra must find a way to reconnect. But 'reforging connections' is an interesting concept to explore for girlfriends spending too much time with their mutual ex-boyfriend.

A few days into their vacation in the Spirit World and Korra and Asami have already missed a fortnight in the material realm. Kuvira's trial isn't being run entirely by the book and something's definitely wrong with the passage of time in the Spirit World. Together with the rest of Team Avatar, the couple must face the challenges of the next chapters of their lives.

A world has become torn by war once again. The Avatar has been extinguished for 150 years, but now the Water Nation faces the threat of extinction. The Avatar spirit cannot be suppressed any longer.

Korra flees her oppressive training and escapes to a darker, more unstable Republic City, lost, afraid of revealing herself as the Avatar. She finds more than she could ever imagine: hopelessness, despair, chaos, friendship, purpose, and eventually, happiness. Maybe even a home, if she can keep her world together. Male OC, very slow burn. Mostly a T story, with some M bits.

Fate has much in store for the sister of the Avatar or will it be too much for her?

Korra, Asami, Bolin, and Mako attempts to improve their friendship by going on a trip. However, things don't go as planned as random shennighans and funny moments keep getting in the way.

Korra arrives to the Republic City. When she fights bandits, she meets Asami, who becomes her best friend and non bending teacher. Heavy focus on the development of Korrasami over the course of season 1. Oblivious idiots in love. This will be approx 20 chapters long.

After a pro-bending practice, Korra is taken by the equalists, and it's up to her friends and teammates to get her back before it's too late. Takes place during book 1.
