The Girls have droplets streaming down their faces. In their hands, is a newspaper with a very specific girl that they don't know as the news cover masking her face with her probably black sleeve.
Sure, she sounds like any other kid they've encountered, but despite hiding her face from the camera.
She looks regal and proper, just like a princess.
The newspaper cover has the sorceress girl in a back revealing black frilly dress and she has this calm look in her eyes that no villain in Townsville has, but aside from that the people of Townsville seems to think she's a new rival of theirs.
Even though they've never met before.
Not to mention, she looks a little older than them.
Why did they think that this strange girl is their rival?

Brick, Boomer, Butch, and Bat has been the most difficult villains they've ever fought in their lives, nearly killing the Girls when they were first born themselves.
But…Blossom has an idea, this girl must've behaved similar to Batman in outsmarting them, because…

The devil herself showed up.
Now, that Blossom looked at the girl on the newspaper cover closely. She has her hair in long unevenly cut pigtails, blue eyes, and wearing a dress in black than on the newspaper.
"I'm sorry, but… Why am I on the newspaper?"
It's like seeing the Professor doing something wrong with that expression on the rich looking girl's face.
"Excuse me, um. What's your name?"Blossom asked.
"We are the Powerpuff Girls!"
"Wait, I thought it's just a cartoon!Am I really in a parallel world where they exist?"
Excuse me. A cartoon? Uh oh. Looks like this girl got herself into very much trouble.
"Um, may we help you? You're lost, right?"Bubbles clearly to the girl asked.
"Yes. I'm sorry, from where I come from a guy named Craig MacCraken created you as a story and that's the real story. I got separated from my twin sister, Skylar. Nice to meet you?"
"I'm Estelle."
"Ok, details!"Blossom concluded.

Estelle apparently or does genuinely know what they are like. But…
"You don't have to fix everything you say around us."Blossom said in panic.
"She keeps dodging every time one of us might get offended!"Buttercup screamed.
Estelle breathed in and out.
And seems to be lost in thought, because she just stood there as if she practiced all the time.
"Ok, I think I'm going to have to ask a few questions. Are those the Rowdyruff Boys from earlier?"
"If you are talking about this news that just released. Yes."Blossom answered.
"Look, I don't have time to stay here any longer. I just want to find my sister, so thank you for not mistaking me for some random criminal."
After that, Estelle just wandered off out of the Utonium's Residence.
But, then…someone else is watching.
In a red walled room filled with lots of TVs, HIM tore a piece of a couch and then turned to the four boys that resembled the Girls in haircolor and colors.
"YOU IDIOTS! You let one measly brat beat you up!"
"But.."All four started.
"I revived you four for the sole purpose of defeating the Girls. And you…"
"Ugh, I'm going to have to…hmmm?"
An image of Estelle with low pigtails, instead of high caught his eye.
She was with a red haired handsome man with gray eyes and pointy ears, fighting.
"Ah!"
Estelle apparently found her twin sister, hugged her then does a fighting stance with her in front of the red haired man.
