An AU, where Peter as Spidey seemed to have murdered Norman Osborn and was branded a murderer by mass media, along with being a heartbreaker after dumping Liz in his own high school. Arc 2 of the saga, and continuation of "The Spectacular Spider-Man Threads Of Chaos." This is a close attempt at a canon successor to the fantastic show. Set in 2009, Peter is 17 and just fought for his life against Carnage and Venom, while finally getting together with Gwen Stacy who knows his secret identity. But a storm is brewing, and things aren't going to stay peaceful long.

Norman Osborn is dead. Yet, his legacy lives on... as the Green Goblin! A minor adaptation of J.M. Demateiss 'The Child Within' arc from The Spectacular Spider-Man (issues 178 throught 184).
