Hello. New writer here. This is my first time writing a story and I am writing one like this because I've seen quite a few of these floating around this site. Also, if it looks a bit slow on updates, that's because I'll be timing this with my progress in the genshin. Also, I'll be changing somethings from the anime to fit the story. One last thing, neither Genshin impact nor Naruto belong to me. They belong to Mihoyo and Masashi Kishimoto respectively. Anyways, I hope you enjoy!

"Naruto Uzumaki, you are hereby banished from Konoha due to damages caused to our village during your rampage as the kyuubi", an old man with a bandaged eye and an X shaped scar on his chin, said with almost a sneer.

"BUT WHY? DIDN'T I JUST SAVE YOU FROM PEIN?", a teen with spiky blond hair, blue eyes and foxlike whisker marks on his cheeks shouted in protest.

"Quiet boy. This vote was passed by your new hokage Danzo and is to be carried out in 2 days. Neither Tsunade nor Sarutobi is here to coddle you anymore." Danzo's words cut through Naruto like a knife.

'No Tsunade? We'll see about that.'

"What are you planning brat?" A deep rumbling voice snapped him out of his thoughts.

'Kurama, do you think you can gather some nature chakra, filter it to normal chakra and mix it with some of your chakra?' The blond thought back.

"I don't know what you are planning but we trust you son." With a grunt of affirmation, the fox began to do as asked and gather nature chakra.

'Thanks dad. Thanks Kurama.'

"Don't mention it brat/son."

To understand what is happening, we have to travel a week ago. It was 2 days after Naruto defeated pain and was in the hospital receiving treatment. Right now, the blond was in his mind, in a large forest with a blue sky stretching above and a large lake with a small cottage on its bank behind him. Next to the cottage were 2 blonds, a red head, and a giant fox with nine tails laying down with its head on its paws.

"Good thing he helped you out there brat, or you would have likely killed everyone with my chakra." The fox said, addressing the shorter blond. The two had met in Naruto's mind when he was just a small child, but the kid had thought that the fox was just an imaginary friend he had made up to fill his yearning for friends. However, it was after the traitor Mizuki revealed the secret about him being a jinchuriki to the kid, that he finally realized who the fox really was. Despite this, he continued to talk to the fox like it was nothing, confusing the fox by quite a lot. One day the fox finally asked why Naruto keeps talking to him, even though he knows of the fox's power and who he was and what he had done. Naruto simply answered with a smile and the words, "I guess I know you better. Besides, I trust you." Ever since then, the two had become close friends, with the fox even revealing his name and origin to the boy. The only ones to know about the boy and the fox were the Third Hokage and his master, Jiraiya of the Sannin or The Toad Sage.

"How did that even happen? I thought your chakra couldn't get past the seal."

"That happened because your negative emotions latched on to his chakra and tried to pull it out." The taller blond answered for the fox. The man was wearing a standard shinobi uniform with a blue jump suit with a standard jounin vest and a white haori with orange flames at the bottom and kanji spelling out the words "Fourth Hokage" along the back. This was Minato Namikaze, the Fourth Hokage of Konoha and proud father of Naruto Uzumaki.

"That happened with me too. That's why you should never take chakra from a biju without proper care." The redhead nodded her head with her eyes closed. She had purple eyes with a round face and wore a green apron like garment over a white shirt. This was Kushina Uzumaki, wife of Minato Namikaze and, proud mother of Naruto Uzumaki.

The whiskered blond smiled while looking at his parents. He couldn't believe that he just met his them and that they actually loved him. He had been told many times that he was abandoned because he was just a demon, and, even though Hiruzen and even Kurama had told him otherwise, there was a small part of him that believed it to be true.

"Now that we've talked about that, we need to talk about the village and your plans for the future, because this village seems to have a bad past with you."

"Don't worry dad. I'll take care of it when the time comes. For now, I just want to stay with you."

Soon, however, they found out that Tsunade was in a coma and Danzo, who had a vendetta against the boy, was the substitute.

*That Night*

A figure creeped through the shadows of the hospital's roof, as silent as a panther. Looking around, the figure moves into a hospital room, before taking out a letter and placing it near the pillow of the comatose Hokage. Looking around, the figure raises his right hand, coated in a mixture of light red and green chakra, and places it on Tsunade's head before slowly pumping it into her chakra points. The second this is done, the figure does a substitution with a clone and the clone disappears. The figure takes off their mask to reveal non other than Naruto Uzumaki walking away with a pack on his back.

"So you're really leaving Konoha?" asked the fox.

"Yeah, I don't see a reason to stay."

"So where will you go from here Naru?" The fox and former Hokage scoffed while Naruto blushed.

"Well, I don't know. Guess we'll find out. But for now, let's set up camp." With that, the blond pulled out a sleeping bag and unrolled it before getting in and falling asleep.

When he awoke, he was somewhere he had never seen before.
