Hello there!

Attempting my second story here. This will be a Naruto x HSR fanfic. I'm going to take this in a different way than most others because why not? This will be the first of hopefully many chapters added to the story. Just like in my other story, Naruto will still be OP, just by a lot more but still not too much. Lastly, Naruto and Honkai Star Rail do not belong to me! They are owned by Masashi Kishimoto and Mihoyo respectively. Hope you enjoy!

Herta space station. It was a large space station named after its owner, Herta, Member #83 of the genius society. It was mainly used for housing her collection and research, though she almost never showed up in person. Never the less, this was a great place for researchers to be in. Today, however, everyone was panicking over the sudden appearance of the notorious Antimatter legion of the Aeon Nanook, who presides over the path of Destruction.

In this chaos, a woman was pretending to play a violin to a tune in the back ground. As more enemies appeared, she continued to play. As alarms rang, she continued to play. As the ones on the bridge panicked and ordered an evacuation, she kept on playing. As a man was left behind, she continued to play. As two newcomers searched for the missing man, she kept playing, her fingers moving, even as an explosion cut the power and the hue of the back up system coloured her red. Only then did she stop playing. Looking up, she spoke to herself, "Seems like I came at a bad time."

"No, No – you couldn't have timed it better." A young girl's monotone voice said from a hollo screen that had appeared. The screen had the insignia of a wolf. "23:47:15, system time. Very punctual Kafka."

In response, Kafka just smiled. "You flatter me. Was that explosion also part of Elio's script?"

"Uh huh. The pulses from that explosion should have caused a massive breakdown from the master control system." The voice answered swiftly.

"I thought you did that?" Kafka asked in a questioning tone.

"That was the Antimatter legion's handiwork. They have completely invaded the station as of 2 system hours ago."

Kafka gave a small whistle of surprise. This girl always got the necessary information and Kafka liked having information. "Alright. So do we need to fight the legion then?"

"Dunno. He didn't say anything about that, so it's up to you."

Kafka smiled. "Got it. So from now on, I'm in charge of this operation."

"Copy. Can you let me have some fun this time? Our last few operations were quite dull." The voice was still as monotone as it started out.

"Sorry. Not much I can do for you there, Silver wolf. Our mission this time, is to just, 'place' the target at the right place. But, if you want to go and look for some fun yourself, well, I won't stop you. I mean after all,"

At her words, Silver Wolf's hollo screen closed itself. Assuming she probably left to have some fun, Kafka walked up to a closed door, that opened as she approached it. The space station really was high tech. a shame it had to be invaded by the antimatter legion, and hacked at the same time. Walking through the door, some stray void rangers were all that greeted her. "After all," the woman moved her arms to her hips, "Elio didn't put it in the script," Her hands closed around the handles of her guns, "So why would it matter!" As she spoke, she started shooting at the charging void rangers with a smile. Gunning them down was far easier than using her sword to cut them down. Soon enough, she arrived at another door and opened it. "When did the Antimatter legion become so weak?" she mused out loud.

"I only attracted this much. Did you want the whole legion to come?"

"This lot won't slow down the Astral Express crew. If they get here, all our plans may fail." Kafka's response was quick. While the station lacked any proper security, the crew of the Astral Express was a different story entirely. They could be quite scary when provoked, especially that old guy with the cane and the blond man with the whiskers. Yeah, she'd rather not meet them anywhere. She felt a chill run down her spine for some reason but she ignored it.

"Relax. I also brought a Doomsday beast here." Well that was good news.

Kafka remained quiet. Opening the door, she sees a void ranger crouching on the floor in front of her. Walking up to it quietly, she stabs it in the head with her sword to kill it. As the monster disappeared, she spun her sword and out it away. During this time, another monster had managed to sneak up behind her. Just as she was about to get impaled, the monster disappeared in a haze of blue and purple cubes, while its former prey was admiring her gloves.

Meanwhile, a short girl sat on a table behind Kafka, tapping away at a hollo screen while chewing on some gum. "Cleaning up after others isn't part of my job Kafka." She dismissed her screen, jumped down from the table and turned to face Kafka before blowing a bubble.

Kafka let out a sigh at the girl's attitude. "Yeah yeah. Where did you send it Silver Wolf?"

"Some random coordinates. Why do you care where it ended up?" she spoke as she walked up to the taller woman.

"I don't. I'm just impressed by this fancy technique of yours."

"Just a trick of tampering with the data of reality. Nothing too fancy."

"What were you looking at just now? Can I see? You looked very interested in it."

"Herta's toys. Her collection is quite massive. There are many interesting gadgets in there, like a gun that can rate anyone from 1 to 100." Silver Wolf sounded a little bit like a kid in a candy store. But then again, that was to be expected from the tech loving hacker.

"Anyway, how about we focus on the mission instead?" Kafka quickly changed the subject and Silver Wolf led them to the center of the space station where their objective laid. They got into an ambush, but it was nothing Silver Wolf's aether editing and Kafka's MAC-10s couldn't handle. Soon enough, the duo arrived at the central control room. She still felt uneasy about something but she ignored it.

"No one in sight. Impressive evacuation. Did Herta organize this herself?" Kafka's question was answered after a few taps on one of Silver Wolf's screens.

"According to the access log, she hasn't been here in over 6 months. The head researcher lead the evacuation, someone named Asta." Kafka quickly looked through her brain.

"Doesn't ring a bell. Elio did say we won't have any interruptions from anyone." That last part was said carefully. Despite having the assurance of the script, she couldn't help but feel uneasy, like she was being watched. Shaking her head, she focused back to the task at hand. "Anyway, where's the Stellaron?"

Silver Wolf thought back to the script. "Elio didn't foresee its location, only that we would find it. Which means,"

"We'd find the Stellaron in a non-physical way." Kafka completed the girl's sentence with practiced ease. This wasn't their first mission together after all.

"Considering the things in the station, it is very possible."

"Hiding something extraordinary with something extraordinary. Sounds like Herta. I'm assuming you know what to do?" Kafka asked her companion.

"Help me investigate. Our prize might just be inside." With that, the two stellaron hunters split up to search for the stellaron. After searching for a while and finding nothing, Silver wolf finally tried something else, which led them to the stellaron, that was being hidden behind a screen.

Kafka walked up to the cancer of worlds and pulled it out of its stand while her partner had conjured up the body of a boy. "How much will he remember?"

"He'll remember you." Silver wolf answered. Though they both looked fine, they were reluctant to let go of the kid. They had grown quite attached to him afterall.

Kafka hooked her hand around the boy and shoved the stellaron in his body. A few seconds later, said boy opened his eyes, their colour matching the shade of the stellaron inside him. "Kafka?" The boy's words brought a smile to her face.

"So you do remember me." Kafka's smile was genuine, but sad. "Listen: You are dazed. You don't know who you are or why you are here. You only know your name is Caelus. you think you remember but don't know if you should trust me. None of that will matter soon. All you need to know is that you will be left on this space station after we leave. Listen: In the near future, you will encounter many things, both good and bad. You'll meet people who treat you like family and people that will stop at nothing to hurt you. This is just another journey, and at the end of it, all that perplexes will be resolved. Elio foresaw this future for you. What do you think of it?"

The boy shook his head. "I don't want to leave you." He just woke up, his chest hurt a lot and the one person he knew was leaving him. This truly wasn't a good day for the boy.

"Sorry, but this is for the best." Kafka responded with a smile. With that, she flicked his forehead and he went under. Picking him up, Kafka gave a nod to Silver wolf, who took them back to the central control room.

When they were about walk out through the door, a voice called out. "So this is what the famous stellaron hunters have been up to? Since you two look well, how are the others?" The hunters froze and slowly turned around to face the voice. Elio hadn't said anything about this.

The voice came from a man, who was currently sitting on a chair that was balanced precariously on its two back legs, with his feet on the table. He had 3 whisker marks on side of his face and cold blue eyes that held power. He wore an orange and black outfit (Jiraya's outfit in black and orange) with ninja sandals and a red coat. A headband with a metal plate and a swirl carved on it. Overall, the only thing that looked threatening about him was the solid black shakujou which was leaning on the table next to him. How they missed him before, they did not know.

The man put his legs back on the ground and got up to his feet. Instantly, Silver wolf summoned her keyboards and started typing, only to freeze as she felt something being placed on the nape of her neck. She tried to move her body, only to see that she was frozen in place. Kafka quickly placed the boy on the ground and pulled out her MAC-10s, only to feel the cold, pointed tip of a black rod on her neck.

He laughed softly, the sound reverberating around the room to create an eerie effect. "Come on now, I only asked a question. No need to get that flustered over it." Placing something on her nape, he moved back to his seat and turned towards the two women. He briefly glanced at the gray-haired boy lying unconscious before turning back to the stellaron hunters. "Now then. As much as I just want to let this go and just relax in my room aboard the express, I can't help but be worried about the fact that two members of the stellaron hunters are in the Herta space station. But, since I already have enough money, turning you in won't help me in any way, so," the man stood up, "I'm willing to let you go, if you answer my questions." The smile on his face irritated Kafka, but in this situation, she could do nothing about it, except keep silent in defiance.

At this the man just laughed. "Ok then, the hard way it is." With that, he raiesed his hand and placed it on the taller woman's forehead. Kafka and the man closed their eyes and went into a daze but soon woke up. Kafka was breathing heavily but the man looked as calm as ever. "Huh. So that's what this is?" his gaze shifted to the boy and back to the women. "Ok. I'll let you go and won't intervene with whatever it is that you are doing. But only under one condition." He moved behind the two women and put his hands on the paper slips. "Tell 'Bladie' that Naruto said hi." With that, he took off the slips and disappeared with his staff.

Kafka and Silver wolf almost fell over, but managed to catch themselves.

"What was that?" Silver wolf asked Kafka.

Kafka tried to think about how to answer the question. Then, something that came up in a conversation with Blade popped up in her head, something about a 'sly fox'. He had said the immortal fox was one of the few that tried to help him with the mara, instead of casting him away for it. Kafka then turned to Silver wolf. "I might have a clue but we have to leave Now!" At Silver wolf's nod, she picked up the boy and followed the hacker out of the room.

Sorry for not posting on my other story this week. I was quite busy tis week. On another notes, this is the first chapter for my new fanfiction and I hoped you like it. Pairings are either Jingliu or Yukong. Also, as stated earlier, Naruto is from the Xianzhou, but has origins from the shinobi world. I might do a chapter on how he got here but it's not guaranteed. For appearances, Naruto will be around Jiraiya's height with a black and orange version of his Jiraiya's outfit and a sage coat. He will also be super OP, but not to be willing to help with everything. You'll see why soon. Anyhow, please tell me what you think about this chapter with a review. They are my favorite part about writing a fanfiction.
