The Second Daughter
Rainbow Haired Girl
Summary: Aranduriel is the youngest daughter of Lord Elrond, the sister to the twin brothers Elladan and Elrohir, and the younger sister to Arwen Undomiel. When she is brought into something that she shouldn't be brought into things certainly change. The dwarves soon find out that she is different from other elves.
Disclaimer: I don't own the Hobbit, but I do own Aranduriel.
Authoress Note: I decided to do a rewrite of this story once again adding in some more details to make this much better. Not only that I've decided to make it one story altogether. I hope that this turned out better than the ones before this. I'm excited to introduce you to Elladan, Elrohir, and Arwen's youngest sister. I hope that you guys enjoy the beginning of this story. Without further ado the Prologue.
Prologue
A young half-elvish woman with long dark hair and grey eyes, dressed in a burgundy dress with silver accents and a silver circlet on her head, stood before her father, Lord Elrond or Rivendell. "You wanted to see me, father?" She asked softly, her tone was polite, her grey eyes locking onto his grey eyes that were slightly darker than hers.
"Yes, I did want to see you." He said looking at his daughter. "I have a favor to request from you."
Her brows furrowed together some concern etched across her face. She was concerned about what her father had wanted from her. She normally never asked anything from her other than perhaps her stop training with her older brothers, Elladan and Elrohir. But he knew that she had a lively spirit and it wasn't going to happen because he knew that she wanted to be a warrior. "Father?" She questioned the confusion lacing her voice.
"It's nothing that you cannot handle, Aranduriel." He said slowly putting his hand on her shoulder. "I need you to help watch a young boy."
Aranduriel's brows furrowed even more. "A young boy?"
"A child." Her father's hand went behind his back and a young boy came out from hiding behind him.
Aranduriel watched the young child come out of hiding. She slowly lowered herself to have a close look at him. Her dark hair slid over her shoulders as she looked at the young child with curiosity.
"Aranduriel this is Estel."
Estel looked up at her with a curious gaze.
"Estel this is my youngest daughter, Aranduriel. She'll be watching over you if, Elladan and Elrohir aren't teaching you anything."
Estel looked up at Lord Elrond. He knew that this place was going to be his haven and he could tell by looking at Aranduriel that she was going to protect him. He hoped one day he would be able to repay them for everything that they would ever teach him.
