Beerus sat on a stump trying to calm himself down. Of all people, why did Zeno want to see Rikku? Why her?! If that idiot made even one wrong remark to him, they were all dead. And speak of the devil, she appeared right in front of him with instant transmission, holding her brat as well. She said to the destruction god,

"Hey, Lord Beerus, Whis told me to come see you. Things are about to get pretty hectic, so whatever you want, can you make it quick?"

Without saying a word, Beerus grabbed Rikku by the face, causing her to almost drop Bulla. As Rikku squirmed in pain, Beerus told her,

"The Omni-King has informed us that he wants to see you!"

He then let her go, and as she nursed her cheek, she asked,

"You mean that Zeno guy?"

Whis said from behind her,

"The ruler of us all, yes. He wishes for you to come to his palace."

"Is this about his tournament?"

"I wouldn't dare to guess."

"That sounds fun, but could we do it some other time? Bulma's almost done fixing the time machine, so I have to leave soon."

Beerus piped into the conversation.

"Don't be stupid, when Zeno Sama calls for you, you don't check your damn calendar, you just go!"

"Well where does he live? How long does it take?"

Whis politely but with a hint of stress answered her question by saying,

"Even for me, it takes 2 days each way."

"2 days?! That's crazy, I can't be gone that long in the middle of this thing with Goku!"

"Wait, I just remembered, your friends with the supreme kai of this universe, aren't you Rikku?"

"Yeah, why?"

"One of the many privileges of Supreme Kais is the power to leap to Zeno sama's palace instantaneously."

"Instantaneously?! For real?!"

Beerus's ears perked up at hearing this. At least they would have Shin to keep her in check.

"Good idea. With the Supreme Kai there we just might survive. You should go as well Whis, to keep Rikku in line."

"And you're not going as well, my lord?"

"What?! No, of course not, I'm extremely busy!"

"Mmm-Hmm."

"Also, if Zeno sama lashes out, make sure it's not at Supreme Kai. I need him protected at all costs."

"I'm well aware, my lord."

Rikku perked up upon hearing Beerus say that he needed the Supreme Kai protected at all costs.

"Wow Lord Beerus, never heard you worry about someone else before!"

Whis chuckled upon hearing this.

"I know, right? Though he is worried about himself since they are a set."

"A set?"

"When a Supreme Kai dies, the God of Destruction of that universe dies with him."

"Whoa, is that true?"

Upon hearing Whis mention his weakness, Beerus broke into a cold sweat. The terrified god of destruction turned to look at Rikku as she said,

"Wow, so if I wanted to defeat you Lord Beerus, I'd just have to get rid of Supreme Kai and that's it? That's crazy. I mean that that I ever would, where's the challenge in that?"

A panicked and angry Beerus then yelled at Whis,

"Whis! How could you blurt out my greatest vulnerability like some casual piece of gossip?!"

"Forgive me, my lord. But knowing RIkku as well as we do, there's no reason for alarm. Come on!"

"Yeah like I said, there's no fun in that, and I'm super good at keeping secrets too!"

Whis then floated up to beside Rikku and told the saiyan woman,

"Well then, shall we be going?"

Yep! Ok, we're off, Lord Beerus!"

Whis then put a hand of Rikku's shoulder as she put 2 fingers to her forehead, teleporting away. As Beerus looked at the spot she and Beerus had previously been standing, he sighed, looking down and saying,

"I give up, we're all doomed."

7 minutes later

In an outerversal realm in front of a house in the shape of a zen kanji, a green flash of light appeared, and once it cleared, 3 figures stood in front of it. Those figures were the Supreme Kai, the angel Whis, and the saiyan Rikku Son. In Rikku's arms was also her sleeping daughter Bulla. Rikku looked up in amazement at the structure in front of her and said,

"Wow, so that's it, huh? So that's Zeno's house."

She then noticed someone standing in front of them. He was a little bit taller than Supreme Kai and looked a lot like Whis. his blue halo was floating just behind his back, and his white hair was cleanly slicked back. He was wearing a dark blue long sleeve shirt with baggy shoulder pads that ran beneath his red colored belt that had the kanji for grand on it. The shirt was complemented by a matching color pair of baggy pants and white boots that ran beneath his shins.

The mysterious man bowed and said,

"Welcome my friends, and thank you for coming."

Shin walked up besides Rikku and then bowed his head alongside Whis, both telling the mysterious man,

"It has been too long."

The mysterious man chuckled and locked eyes with RIkku, causing her to flinch a little. The mysterious man then said,

You must be the saiyan Rikku, how nice to meet you."

"Hi!"

Shin elbowed Rikku in the gut, reminding her not to speak so casually in front of a being of such standing. For her part, she actually managed to correct herself and said,

"Uh, yes sir, high sir!'

"Hmm. By the way, that being in your arms. That's an infant, isn't it?"

"Uh, yeah. This is Bulla, my daughter."

"A daughter? And how old is she?"

"Um…about one and a half."

"I see. Come along."

The man then walked into the house, with the other 3 following him.

The 4 beings walked through a large blue hallway adorned with pillars, and as they did so, Whis told Rikku who the mysterious man was. He was the Grand Priest, the father of Whis and considered one of the top 5 strongest in the multiverse. In fact, there were even some rumors that he was at the top of those 5. Rikku was excited at the idea, but Whis forbade her from fighting the Grand Priest.

They all then teleported in a green light to another room. In that room, sitting on a throne just in front of the 4 beings, was the Omni King himself. Standing on opposite sides of him were also two identical guards. They were tall cyan skinned people with long purple robes and yellow tips on their heads. The Grand Priest bowed to Zeno and said,

"The saiyan Rikku, as you requested sire."

"Oh yippee, yipee! I'm very happy now!"

Shin immediately bowed in fear, and Zeno then walked up to Rikku and happily said,

"Welcome, funny Rikku!"

"What's up!"

Shin coughed towards Rikku, indicating her to treat the omni-king with respect. The saiyan quickly corrected herself and said,

"I mean, good day and greetings."

Zeno then noticed Bulla and asked the grand priest,

"What's that little thing she's holding?"

"Oh, that is her offspring, Bulla."

Bulla cooed and reached out to grab Zeno, with the Omni King replicating her actions. Rikku giggled and held Bulla in front of Zeno, causing Whis and the grand priest to chuckle, while Shin was staring in a mixture of shock and fear. After a few seconds of Bulla and Zeno reaching for each other, Rikku lifted Bulla back up to her chest and asked Zeno,

"So what's up with you?"
