Survivor - Heroes vs Villains

Chapter 45 - Day 39 Part 1

Alright. Final Words Extended is done, Ponderosa is done, three more chapters of this and I'll be good to go. Will be doing the four chapter "Where Are They Now?" fanfiction (still might change the title) of basically what the survivors' lives are like outside of Survivor, and then... other things that will be discussed at the reunion show.

But for now, we have our final three here as we will finally pay day thirty-nine a visit. Anyone who is a fan of Yoshi, Plague Knight, or Wolf O'Donnell, big congratulations. Some fanbases got lucky while others weren't, but seventeen people needed to leave. So it is a Survivor blessing for three people from three different franchises to make it.

Let's see their reflections of themselves and their games regarding the two seasons they were each a part of...

#FinalThree

And with that, the seventeenth survivor was dropped off at Tribal Council. It was a much needed sacrifice for the final three contestants to remain in the game. They had one more day to see, and they were not going to let someone like Ryu ruin everything for them.

"Well, we made it..."

Wolf and the other two competitors all made a successful return to Darleem.

"We might as well make that final tally mark on the tree."

"Meh..." Plague shook his head in disagreement. "Day thirty-nine is day thirty-nine. We can make it for a few more hours. But,... it is nice to know that I will be part of the final three twice now. You too, Yoshi."

"Yeah." The dino nodded smiling. "My name has been written down a few times, but I was never voted out. No matter what happens, I get to go home knowing that. But I think the two of us should congratulate Wolf, because he is going to wake up on day thirty-nine tomorrow knowing that he will be making final three for the first time ever."

"Hahaha..." That was too much of an overwhelming topic for him to process at the time. He was already sitting down with a hand over his face in disbelief. "I'm gonna be the only non-finalist this entire season that is going to the end for the first time."

"Did you at least consider taking Ryu to the end over me?"

"If three seconds counted, sure." Well there was no point in Wolf hiding information from anyone anymore. "Morally it made sense, but this is my game and not his. Ryu was my biggest competition for Final Tribal Council. Now he and his entire alliance is on the jury, which was what the three of us wanted in the first place since those five were the ones that were on the bottom back when there were thirteen people here."

"I ain't gonna pull a Funky Kong here by bringing competition with me to the finals. Ryu was the last hope for the Strong Guys Alliance and I made sure to squash that hope as much as possible with my boot. I might have a little sympathy for doing it because he never reached the finals before, but he was going to vote me out anyway because I was the biggest threat for his game. ...Plague was going to turn on me, too. And I believe that me winning the final immunity was the ultimate sabotage for him when it comes to getting jury votes."

"You were planning on sending me home, too. Don't pretend that you wanted to keep me here."

"...Well..."

"'Well?'" Wolf was surprised that he was even hesitating. He was actually expecting Plague to completely own up to it right to his face. One thing the pilot knew that the alchemist was unfiltered in his own way and was not afraid of speaking his mind when he needed to.

"I mean, it's not that I wanted to..." Okay, so he felt guilty if that was what needed to transpire for the sake of Plague's own game. "But, I had to. I didn't want the jury to think that I was just riding your coattails. We stuck together throughout the entire game, and all ten of those people are gonna be looking at you when we sit in front of Master Hand tomorrow. So,... at least we never broke alliance, right?"

"We never broke alliance... which is something that we see every Tribal Council we go to. We voted together since the merge, now we're both safe. I... apologize for winning final immunity."

The knight grinned underneath his mask. "You have nothing to apologize for. You were the one that was supposed to go home, and that challenge was your last chance of staying in. You deserve to live to see tomorrow."

"Exactly. That's why I was being sarcastic." OOOOOH! "My back was against the wall, and I won the challenge at just the right time. Without me trying to rub salt on the wounds, I wish the best of luck to us all. ...You too, Yoshi."

'You too, Yoshi.' Okay, that was twice now. But goddamn! For a second it looked like Wolf was going to show remorse for most likely destroying his ally's chances of getting the majority of the jury votes.

"I'm just sitting over here glad that I managed to avoid elimination two seasons in a row." Yoshi replied. "Let's just get ready to go to sleep so we can have the breakfast in the morning. We're all gonna be hungry by then."

"We can't just cook the rest of the rice?"

"It's dark. We're not gonna see what we're doing." Plague Knight responded to the lupine. "We'll eat everything up tomorrow so we can all have our brain food for our Final Tribal Council performance. And based off of what just happened, I really need to practice of what I'm going to say."

"I had to vote off Ryu over Wolf today. Wolf might have already won the million dollars because people are gonna vote for him over me. We might have been the final two since nobody is gonna vote Yoshi's way, so I at least get a hundred thousand dollars for placing second. But why would I not need more money?" Okay, Mr. McGreedy. It was not as if he owned an entire laboratory or something... "I'm glad for Wolf that he was able to save himself, but... it probably cost me my own game. It's really frustrating for me because I really thought I had everything in line this time. Yoshi has done nothing with his idol, I don't remember Ryu making any big moves, those two people were the two I needed to take to the end with me. Now I have to rework my entire Final Tribal Council speech and convince them why it's a good idea for them to not vote for Wolf and vote for me instead."

Which was going to be hell of a tall order to do. Plague Knight was not the worst speaker in the world, but... it was probably best to simply watch how all three finalists were going to perform.

"Okay..." Wolf sighed in defeat. The poor pup just had to be patient. Food was going to be in front of his mouth soon. "Let's just go to bed. I'm gonna be complain because of my stomach rumbling, so I hope I end falling asleep as fast as possible."

And with that, he lied down on his back... not without Plague Knight throwing one last remark his way.

"You need to understand that you can't exactly have everything go your way all the time."

Day 39

The sun was rising in the distance, and it appeared to be about seven o'clock in the morning? As people were already aware, the castaways were not allowed to ask production of what time of day it was anymore. Their best bet was to make an educated guess.

So it appeared to be rather early, yet nobody cared due to the circumstances. People were simply too excited to head back to sleep.

"Oh my gosh..." Yoshi mumbled staring at the horizon. "It's really here. We're all here."

Indeed they were. Ladies and gentleman, the final three of Survivor - Heroes vs Villains were confirmed... Well, they were already. But the morning of the final day in the game made everything official.

Plague Knight yawned with his mask sitting right before, meaning that his face was once again exposed for everyone to take a look. "Wow... I can't believe I did it again."

Wolf was already on his feet rushing to make the final tally mark on the tree nearby. Out of the three, he appeared to have the most energy knowing that actually not being voted off all season was a new feeling to get used to.

"Alright. There it is. You guys think they already put the tree mail in?"

"I think they usually put it in overnight, but... my body isn't a hundred percent awake yet." Plaguey went on to lay on his side.

"..." O'Donnell for a moment stared at the scientist as if the world went mad. "Excuse me? Bruh, do you not know what day it is? I'm hungry. We are getting the treemail now."

"So,... here I am again. I've made it all the way to the end... again." Yoshi heaved a sigh, still finding it rather hard to believe. "I have made history as Plague and I are now the only two people out of seventy-eight contestants of this show to have made it to the last day two times. Wolf is the first and so far, the only person that has made it to the last day on his second try. He's never made it to the end before, and he was obviously the most excited out of all of us, haha! All he ever thought about was the breakfast!"

"Put me down, you ferocious dog!"

...Was Wolf carrying Plague Knight!?

"Stop squirming or I'll throw you! I've been starving all damn night and you're gonna tell me to wait. _ you!"

Maybe Wolf himself went mad, dashing through the forest in the direction the tree mail was. Poor Plague was literally hitting the other villain with his fist, but the guy just kept going.

Yoshi was just trying to keep up as he followed behind.

"Slow down!"

"I said put me down!" It became clear that Plague Knight did not appreciate being carried, though it was even more clear that Wolf did not give a damn what he thought or said. He was getting the food because he said so.

Nope. Wolf was not letting him go until he stood in front of that tree mail.

"...Holy, Lylat!"

Supposedly someone found their buried treasure. And no, not the million dollars. The master was not going to reveal the winner until the reunion show after all. But seeing any sight of food was a whole blessing on its own.

There were bottles of juice, tea, produce, eggs, bread, more kitchen utensils, ham, bowls, plates, vegetables, ham,... Okay. The Survivor production crew really went all the way out there this time.

"YES!" Wolf carelessly dropped Plague to the grab as he began grabbing things, Yoshi hurrying over to help him.

"OOOH! I'm really awake now!"

"Ow... So am I..." Plague normally would have let Wolf have it and ruin the whole moment, but it was not in his best interest to do that. He was hungry himself, and it was a rather great moment for himself to feel pride by playing the game for seventy-eight days without ever being voted out.

"So the food was ready for us. Maybe it's a good thing that Wolf dragged me out of bed this morning. I think because of this being All Stars, there was much more food for us this time. Not everybody has a second chance to play this game, but not everybody makes it all the way to day thirty-nine... twice. My name was only written down once, but I know there have been people that wanted me out from day one. And I get the last laugh once again." And he just sat still in the sand with his arms behind his head all the while. "They can have their little Ponderosa get together, because I get to have my food and still be in the game at the same time."

Okay, well for Plague and the other two finishers of the game, they did have bragging rights. The three of them made it to the end and the ten jurors did not. They deserved a little something.

So they were all having at it. Wolf was the main chef of the group as he was almost throwing things into the frying pan. How desperate was he to eat something? He never appeared to be that desperate throughout the past five weeks. Maybe he simply lost his patience.

"We're gonna be eating this food all day, boys. I'm not even thinking about the rice right now."

Oh yeah, and Plague Knight's mask remained off. He really had no care at the time.

"Rice is no longer in my vocabulary."

"Mmmm!" Yoshi was simply eating away. Fortunately this was not canon, as he would have been capable of eating absolutely everything in sight like Kirby. If that actually happened where Plague and Wolf got nothing left to eat, Wolf would have kicked him into the next year. All he had to do was perform his up tilt in Smash, and the Caribbean player would have been sent flying in the sky.

One should have known better to get between a dog and his food, anyway. Was that not one of the rules?

"So Yoshi," The StarFox villain spoke between bites. "-how does it feel to play back to back seasons and make it to the end both times?"

It all began with a sigh, though he did manage to find words to describe the overall feeling. "This is like a dream, honestly. I was surprised to have made it to the end the first time knowing all that I went through. I had to vote a lot of my friends out to get to that point, but... it got me a couple votes from the jury and I was able to get second place."

Second place. Not first. He just lost to the best winner of the whole series so far, Jerome 'Doc' Louis.

"Coming out here again, I really didn't know what to expect. It was definitely chaotic and there were moments where I felt like I was actually gonna go home this season, but... I made it all the way here again, anyway. Not that I'm complaining of course, because I love to stay in the game to go as far as I can. But,... when your friends have to leave, you miss them." He went on to take a bite out of his apple. "But ya know, I have grown more comfortable sending my friends and allies home when I need to. At the same time, I just can't help but miss them. If it wasn't for them aligning with me, I wouldn't have made the final three twice. They're the reason why I'm still here."

"Here I am again. Day thirty-nine. It's a been a whole journey, just as it was in the Caribbean. Maybe this is more of a part two to my Survivor experience. I really can't believe that I was somehow able to avoid elimination all this time, but... it just gives me more confidence that I am capable of doing something like this." Well, not everybody was able to play as many days as him. "That was the main thing I was asking myself when I first started playing Survivor. All twenty of us were on that island, and... I was pretty scared. I thought that I was somehow going to be voted out first. That was by far the biggest lie I ever made to myself. I ended up being involved in big alliances such as the Reptile Runaways or the Barahona Tribe Alliance. People were always pulling me left and right for my vote, but... I realized that I had to put myself first. So coming right back into Survivor, it was probably a test to see how strong I am competing with nineteen other All Stars. It was definitely a battle, and... maybe I made a couple mistakes with me not using my idol correctly. I'm gonna bring up how sorry I am for my allies at tribal that I was not able to save them, and... hopefully that can be enough for them to forgive me."

"Some people may call me too nice or not tough enough to play this game, because there are some people that are cutthroat and are not afraid to even vote off their best allies just to get the upper hand out here. But I think it really shows how much I take friendship seriously. When you don't have those connections, it's hard for you to get anywhere in life actually. So with the connections that I have built this season, I managed to get an alliance that unfortunately didn't stick around forever... However, it paid off in the end for me. I was able to stick out. So the most I can say to the jury is that I have to thank all of them. Someone's gotta be voted out first, someone's gotta be voted out last. I never got voted out at all, so I just have to thank them for their sacrifices. Otherwise, no way in the world I would be sitting here..."

Yoshi actually hung his head down a little as his entire Survivor seventy-eight day journey was playing in his head, trying his best to hold back tears.

Believe it or not, they were all quite full after the big breakfast. And they somehow still had some food that was left over. Now there was a possibility that Wolf was not going to bring the rice up for the rest of the day.

Both he and Plague noticed Yoshi all alone by the water with his head hung down. The two of them were smart enough to figure out that he was thinking to himself in peace.

"Okay... He's probably thinking of his entire Survivor journey, which is fair." said the mercenary. "None of us are even gonna think about playing this game again for a while after today. It's the most important day for us of our entire Survivor experience."

"I'm pretty sure the two of us are gonna have a moment to ourselves to think about our own experience, too." Plague Knight sighed. "I'd be lying if I said that I wasn't half frustrated after I came back from Survivor - Mexico. I thought that other people screwed me over from winning, but in some ways I have no one to blame but myself."

"Hmm... Interesting." Wolf widened his eyes a little. "You showing that amount of self-awareness means you are making progress. It's a good step in the right direction. Honestly though, if I was on the jury you definite would have had a much higher chance of winning. You would have a hundred percent got my vote. But I wouldn't blame you if you were upset with me screwing you over a million dollars."

"Yeah, you definitely made things more difficult for me. However,... I can't be mad at you too much. I definitely had an easier time this season because of you. My name would have been written down a lot more times if you were not involved. You protected me, I tried to do whatever I could have to protect you, and you were never afraid of telling me things I might not have wanted to hear."

Just like Specter. O'Donnell definitely took his spot after he left right before the merge.

"I can't say I'm used to being in a position where I'd be helping someone grow as a person. But I am literally the only guy that has actually stuck with Plague Knight and managed to get away with it. Jimmy tried, didn't work. Specter tried, didn't work. Shadow's gone, Springtrap's gone, I'm the only one that was able to get to the finals with him. And part of the reason why was that I kept him under control regarding his emotions, so I just told him to basically look at himself in the mirror and think about the few people who care about him for like, two seconds. ...He probably thought of Mona and Specter the whole time, but maybe that was all he needed. The guy was able to properly handle himself for the rest of the game, and now he's once again gonna be sitting at the finals. But once I'm done here, I'm dropping off Plague at Chivaland. I didn't expect to babysit him this whole time, so Specter better give me a big tip on this one."

"At the same time," Plague continued. "-you actually helped me grow a little bit. I don't throw too many tantrums these days. Um,... I haven't gotten myself into too many fights."

"You aren't as hot headed, either. It's a plus. And I'm pretty sure both Mona and Specter would be proud of you, even if you don't win this season... I'm proud of you myself." Aww. "I may try to have a solid, tough exterior. But I am still not afraid to communicate my feelings and what's on my mind to other people. You're flawed, yes. But we all are."

"Hahaha! Come to think of it, if I'm not winning, I'd rather lose to you than lose to anyone else that was on this beach after the merge... But I'm still gonna fight to try to earn some more votes my way. Game is still not over until Master Hand floats away with the voting urn."

"Guess we'll just have to fight it out." And the clawed Smasher grinned out of anticipation. "Me and you. Let's see if you can come up with better arguments."

"Before the Jimmy Hopkins blindside in Mexico, I thought that I was just going to be plotting and scheming my way up to day thirty-nine. I thought I was gonna be the cause of many blindsides and just create chaos... But the moment when Jimmy was voted out at my first Tribal Council, it changed the entire course of my game. People did not want to work with me anymore, my back was against the wall, and I had to approach the right person to help me out which resulted in the biggest move in Survivor history. I fought tooth and nail to get to the end, everybody wanted me out first when I entered this season,... but here I am again. Final three for a second time. The fact that I was able to survive all this time without ever being voted out is a big reason by itself to why I should be the Sole Survivor, because I've been trying to survive this time. The only person left in this game that has never been voted off before is Yoshi, and he's not winning the million dollars. Wolf has actually been voted out before, so... it's gonna be really hard to persuade the jury to vote my way, but it's probably gonna be the main card I have to play. If I can play two full games of Survivor and if I was able to get through the amount of things that I endured, I can pretty much do anything."

After taking a final dip in the ocean, Wolf paced his way back towards the shelter where he had to pass Yoshi standing close by.

"You're still thinking about the rice? There's still some left."

"My stomach's satisfied, so forget the damn rice. Dump it right in the fire."

Okay, he was making absolutely no sense. All day he was talking about eating the rice because he was hungry. Now he wanted to waste food by dumping the rice out into the fire? ...What a psychopath. How low did he have to go to destroy food for no apparent reason? The world was really getting mad at this point.

"We're already burning the shelter up, and it's not like they're gonna let us feed the jury with the rice, anyway."

...Alright. Perhaps he was deserving of some kind of break. Yet he was going to be donkey of the day if he complained about being hungry once at the Final Tribal Council.

No offense to Donkey Kong of course. He was one hell of a guy.

"Alright, Yoshi. We're gonna let Wolf do it since he's the only one of the three of us that has never done it before."

Apparently Plague wanted his friend to burn the shelter down.

"Aw, please. You two are too kind." With an evil grin on his face, he threw a large flaming stick on the bed of the shelter. "There it is. Our very last time being on this island. And boy, has it been fun. You boys ready for our last tribal?"

"We're finally gonna go home after this, so I'm definitely ready." Home was all Yoshi dreamed of. He just could not have waited any longer.

"I never really explained why I signed up to be a part of this whole thing in the first place." And just why Wolf thought it was a good idea to throw himself in a game like Survivor? "Who wants to be miserable out here in the wilderness with no technology, no food, no music, and not a damn soul I can trust out here. But, you know what? I love me some competition. And since some people do look at the adventure, I raised my hand to that as well just to see what it's like. If you're gonna punish yourself through this thing, at least have some kinda fun while you're doing it. And I did. For two seasons, now. I just didn't expect myself to actually be one of the final three players here. That's a whole new feeling for me..."

He curled up his lips in thought before he and his two competitors were seen grabbing their torches for the final time. "It's a real treasure to be out here. I learned a lot about people, and I learned a lot about myself. Me putting on a good performance tonight is one more thing I have to take care of and... hopefully the theme song of the season plays in my honor."

Final Tribal Council

Night 39

Oh boy. The audience really needed to get their popcorn and snacks together for this moment. Three All Stars that remained in the game were now going to be fighting for the ultimate win of the whole series. They all went through hell to get to where they were, and only one last battle stood between them and the title of Sole Survivor.

Once Plague Knight, Wolf, and Yoshi all sat down from left to right, it was time to get cracking.

"We'll now bring in your jury."

Also known as the ten people that were just not good enough to make it to the final three. Poor people...

"Shadow, Ridley, Vector, Golden, Bowser, Springtrap, Shovel Knight, Zelda, Donkey Kong, and Ryu voted out at the last Tribal Council."

It was going to be a full house for the night. The best option for the jurors was to get themselves relaxed and comfortable. Final tribals lasted a lot longer than what was usually shown in the edit. The only people that would have been interested in seeing the whole two hour discussion were the diehard fans that were in love with every single aspect of the show.

...On the other hand, the general public would have been dying from boredom.

"Alright." Master Hand started off by summarizing the entire season as a whole. "Here we are at Final Tribal Council. First off, I would like to thank all twenty of you, even the other seven challengers that are not with us at this time. You have been a part of our very first All Star season of the show. We started off by having ten heroes, who were known for their stories, how they managed to get through tight situations, and based off how well respected they were in the eyes of other players. We also had ten of the most notorious villains of the show who were known to be cutthroat players, not afraid of doing whatever it takes to win the game in spite of the consequences and repercussions they had to face afterwards. Regardless of however you have made it onto this season, it was a pleasure to have each and every one of you be a part of it."

Most of the jurors as well as the top three finishers smirked in acknowledgement. It was the biggest Survivor blessing to have the opportunity to play the game twice.

"As far as Survivor firsts go, Foxy is the unfortunate victim of being the first and only contestant in Survivor history to be idol'd out of the game twice. In other words, he never got the majority of the votes both times he played."

No thanks to Bowser, who had the audacity to grin even harder as if it was something to be proud of.

"At the same time, Golden was fortunate enough to have someone play an idol on him twice. Once in Mexico in the now infamous Espio blindside, and in this very season thanks to Donkey Kong who is the first contestant to find a hidden immunity idol in two separate seasons as well as playing it correctly both times he had one in his possession."

Oh, so he was the king of the jungle and the official idol king. Though not the winner of the game, DK was going home nothing that he achieved something. History was made regardless.

"And here, we have our final three contestants. Plague Knight, Wolf, and Yoshi. Plague and Yoshi, you two in particular have not only made the final three twice, you both share the highest number of days played with seventy-eight days. Two players that have never been voted out." And with that, the season was ending with even more history for the books. "Right behind the both of you is Zelda, who has played the game for seventy-five days with Wolf getting fourth place in that department as he's played this game for seventy-four days now."

"Heh... As if people remember fourth place of all things." Wolf figured that the only reason why Master Hand brought it up in the first place was that he just so happened to be sitting in the final three with the other two, even though numbers did not lie. Though for those that overly curious, Shovel Knight placed fifth with seventy-two days.

"Now it is time to start this Final Tribal Council, which will be the very last Tribal Council for this first generation of players." Man... Things were really coming to a close. Five whole seasons. "First things first, the three of you have to plead your case to the jury of why you are deserving the title of Sole Survivor and the million dollars that goes along with it. You all know how this works. You each will make your opening statement to the jurors of who you either directly or indirectly voted out, they will then address you one by one from Shadow to Ryu who will need answers from the three of you so that they can have enough information to make a million dollar decision. You all will then get one last chance to sway any more jurors your way in case you want to make yourself clear... Then the last voting session will commence. We shall get started... Wolf."

Clearing his throat, he began to talk. "Greetings, everyone. It is a pleasure for me to have made it this far. I was part of the first group of people that have ever participated on this show, and I remember it like it was yesterday. You could call it the craziest season due to the fact that there was a lot going on, but that's beside the point. I'm the kind of guy that prefers to keep things chill and lowkey, and coming into this season I felt like it was what I had to do to avoid detection. I came from Kodai Island and I felt that thought I did have a target on my back, it wasn't as big compared to other people. And I sort of used that to my advantage to make sure I stayed in this game for as long as possible."

"Socially, I did have my connections. Springtrap and Foxy were my two closest allies out of the gate, but Foxy ended up being a setback thanks to Bowser."

Now Koopa was seen chuckling from his spot on the bench.

"Him and I also had a connection in the game, but we knew we had to limit ourselves around each other to avoid having people look at us sideways which would have put bigger targets on my back. When I had to send him home at final nine, it really did break my heart even though I knew it was going to be for my own good since it kept the target off of me. But Springtrap did have a hand in that."

No particular reaction from the rabbit regarding facial expressions.

"My mission from that point on was to send him home right after Bowser, so I manage to forge a partnership with Donkey Kong and I used that to my advantage. Because of DK's trust in me at the time, he helped me get rid of Springtrap and made the decision to side against the Hero Three at final seven to weaken their alliance instead of sending me to the jury. From there, I simply got out the people I need to in order to best position myself in this spot."

"Overall, you could argue that I made flashier moves in my first season. Though obviously we all know that you can only make so many big moves before it gets you in trouble, so I did play a more passive game. Still, my gameplay remained consistent because with the exception of Shadow, I put every last one of you on that jury. Maybe if you're in a lot of votes, you've probably done something right. I'll be happy to answer all of your questions so that I can further explain things in detail."

"Plague Knight."

"Alright." This was going to be the second time the little gremlin was giving an opening statement at the Final Tribal Council. "So... final three, here I am again. Hehehe!"

He might have been laughing, but only Springtrap, Ryu, and Golden chuckled in response. And the latter two had to face Plague sitting at the finals two seasons ago! Nothing but deja vu indeed.

"But this time, I feel like it was even more of a struggle to get to where I am. My name might have only been written down once, which was yesterday. But you all know that my name was tossed around a lot. Almost all of my starting team wanted me out, and I know I would have left the game first if the villains lost the first immunity challenge. So that winning streak we had really saved me. That's something even I can say. Sure, it might have been a little luck. But you can't say I didn't put any work in. That third challenge for example, I had to help my team win that. Whether you all would have won without me or not, I don't know. But even if you don't count that one, I still performed a lot better in the challenges because I was able to win not one, not two, but three immunity necklaces. More necklaces than Wolf and Yoshi combined, and that does count for both seasons."

Oh, so he was taking the approach of 'downing somebody just to uplift himself.' Meh... It was his Final Tribal. He had the floor.

"As for my gameplay, I tried to see if I could somehow make things work with Shadow after Specter left. He was my lifeline, and I thought Shadow was going to be one to take his place because I needed somebody to work with. He was the only one other than Specter Knight that aligned with me before the merge. But then Shadow got sent home, and that's when I fell Wolf and Springtrap. And as for Wolf in particular, we did vote together for the rest of the game. In all fairness, I'd say we were both equally responsible for it. However, you just heard Wolf say that he came into the game with a low target on his back... I had a giant target on my back and I'm still here."

Ooh...

No kidding. That was the sound that escaped a couple jurors lips such as Vector and Golden.

"I gotta give him credit for that."

"It was against the Survivor Gods' plan to have me sitting at Final Tribal Council for a second straight time. That alone should say something, so if you want to vote for somebody that has been surviving since the very beginning, look no further."

Even Ridley had a bit to think about with that one.

"Yoshi."

With a sigh, the green reptilian began to speak. "Okay. So like Plague, I have also made it to the end in both of my seasons. Back to back. And it's a really hard thing to accomplish if you even make it to the end once. But twice? Only thing I have to do now is to win."

Shadow harshly rolled his eyes at that. The poor critter was already rubbed the wrong way before it was even his turn to address Yoshi.

"My experience in my first season was completely overwhelming knowing of what I had to deal with. There were a lot of people in that season that I really cared about. And except for Chrom, I had to vote out every last one of those people, which was a shame. But I learned that it was because of their sacrifices as to why I made it to the end for the first time. From that point on, I realized that it's not the end of the world by sending players home, who I have gotten close to. I outlasted Vector twice, and I know we both still genuinely care about each other."

The crocodile bobbed his head up and down with a warm smile. Reptile Runaways always stuck together.

"Charizard is probably watching this, too."

Well, due to this being the fifth season of the show, was he possibly in the audience at the reunion? What if the master had plans for a whole Survivor get together or something? If he was there, it was probably the same for a lot of other former players.

More on that later.

"The point that no matter what, I am here because of every last one of you that are sitting over there. And I am sorry none of you were able to see final three even once. But I feel like it only makes me appreciate you all even more. My name might have been written down a few times this season, but I was able to stick it out and make it all the way here. I know I may not have been necessarily close to all of you, and that's okay. If you do have anything to say, this is your opportunity to talk to me."

...

Slowly Bowser rotated his head Ridley's way, who only exhaled out of his nose and shrug his shoulders in reaction. Was there some sort of a hint they were giving off after hearing Yoshi's opening speech?

"Alright, jury. You have each heard the opening statements from Yoshi, Plague Knight, and Wolf. It's up to you to decide what you want to do with that information. I'm gonna give you all a minute to take it all in, and one by one, you will each address any or all of the finalists. Shadow, you're going to be up in a moment."

Well that was one way for him to get some last minute screen time in.

SURVIVOR - HEROES VS VILLAINS

Ooh, the scene switched back to Los Angeles! What was going down?

Master Hand was seen once again, but this time he was actually in the middle of the audience... standing next to Marth Lowell! Goodness gracious!

"Welcome back to the arena, ladies and gentlemen! Standing right next to me is Marth Lowell, winner of season two, Survivor - Emperors vs Knights!"

Cheers, claps, and all sorts of noises were made from the crowd around them.

"And his season unfortunately had the shortest end of the stick by all of his former fellow castaways that were a part of his season were eliminated first before the final five. After Zelda, there was nobody left from that season."

The Altean hero shook his head chuckling. "I am proud of Zelda, though. I did find her to be more openly strategic this season. Maybe she would have had a shot if she was able to reach the end again."

"You can tell that she was motivated by her losing to you back in your season." Wow, Master. That was not only a daring thing to say in front of everyone, but that was lowkey putting Marth on the spot. How did he honestly expect him to feel? What was he supposed to say? "But more on that later. I made you get up, because I figured that it was the right thing to do to get an unbiased opinion of the finalists. You've seen the whole season from start to finish. Based on how everything played out, I want you to have the opportunity to vote yourself. Pretend you're on the jury."

And no, his vote was not going to count for anything. This was simply a what-if scenario.

"What you're going to do is take this piece of parchment paper right here, use my hand as something to bare down, and write down the person you think is most deserving to win Survivor - Heroes vs Villains. Plague Knight, Wolf, or Yoshi."

"Okay, then..." Now with the pen and parchment paper in hand, he gave the host a chance to have his hand (his body) floating in the most upright position. From there, he went on to write down his opinion on said paper.

"He's not going to reveal who he's voting for until I tell him to."

"Got it..." Once the blue haired swordsman was finished, he folded his piece of parchment before giving it to the creator of the game.

"Thank you. Once we come back, the jury speaks. Stay right where you are!"

Okay, mom...

Okay. I was too tired to finish this last night as stuff kept happening on my end, but it's being posted now. I even decided to include the Marth bit last minute.

I'm kinda in a bit of a rush here, so I'm gonna end this off quickly. But next time, the jury will let the final three have it. What do you think they'll say?
